Summary.  The stereoselectivities of the quaternization reactions of (4aα,8aβ,9aβ,10aα)- and (4aα,8aα,9aβ,10aα)-tetradecahydro-10-methylacridine with methyl- and ethyl iodide as well as those of (4aα,8aβ,9aβ,10aα)- and (4aα,8aα,9aβ,10aα)-10-ethyl-tetradecahydroacridine with methyl iodide were investigated using 13C NMR spectroscopy including 13C-labelling where appropriate. The methylations of both N-methyl amines occur by predominant (60% and 75%, respectively) equatorial approach, their ethylations occur sterospecifically by equatorial approach, and the methylations of the N-ethyl amines occur by highly stereoselective (> 90%) axial approach of the quaternizing reagent. A mass-spectral study was carried out on the behavior of the Z- and E-isomers of 9-picolylideneazafluorenes. A possible mechanism for the elimination of a hydrogen atom from the M+ ion of the Z- and E-isomers of 1(4)-azafluorene derivatives was examined. Mass spectrometry permitted a distinction between compounds isomeric relative to the position of the nitrogen atom in the azafluorene fragments and also the Z- and E-isomers of picolylidene derivatives of 1- and 4-azafluorenes possessing - and -pyridyl substituents.  相似文献

In the presence of methanesulfonic acid as catalyst, the condensation reactions of 5,5′-dialkyldipyrromethanes with p-hydroxyacetophenone in methanol resulted in a mixture of the unexpected polysubstituted 15α,20α-di(4-hydroxylphenyl)calix[4]pyrroles and the expected 10α,20β-di(4-hydroxylphenyl)calix[4]pyrroles in comparable lower yields. The crystal structures of the new calix[4]pyrroles and their oxyacetate derivatives were successfully determined by X-ray diffraction and the intermolecular interactions in the solid state is briefly discussed.  相似文献

A calculation has been made by the method of molecular mechanics, using the MM2 program, of a number of stereomeres of 1,5,6,7(H)- and 1,5,6,7(H)-guai-11(13)-en-6,12-olides. The possibilities of the adoption by the seven-membered ring of particular conformations according to the type of its linkage with the 5-membered carbocycle have been considered. Questions of the influence of the orientation of the Me groups on the degree of distortion of the conformation of the seven-membered ring from the ideal and the relative stabilities of the various conformers are discussed.A. The title compound, α,α,β,β-5,10,15,20-tetrakis(2-aminophenyl)porphyrin, has been obtained and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 31.804(6), b = 19.314(4), c = 12.872(3) -, β = 90.592(3)°, Z = 4, V = 7907(3) -3, Dc = 1.193 g/cm3, Mr = 1419.67, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 -, μ = 0.073 mm-1, F(000) = 2984, R = 0.0773 and wR = 0.2045.The crystallographic analysis indicates the existence of N-H…( intermolecular interactions and hydrogen bonds which link the complex molecules into a 3D network structure.  相似文献

The title compound, C15H22N3O9P·2H2O, Mr=455.36, crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group P212121, with a =9.193(2), b =14.681(3), c =15.201(3)A, V =2501(1)A3, Z =4, Dx=1.474g/cm3, λ(MoKα)=0.71073A, μ=0.1894mm-1, T=299±1K, F(000)=960, R=0.061 and Rw=0.068 for 1899 observed reflections with I≥3σ(I). The analysis results indicate that the title compound is of lyxo-configuration and the configuration at C4″ is S. In the crystal state the molecule has anti conformation about glycosidic bond with the torsion angle-151.7°, the sugar ring is puckered with C3′-endo-C2′-exo, and the conformation of the C4′-C5′ bond is-sc.  相似文献

The compound Ba4Fe2I5S4 has been prepared at 1223-1123 K by the "U-assisted" reaction of FeS, BaS, S, and U with BaI2 as a flux. A more rational synthesis was also found; however, the presence of U appears to be essential for the formation of single crystals suitable for X-ray diffraction studies. Ba4Fe2I5S4 crystallizes in a new structure type with two formula units in space group I4/m of the tetragonal system. The structure consists of a Ba-I network penetrated by (1)infinity[Fe2S4] chains. Each Fe atom, which is located on a site with 4 symmetry, is tetrahedrally coordinated to four S atoms. The FeS4 tetrahedra edge-share to form linear (1)infinity[Fe2S4] chains in the [001] direction. The Fe-Fe interatomic distance in these chains is 2.5630(4) A, only about 3% longer than the shortest Fe-Fe distance in -Fe metal. Charge balance dictates that the average formal oxidation state of Fe in these chains is +2.5. The M?ssbauer spectra obtained at 85 and 270 K comprise a single quadrupole doublet that has hyperfine parameters consistent with an average Fe oxidation state of +2.5. The M?ssbauer spectrum obtained at 4.2 K consists of a single magnetic sextet with a small hyperfine field of -15.5 T. This spectrum is also consistent with rapid electron delocalization and an average Fe oxidation state of +2.5. The molar magnetic susceptibility of Ba4Fe2I5S4, obtained between 3.4 and 300 K, qualitatively indicates the presence of weak pseudo-one-dimensional ferromagnetic exchange within a linear chain above 100 K and weak three-dimensional ordering between the chains at lower temperatures.  相似文献

The pyrimidine nucleobases contained in DNA undergo a variety of photoinduced reactions in which two moieties become joined to form a product (e.g. formation of cyclobutane dimers and [6-4] adducts). Herein, we describe a new type of photoconjugation reaction that has been shown to occur for 5-methylcytosine (5-MeC), 1,5-dimethylcytosine (1,5-diMeC), 1-methylthymine and thymidine; in this reaction the 5-methyl group of one nucleobase (or nucleoside) becomes attached to the 4-position of the second moiety. For example, 5-MeC forms α-4'-(5'-methylpyrimidin-2'-one)-5-methylcytosine. The various (α-4) conjugates are produced upon irradiation of the parent compound in frozen aqueous solution at -78.5°C. The UV spectra of these compounds display a characteristic "double humped" profile, similar to that expected from overlaying the spectrum of parent nucleobase with that of a 2'-pyrimidone moiety. Preliminary results suggest that thymine and 5-methyl-2'-deoxycytidine (5-MedCyd) form analogous photoproducts. A variety of other previously unreported photoproducts are described as well for the 5-MeC, 1,5-diMeC and 5-MedCyd systems.  相似文献

The structure of (1α, 2β, 4β, 5α, 7β)-7-[(hydroxydi-2-thienylacetyl) oxy]-9,9-dimethyl-3-oxa-9-azoniatricyclo [3.3.1.02,4] nonane bromide monohydrate was studied using 1D and 2D NMR techniques. 2-[-(Phenylamino)vinyl]-5-(1,1-dimethyl-2-acetoxyethyl)-4(5H)-oxazolonium perchlorate was synthesized. The deprotonation ability of this compound in chloroform by the action of sodium carbonate to give 4(5H)-oxazolone, containing enamine fragment at C(2) in the ring was studied. 4-(2-(4-((β-Methallyl)oxy)phenyl)propan-2-yl)phenol was prepared via the reaction of methallyl chloride with bisphenol A and used for the synthesis of hexakis-4-(2-(4-((β-methallyl)oxy)phenyl)propan-2-yl)phenoxycyclotriphosphazene. It was revealed that the latter undergoes the Claisen rearrangement and can be also epoxidized by 3-chloroperbenzoic acid. The obtained epoxide was cured by a treatment with isophorone diamine. The decomposition and glass transition temperatures of cured resin were also estimated (275 and 130?°C, respectively) by DSC and TGA methods.  相似文献

In connection with our projects on the synthesis of biologically active 5-hydroxyalkan-4-olides which have a chiral 2.3-diol unit,1 we have carried out the synthesis of (4R,5S)-(?)- and (4R,5S)-(+)-L-factors (1).2 the proposed autoregulators from Streptomyees griseus, and muricatacin (2),3 a biologically active constituent from the seeds of Annona muricata L. via 2.3-dihydroxy aldehydes derived from D-glucose.
