A sensitive electrochemical stripping voltammetric method for analyzing organophosphate (OP) compounds was developed based on solid-phase extraction (SPE) at zirconia (ZrO2) nanoparticles modified electrode. ZrO2 nanoparticles were proved as a new sorbent for SPE of OP pesticides. Because of the strong affinity of ZrO2 for the phosphoric group, nitroaromatic OPs can strongly bind to the ZrO2 nanoparticle surface. The combination of SPE with square-wave voltammetry (SWV) provided a fast, sensitive, and selective electrochemical method for nitroaromatic OP compounds using methyl parathion (MP) as a model. The stripping response was highly linear over the MP range of 0.003–2.0 μg/mL, with a detection limit of 0.001 μg/mL. The fast extraction ability of ZrO2 nanoparticles makes it promising sorbent for various solid-phase extractions.  相似文献

We developed a simple strategy for designing a sensitive electrochemical stripping voltammetric sensor for organophosphate pesticides (OPs) based on solid-phase extraction (SPE) using nanosized Pt intercalated Ni/Al layered double hydroxides (labeled as NanoPt-LDHs). By assembling NanoPt with LDHs together, the resulting NanoPt-LDHs are highly efficient to capture OPs. It dramatically facilitates the enrichment of OPs onto their surface and realizes the sensitive stripping voltammetric detection of methyl parathion (MP) as a model of OPs. The stripping analysis shows highly linear over MP concentration ranges of 0.001–0.15 and 0.3–1.0 μg mL? 1 with a detection limit of 0.6 ng mL–1 (S/N = 3). The combination of NanoPt, LDHs, SPE, and square-wave voltammetry (SWV) provides a fast, simple, and sensitive electrochemical method for OPs.  相似文献

High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with solid phase extraction (SPE) was optimized for extraction and quantification of two benzimidazoles fungicides (carbendazim and benomyl) in tomato puree. Results indicate that HPLC using an Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse plus C18 column (4.5 mm × 100 mm, 3.5 μm) and SPE using Agilent SampliQ SCX (55 mg, 3 mL) is an excellent combination for extraction and analysis of these compounds. Recoveries ranged from 90.0 to 95.5 percent with RSDs below 5 percent and limit of detections of 5 μg/kg.  相似文献

An ultra-preconcentration technique composed of solid-phase extraction (SPE) and dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) coupled with gas chromatography–flame photometric detection (GC–FPD) was used for determination of thirteen organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) including phorate, diazinon, disolfotane, methyl parathion, sumithion, chlorpyrifos, malathion, fenthion, profenphose, ethion, phosalone, azinphose-methyl and co-ral in aqueous samples. The analytes were collected from large volumes of aqueous solutions (100 mL) into 100 mg of a SPE C18 sorbent. The effective variables of SPE including type and volume of elution solvent, volume and flow rate of sample solution, and salt concentration were investigated and optimized. Acetone was selected as eluent in SPE and disperser solvent in DLLME and chlorobenzene was used as extraction solvent. Under the optimal conditions, the enrichment factors were between 15,160 and 21,000 and extraction recoveries were 75.8–105.0%. The linear range was 1–10,000 ng L?1 and limits of detection (LODs) were between 0.2 and 1.5 ng L?1. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) for 50 ng L?1 of OPPs in water with and without an internal standard, were in the range of 1.4–7.9% (n = 5) and 4.0–11.6%, respectively. The relative recoveries of OPPs from well and farm water sat spiking levels of 25 and 250 ng L?1 were 88–109%.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective preconcentration method using solid-phase extraction (SPE) disk, namely multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) disk, is proposed for the determination of atrazine and simazine in water samples. Atrazine and simazine were extracted on MWCNTs disk and then determined by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Several parameters on the enrichment factor of the analytes were investigated. The experimental results showed that it was possible to obtain quantitative analysis when the solution pH was 5 using 200 mL of validation solution containing 0.1 μg of triazines and 5 mL of acetone as an eluent. The maximum enrichment factors for atrazine and simazine were 3900 ± 250 and 4000 ± 110, respectively when 200 mL of sample solution volume was used. Relative standard deviations for seven determinations were 6.9% (atrazine) and 3.0% (simazine) under optimum conditions. The linear range of calibration curves were 0.1 to 1 ng mL 1 for each analyte with good correlation coefficients. The detection limits (3S/N) were 2.5 and 5.0 pg mL 1 for atrazine and simazine, respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of atrazine and simazine in environmental water samples with high precision and accuracy.  相似文献

An ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometric detection (UHPLC–MS/MS) method was established for the simultaneous determination of residues of thirty non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in swine muscle. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and phosphoric acid. The extracts were defatted with n-hexane, and then purified by HLB solid-phase extraction cartridge. Analysis was carried out on UHPLC–ESI-MS/MS working with multiple reaction monitoring mode with polarity switching. Limits of detection were between 0.4 μg/kg and 2.0 μg/kg, and limits of quantification were between 1.0 μg/kg and 5.0 μg/kg. The recoveries of NSAIDs were between 61.7% and 125.7% at spiked levels of 1.0–500 μg/kg. The repeatability was less than 8% and the within-laboratory reproducibility was not more than 12.3%. The method was reliable, convenient and sensitive.  相似文献

A new sorbent based on cysteine modified silica gel (SiG-cys) was prepared and studied for preconcentration and separation of noble metals Au(III), Pd(II), Pt(II), Pt(IV). Its extraction efficiency was examined by batch and column solid phase extraction procedures. Laboratory experiments performed showed that sorbent is characterized with high selectivity, permiting quantitative sorption (93–97%) of noble metals Au, Pd and Pt from acidic media 0.1–2 mol L? 1 HCl and unsignificant sorption (less than 2%) for common base metals like Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn. The analytes retained on the sorbent are effectively eluted with 0.1 mol L? 1 thiourea in 0.1 mol L? 1 HCl and measured by ETAAS or ICP OES under optimal instrumental parameters. The sorbent showed high mechanical and chemical stability and extraction efficiency was not changed after 500 cycles of sorption/desorption. The sorbent was successfully applied in analyticals procedures for preconcentration and determination of Au, Pd and Pt in geological and soil samples. Detection limits (3σ criteria) achieved, depending on the instrumental methods used are: ETAAS (0.005 μg L? 1 for Au in river and sea water, 0.002 μg g? 1 for Au in copper ore and copper concentrate); ICP OES (0.03 μg L? 1 for Pd and 0.06 μg L? 1 for Pt in river and sea water, 0.006 μg g? 1 for Pd in copper ore and copper concentrate and 0.002 μg g? 1 for soluble Pt in soil). The accuracy of the procedures developed was confirmed by added/found method for sea and river water; by the analysis of national certified materials (copper ore and copper concentrate for Au and Pd) and by determination of the sum of soluble Pt(II) + Pt(IV) in spiked soil samples.  相似文献

The voltammetric (CV and DPV) behavior of multi-walled carbon nanotube/Nafion composite coupled with a glassy carbon electrode was investigated for the determination of 2,4-dichlorophenol. The structural and morphological evaluation by XRD and FESEM revealed that the acid treated MWCNT retained their morphology without any structural change. The existence of the possible functional groups was investigated by FTIR and Raman spectroscopy. Compared to bare GCE, a significantly reduced interfacial charge transfer resistance was noticed for MWCNT/Nafion/GCE by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The use of Nafion not only contributed to the non-covalent functionalization of MWCNT, but also protected the electrode surface against the polymerization of phenoxy radicals forming a passivating film. For MWCNT/Nafion/GCE, the combination of anti-passivating ability and excellent catalytic properties resulted in the rapid and direct electrochemical determination of 2,4-DCP. Under optimal experimental conditions, the DPV responses for MWCNT/Nafion/GCE is linear over the 1–150 μmol/L range with a detection limit (S/N = 3) of 0.01 μmol/L. The presence of many interfering species had no influence on the signals of 2,4-DCP. The proposed sensor was successfully tested for the determination of 2,4-DCP in tap water samples and the recovery was in the range of 99.0–102.5%.  相似文献

Chromium is a controversial element with an important essentiality and toxicity. Depending on its different species, its speciation analysis in bio-origin matrices is of utmost importance. Ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (APDC) and layered double hydroxide (LDH) nanoparticles, with the purpose of combining their outstanding performances, were served to speciate chromium ions in human biological samples. The as-obtained sorbent (nano LDH-APDC) - after characterization by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) - was used as a novel pH-sensitive adsorbent in an integrated one-step dispersive solid-phase extraction (I-OS-DSPE), which combines the benefits of the air-assisted microextraction and dispersive solid-phase extraction methods. An interesting feature of the nano LDH-APDC sorbent is that it is dissolved in an aqueous solution when the pH of the solution is lower than 4. Thus the analyte elution step, as required in most of the sorbent-based extraction methods, was obviated by dissolving the sorbent in an acidic solution after extraction and separation from the sample solution. The Cr(VI) ions were first extracted, while the Cr(III) ions remained in the aqueous solution. The extract was then directly injected into a flame atomic absorption spectrometer with a micro-sampling introduction system, and the concentration of the Cr(III) ions was calculated by its subtraction from the total chromium ions present. Several variables including the pH (5), type and amount of the nanosorbent used (30 mg of nano (Zn-Al) LDH-APDC), number of extraction cycles (15 times), and elution conditions (200 µL of 6.0 mol L−1 HNO3) were investigated to achieve the maximum extraction efficiency. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the limit of detection, linear range, consumptive index, and enrichment factor for the Cr(VI) ions were 2.4 μg L−1, 8.0–640 μg L−1, 0.24, and 42.5 ± 1, respectively. These findings suggested that nano (Zn-Al) LDH-APDC could be regarded as a promising adsorbent for an efficient speciation of the chromium species in the human hair, nail, saliva, plasma, and urine samples.  相似文献

A novel capillary electrophoresis (CE) method coupled with monolithic molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) fiber based solid phase microextraction (SPME) was developed for selective and sensitive determination of ephedrine (E) and pseudoephedrine (PE). With in situ polymerization in a silica capillary mold and E as template, the MIP fibers could be produced in batch reproducibly and each fiber was available for 50 extraction cycles without significant decrease in extraction ability. Using the MIP fiber under optimized extraction conditions, CE detection limits of E and PE were greatly lowered from 0.20 to 0.00096 μg/mL and 0.12 to 0.0011 μg/mL, respectively. Analysis of urine and serum samples by the MIP-SPME-CE method was also performed, with results indicating that E and PE could be selectively extracted. The recoveries and relative standard deviations (RSDs) for sample analysis were found in the range of 91–104% and 3.8–9.1%, respectively.  相似文献

A simple spectrophotometric method was developed for the simultaneous determination of five commercial cationic dyes at 2.0?8.5 μg L?1 level after using diatomite as solid-phase extractant. The method is based on preconcentration of the five dyes on natural diatomite solid-phase extractant and on multivariate calibration using partial least squares method (PLS-1). Compared with commonly used chromatographic or electrophoretic methods the developed method is simple and sensitive. With enrichment factors between 89 and 96, diatomite outperformed zeolite and activated carbon for dyes preconcentration. Before preconcentration and using PLS-1 method, the cationic dyes were simultaneously analyzed with linear ranges of 0.18–4.5, 0.32–5.0, 0.23–4.5, 0.45–8.0 and 0.82–12.0 mg L?1 for crystal violet, malachite green, methylene blue, safranine O, and thioflavin T, respectively. The detection limits of dyes were estimated using Lorber’s method and found to be within the range 43–245 μg L?1. The proposed SPE/PLS-1 method was applied to spiked stream water samples with good accuracy (79–91%) and precision (RSD 1.8–7.3%) but with slightly lower enrichment factors (80–92).  相似文献

Solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and solid-phase extraction (SPE) procedures were coupling with microwave-assisted micellar extraction for organochlorine pesticides residues determination in seaweed samples. They were optimized, compared and discussed.Preliminary experiments were performed in order to study experimental conditions for the extraction of pesticides from spiked seaweed samples with microwave-assisted micellar extraction (MAME) using a non-ionic surfactant (Polyoxyethylene 10 Lauryl Ether). After that, SPME and SPE were used to clean-up and preconcentrate MAME extract prior the analysis by liquid chromatography with photodiode array (PDA) detection.Excellent results were obtained for both procedures. Average pesticide recoveries between 80.5 and 104.3% for MAME-SPME and between 73.9 and 111.5% for MAME-SPE were obtained. Relative standard deviations (RSDs) were lower than 10.3% and 5.3% respectively for all recoveries tested, and LOD between 138–348 ng g 1 for MAME-SPME and 2–38 ng g 1 for MAME-SPE were obtained. The method was validated using Soxhlet extraction procedure. Both methods were applied to analyse target organochlorine pesticides in several seaweed samples and results were compared. These results show the great possibilities of combining MAME-SPE-HPLC-UV for the analysis of seaweed samples, improving the selectivity and sensitivity in the determination of organochlorine pesticides analysis for this kind of samples.  相似文献

The object of this work is to develop a simple and selective method for efficient extraction of Au(III) ions in aqueous solution using a new solid-phase extraction sorbent. Polyethylenimine (PEI) ion-exchange polymer was coated on alumina in the presence of NaNO3. The method is based on sorption of Au3+ ions on 50 mg PEI/Al2O3. A solution of 0.5 M thiourea, then 1.0 M HCl effectively eluted the gold ion and then aspirated into flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS). The influence of flow rate of sample solution and eluent, the pH effect, eluent type and sorption capacity was investigated. The effects of various diverse ions for preconcentration and separation of the gold ion were investigated. Relative standard deviation of 4.0 μg mL−1 of gold was 1.46% (n = 10). The detection limit was 26.2 ng L−1 in original solution. The method has been applied successfully for the recovery of trace amount of Au(III) ions from water samples.  相似文献

In the present study, a simple and sensitive extraction method based on polypropylene membrane-protected micro-solid phase extraction (MP-μ-SPE) has been developed for analysis of sulfonamides in food samples. Poly (methacrylic acid-ethylene glycol dimethacrylate) (p-MAA-EDMA) was synthesized using orthogonal array experimental design, optimized with three factors at four levels and evaluated on yield, hydrophobic and cation-exchange properties. The optimized p-MAA-EDMA was then employed as the sorbent in the MP-μ-SPE for extraction of sulfonamides from milk and chicken muscle samples, followed by high performance liquid chromatographic analysis with ultraviolet detection. Under optimized extraction conditions, good linearities (0.010–1.0 μg mL?1 with r2 > 0.9900), low limits of detection (0.38–0.62 ng mL?1), and acceptable intra-day (2.7–13.7%) and inter-day (6.7–15.2%) relative standard deviations were obtained. It was demonstrated to be an effective approach to handle semi-solid/solid samples with good resistance to interference from “dirty” samples.  相似文献

In this stability-indicating, reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method for nicardipine (NIC), forced degradation has been employed and the formed degradants were separated on a C18 (150 mm × 3.9 mm, 5 μm) analytical column using a mobile phase consisted of 70% methanol: acetic acid containing 0.01 M triethylamine with pH 4. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the photodiode array detection wavelength was 353 nm. Forced degradation of the drug was carried out under acidic, basic, photolytic, and oxidative stress conditions. Chromatographic peak purity data indicated no co-eluting peaks with the main peaks. This method resulted in the detection of seven degradation products. Among these, two major degradation products from basic hydrolysis, one from oxidation by H2O2 and four from photolytic stress were identified by mass spectral data. A good linear response was achieved over the range of 0.5–40 μg/mL with a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.011 μg/mL and limit of quantification (LOQ) of 0.036 μg/mL. The suggested method was successfully applied for the analysis of NIC in its commercial capsules, with mean% recovery value of 100.11 ± 2.26%. The method was extended to the in vitro determination on NIC in spiked human plasma samples with mean% recovery of 99.04 ± 5.67%. The suggested method was utilized to investigate the kinetics of photolytic induced degradation.  相似文献

A simple stopped-flow injection system with spectrophotometric detection was proposed for the determination of nicotinamide (NAM) in pharmaceutical formulations. In this system cyanogen chloride formed from the combination of an acidic KSCN with the NaClO streams reacts with injected NAM to form glutaconic aldehyde. Then the product of these three components was coupled with another buffered (pH 3.5) stream of barbituric acid and directed towards the detector. A 45 s after sample injection the pump was stopped for 130 s. During this time the reactants in the flow cell were provided with the required temperature (40 °C) by placing the cell in a home made cell jacket to increase the yield of the polymethine dye product. Eventually, the absorbance of the formed pink color dye was monitored spectrophotometrically at 560 nm and NAM in the concentration range of 1.0–25.0 μg/mL (R = 0.9974 and D.L = 0.5 μg/mL) was determined. The results obtained by this method were compared statistically and agree with those obtained by the method described in the British Pharmacopoeia.  相似文献

A water compatible molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) using cyromazine as a mimic template, methacrylic acid as the functional polymer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linker was synthesized and used to extract melamine from feed and milk samples via a molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE) protocol. Optimum retention of melamine on the MISPE cartridge was achieved using methanol, and the interferences in the samples were effectively washed out. The binding capacity of the polymer toward melamine was found to be about 500 μg of melamine/g of polymer. The recoveries of 2 μg and 20 μg melamine standard spiked into water extract of blank feeds and milk samples were between 83.4% and 103%, with relative standard deviation <5.6%. The cyromazine-MIP demonstrated high cross-reactivity for melamine and low affinity to cyanuric acid. The ionic bond interaction was regarded as the main factors that dominated the retention of the melamine on the MISPE cartridge.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective liquid chromatographic–tandem mass spectrometric (LC–MS–MS) method was developed to determine pantoprazole sodium (PNT) in human urine. After solid-phase extraction with SPE cartridge, the urine sample was analysed on a C18 column (symmetry 3.5 μm; 75 mm × 4.6 mm i.d) interfaced with a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer. Positive electrospray ionization was employed as the ionization source. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile–water (90:10, v/v). The method was linear over a concentration range of 1–100 ng mL?1. The lower limit of quantitation was 1 ng mL?1. The intra-day and inter-day relative standard deviation across three validation runs over the entire concentration range was <10.5%. The accuracy determined at three concentrations (8.0, 50.0 and 85.0 ng mL?1 PNT) was within ±1.25% in terms of relative errors.  相似文献

In this study, octadecyltrimethylammonium surfactant was immobilized onto a cation exchange membrane for the application in solid-phase extraction of phenolic compounds. The results indicate that an HCl prewashing step and the use of hydroxide (or methoxide) counter ion could greatly improve the immobilized surfactant capacity. Through elemental and thermogravimetric analyses, the resulted immobilization percentage on the membrane (compared to membrane ion exchange capacity) was about 50, 100, and 150%, respectively, for the feed surfactant amount of 150, 2000, and 5000 μmol (volume = 20 mL). Phenol, 4-nitrophenol, 2,4-dimethylphenol, 2,4-dichlorophenol, 4-chloro-3-methylphenol, and bisphenol A were the tested compounds in a breakthrough volume experiment. The order of the obtained breakthrough volume values is similar to that of Kow values of the phenolic compounds. In the solid-phase extraction process from a feed mixture of 0.1 ppm for 4-nitrophenol, 2,4-dichlorophenol, and 4-chloro-3-methylphenol, high concentration factors and almost complete recoveries were achieved. Moreover, by increasing the membrane volume, a larger sample volume could be processed without any deterioration in performance.  相似文献

A method for preconcentration of palladium at trace level on modified multiwalled carbon nanotubes columns and determination by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) has been developed. Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were oxidized with concentrated HNO3 and the oxidized multiwalled carbon nanotubes were modified with 5-(4′-dimethylamino benzyliden)-rhodanine, and then were used as a solid sorbent for preconcentration of Pd(II) ions. Factors influencing sorption and desorption of Pd(II) ions were investigated. The sorption of Pd(II) ions was quantitative in the pH range of 1.0–4.5, whereas quantitative desorption occurs with 3.0 mL 0.4 mol L?1 thiourea. The amount of eluted palladium was measured using flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The effects of experimental parameters, including sample flow rate, eluent flow rate, and eluent concentration were investigated. The effect of coexisting ions showed no interference from most ions tested. The proposed method permitted a large enrichment factor (about 200). The relative standard deviation of the method was ±2.73% (for eight replicate determination of 2.0 μg mL?1 of Pd(II)) and the limit of detection was 0.3 ng mL?1. The method was applied to the determination of Pd(II) in water, road dust, and standard samples.  相似文献
