采用数字激光动态焦散线测试系统,研究爆炸应力波作用下动裂纹与预制静裂纹(水平夹角为90°、150°)相互作用机理,以及裂纹扩展的动态行为。结果表明:(1)在动、静裂纹贯通之前,静裂纹两端便出现焦散斑,动、静裂纹贯通以后,静裂纹沿爆炸应力波传播方向扩展,并且扩展速度小于动裂纹扩展速度,也小于无静裂纹时动裂纹扩展速度; (2)静裂纹存在时,动裂纹扩展的总体长度减小。动裂纹起裂时间缩短,扩展速度基本不受静裂纹的影响,裂纹应力强度因子值大于静裂纹两端值; (3)随着静裂纹水平夹角的增大,动、静裂纹贯通时动裂纹沿水平方向偏转距离增大,静裂纹B端反向扩展与动裂纹相互“咬合”,C端裂纹扩展位移和速度增大。  相似文献

基于疲劳载荷作用下裂纹扩展的随机性,建立了结构系统综合考虑静强度和断裂的可靠性分析方法,该方法给出了元件静强度失效时所对应的当量寿命,并建立了元件综合失效判别准则,分析了元件静强度失效和断裂失效之间的相关性.算例表明,随使用年限的增加,元件静强度失效和断裂失效之间的相关性也在增加;在不同的使用年限内,结构系统主要失效路径是不同的,并且在结构系统主要失效路径中既有元件静强度失效又有元件断裂失效;若只考虑静强度或断裂的结构可靠性分析,分析结果偏于危险.  相似文献

混凝土结构在受到动载荷作用之前,通常已承受着初始静载荷的作用.大量关于混凝土应变率效应的研究均没有考虑初始静载荷对动强度的影响,会导致过高地估计混凝土的动强度,使混凝土结构设计偏于危险.本文通过分析混凝土材料在静动组合载荷下的率效应机理,给出了初始静载荷的定义.在此基础上,推导了混凝土材料参数与初始静载荷和应变率的表达式,提出了建立静动组合强度准则的一般方法.通过材料参数反映初始静载荷与应变率的联合影响,给出了由初始有效静载荷、动态黏聚强度和摩擦强度共同组成的混凝土动态强度,将广义非线性强度准则发展为静动组合多轴强度准则.建立的强度面在相同初始静载荷下随应变率的增大向外扩张,在相同应变率下随初始静载荷的增大向里收缩,即混凝土的强度在相同初始静载荷下随应变率的增大而增大,在相同应变率下随初始静载荷的增大而减小.此外,当初始静载荷和应变率不变时,加载路径对混凝土材料的应变率效应无影响,但会影响混凝土材料的静水压力效应,即当初始静载荷和应变率固定不变时,静动组合强度面的位置和大小即可确定,不同加载路径下强度的不同是由于静水压力效应导致的.最后利用多组混凝土材料静动组合强度试验对建立的静动组合强度准则进行了验证.  相似文献

本文对正长岩岩块进行了静态条件下的摩擦系数试验研究,并在振动台上进行了动态条件下摩擦系数的试验。试验结果表明静态条件下的静摩擦系数高于动态条件下的静摩擦系数。两种条件下的动摩擦系数的变化规律也有明显区别。  相似文献

研究了用等效静态载荷法,解决动态响应约束下的区间参数结构可靠性拓扑优化问题。对等效静态载荷赋予了新的含义:由等效静态载荷产生的区间静态响应与由动态载荷产生的区间动态响应,其对应的中值与离差均相等。利用泰勒展开计算出区间参数结构动态响应所有可能值组成的集合,再根据集合映射获得包含结构所有不确定信息的等效静态载荷集合,继而建立静态可靠性拓扑优化数学模型。通过集合映射和区间自然扩展,获得静态位移响应区间。基于区间非概率可靠性指标的定义,给出区间非概率可靠性约束的伴随法灵敏度分析算法。采用移动渐近线法完成此优化问题的求解。数值算例验证了模型的正确性和算法的有效性。  相似文献

静气动弹性问题考虑弹性结构与定常气动力间的相互耦合作用,对飞行器的性能和安全具有显著的影响.在现代飞行器设计阶段,计算流体力学(CFD)/计算结构力学(CSD)直接耦合方法是精确考察静气动弹性影响的重要手段.然而,基于CFD技术的气动力仿真手段在耦合过程中计算量大且耗时长,难以满足设计阶段的需求.因此,为了兼顾计算精度与效率,文章采用本征正交分解(POD)和Kriging代理模型相结合的模型降阶方法,替代CFD求解过程并耦合有限元分析(FEA)方法,建立了高效、准确的静气动弹性分析框架.相较于传统的以模态法为主的静气动弹性分析方法,该方法能够解决更为复杂的静气动弹性问题以及提供静气动弹性变形过程中的气动分布载荷.针对典型三维跨声速HIRENASD机翼模型开展的马赫数、迎角变化的算例验证表明:由建立的静气动弹性分析方法与CFD/CSD直接耦合方法计算得到机翼翼梢处的静变形量间的相对误差在5%以内;同时该方法预测静平衡位置处的气动分布载荷的误差在5%以内,静气动弹性分析的计算效率至少提升了6倍.  相似文献

应用虚功原理,推导了考虑恒载效应影响时拱形梁在活载作用下的非线性微分方程,得到了方程的近似闭合解。根据方程的解,讨论了恒载大小及结构自身刚度(矢高、跨度、惯性矩及惯性半径等)不同因素在考虑恒载效应时对拱形梁静力特性的影响。通过与Takabatake得到的直梁解析解结果及作者在其他文献提出的有限元方法对拱形梁分析结果的比较,验证了本文非线性微分方程及其求解公式。结果表明,本文给出的非线性微分方程对于拱形梁和直线梁具有通用性,初始恒载的存在减小了拱形梁在活载作用下的静力反应,这种影响与恒载的大小及结构自身的刚度有关,对轻型结构的设计提出了一些建议。  相似文献

Friction contacts are often used in turbomachinery design as passive damping systems. In particular, underplatform dampers are mechanical devices used to decrease the vibration amplitudes of bladed disks.Numerical codes are used to optimize during designing the underplatform damper effectiveness in order to limit the resonant stress level of the blades. In such codes, the contact model plays the most relevant role in calculation of the dissipated energy at friction interfaces. One of the most important contact parameters to consider in order to calculate the forced response of blades assembly is the static normal load acting at the contact, since its value strongly affects the area of the hysteresis loop of the tangential force, and therefore the amount of dissipation.A common procedure to estimate the static normal loads acting on underplatform dampers consists in decoupling the static and the dynamic balance of the damper. A preliminary static analysis of the contact is performed in order to get the static contact/gap status to use in the calculation, assuming that it does not change when vibration occurs.In this paper, a novel approach is proposed. The static and the dynamic displacements of the system (bladed disk+underplatform dampers) are coupled together during the forced response calculation. Static loads acting at the contacts follow from static displacements and no preliminary static analysis of the system is necessary.The proposed method is applied to a numerical test case representing a simplified bladed disk with underplatform dampers. Results are compared with those obtained with the classical approach.  相似文献

提出一个确定分形维数和分形粗糙度参数(G')的分形函数,并用分形函数逼近结合面的表面粗糙度.根据分形理论和改进后的尺寸分布,推导了静摩擦因数f的解析解.数字仿真结果表明,f随量纲为一的总法向载荷(P')增加而增加.当D较小或较大时,f与(P')之间存在不同的微凸和微凹弧非线性关系,D=1.2时f与(P')的关系基本上是线性的;当D较小时,f随D增加而增加;当D较大时,f随D增加而减小;f随分形粗糙度参数(G')增加而减小,随相关系数K增加而增加,随材料特性(φ)增加而增加.  相似文献

Elastic shakedown for discrete, or finite-element discretized, structures subjected to combinations of static and time-variable loads is addressed in the hypothesis of elastic-perfectly plastic material behavior. The static load is conceived as the weight of an additional mass appended to the structure, whereas the time-variable load is conceived as an unknown sequence of excitations belonging to a specified domain, with intervals between subsequent excitations during which the structure is considered as being motionless. It is shown that, in the plane of the static and time-variable load parameters, the structure's dynamic shakedown domain is nonconvex and that its boundary curve generally exhibits local minima and maxima at those static load values at which a resonant and anti-resonant structural behavior, respectively occurs. It is also shown that, for static loads close to the resonant behavior values, the shakedown limit load can be sensibly smaller than the value computed without taking the appended mass into account. The problem of evaluating the shakedown limit load is discussed and a numerical example presented.  相似文献

The mechanical response of two natural rubber compounds is examined in order to determine relevant material parameters by non-linear finite element analysis. The materials are subjected to (a) combined static torsion and extension, and (b) small, steady-state torsional oscillations superposed on a large static simple extension. The materials are assumed to be incompressible and isotropic in their undeformed state and a time-strain separable relaxation modulus tensor is employed in order to characterize the steady-state harmonic viscoelastic response. The combined static torsion and extension experiments are used to determine the basic delayed elastic response functions. A Rivlin-type strain energy expression of third-order accuracy is used for the purpose. The two-constant, Mooney-Rivlin form is found to be adequate for both materials in the relatively limited range of deformation magnitudes considered.The torsional storage and loss moduli are determined under quasistatic conditions as functions of frequency and axial static pre-strain. The time-strain separability is found to be a resonable approximation in a relatively limited range of static prestrain magnitudes and frequencies considered for the natural gum rubbers investigated. 静电作用下的柔性薄板是微电机械的核心部件,其控制方程是变形控制方程和静电平衡方程构成的一组非线性耦合方程.本文在分别给出求解这两组方程数值方法的基础上,把控制弧长法进行了合理的推广,变直接加载电压为由构型控制的电压加载方式.结果表明这种方法不仅能够克服收敛性难的问题,而且能够得到致动板吸入失稳后的构形.算例还表明用本方法计算的吸入临界值要比用解析模型得到的临界值更接近实验值.  相似文献

Summary  A viscoelastic constitutive equation of rubber that is under small oscillatory load superimposed on large static deformation is proposed. The model is derived through linearization of Simo's nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive model and reference configuration transformation. Most importantly, in this model, static deformation correction factor is introduced to consider the influence of pre-strain on the relaxation function. Natural statically pre-deformed state is served as reference configuration. The proposed constitutive equation is extended to a generalized viscoelastic constitutive equation that includes widely used Morman's model as a special case using objective stress increment. The proposed constitutive model is tested for dynamic behavior of rubber specimens with different carbon black content. It is concluded from the test that the assumption that the effects of static deformation can be separated from time effects, which is the basis of Morman's model, is only applicable to unfilled rubber. The viscoelastic constitutive equation for filled rubber must include, therefore, the influence of the static deformation on the time effects. The suggested constitutive equation with static deformation correction factor shows good agreement with test values. Received 4 January 2001; accepted for publication 13 June 2001  相似文献
