The heterometallic photoinitiated electron collector [{(phen)2Ru(dpp)}2RhBr2](PF6)5 (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, dpp = 2,3-bis(2-pyridyl)pyrazine) has been synthesized and studied by spectroscopic, photophysical, electrochemical, and photochemical techniques. Substitution of chloride with bromide in the previously reported [{(phen)2Ru(dpp)}2RhCl2](PF6)5 complex presents a new photoinitiated electron collector which can assist in understanding the functioning of our supramolecular systems [{(TL)2Ru(BL)}2RhX2](PF6)5 (TL = terminal ligand, BL = bridging ligand, X = halide) in the photoinitiated electron collection and generation of hydrogen through the reduction of water and a detailed comparison is presented. Both the bromide and chloride analogues of these supramolecular complexes contain low energy, emissive metal-to-ligand charge transfer (3MLCT) excited states that populate lower lying metal-to-metal charge transfer (3MMCT) excited states. The electrochemistry of these complexes showed an impact on the reduction of the central RhIII upon halide substitution with the bromide analogue [(phen)2Ru(dpp)}2RhBr2](PF6)5 having a slightly lower reduction potential than the corresponding chloride counterpart. The more positive reduction of RhIII to generate the RhI species in the bromide analogue impacts the photocatalytic properties upon photolysis in the presence of a sacrificial electron donor. The trimetallic complex [{(phen)2Ru(dpp)}2RhBr2](PF6)5 generates hydrogen through the reduction of water with higher yields than the chloride [{(phen)2Ru(dpp)}2RhCl2](PF6)5 analogue under the same conditions. Despite the longer lived 3MLCT state of both [(TL)2Ru(dpp)]2+ and [{(TL)2Ru}2(dpp)]4+ when TL = phen vs. bpy (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine), the phen trimetallics with X = Cl? or Br? do not display longer lived 3MLCT states and show lower H2 yields than the analogous bpy trimetallic systems.  相似文献

Reactions of Schiff bases (H2apahR) derived from acetophenone and acid hydrazides, triethylamine and [Ru(PPh3)3Cl2] (1:2:1 mole ratio) in methanol provide cyclometallated ruthenium(III) complexes of formula trans-[Ru(apahR)(PPh3)2Cl] in 74–81% yields. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility, spectroscopic (infrared, electronic and EPR) and electrochemical measurements. X-ray crystal structures of two representative complexes have been determined. In each complex, the metal centre is in distorted octahedral CNOClP2 coordination sphere assembled by the C,N,O-donor meridionally spanning apahR2?, the chloride and the two mutually trans-oriented PPh3 molecules. All the complexes are one-electron paramagnetic (μeff. = 1.85–1.98 μB) and display rhombic EPR spectra in frozen (120 K) dichloromethane-toluene (1:1) solution. Electronic spectra of the complexes display several absorptions within 470–270 nm due to ligand-to-metal charge transfer and ligand centred transitions. The complexes are redox active and display a Ru(III)  Ru(II) reduction and a Ru(III)  Ru(IV) oxidation in the potential ranges ?0.66 to ?0.70 V and 0.75 to 0.80 V (vs. Ag/AgCl), respectively.  相似文献

A novel zinc(II) phthalate compound, [Zn{C6H4(COO)2}2]n2−[NH3–(CH2)3–NH3]n2+, 1 which contains four different phthalate moieties coordinated to the Zn(II) ion through one each of their carboxylate moieties in a η1-form and each phthalate moiety acting as a bridging unit with an overall tetrahedral geometry around the metal ion has been prepared and structurally characterized. The structure is unique in the sense that the dianionic moieties [Zn{C6H4(COO)2}2]2− form an infinite one-dimensional network composed of 14-membered cyclic units interconnected in a way that they are disposed alternatively in almost perpendicular planes. The dicationic [NH3–(CH2)3–NH3]2+ units are seen to hold these one-dimensional chains by strong coulombic and hydrogen bond interaction, resulting in an infinite two-dimensional layered structure of 1. The compound is thermally stable up to 250 °C. Above this temperature it loses one equivalent of phthalate moiety along with the diammonium unit to yield Zn(II) phthalate. The thermodynamic and kinetic parameters associated with this process could be evaluated using Coats–Redfern equation which shows the activation energy Ea for the process as 305.0 kJ mol−1, the frequency factor A as 1.49 × 1011 s−1 and the entropy change ΔS as −35.90 JK−1 mol−1. Fluorescent emission properties of 1 was studied by exciting the compound at 380 nm and also at 322 nm which were found to be the two λmax corresponding to absorptions of the molecule. Interestingly, the compound gave same type of emission spectra showing a maximum around 444 nm on exciting at these two different wavelengths, indicating that the molecule comes to the first excited state from the higher excited state by a fast non-radiative process before it exhibits singlet emission to come to the ground state.  相似文献

The precursors [Fe(III)(SYL)Cl] (SYLH2) = N,N′-bis(1-hydroxy-Y-2-benzyliden)-1,6-diamino-3-thiohexane, (Y = H, 3EtO, 5Me) are high-spin (S = 5/2) complexes. The precursors are combined with [Fe(II)(CN)6]4− and [Co(III)(CN)6]3− to yield star-shaped heptanuclear clusters, [Fe(II)(CN–Fe(III)SYL)6]Cl2 and [Co(III)(CN–Fe(III)SYL)6]Cl3. The star-shaped compounds are high-spin (HS) systems at room temperature. On cooling to 20 K some of the iron(III) centers perform some HS–HS transition.  相似文献

Picolyl, pyridine, and methyl functionalized N-heterocyclic carbene iridium complexes [Cp1Ir(C^N)Cl]Cl (4, C^N = 3-Methyl-1-picolyimidazol-2-ylidene), [Cp1Ir(C^N)Cl][Cp1IrCl3] (5), [Cp1Ir(C-N)Cl]Cl (6, C-N = 3-Methyl-1-pyridylimidazol-2-ylidene) and [Cp1Ir(L)Cl2] (7, L = 1,3-dimethylimidazol-2-ylidene) have been synthesized by transmetallation from Ag(I) carbene species, and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectra and elemental analyses. The molecular structures of 5–7 have been confirmed by X-ray single-crystal analyses. The iridium carbene complexes 4 and 6 show moderate catalytic activities (3.03 × 105 g PNB (mol Ir)?1 h?1 and 1.70 × 106 g PNB (mol Ir)?1 h?1) for the addition polymerization of norbornene in the presence of methylaluminoxane (MAO) as co-catalyst. The produced polynorbornene have been characterized by IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra, showing it follows the vinyl-addition-type of polymerization.  相似文献

N-Thioamide thiosemicarbazone derived of 2-chloro-4-hydroxy-benzaldehyde (R = H, HL1; R = Me, HL2 and R = Ph, HL3) have been prepared and their reaction with fac-[ReX(CO)3(CH3CN)2] (X = Br, Cl) in chloroform gave the adducts [ReX(CO)3(HL)] (1a X = Cl, R = H; 1a′ X = Br, R = H; 1b X = Cl, R = CH3; 1b′ X = Br, R = CH3; 1c X = Cl, R = Ph; 1c′ X = Br, R = Ph) in good yield. Complexes 1a′ and 1b’ were also obtained by the reaction of HL1 and HL3 with [ReBr(CO)5] in toluene. All the compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry (FAB), IR and 1H NMR spectroscopic methods. Moreover, the structures of HL2, HL3 and 1a·H2O were also established by X-ray diffraction. In 1a, the rhenium atom is coordinated by the sulphur and the azomethine nitrogen atoms, forming a five-membered chelate ring, as well as three carbonyl carbon and chloride atoms. The resulting coordination polyhedron can be described as a distorted octahedron. The study of the crystals obtained by slow evaporation of methanol and DMSO solutions of the adducts 1a′ and 1b, respectively, showed the formation of dimer structures based on rhenium(I) thiosemicarbazonates [Re2(L1)2(CO)6]·3H2O (2a)·3H2O and [Re2(L2)2(CO)6]·(CH3)2SO (2b)·2(CH3)2SO. Amounts of these thiosemicarbazonate complexes [Re2(L)2(CO)6] (2) were obtained by reaction of the corresponding free ligands with [ReCl(CO)5] in dry toluene. In 2a·3H2O and 2b·2(CH3)2SO the dimer structures are established by Re–S–Re bridges, where S is the thiolate sulphur from a N,S-bidentate thiosemicarbazonate ligand. In both structures the rhenium coordination sphere is similar; the dimers are in the same diamond Re2S2 face.  相似文献

Trans-[RuCl2(CO)2(PEt3)2] reacts with two equivalents of a series of 1,1-dithiolate ligands to form the bis(dithiolate) complexes, cis-[Ru(CO)(PEt3)(S2X)2] (X = CNMe2, CNEt2, COEt, P(OEt)2, PPh2). Two intermediates have been isolated; trans-[Ru(PEt3)2Cl(CO){S2P(OEt)2}] and trans-[Ru(PEt3)2(CO)(η1-S2COEt)(η2-S2COEt)], allowing a simple reaction scheme to be postulated involving three steps; (i) initial replacement of cis carbonyl and chloride ligands, (ii) substitution of the second chloride, (iii) loss of a phosphine. Thermolysis of cis-[Ru(CO)(PEt3)(S2CNMe2)2] with Ru3(CO)12 in xylene affords trinuclear [Ru33-S)2(PEt3)(CO)8] as a result of dithiocarbamate degradation. Crystal structures of cis-[Ru(CO)(PEt3)(S2X)2] (X = NMe2, COEt), trans-[Ru(PEt3)2Cl(CO){S2P(OEt)2}], trans-[Ru(PEt3)2(CO)(η1-S2COEt)(η2-S2COEt)] and [Ru33-S)2(PEt3)(CO)8] are reported.  相似文献

Silver(I) complexes of heterobidentate ligands that incorporate one or two N-heterocyclic carbene moieties coupled with an alcohol or amine group have been made by direct deprotonation of ligands of the form [HOCR1R2CH2(1-HC{NCHCHNR})][X], H2L1X (X = Br, I), [H2NR1CHR2CHR2(1-HC{NCHCHNR})][Br]2 H3L2X2 (X = Cl, Br), and [H2N{CH2CH2(1-HC[NCHCHNMes])}2][X]3 H4L3X3 (X = Cl, Br). Silver(I) oxide is sufficiently basic to deprotonate both the imidazolium and the alcohol functional groups of all but one of the L1 ligand precursors, to afford rare examples of silver alkoxide complexes [Ag(L1)], stabilised by the soft donor carbene. Another complex of L1 is characterised as the carbene alcohol adduct [Ag(HL1)2I]. The analogous reactions of silver(I) oxide with the amino imidazolium precursors afford silver amino-carbenes [Ag(HL2)Br] with the potentially bidentate L2 ligand, and [Ag(HL3)X] (X = Cl, Br) with the potentially tridentate L3 ligand. A single crystal X-ray diffraction study of the latter complex confirms that the neutral amine of the potentially tridentate L3 ligand is unco-ordinated; instead the structure contains discrete chains of T-shaped silver bis(carbene) halide moieties that bridge to form a zig-zag 2-connected polymer. Protonolysis of two of the silver alkoxide and amino adducts, [Ag(L1a)] and [Ag(HL2a)Br], affords imidazolium complexes salts [H2L1a][AgCl2] and [Ag(H2L2a)Br][AgBr2] that retain the Ag(I) centre as complex counterions. The single crystal X-ray structures of these salts have been determined and show the silver(I) cations are now incorporated into ladders or chains as silver(I) halo-anions, and a silver amine dative bond is present in the latter complex.  相似文献

The precursors [Fe(III)(5XL)Cl] (5XLH2 = N,N′-bis(1-hydroxy-2-benzyliden)-1,6-diamino-3-X-hexane, X = N,S) are high-spin (S = 5/2) complexes. This precursors are combined with the bridging unit [(NC)5Fe(II)-CN-Co(III)(CN)5]6− to yield star-shaped dodecanuclear clusters, [(5XLFe(III)-NC)5Fe(II)-CN-Co(III)(CN-Fe(III)5XL)5]Cl4. The star-shaped compounds are high-spin systems at room temperature. On cooling to 20 K some of the iron(III) centers in the N-star switch to the low-spin state as proven by Mössbauer spectroscopy, i.e. multiple electronic transitions, while the S-star remains in the high-spin state.  相似文献

The complex [Ru(η2-O2CCH2CH3)(dppe)2]PF6 (dppe = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane) was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, spectroscopic techniques, X-ray crystallography, HRESIMS and HRESIMS/MS. The characterization data are consistent with a cis arrangement for the dppe ligands and a bidentate coordination of the propionate ligand through carboxylate oxygens. Cytotoxicity assays were carried out on human and murine cancer and normal cell lines. In general, the [Ru(η2-O2CCH2CH3)(dppe)2]PF6 complex was more cytotoxic than both its precursor cis–[RuCl2(dppe)2] and the reference metallodrug cisplatin. The best results against the HepG2 human tumour cell line and S180 murine tumour cell line were found with IC50 values of 6.5 ± 0.2 and 0.18 ± 0.03 μM, respectively.  相似文献

The salt bis-tetrapropylammonium tetrachloroantimonate (III) is crystallized in the monoclinic system with the P21/c space group. The unit cell dimensions are: a = 18.1973(5) Å, b = 15.7225(4) Å, c = 13.6491(3) Å, β = 91.65(1)° and Z = 4. The vibrational spectra have been measured at room temperature by FT-infrared spectroscopy (4000–400 cm−1) on polycrystalline samples, and by FT-Raman spectroscopy (3500–30 cm−1) on monocrystals. The structure of the 2[N(C3H7)4]SbCl4 formed by two types of cations (C3H7)4N+ and two types of anions [SbCl4] was optimized by density functional theory (DFT) using the B3LYP method. Actually the values obtained by the B3LYP/LanL2MB basis with the aid of a calculation of the potential energy distribution (PED) are in good agreement with the experimental data. A root mean square (rms) difference value was calculated and the small differences between experimental and calculated modes have been interpreted by intermolecular interactions with-in the crystal. A comparison between the results of the 2[N(C3H7)4]SbCl4 compound and the simulated compounds based on the (CH3)4N+) and (C2H5)4N+ fragments, shows an increase in the wavenumber of the bands assigned to the stretching vibration of the (NC) group for the 2[N(C3H7)4]SbCl4 compound. The comparison between the [N(C3H7)4]Cl ligand and the 2[N(C3H7)4]SbCl4 compound of the infrared and Raman spectrum shows an increase in the wavenumber for the bands assigned to the stretching vibration of (CH3) and the bending vibration of (NC4) groups in the 2[N(C3H7)4]SbCl4 compound.  相似文献

Two new Ru(II) complexes, [Ru(bpy)2(1-COO-iqu)]+ (2; bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, 1-COO-iqu? = isoquinoline-1-carboxylate) and [Ru(bpy)2(3-COO-iqu)]+ (3; 3-COO-iqu? = isoquinoline-3-carboxylate), were prepared and their crystal structures solved. The ground and excited state properties of 2 and 3 were characterized and compared to those of [Ru(bpy)3]2+ (1). The presence of the oxygen atom in the Ru(II) coordination sphere makes 2 and 3 easier to oxidize than 1. The Ru  bpy MLCT absorption and emission of 2 and 3 are red-shifted relative to that of 1 in CH2Cl2, and the E00 energies were estimated to be 1.89 eV and 1.95 eV from the low temperature emission of 2 and 3, resulting in excited state oxidation potentials of ?1.03 V and ?1.10 V vs SCE, respectively. In addition to the short-lived emissive 3MLCT state, a long-lived species is observed in the transient absorption of 3 in DMSO (τ = 49 μs) and pyridine (τ = 44 μs), assigned to a solvent-coordinated complex. This intermediate is not observed for 3 in non-polar solvents or for 2. The absence of the solvent coordinated intermediate in 2 is explained by the stronger Ru–O bond afforded by the lower conjugation in that extends onto the carboxylic acid in the 1-COO-iquo?ligand, compared to that in the 3-COO-iqu?ligand in 3. Transient absorption experiments also show that the 3MLCT excited state of 3 is able to reduce methyl viologen.  相似文献

The newly prepared homo-bimetallic complexes [M2(imda)2(H2O)4], [M2(imda)2(Bipy)2] (M = Co, Ni or Cu) and [Fe2(imda)2(H2O)3Cl] (H2imda = iminodiacetic acid and Bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine) have been studied employing IR, FAB-mass, 1H and 13C NMR, EPR and ligand field spectra, which indicated a high-spin state of metal ion with hexa-coordinate environment. 57Fe Mössbauer data of the homo-bimetallic complex [Fe2(imda)2(H2O)3Cl] confirm a high-spin configuration with Fe (±3/2  1/2) nuclear transitions and the presence of Kramer's double degeneracy. At RT, the spin–spin interactions of the neighbouring nuclei (Fe3+–Fe3+ = S5/2–S5/2) are anti-ferromagnetically coupled. However, at LNT, the complex acquires a mixed-valent [FeIII–FeII] composition corroborated from the X-band EPR data. CV studies indicated the presence of quasi-reversible redox CuII/I, CuII/III, FeIII/II, FeIII/I and FeII/I couples.  相似文献

The complex [Mn(L)(H2O)2] [H4L = bis[N-(2-hydroxynaphthalen-1-yl)methylene]-oxaloyldihydrazide] reacts with activated ruthenium(III) chloride in methanol in 1:1.2 M ratio under reflux resulting in heterobimetallic complex of the composition [Mn(L)(H2O)4RuCl2]Cl. The complexes of the composition [Mn(L)(A)4RuCl2]Cl were obtained when the above reaction was carried out in presence of heterocyclic nitrogen bases(A) such as pyridine(py), 3-picoline(3-pic) and 4-picoline(4-pic). The molar conductance values for these complexes in DMF(N,N-dimethyl formamide) solution indicate their 1:1 electrolytic nature. Magnetic moment values suggest that these heterobimetallic complexes contain Mn(IV) and Ru(III) in the same structural unit. Electronic spectral studies suggest six coordinated metal ions in these complexes. IR spectra reveal that the H4L ligand coordinates in its keto-form to Mn(IV) and Ru(III).  相似文献

Reaction of [Ag(CH3impy)2]PF6, 1, with Au(tht)Cl produces the monometallic Au(I)-species [Au(CH3impy)2]PF6, 2. Treatment of 2 with excess AgBF4 in acetonitrile, benzonitrile or benzylnitrile produces the polymeric species {[AuAg(CH3impy)2(L)](BF4)2}n, (L = CH3CN,3; L = C6H5CN, 4; L = C6H5CH2CN, 5) where the Au(I) centers remain bound to two carbene moieties while the Ag(I) centers are coordinated to two alternating pyridyl groups and a solvent molecule (L). Reaction of 2 with AgNO3 in acetonitrile produces the zig-zag mixed-metal polymer {[AuAg(CH3impy)2(NO3)]NO3}n, 6, that contains a coordinated nitrate ion in place of the coordinated solvent species. All of these polymeric materials are dynamic in solution and dissociate into their respective monometallic components. Compounds 26 are intensely luminescent in the solid-state and in frozen solution. All of these complexes were characterized by 1H, 13C NMR, electronic absorption and emission spectroscopy and elemental analysis.  相似文献

This paper reports the photo-luminescence spectroscopic results of Strontium–Barium–Niobate, Srx,Ba1−xNb2O5 (SBN, x = 0.61 for near congruent composition) crystals doped with Cr2O, at cryogenic temperature (20 K). The experimental results reveal the need of re-assignment of the Cr3+ ions defect centres in this material. For first time, a broad emission band in the near infrared region centred at ca. 950 nm is reported. This emission band has micro-seconds decaytime constant and a FWHM band-width > 1700 cm−1 and has been ascribed to the vibronically assisted 4T2  4A2 transition. A much narrower emission band centred at ca. 764 nm with milli-seconds decaytime constant and a FWHM band-width of ca. 170 cm−1 is correlated to the 2E  4A2 radiative transition (R-line).  相似文献

The precursor [FeIII(L)Cl] (LH2 = N,N′-bis(2′-hydroxy-benzyliden)-1,6-diamino-3-azahexane) has been prepared and Mössbauer spectroscopy assigned a high-spin (S = 5/2) state at room temperature. The precursor is combined with the bridging units [SbV(X)6]? (X = CN?, NCS?) to yield star-shaped heptanuclear clusters [(LFeIII–X)6SbV]Cl5. The star-shaped compounds are in general high-spin systems at room temperature. On cooling to 20 K some of the iron(III) centers switch to the low-spin state as indicated by Mössbauer spectroscopy, i.e. multiple electronic transitions. While the cyano-bridged complex performs a multiple spin transition the thiocyanate-compound shows no significant population at both temperatures.  相似文献

In order to study the templating effect of the cation and the resulting impact on the magnetic properties, reactions of M(II) salts with [cation][Au(CN)2] were conducted, yielding a series of coordination polymers of the form [cation]{M[Au(CN)2]3} (cation = nBu4N+, PPN+ (bis(triphenylphosphoranylidene)ammonium); M = Ni(II) and Co(II)). The structures of nBu4N{M[Au(CN)2]3} and PPN{M[Au(CN)2]3} (M = Ni and Co) contain two distinct 3-D anionic frameworks of {M[Au(CN)2]3}, hence the framework was sensitive to the cation, but not to the identity of the metal center. In nBu4N{M[Au(CN)2]3}, the metal centers are connected by [Au(CN)2] units to form six 2-D (4, 4) rectangular grids that are fused through the M centers to yield a complex three-dimensional framework which accommodates the nBu4N+ cations. In PPN{M[Au(CN)2]3}, the framework adopts a simpler non-interpenetrated Prussian-blue-type pseudo-cubic array, with the PPN+ cations occupying each cavity; no reduction in dimensionality occurs despite the large cation size. In the presence of water, {Co(H2O)2[Au(CN)2]2} · nBu4N[Au(CN)2] was obtained, a 2-D layered polymer that contains neutral sheets of {Co(H2O)2[Au(CN)2]2} which are separated by nBu4N[Au(CN)2] layers; aurophilic interactions of 3.4250(13) Å and hydrogen-bonding connect the layers. The magnetic properties of all compounds were investigated by SQUID magnetometry. The Ni(II) polymers have similar magnetic behaviour, which are dominated by zero-field splitting with very weak antiferromagnetic interactions at low temperature (D  2–3 cm−1, zJ < 1 cm−1). The magnetic behaviour of all of the Co(II) polymers were found to be very similar, and dominated by single-ion effects (i.e. a large first-order orbital contribution). No significant magnetic coupling is observed in any of these coordination polymers, suggesting that the [Au(CN)2] bridging unit behaves as a poor mediator of magnetic exchange in these high-dimensionality systems.  相似文献

The cationic complexes [(η6-arene)Ru(SC5H4NH)3]2+, arene being C6H6 (1), MeC6H5 (2), p-iPrC6H4Me (3) or C6Me6 (4), have been synthesised from the reaction of 4-pyridinethiol with the corresponding precursor (η6-arene)2Ru22-Cl)2Cl2 and isolated as the chloride salts. The single-crystal X-ray structure of [4](PF6)2 reveals three 4-pyridinethiol moieties coordinated to the ruthenium centre through the sulphur atom, with the hydrogen atom transferred from the sulphur to the nitrogen atom. The electrochemical study of 14 shows a clear correlation between the Ru(II)/Ru(III) redox potentials and the number of alkyl substituents at the arene ligand (E°′ (RuII/III): 1 > 2 > 3 > 4), whereas the cytotoxicity towards A2780 ovarian cancer cells follows the series 4 > 1 > 3 > 2, the hexamethylbenzene derivative 4 being the most cytotoxic one. The corresponding reaction of the ortho-isomer, 2-pyridinethiol, with (η6-C6Me6)2Ru22-Cl)2Cl2 does not lead to the expected 2-pyridinethiolato analogue, but yields the neutral complex (η6-C6Me6)Ru(η2-SC5H4N)(η1-SC5H4N) (5). The analogous complex (η6-C6Me6)Ru(η2-SC9H6N)-(η1-SC9H6N) (6) is obtained from the similar reaction with 2-quinolinethiol.  相似文献

The first charge-transfer (CT) complexes containing the cationic ferrocenyl donor CpFeCpCH2N+(C2H5)3 and polyoxometalate (POM) acceptors of the Lindqvist structural type [M6O19]2? (M=Mo, W) with the ratio of ferrocenyl:POM of 1:1, (Bu4N)[CpFeCpCH2N(C2H5)3][Mo6O19] (1) and (Bu4N)[CpFeCpCH2N(C2H5)3][W6O19] (2), were synthesized in high yields (67–71%) by traditional solution synthetic method, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectrum, luminescent spectrum and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The X-ray structure of the two novel CTCs were both solved in the monoclinic space group P21/n and show the close interaction of the hydrogen atoms of the CpFeCpCH2N+(C2H5)3 with the oxygen atoms on the surface of the POM. The UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectrum in the solid state indicates the presence of a new CT band at λmax = 576 nm and 590 nm for 1 and 2, respectively, attributed to CT transitions between the ferrocenyl donors and the POM acceptors. The luminescent spectroscopy of 1 exhibits the weakened fluorescence signals compared to that of the corresponding POM and the cationic donor, however, 2 has an intense emission at about ca. 394 nm and may be excellent candidates for potential solid-state photofunctional materials.  相似文献
