本文在理论上研究了垂直磁各向异性自旋阀结构中磁场激发和调节的铁磁共振. 通过线性展开包含自旋转移矩项的Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert方程,获得了磁场激发和调节的铁磁共振谱. 给出了共振线宽、共振频率和共振磁场随直流电流密度大小和方向以及直流磁场的变化关系. 通过调节直流电流密度的大小和方向,系统的有效阻尼可以达到最小. 关键词: 自旋阀 自旋转移矩 垂直磁各向异性 铁磁共振  相似文献

The resonant property of the magnetic vortex confined in a square-shaped ferromagnetic dot has been investigated. We showed that the field dependence of the resonant frequency has a unique directional dependence originating from a four-fold rotational symmetry of the square. The resonant frequency is found to be strongly modulated by the magnetic field along the diagonal direction although the magnetic field applied along the side of the square hardly modified the resonant frequency. The modulation ratio of the resonant frequency defined by the ratio between minimum and maximum frequencies for the vortex resonance was found to be tuned by the lateral dimension of the square. These unique frequency tunabilities controlled by the magnitude and the direction of the magnetic field may provide additional functions in the application of the magnetic vortex systems.  相似文献

When a small perturbation is added to the Hamiltonian function of an integrable multi-dimensional nonlinear system, classical transport processes on the action space can be dramatically altered when the phase point is inside a nonlinear resonance. This phenomenon, called “streaming” here, can result in the rapid migration of the phase point along the resonance, and a corresponding enhanced transport through the action space. The magnitude of the enhanced transport depends on the direction of the resonant libration induced by the perturbation.  相似文献

Based on the theory of composite materials and phononic crystals (PCs), a large-size rectangular piezoelectric composite plate with the quasi-periodic PC structure composed of PZT-4 and epoxy is proposed in this paper. This PC structure can suppress the transverse vibration of the piezoelectric composite plate so that the thickness mode is purer and the thickness vibration amplitude is more uniform. Firstly, the vibration of the model is analyzed theoretically, the electromechanical equivalent circuit diagram of three-dimensional coupled vibration is established, and the resonance frequency equation is derived. The effects of the length, width, and thickness of the piezoelectric composite plate at the resonant frequency are obtained by the analytical method and the finite element method, the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient is also analyzed. The results show that the resonant frequency can be changed regularly and the electromechanical conversion can be improved by adjusting the size of the rectangular piezoelectric plate. The effect of the volume fraction of the scatterer on the resonant frequency in the thickness direction is studied by the finite element method. The band gap in X and Y directions of large-size rectangular piezoelectric plate with quasi-periodic PC structures are calculated. The results show that the theoretical results are in good agreement with the simulation results. When the resonance frequency is in the band gap, the decoupling phenomenon occurs, and then the vibration mode in the thickness direction is purer.  相似文献

We demonstrate the phenomenon of resonant activation in a nonadiabatically driven dissipative optical lattice with broken time symmetry. The resonant activation results in a resonance as a function of the driving frequency in the current of atoms through the periodic potential. We demonstrate that the resonance is produced by the interplay between deterministic driving and fluctuations, and we also show that by changing the frequency of the driving it is possible to control the direction of the diffusion.  相似文献

使用振声法探测埋地物体时,表层土壤松软导致地表振动传感器在耦合环节发生谐振, 造成谐频附近的信号失真,限制了所采信号的可用频段。针对传感器在水平方向的耦合谐振问题,该文研究了传感器质量对谐振频率的影响。仿真对比了传感器质量为2~250 g情况下信号采集系统的频响特征,并在季节性的冻土地表开展了对比实验与横波波速测量实验。仿真与实验结果表明:250 g传感器所对应的耦合谐频不超过800 Hz;2 g传感器的耦合谐频可超过1200 Hz;传感器质量越轻,耦合谐振频率越高,所采信号的可用频段越宽。  相似文献

A gold dimer structure consisting of a notched triangle nanoslice and a rectangle nanorod is proposed to produce distinct Fano resonance. Owing to the coupling between the dipole plasmon mode of the nanorod and the dipole or quadrupole plasmon mode of the nanoslice, the extinction spectrum with a deep Fano dip is formed and can be well fitted by the Fano interference model for different geometry parameters. In addition, Fano resonance of the gold dimer nanostructure also intensely depends on the polarization direction of incident light. Moreover, Fano resonance of the triangle–rod trimer is also analyzed by adding another nanorod into the former dimer and exhibits the splitting of plasmonic resonant peak in high order coupling modes. The plasmonic hybridizations in these nanostructures have been analyzed for revealing the physical origin of the Fano resonance.  相似文献

根据振动理论分析两轴四框架系统选择减振器的要点,对某型直升机内外框架刚性连接的吊舱进行扫频振动试验,测量了谐振频率和谐振点的扫频放大率,绘制了放大率曲线。通过使用放大率曲线计算内外框架刚性连接时系统的三向刚度。并根据减振器刚度值,利用弹簧串联刚度的计算方法计算了使用减振器系统的三向刚度和谐振频率。重新进行试验后,结果表明系统谐振频率和放大率都满足要求。该结构使用减振器的要点是:减振器放大段位于伺服带宽内,系统谐振频率避开外界扰动频率以及放大率应尽可能小。  相似文献

We design an asymmetric nanostructure in the longitudinal direction at the visible–NIR range, which enables high enhancement factor and has the properties of Fano resonance induced by a visible–NIR laser. By simulating and analyzing the resonance frequency spectra of various nanorods, nanodipoles, and combined nanoantennas, we optimize the resonant spectra and enhanced factor of such nanoantennas. It has broad-band resonant spectra with a FWHM from 800 to 1,100 nm and possesses two resonant peaks at 870 and 1,000 nm, with an enhancement factor of 24. The current density distribution in such nanoantennas with different phases is also simulated in order to investigate its resonant mode. This theoretical study paves the way towards nanoscale lightwave control and spectral splitting. The designed nanodevices provide great potential for applications in ultrasensitive color sorters and biosensors induced by visible–NIR lasers.  相似文献

Migration of planetary systems caused by the action of dissipative forces may lead the planets to be trapped in a resonance. In this work we study the conditions and the dynamics of such resonant trapping. Particularly, we are interested in finding out whether resonant capture ends up in a long-term stable planetary configuration. For two planet systems we associate the evolution of migration with the existence of families of periodic orbits in the phase space of the three-body problem. The family of circular periodic orbits exhibits a gap at the 2:1 resonance and an instability and bifurcation at the 3:1 resonance. These properties explain the high probability of 2:1 and 3:1 resonant capture at low eccentricities. Furthermore, we study the resonant capture of three-planet systems. We show that such a resonant capture is possible and can occur under particular conditions. Then, from the migration path of the system, stable three-planet configurations, either symmetric or asymmetric, can be determined.  相似文献

This paper investigates the resonant characteristics of three-dimensional bridges when high-speed trains pass them. Multi-span bridges with high piers and simply supported beams were used in the dynamic finite element analysis. The dominated train frequencies proposed in this study can be clearly seen from the finite element result. To avoid resonance, the dominated train frequencies and the bridge natural frequencies should be as different as possible, especially for the first dominated train frequency and the first bridge natural frequency in each direction. If the two first frequencies are similar, the bridge resonance can be serious. This study also indicates that a suitable axial stiffness between two simple beams can reduce vibrations at a near-resonance condition. The axial stiffness of the continuous railway and the friction of the bearing plate should be enough to obtain this axial stiffness.  相似文献

利用声子的波动性,在纳米线表面引入共振结构,可以有效阻碍声子输运.为进一步优化共振结构,本文基于平衡态分子动力学(EMD)方法,研究表面共振圆环结构的高度和宽度对Si纳米线热输运性质的影响.结果表明:随着共振圆环高度的增加,Si纳米线的热导率逐渐减小,最大减幅可达61.9%.当高度达到2nm以后,热导率基本不再变化.共振圆环宽度则对热导率的影响较小.声子色散关系中出现的平带,证实了共振圆环引起的声子共振效应;最低共振频率的变化说明了共振圆环中的声子波长决定了共振圆环高度对纳米线热导率的最大影响程度.研究进一步发现,随着共振圆环高度的增加,声学支声子对热导率贡献的比重变小.本文研究结果对高效热电材料和隔热材料的微纳结构设计提供了一种新的思路.  相似文献

We consider the resonant optical force acting on a pair of transparent microspheres by the excitation of morphology-dependent resonance (MDR). The bonding and antibonding modes of the MDR correspond to strong attraction and repulsion, respectively. The dependence of the force on separation and the role of absorption are discussed. At resonance, the force can be enhanced by orders of magnitude such that it will dominate other relevant forces. We found that a stable binding configuration can be induced by the resonant optical force.  相似文献

Using the finite difference time domain method, the electromagnetic field distribution of terahertz waves are simulated in photonic band gap structures with different single-defect, line-shaped defects and L-type defects composed of three single-defects. Introducing the photonic band gap structure with difference coordinates single-defects, the resonance frequency and amplitude of the single-defect along the vertical direction of line-shaped defects waveguide have more sensitive than the parallel direction. Introducing the photonic band gap structure with line-shaped defects composed of three defects, the resonant in the endpoint of line-shaped defects have high amplitude and in the middle of line-shaped defects have two resonant frequencies. Introducing the photonic band gap structure with L-type defects composed of three defects, three high-Q resonant frequencies appeared simultaneously in the some monitor coordinates.  相似文献

从理论上提出一种由局域共振单元组成的声子晶体低频多通道滤波模型.在二维三组元局域共振声子晶体中引入不同填充率的共振单元构成波导结构,通过有限元法计算出其能带结构、透射曲线和透射场图.结果显示:这种设计能够在低频带隙范围内不同填充率散射体的共振频率附近产生新的分立模,且这些分立模能够使相应的声波在声子晶体中沿波导方向传播;这些分立模只与相应的共振单元相关,抗干扰能力强.所得结果为低频多通道滤波器的设计提供了一种新的理论依据.  相似文献

Dipoles with Lorentz-type resonant electromagnetic responses can realise negative effective parameters in their negative resonant region. The electric dipole and magnetic dipole can realise, respectively, negative permittivity and negative permeability, so both the field distribution forms of electric and magnetic dipoles are fundamentals in designing left-handed metamaterial. Based on this principle, this paper studies the field distribution in high-permittivity dielectric materials. The field distributions at different resonant modes are analysed based on the dielectric resonator theory. The origination and influence factors of the electric and magnetic dipoles are confirmed. Numerical simulations indicate that by combining dielectric cubes with different sizes, the electric resonance frequency and magnetic resonance frequency can be superposed. Finally, experiments are carried out to verify the feasibility of all-dielectric left-handed metamaterial composed by this means.  相似文献

当金属纳米粒子形成规则分布且阵列周期与单粒子的共振波长近似匹配时, 会形成一种特殊的阵列共振, 这种共振比单粒子的局域表面等离子体共振具有更窄的共振线宽和更高的共振强度. 基于修正的长波近似方法, 讨论了矩形阵列的消光截面与阵列因子和单粒子的极化率之间的关系; 并详细研究了在不同偏振的入射光照射下, 阵列因子随着电偶极子方向的改变而产生的变化, 以及这一效应对阵列共振和消光截面所产生的影响. 结果表明, 大型的方阵是偏振无关的; 在矩形阵列中, 沿着阵列两个轴向的相邻粒子之间的耦合形成了阵列因子的两个极值, 并且分别对应了散射截面的最小值.  相似文献

We have experimentally demonstrated that planar neutron waveguides can be used as resonant beam couplers to efficiently produce a coherent neutron line source with cross sections in the submicrometer range. The Fraunhofer far-field diffraction pattern of the first three resonance modes was measured and found to be in excellent agreement with the theoretical model. Our measurements confirm that an excited exiting mode is fully coherent in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the thin-film coupler and may therefore be used for applications of interest to a broad user community in biochemical and semiconductor nanosciences such as static and time-resolved coherent speckle experiments or phase-contrast imaging.  相似文献

Electric field effect on the second-order nonlinear optical properties in semiparabolic quantum wells are studied theoretically. Both the second-harmonic generation susceptibility and nonlinear optical rectification depend dramatically on the direction and the strength of the electric field. Numerical results show that both the second-harmonic generation susceptibility and nonlinear optical rectification are always weakened as the electric field increases where the direction of the electric field is along the growth direction of the quantum wells, which is in contrast to the conventional case. However, the second-harmonic generation susceptibility is weakened, but the nonlinear optical rectification is strengthened as the electric field increases where the direction of the electric field is against the growth direction of the quantum wells. Also it is the blue (or red) shift of the resonance that is induced by increasing of the electric field when the direction of the electric field is along (or against) the growth direction of the quantum wells. Finally, the resonant peak and its corresponding to the resonant energy are also taken into account.  相似文献
