(z)-α-Alkylidene-α-butyrolactone has been reported as a good plant growth regulator[1] and as an important intermediate to the synthesis of natural product[2] in literature. There was no report in the literature for the stereoselective synthesis of α-alkylidene lactones in exocyclic double with the (z)-configuration. Herein, we reported a facile synthesis of (z)-5-methyl-3-(phenoxymethylene)-4,5-dihydrofuran-2-one 4 from a readily available starting material 5-phenoxypent-3-yn-2-one 1 via three-step in good yield. Prof. FENG Xinliang and coworkers from Dresden University of Technology reported surfactant-monolayer-assisted interfacial synthesis(SMAIS) as a general strategy for the controlled synthesis of few-layer 2D polymers to realize high crystallinity with large domain. The two-dimensional polyamide(Nature Chemistry, doi.org/10.1038/s41557-019-0327-5) and quasi-two-dimensional polyaniline(Nature Communication, doi.org/10.1038/s41467-019-11921-3) thin films were successfully obtained with the help of surfactants and fully characterized by optical microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, electron diffraction and atomic force microscopy.  相似文献

The first total synthesis of the dihydrooxepine-containing epidithiodiketopiperazine (ETP) (-)-acetylaranotin (1) is reported. The key steps of the synthesis include an enantioselective azomethine ylide (1,3)-dipolar cycloaddition reaction to set the absolute and relative stereochemistry, a rhodium-catalyzed cycloisomerization/chloride elimination sequence to generate the dihydrooxepine moiety, and a stereoretentive diketopiperazine sulfenylation to install the epidisulfide. This synthesis provides access to (-)-1 in 18 steps from inexpensive, commercially available starting materials. We anticipate that the approach described herein will serve as a general strategy for the synthesis of additional members of the dihydrooxepine ETP family.  相似文献

An efficient synthetic route to muurolane type sesquiterpenes starting from (R)-carvone, employing allylic diazene rearrangement and the ring closing methesis (RCM) reaction as key steps, is described. The first asymmetric total synthesis of (-)-10α- hydroxy-4-muurolen-3-one 11 and (-)-10β-hydroxy-4-muurolen-3-one C was accomplished. Through the total synthesis, the absolute configurations of the natural products A, B and C were established.  相似文献

A conceptually new approach to the enantiocontrolled synthesis of 2,6-disubstituted piperidines was achieved by desymmetrization of meso-2,6-dimethoxy-eta-(3,4,5)-dihydropyridinylmolybdenum complexes. After protection of the piperidine nitrogen as a urethane derived from (+)- or (-)-trans-2-(alpha-cumyl)cyclohexyl (TCC), a sequential, one-pot methoxide abstraction/nucleophilic addition/methoxide abstraction/nucleophilic addition generated good yields of 2,6-disubstituted-eta-(3,4,5)-dihydropyridinylmolybdenum complexes. This sequence proceeds by way of a highly diastereoselective methoxide abstraction (>40:1). High yielding protodemetalation and N-deprotection provided a simple and enantiocontrolled synthetic entry to a variety of 2,6-disubstituted piperidines. This new method was used for the total synthesis of (-)-dihydropinidine and (-)-andrachcinidine.  相似文献

<正>An efficient synthesis of symmetrical 2,2-bis(1H-indol-3-yl)-2H-acenaphthen-1-one is achieved via a reaction of acenaphthe-nequinone and indoles catalyzed by solid superacid SO_4~(2-)/TiO_2 under solvent-free conditions at room temperature by grinding, which provides an efficient route to the synthesis of symmetrical 2,2-bis(1H-indol-3-yl)-2H-acenaphthen-1-one.This procedure offers several advantages including solvent-free conditions,excellent yields of products,simple work-up as well as reuse of catalysts which makes it a useful and attractive protocol for the synthesis of these compounds.  相似文献

研究了以关键中间体4-氨基-6-硝基间苯二酚盐酸盐(ANR·HCl)和对苯二甲酸单甲酯(MTA)为原料,分别经酰氯化、缩合、环合分步或原位合成AB型新单体前体--4-(5-硝基-6-羟基-2-苯并噁唑基)苯甲酸甲酯(MNB)的技术。 反应优化条件:在甲基异丁基酮溶剂中,n(ANR·HCl)∶n(MTA)=1.00∶1.03,115 ℃缩合反应2.5 h;m(ANR·HCl)∶m(PPA)=1.00∶3.25的多聚磷酸(PPA),120 ℃环合8.5 h;MNB收率75.68%(以ANR·HCl计),HPLC测定ω(MNB)=96.32%。 产物结构经1H NMR和IR确证。  相似文献

The phenols containing geranyl units1 are a large group of interesting natural products exhibited many physiological actions as antiflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidative activities2. Two novel acetophenones 1 and 2 were recently isolated from the fruits of Evodia merrillii, a small folk medicinal tree widely distributed in Taiwan3. Their structures were elucidated as 2-(1'-geranyl)-4,6-dihydroxyacetophenone 1 and 2-(1'-geranyloxy)-2,6,α-trihydroxyacetophenone 2 by means of spectroscopic data. So far as we know, the total synthesis of them have not been reported yet. Herein, we wish to report the first total synthesis of 1 and 2,starting from 2,4,6-trihydroxyacetophenone.  相似文献

Short, efficient pathways are described for the synthesis of racemic 2‐nitroimidazole radiation sensitizer RB‐6145 ( 2a ) and each of its corresponding (R)‐ and (S)‐enantiomers ( 2b and 2c , respectively). The synthesis of each enantiomer commences with the appropriate chiral epichlorohydrin and utilizes a novel application of 3‐trimethylsilyl‐2‐oxazolidinone ( 3b ) as a mild, safe surrogate for highly toxic aziridine. The synthesis of the (R)‐enantiomer ( 2b ) has been successfully scaled up to provide multi‐kilo quantities of material for early stage preclinical evaluation.  相似文献

介绍一个面向大学高年级本科生的综合性有机化学实验——4′-{2-[5-(4-羧基苯基)呋喃基]}-2,2′:6′,2″-三联吡啶的合成与结构表征。以糠醛、对氨基苯甲酸为原料经低温条件下的偶联反应制备5-(4-羧基苯基)呋喃-2-甲醛,并以其和2-乙酰基吡啶为原料,在碱性条件下以氨水为氮源合成目标产物。通过熔点测定、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行表征。该实验合成路线成熟,包括芳环偶联、α,β-不饱和酮的合成、Michael加成等内容,能达到多方面对学生进行锻炼之目的,是一个值得推荐的有机化学实验。  相似文献

A convergent stereocontrolled total synthesis of (-)-kendomycin (1) has been achieved. The synthesis proceeds with a longest linear sequence of 21 steps, beginning with commercially available 2,4-dimethoxy-3-methylbenzaldehyde (12). Highlights of the synthesis include an effective Petasis-Ferrier union/rearrangement tactic to construct the sterically encumbered tetrahydropyran ring, a ring-closing metathesis to generate the C(4a-13-20a) macrocycle, an effective epoxidation/deoxygenation sequence to isomerize the C(13,14) olefin, and a biomimetic quinone-methide-lactol assembly to complete the synthesis.  相似文献

Among the various phosphate/thiophosphate protecting groups suitable for solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis, the 3-(N-tert-butylcarboxamido)-1-propyl group is one of the most convenient, as it can be readily removed, as needed, under thermolytic conditions at neutral pH. The deprotection reaction proceeds rapidly (t(1/2) approximately 100 s) through an intramolecular cyclodeesterification reaction involving the amide function and the release of the phosphate/thiophosphate group as a 2-(tert-butylimino)tetrahydrofuran salt. Incorporation of the 3-(N-tert-butylcarboxamido)-1-propyl group into the deoxyribonucleoside phosphoramidites 1a-d is achieved using inexpensive raw materials. The coupling efficiency of 1a-d in the solid-phase synthesis of d(ATCCGTAGCTAAGGTCATGC) and its phosphorothioate analogue is comparable to that of commercial 2-cyanoethyl deoxyribonucleoside phosphoramidites. These oligonucleotides were phosphate/thiophosphate-deprotected within 30 min upon heating at 90 degrees C in Phosphate-Buffered Saline (PBS buffer, pH 7.2). Since no detectable nucleobase modification or significant phosphorothioate desulfurization occurs, the 3-(N-tert-butylcarboxamido)-1-propyl group represents an attractive alternative to the 2-cyanoethyl group toward the large-scale preparation of therapeutic oligonucleotides.  相似文献

Stepwise amination of cyanuric chloride (1) with 5-(4-aminophenyl)-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin (2) and/or its zinc(II) complex (3) enables the synthesis of porphyrin-porphyrin dyads with predetermined free base-free base forms or free base-zinc and zinc-zinc metalation states. Furthermore, the use of aminopropyl-silanized silica gel as a scavenger for unwanted byproducts allowed the one-pot synthesis of title porphyrin compounds in high yield and purity with minimum use of preparative column chromatography.  相似文献

4,5-Bis(butoxy)-2-nitrobenzaldehyde and 4,5-bis(tert-butoxycarbonyloxy)-2-nitrobenzaldehyde, as well as their fluorine-18 labeled derivatives (the half-life of F18 is T1/2 = 110 min) were synthesized for use as precursors in the synthesis of fluorine-18 labeled catecholamines and 6-[18F]fluoro-l-DOPA ((S)-3-[4,5-dihydroxy-2-[18F]fluorophenyl]-2-aminopropionic acid), important radiopharmaceutical agents (RPAs) for positron emission tomography. An advantageous feature of the newly obtained substituted nitrobenzaldehydes is the presence of labile protective groups which can be removed without using aggressive chemicals and severe conditions, which is of fundamental importance for automation of the RPA synthesis in modern synthesis apparatus. A high and stable radiofluorination yield achieved under the optimum fluorination conditions (Kryptofix 222 [K/K2.2.2.]+[18F], DMF, 140 °C, 10 min) using 4,5-bis(butoxy)-2-nitrobenzaldehyde as a substrate (83±6%, the number of experiments was n = 15) makes this compound a precursor of choice for the radioactive synthesis.  相似文献

The synthesis of 1-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-7-[1-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-3-methylbutyl]-6-oxo-1,7-diazaspiro[4.5]decanes (S,S)-1a and (S,R)-1b is described. Derivatives 17a,b and 19a are prepared for use in peptide synthesis as constrained surrogates of the Pro-Leu and Gly-Leu dipeptides. The Ac-[Gly-Leu]-Met-NH(2) derivatives (S,S,S)-2a and (S,R,S)-2b, with the tripeptidic C-terminal region present in tachykinins, are also synthesized. Conformational analyses of these tripetide analogues by NMR experiments and molecular modeling calculations show that both (S,S,S)-2a and (S,R,S)-2b epimers are gamma-turn/distorted type II beta-turn mimetics.  相似文献

以程序升温碳化法合成β-Mo2C载体,采用原位沉淀法制备负载量不同的Au/β-Mo2C催化剂,利用XRD、STEM和氮气吸附-脱附等手段对Au在载体表面的分散性、微观形貌及孔结构等进行表征,并在逆水煤气变换(RWGS)反应中对其高温热稳定性进行了研究。XRD表征结果表明,在34.44°、38.02°、39.44°、52.12°、61.53°、69.62°和74.65°处出现了β-Mo2C对应的(100)、(002)、(101)、(102)、(110)、(103)和(200)晶面的X射线特征衍射峰;同时,未出现Au物种的特征吸收峰,说明Au负载量较低的0.1%和0.5%的催化剂上Au纳米粒子的分散性较好。STEM表征结果也显示,当负载量较低(0.5%、1.0%和2.0%)时,金纳米粒子以2 nm左右的原子簇形式均匀分散并锚定在β-Mo2C载体上。氮气吸附-脱附表征结果表明,催化剂具有良好的介孔结构。反应评价结果表明,0.2%Au/β-Mo2C催化剂在RWGS反应中具有较好的催化活...  相似文献

The investigation of the critical synthesis parameters of germanosilicate of UTL topology, possessing 14- and 12-rings, has been carried out in detail. (6R,10S)-6,10-Dimethyl-5-azoniaspiro[4.5]decane hydroxide was used as the structure-directing agent (SDA). The kinetics of the synthesis, the role of the Si/Ge ratio in the synthesis mixture, and the effect of the calcination procedure were investigated in relation to the crystallinity and textural properties of the synthesized material. The optimum synthesis time was found to be six days for Si/Ge and (Si+Ge)/SDA molar ratios of 2 and 1.7, respectively. The UTL zeolite crystallizes as small sheets of 10 mum in size. The micropore volume of the best crystals is 0.22 cm(3) g(-1) with a micropore diameter of 1.05 nm, based on DFT and Saito-Foley analyses of adsorption data.  相似文献
