Three-component reactions of aldehydes, amines and diethyl phosphite are efficiently catalyzed by ytterbium perfluorooctanoate [Yb(PFO)3] under solvent-free conditions, giving the corresponding α-aminophosphonates in good to excellent yields. The catalyst can be recovered and reused for several times without any significant loss of activity. Furthermore, a possible mechanism for this transformation is also presented.  相似文献

A novel application of highly stable Fe(OTf)3 as an efficient catalyst for the synthesis of a variety of β-enamino ketones and esters under solvent-free conditions is described. Notably, this protocol of a “green synthesis”, which produced β-enamino ketones and esters by the reaction of a variety of β-dicarbonyl compounds and primary amines, exhibits attractive properties including high yields, short reaction periods, lower loading of catalyst and chemo- and regio-selectivity. In addition, the catalyst was easily recovered from the reaction system and readily reused with minimal loss of activity.  相似文献

A facile and efficient copper catalyzed one-pot method has been developed for the formation of β-ketophosphine oxides from ketones and H-phosphine oxides under air at room temperature, in which vinylhydrazinedicarboxylate was formed as the key intermediate. Preliminary mechanistic studies indicated that the reaction might involve a radical process and carbonyl oxygen atom of β-ketophosphine oxides came from molecular oxygen.  相似文献

A green and efficient synthetic protocol has been developed for the synthesis of a new series of substituted diethyl(((2-methoxy-5-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)amino)(phenyl)methyl)phosphonates via a one-pot three-component reaction of 2-methoxy-5-trifluoromethyl aniline with various aromatic-substituted aldehydes and diethyl phosphite using meglumine sulfate as an eco-friendly catalyst at room temperature under solvent-free conditions. The merits of this method are high product yield, short reaction time, easy workup, and purification. All the synthesized compounds were evaluated for the antioxidant activity by DPPH, NO, and H2O2 methods using ascorbic acid as a standard. The compounds 4a and 4g showed the highest antioxidant activity than that of the standard ascorbic acid.  相似文献

Abstract

A simple, mild, straightforward, efficient and eco-friendly protocol has been developed for the synthesis of a series of α-aminonitriles via the one-pot three-component Strecker reactions between various aldehydes, amines and trimethylsilyl cyanide using a catalytic amount of mandelic acid as a naturally occurring, low-cost, efficient organo-catalyst under solvent-free conditions at room temperature. Under the same optimized conditions synthesis of α-aminophosphonates were also achieved via the one-pot three-component Kabachnik-Fields reactions of aldehydes, amines and triethyl phosphate.  相似文献

SbCl3 adsorbed on Al2O3 is found to be an efficient and recyclable catalyst in promoting three-component coupling reactions of aldehydes (aromatic and aliphatic), amines (aryl amines, aliphatic amines and esters of S-α-amino acids) and dialkylphosphites to afford the corresponding α-aminophosphonates in high yields. The ethyl ester of S-phenylalanine was observed to yield the corresponding α-aminophosphonate with S,S-diastereoisomer formed in dominance over the S,R-diastereoisomer.  相似文献

A simple, efficient and general method has been developed for the one-pot three component syntheses of α-aminophosphonates. The condensation of aldehyde, amine and triethyl phosphite by employing CeO2 nanoparticles as catalyst gave α-aminophosphonates. The catalyst showed good recyclability. Nano CeO2 has been found to be an excellent catalyst for the green synthesis of α-aminophosphonates under ultrasound irradiation and solvent-free condition. The α-aminophosphonates are obtained in good to excellent yield. This catalyst provides cleaner conversion, short reaction time and high selectivity which makes the protocol feasible and economical attractive.  相似文献

In this paper, the conversion of acetophenone to α-ketothioamide was reported in the presence of CuI as the catalyst and S8/DMF as the coupling partners. The presence of both KF and NaOH was found to be necessary to achieve the high yield of the product. Propiophenone and butyrophenone also reacted in the presence of phenylboronic acid as an additive. Abstract  

Schiff-base Kabachnik–Fields intermediates generated in situ from substituted pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde and 2-aminothiophene derivatives were trapped by dialkyl phosphites to produce the corresponding α-aminophosphonates in moderate yields. The latter products could be also obtained in excellent yields (≥75%) by directly applying the phosphorus reagents to the Schiff bases. Next, dialkyl phosphites were applied to one of the parent aldehydes to give the expected α-hydroxyphosphonate derivatives. Applying hexaalkyl triamidophosphites to the Schiff base in ethanol afforded methylphosphonic diamide derivatives, whereas ring attack on the pyrazole ring occurred when the same amidophosphites were applied to the parent aldehyde to give the corresponding alkylidenephosphorane ylides in an open structure form in good yields. Some of the new compounds exhibited considerable anti-inflammatory properties.  相似文献
