利用电化学沉积方法在阳极氧化铝模板中制备了Fe89.7P10.3非晶 合金纳 米线阵列.利用x射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜、振动样品磁强计和穆斯堡尔谱仪研究了样品的结构和磁性,发现纳米线阵列是非晶结构,且拥有垂直磁各向异性和高的矫顽力,Hc =304×104A/m.纳米线内部的平均超精细场和平均同质异能移分别为2 15×106 A/m和007 mm/s;而纳米线末端的平均超精细场(233×106 A/m )大于内 部的值,平均同质异能移(004 mm/s)小于内部的值.另外,纳米线内部Fe原子磁矩与线轴的夹角约为16°,而在纳米线末端Fe原子磁矩与线轴的夹角约为28°.这些结果表明,由于形状各 向异性,在纳米线中实现了无序非晶合金磁矩的有序排列.

在具有纳米级孔洞的多孔氧化铝模板上,用电沉积方法成功地制备出α-Fe纳米线有序阵列组装膜.分别用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、穆斯堡尔谱仪(MS)和振动样品磁强计(VMS)对样品进行了测试分析.TEM和电子衍射的结果显示,阵列中的纳米线均匀有序,彼此独立,由一串α-Fe单晶磁性颗粒构成.VSM测试结果表明,这种纳米阵列结构具有高度垂直磁各向异性.当外磁场垂直磁化时,磁滞回线具有很高矩形比(0.98)和矫顽力(1.76×105A/m).尤其MS的测试结果显示,阵列中的每根纳米线的总磁矩都沿

在近中性条件下,利用H2O2氧化Fe(OH)2胶体成功制备了Fe3O4纳米颗粒.分别利用透射电镜(TEM),x射线衍射仪(XRD),振动样品磁强计(VSM)和超导量子干涉仪(SQUID)对样品的形貌,结构,宏观磁性进行了表征和测量.TEM图像表明样品为球形颗粒,直径大小约18nm,且分布较均匀.XRD结果表明样品为立方尖晶石结构.穆斯堡尔谱测量表明样品室温下对应两套六线谱,样品的晶体结构存在缺陷,内磁场略小于块体Fe3O4的值.宏观磁测量表明样品的饱和磁化强度可达67×10-3A·m2/g,在20 K出现了Verwey转变.选择该法制备的Fe3O4纳米颗粒与共沉淀法得到的样品作了磁性比较.宏观磁测量表明共沉淀法制备的样品在外磁场为1T时仍未饱和,磁化强度仅为46×10-3A·m2/g,在178K出现了超顺磁转变温度,且在测量温度范围内没有发现Verwey转变. 相似文献

β-FeOOH nanowire arrays with diameters of 50–200 nm have been fabricated by electrochemical deposition using two-step anodic porous alumina templates. The as-prepared nanowires are homogeneous and have large aspect ratios. The selected area electron diffraction photo performed on a single wire was used to confirm the amorphous crystal structure further. The magnetic properties of these nanowire arrays were firstly investigated by using a SQUID magnetometry. The ZFC and FC studies show that these nanowire arrays exhibit spin-freezing phenomena at low temperature. The temperature-dependent magnetization curves show that the Neel transition temperatures are much lower than that of bulk material. Moreover, hysteresis was found at 5 K and the coercivities up to about 1500 Oe. The size-dependent magnetic properties were also investigated. These abnormal magnetic behaviours can be interpreted in terms of the amorphous crystal structure and the low dimensionality of the nanowire arrays. 相似文献

利用电化学沉积方法在氧化铝模板中制备了一维Fe和Fe095Pd0 05合金纳米线阵列.两种样品均有(110)晶向择优取向,纳米线直径为60nm.在这一直径下形状各向异性 和内禀晶体各向异性的竞争结果很适合考察Pd掺杂的磁性行为.研究发现在FePd纳米线中, 由于极少量Pd在Fe中的合金化,减弱了晶体各向异性与形状各向异性的影响,改变了磁畴结 构,增强了畴壁钉扎作用,结果在Fe095Pd005纳米线 中便显示出强烈的沿线方向的各向异性,方形度和矫顽力也有较大改善.

Amorphous Fe80Er20 alloys were prepared with the melt spinning technique. The ribbons were investigated by Mössbauer spectroscopy from room temperature to 4.2 K. A phase transition from the paramagnetic to the ferromagnetic phase could be observed. The temperature dependence of the internal magnetic field was measured. The correlations of the hyperfine parameters were determined from the 4.2 K spectrum. 相似文献

Room-temperature magnetic properties of planar nanowire arrays of Fe have been studied using comprehensive analysis of FMR and magnetometry data. It has been shown that the Fe NWs are ferromagnetic at room temperature and their magnetic properties are mainly governed by shape anisotropy. Combining parameters derived from the FMR study with experimental data of magnetometry, simulations of hysteresis loops have been performed based on Stoner–Wohlfarth approach. Calculations show that magnetisation reversal of Fe NWs has a coherent-rotation type of localised character. As NW thickness decreases, localisation of the magnetisation reversal mode is found to enhance due to increased inhomogeneity of thinner NWs. 相似文献

Magnetic and magnetization properties of fcc Co1−xPtx (x?0.3) alloy nanowires fabricated by electrodeposition into self-synthesized anodic alumina templates are investigated. Magnetization curves, measured for varying wire geometries, show a crossover of easy axis of magnetization from parallel to perpendicular to the nanowire axis as a function of the diameter and length. The measured values of coercivity (Hc) and remanent squareness (SQ) of CoPt nanowire arrays, as a function of angle (θ) between the field and wire axis, support the crossover of easy axis of magnetization. The curling mode of the magnetization reversal process is observed for CoPt nanowire arrays. At low temperatures, the easy axis for magnetization of the nanowires is observed to deviate from the room-temperature orientation. 相似文献

In order to obtain information on the nature of spin coupling in Fe-rich alloys, we performed high-precision57Fe Mössbauer effect and magnetizations measurements in a wide temperature range.
