[reaction: see text] The palladium-catalyzed ring-opening addition of arylboronic acids to heterobicyclic alkenes is reported. Excellent yields are obtained for the addition of a wide variety of arylboronic acids to aza- and oxabicyclic alkenes. This methodology is especially useful in the synthesis of 1-amino-2-aryldihydronaphthalene scaffolds, for which rhodium catalysts are currently unreactive or give complex mixtures. Asymmetric versions of these reactions are under development, and preliminary results are reported.  相似文献

Various arylboronic acids reacted with activated alkenes in the presence of [Ni(dppe)Br2], ZnCl2, and H2O in CH3CN at 80 °C to give the corresponding Mizoroki–Heck‐type addition products in good to excellent yields. Furthermore, 1 equivalent of the hydrogenation product of the activated alkene was also produced. By tuning the ligands of the nickel complexes and the reaction conditions, Michael‐type addition was achieved in a very selective manner. Thus, various p‐ and o‐substituted arylboronic acids or alkenylboronic acid reacted smoothly with activated alkenes in CH3CN at 80 °C for 12 h catalyzed by Ni(acac)2, P(o‐anisyl)3, and K2CO3 to give the corresponding Michael‐type addition products in excellent yields. However, for m‐substituted arylboronic acids, the yields of Michael‐type addition products are very low. The cause of this unusual meta‐substitution effect is not clear. By altering the solvent or phosphine ligand, the product yields for m‐substituted arylboronic acids were greatly improved. In contrast to previous results in the literature, the present catalytic reactions required water for Mizoroki–Heck‐type products and dry reaction conditions for Michael‐type addition products. Possible mechanistic pathways for both addition reactions are proposed.  相似文献

Asymmetric addition of arylboronic acids to α,β-unsaturated sulfonyl compounds proceeded in the presence of a rhodium catalyst coordinated with a chiral diene ligand to give high yields of the addition products with high enantioselectivity (96->99.5% ee). The diene ligand was proved to be essential for the formation of the addition products, while the use of a bisphosphine ligand mainly gave the cine-substitution product.  相似文献

A new method for the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling of phenols and arylboronic acids through in situ phenol activation mediated by PyBroP is presented. The reaction proceeds efficiently by using cost‐effective, markedly stable [NiCl2(dppp)] (dppp=1,3‐bis(diphenylphosphino)propane) as the catalyst in only 5 mol % loading, as well as in the absence of extra ligands. The method exhibits broad applicability and high efficiency towards a wide range of both phenols and boronic acids, including activated, nonactivated, deactivated, and heteroaromatic coupling partners. In addition, various functional groups, such as ether, amino, cyano, ester, and ketone groups, are compatible with this transformation. Notably, arylboronic acids containing an unprotected NH2 group and 2‐heterocyclic boronic acids, which are generally problematic for coupling under conventional conditions, are also viable substrates, although moderate yields were obtained for sterically hindered substrates. Consequently, the in situ cross‐coupling methodology coupled with the use of an inexpensive and stable nickel catalyst provides a rapid and efficient pathway for the assembly of biaryls and heterobiaryls with structural diversity from readily available phenol compounds.  相似文献

The review summarizes new data on the introduction of alkenyl (vinyl) groups into aromatic and heteroaromatic structures via reactions with alkenes and alkynes. The main attention is given to the characterization and estimation of synthetic potential of the alkenylation of aromatic compounds with acetylene derivatives in the presence of transition metal complexes, as well as by the action of electrophiles, Lewis acids, and Brønsted superacids.  相似文献

In the context of new scaffolds obtained by photochemical reactions, Paternò-Büchi reactions between heteroaromatic, trifluoromethylphenyl ketone and electron rich alkenes to give oxetanes are described. A comprehensive study has then been carried out on the reaction of aromatic ketones with fluorinated alkenes. Depending on the substitution pattern at the oxetane ring, a metathesis reaction is described as a minor side process to give mono fluorinated alkenes. Overall, this last reaction corresponds to a photo-Wittig reaction and yield amid isosteres. In order to explain the uncommon regioselectivity of the Paternò-Büchi reaction with these alkenes, electrostatic-potential derived charges (ESP) have been determined. In a second computational study, the relative stabilities of the typical 1,4-diradical intermediates of the Paternò-Büchi reaction have been determined. The results well explain the regioselectivity. Further transformations of the oxetanes or previous functionalization of the fluoroalkenes open perspectives for oxetanes as core structures for biologically active compounds.  相似文献

The palladium(II)-catalyzed addition of arylboronic acids to β,β-disubstituted enones has been investigated with the BP86 density functional. The results show that the mechanism requires three steps: transmetalation, alkene insertion, and protonation. The alkene insertion is the rate-determining step. For unactivated alkenes, the Heck-type β-hydride elimination is more favored than protonation.  相似文献

A general procedure for the syntheses of diarylmercurials is presented. Reactions proceeded in isopropanol in the presence of a base and arylboronic acid. With one exception, all reactions proceeded in good to excellent yields, and this procedure was applicable to a variety of aromatic and heteroaromatic boronic acids. Products were characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and microanalysis, and investigated by DFT calculations. The structure of di(4-pyridyl)mercury (6) was further authenticated by X-ray crystallography. Combined with previous work on the formation of arylgold(I) complexes via arylboronic acids, this procedure may be generally useful for the arylation of late transition metals.  相似文献

The tetraphosphine all‐cis‐1,2,3,4‐tetrakis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)cyclopentane (Tedicyp) in combination with [Pd(C3H5)Cl]2 affords an efficient catalyst of the coupling of 2‐chloroacrylonitrile with arylboronic acids. In the presence of 1% catalyst, the 2‐arylacrylonitrile derivatives were obtained in medium to good yields. A variety of substituents such as alkyl, methoxy, fluoro, trifluoromethyl, formyl, or nitro on the arylboronic acid are tolerated. The cross‐coupling reactions of methyl 2‐chloroacrylate with arylboronic acids give simple access to 2‐phenylacrylate derivatives, which are useful precursors for the synthesis of biologically active compounds such as ibuprofen, ketoprofen, and naproxen.  相似文献

Chromone has been noted to be one of the most challenging substrates in the asymmetric 1,4‐addition of α,β‐unsaturated carbonyl compounds. By employing the rhodium complex associated with a chiral diene ligand, (R,R)‐Ph‐bod*, the 1,4‐addition of a variety of arylboronic acids was realized to give high yields of the corresponding flavanones with excellent enantioselectivities (≥97 % ee, 99 % ee for most substrates). A new Rh(I)-catalyzed tandem conjugate addition-Mannich cyclization reaction of imine-substituted electron-deficient alkenes with arylboronic acids has been developed to afford 2,3,4-trisubstituted 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolines.
