The crystal structure of the title compound (C18H24N4O7S, Mr = 440.47) was prepared by the condensation of 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-β-D-xylopyranosyl isothiocyanate with 4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-amine and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monochnic system, space group P2 1 with a = 7.5500(17), b = 10.498(2), c = 14.208(3) A, β = 99.929(4)°, V = 1109.2(4) A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.319 g/cm^3,μ = 0.191, F(000) = 464, Flack = 0.00(15), R = 0.0684 and wR = 0.1103. In the crystal structure, the xylose ring adopts a ^4C1 chair conformation. Due to the hydrogen bonding interaction between N(4)-H(4A) and N(1), the pyrimidine ring is well positioned.  相似文献

4-(4,6-Dimethoxyl-pyrimidin-2-yl)-3-thiourea carboxylic acid ethyl ester was synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-4,6-dimethoxyl pyrimidine, potassium thiocyanate and methyl chloroformate in ethyl acetate. Single crystals suitable for X-ray measurement were obtained by recrystallization with the solvent of dimethyl formamide at room temperature. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystallographic data: C10H14N4O4S, M, = 286.31, monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 2.5309(3), b = 0.67682(6), c = 1.74237(19) nm, β = 114.744(3)°, V= 2.7106(5) nm3, Dc = 1.403 g/cm3, p = 0.225 mm-1, F(000) = 1200, Z= 8, R= 0.0514 and wR= 0.1529.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 6.8754(8), b = 10.2617(12), c = 13.3491(16) , α = 93.163(2), β = 96.704(2), γ = 102.421(2)°, V = 910.35(19) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 370.44, Dc = 1.351 g/cm3, μ = 0.203 mm-1, F(000) = 388, the final R = 0.0573 and wR = 0.1497. The title compound (4,4'-H2bipy)[CdBr4]·H2O 1 has been synthesized via hydrothermal reaction and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoelinic,space group P21/c with a=8.260(3), b=23.926(7), c=9.774(2) (A), β=106.777(9)°,C10H12Br4CdN2O, Mr=608.26, V=1849.4(9)(A)3, Z=4, Dc=2.185 g/cm3, S=1.005, μ(MoKα)=9.814 mm-1, F(000)=1128, R=0.0646 and wR=0.0989. The crystal structure analysis of 1reveals that the title compound features an isolated structure, based on discrete 4,4'-H2bipy moieties and lattice water molecules which are linked by hydrogen bonds together with tetrahedral cadmium atoms terminally coordinated by four bromine atoms.  相似文献

The title compound (C26H20ClN3O3) has been synthesized by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction from isatin, sarcosine and (Z)-4-(4-chlorobenzylidene)-2-phenyloxazol-5(4H)-one through a one-pot procedure, and its structure was confirmed by IR, IH NMR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. X-ray diffraction shows the existence of weak complementary intramolecular N-H...O (DA) hydrogen bonds which further strengthen the coordination from the two L ligands with the Cu(Ⅱ) ion, intermolecular C-H...O hydrogen bonds and weak π...π stacking interactions, leading to the formation of a multi-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

The title compound N'-tert-butylaminocarbonyl-N-2-chlorophenoxyacetylthiou- rea has been synthesized for the first time. Complete assignments were achieved by IR, 1H NHR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The inhibitory rate of the cellular growth of K562 cells (chronic myeloid 1eukemic cells) was measured using MTT [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazo-2-y1)-2,5-di- phenyltetra-zolium bromide] assay. The cell apoptosis was assessed by agarose gel electrophoresis to find that the title compound has antiproliferation and apoptosis inducing effects on K562 cells. In order to investigate the relationship between structure and activity of the target compound, we report its crystal structure and biological behavior in the present paper. Crystallographic data: C14H18- ClN3O3S, Mr = 343.82, orthorhombic, space group Pnma, a = 19.786(6), b = 6.789(2), c = 12.938(4) , V = 1738.0(9) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.314 g/cm3, F(000) = 720, μ(MoKα) = 0.354 mm-1, R = 0.0378 and wR = 0.0941. The title compound (R)-N'-[2-(4-methoxy-6-chloro)-pyrimidyl]-N-[3-methyl-2-(4-chlorophenyl)butyryl]-urea has been synthesized, and its crystal structure and biological behaviors were studied. Crystallographic data: C17H18Cl2N4O3, Mr = 397.25, monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 12.331 (2), b = 14.025(3), c = 23.085(5) (A), β = 99.607(4)°, Z = 8, V = 3936.2(13) (A)3, Dc = 1.341 g/cm3, F(000) = 1648, R = 0.0718, wR = 0.1585 and μ(MoKα) = 0.353 mm-1. A novel compound N-(pyridine-2-methyl)-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-methylbutanamide, a racemic compound, has been synthesized with 2-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-methylbutyric acid and pyridin- 2-methylanamine as the raw materials, and its crystal structure (C17H19C1N2O, Mr = 302.79) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 9.624(9), b = 23.14(2), c = 15.626(15)A, β = 106.199(14)°, V = 3342(5) A^3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.204 g/cm^3,μ = 0.23 mm^-1, F(000) = 1280, S = 1.032, R = 0.0681 and wR = 0.1508 for 6513 unique reflections (Rint = 0.0421) with 3375 observed ones. In the crystal structure, there are some intermolecular hydrogen bonds which stabilize the crystal structure. The preliminary bioassay shows that the title compound exhibits good antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea, Gibberella zeae, Dothiorella gregaria and Colletotrichum gossypii.  相似文献

X-ray analysis reveals that there are two independent molecules in the unit and the cyclohexenone rings adopt different conformations. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 47.87(2), b = 10.222(4), c = 9.612(4) , β = 92.401(9)o, V = 4699(3) 3, Z = 8, C28H32N2, Mr = 396.56, Dc = 1.121 g/cm3, F(000) = 1712 and μ(MoKa) = 0.065 mm-1. The final R and wR are 0.0793 and 0.1983, respectively for 3524 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). In the title compound, the bond lengths are normal, and the crystal is stabilized by Van der Waals’ forces.  相似文献
