酞菁钴/铁纳米填充母粒的制备及其稳定性   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用有机/无机原位复合技术,将酞菁钴(CoPc)的DMF溶液与Fe(CO)5混合、加热回流制备出稳定的、规则球形的、平均粒径为1.4μm的酞菁钴/铁纳米填充母粒。其内部为10~15nm的μ-Fe填充,外部为厚50~150nm的酞菁钴层包覆。纳米填充母粒的填实密度为3.664g/cm3,比饱和磁化强度为76.3Am2/kg,矫顽力为4.15kA/m。纳米填充母粒的热稳定性高于150℃,与甲基硅油组成的磁流变液有良好的抗沉降性。  相似文献

采用有机/无机原位(insitu)复合方法制备得出酞菁钴/铁纳米填充母粒,与甲基硅油组成磁流变液(MRS)。MRS的附加动态剪切应力(Δτ)与分散介质浓度、外加磁场强度呈正比例关系;剪切速率对Δτ的影响表明磁致流变为链状结构特征;Δτ对温度不敏感;MRS对外加磁场有可逆的开/关变化特征,无记忆效应,磁流变响应时间小于0.1s。  相似文献

本文以ClCCo_3(CO)_9,Et_4N[FeCo_3(CO)_(12)],Me_4N[Fe_6C(CO)_(16)]诸羰基簇为研究对象,采用激光等离子体源飞行时间质谱及量化计算相结合,对上述羰基簇合物结构及稳定性进行了研究,并将所得结果用于推论ClCCo_3(CO)_9及Et_4N[FeCo_3(CO)_(12)]的烯烃氢甲酰化反应活性中间体和α-Al_2O_3担载的相应簇合物的CO加氢活性物种。  相似文献

碳纳米纤维增强钴酞菁催化氧化染料的性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
将氨基钴酞菁(CoTAPc)以共价键的形式负载到碳纳米纤维(CNF)上制备碳纳米纤维负载钴酞菁催化剂(CoTAPc-CNF),利用原子吸收光谱、紫外-可见光吸收光谱、衰减全反射-红外光谱等方法对CoTAPc-CNF进行表征.选用具有氧杂蒽结构的罗丹明6G(Rh6G)为主要研究对象,研究CoTAPc-CNF对Rh6G的催化氧化性能,考察了温度、pH、NaCl、异丙醇等对CoTAPc-CNF催化性能的影响.结果表明,CoTAPc-CNF在常温中性条件下能有效催化氧化Rh6G;随着温度和pH的增加,CoTAPc-CNF催化氧化Rh6G速率逐渐提高;NaCl和异丙醇的加入,没有抑制催化氧化反应的进行,相反大大提高了Rh6G的降解速率,这与一般羟基自由基占主导的高级氧化体系完全不同;进一步采用电子顺磁共振波谱法证实CoTAPc-CNF/H2O2体系确实为非羟基自由基催化机理.另外,研究发现CoTAPc-CNF还能有效催化氧化其他共轭结构的染料,如偶氮染料酸性橙7(AO7)、三芳甲烷染料碱性绿1(BG1).因此,本文探索的CoTAPc-CNF/H2O2非羟基自由基催化反应体系在处理成分复杂的实际印染废水中具有较好的应用前景.  相似文献

报导了酞菁钴负载到CuxS和CdS半导体办面合成的一种新型光催化剂,并对其光催化分解H2S的活性进行了考察,同时研究了酞菁 钴分子与半导体相互作用及其对催化性能的影响,实验结果表明,CoPc的负载能够显著提高复合硫化物催化剂光解H2S的活性,在一定条件下,能使反应速率提高2-3倍,活性的增加与CoPc加入量呈现非线性关系,且制备过程不同,催化剂活性的变化规律也不同。先负载到CuxS表面表现出更为明  相似文献

首先对羰基铁进行点腐蚀得到多孔羰基铁,然后采用St?ber法和原位聚合法将SiO_2和导电高分子聚吡咯包覆在多孔羰基铁表面,制备多孔羰基铁/SiO_2/聚吡咯电磁复合吸波材料。采用XRD、SEM、TEM、FT-IR对样品结构、微观形貌进行了表征,在网络分析仪中采用同轴法测试样品电磁参数,并根据传输线理论研究了2~18 GHz微波频段内吡咯含量及涂层厚度对样品吸波性能的影响。实验结果表明:制备的多孔羰基铁/SiO_2/聚吡咯复合电磁吸波材料具有核壳结构;随着吡咯加入量的增加,吸波材料吸收峰逐渐向低频方向移动;当涂层厚度为3.5 mm、吡咯加入量为6%(w/w)时,在9.44~17.56 GHz范围内反射率均低于-10 d B,频带宽度为8.12 GHz,损耗反射率达到-23 d B。良好的吸波性能归因于复合物有效的阻抗匹配特性及多重界面极化效应,多孔羰基铁/SiO_2/聚吡咯是一种轻质、宽频、强吸收的吸波材料。  相似文献

In order to obtain a stable plasma and improve the performance of the torch for atomic emission spectroscopy(AES), the structure of microwave plasma torch(MPT) was analyzed. The transmission and distribution characteristics of the electromagnetic field of the torch configuration with two or three concentric tubes, as well as the metal spacer between inner and intermediate tubes with different depths were simulated with electromagnetic simulation software and verified by experiments. The results indicate that the inner tube of MPT plays an important role in strengthening the electric field intensity at the opening end of the MPT and redistributing the electromagnetic field in the whole torch by forming a double resonance configuration, and contributes to enhancing the macroscopic stability and the self-sustainment of the plasma. The stability of the plasma is proved to be excellent when the metal spacer between the inner and intermediate tubes is located at a place 20—30 mm away from the top opening of the torch. A proper location of the spacer can also avoid the formation of a static filament plasma or a rotating plasma rooted from the outer wall of the inner tube. With the help of morphological analysis, the underlying reason why MPT possesses a great tolerance to wet aerosols and air introduction was clearly made, that is, the formation region of the plasma formed with MPT is apparently separated from the reaction zone of it.  相似文献

A new dinuclear cobalt(II) compound,[(TPA*)CoII(DHBQ2–)CoII(TPA*)]2+ ( 1 2+) {TPA* =tris[(3, 5‐dimethyl‐pyrazol‐l‐yl)methyl] amine, DHBQ = deprotonated 2, 5‐dihydroxy‐1, 4‐benzoquinone}, was prepared and structurally and magnetically characterized. X‐ray crystallography revealed the centrosymmetric dinuclear divalent cobalt ions bridged by DHBQ2– unit. The cobalt ions in the title compound have a distorted octahedral arrangement by coordination with four nitrogens of a TPA* and two oxygens of a bridging DHBQ unit. Due to the interdimer offset face‐to‐face π–π stacking in the crystallographic ac plane, the complex shows extended 2D supramolecular structure. Magnetic experiments showed the cobalt‐based dinuclear compound exhibits antiferromagnetic interactions with g = 2.35 and J/kB = –2.76 K, respectively.  相似文献

运用液相化学还原银技术, 制备了羰基铁粉/银核-壳复合粒子; 以该复合粒子为屏蔽填料, 制备了一种宽频、高效的新型电磁屏蔽橡胶材料. 分析了该屏蔽填料的表面形貌和组成, 研究了其电磁特性对电磁屏蔽橡胶材料屏蔽效能的影响规律. 结果表明, 具有完整核壳结构的羰基铁粉/银复合粒子兼具优异的磁性能和高导电率, 用其组成的电磁屏蔽橡胶材料对电磁波能同时产生较强的吸收损耗和反射损耗, 屏蔽效能(SE)优于传统的屏蔽橡胶材料.  相似文献

采用微波法消解催化剂 ,研究确定了微波消解催化剂的最佳工作条件。应用零交截距导数分光光度法解决了 PAR- CO2 +、PAR- Ni2 +体系中 Co2 +、Ni2 +的同时测定。钴和镍的线性范围分别为 0~ 30 μg/ 2 5m L和 0~ 2 5μg/ 2 5m L,催化剂样品中钴和镍测定结果的相对标准偏差 (n=5)分别≤ 1 .5%和≤ 1 .0 % ,与标准值相对误差分别≤± 1 .5%和≤± 2 .1 %。本方法测定催化剂中钴和镍 ,酸用量少 ,降低了环境污染  相似文献

将无溶剂微波预处理与NaOH搅拌提取相结合提取辣椒素类物质(Capsaicinoids)。在干辣椒样品中加入微波吸收介质羰基铁粉(CIP),对干辣椒样品进行微波预处理。根据辣椒素与NaOH之间可发生特异性反应,利用NaOH溶液从辣椒中提取两种主要的辣椒素类化合物---辣椒素(Capsaicin,C)和二氢辣椒素(Dihydrocapsaicin,DHC)。实验表明,本方法提取时间短(10min),提取率高,并可有效避免有机溶剂对实验室的污染。  相似文献

Abstract

A carbon paste electrode modified with cobalt phthalocyanine (CPECoPc) was developed and applied to the determination of hydrazine [N2H4] in industrial boiler feed water. The CPECoPc exhibited good electrocatalytical activity for hydrazine oxidation at pH 13. A linear correlation was obtained between anodic peak current (Iap) and hydrazine concentration in the range of 1.25 × 10?4 to 9.80 × 10?4 mol L?1, fit by the equation Iap = 1.47 + 4.90 × 105 [N2H4] with a correlation coefficient of 0.9967. A detection limit of 7.35 × 10?5 mol L?1 was obtained. Recovery of hydrazine from three samples ranged between 99.0% and 102.9%. The modified electrode showed no interference by cations commonly present in boiler water, such as K+, Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Al3+, Pb2+, and Zn2+. The results obtained for hydrazine in boiler water using the proposed modified electrode are in agreement with the data obtained by a standard spectrophotometric method, at the 95% confidence level.  相似文献

Polynuclear mixed‐valent films of cobalt oxide and cobalt hexacyanoferrate (CoOCoHCF) have been deposited on electrode surfaces from a solution of Co2+ and Fe(CN)63? ions by repetitive potential cycling method. Simultaneous cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance measurements demonstrate the steady growth of modified film. The effect of type of monovalent cations as well as acidity of the supporting electrolyte on film growth and redox behavior of resulting film was investigated. In pure supporting electrolyte, electrochemical responses of modified electrode resemble with that of a surface immobilized redox couple. The hybrid film electrodes showed electrocatalytic activity toward oxidation of NADH, hydrazine and hydroxylamine. The feasibility of using our modified electrodes for analytical application was also explored.  相似文献
