One linear template 13 and one cyclophane template 15, both incorporating two electron rich 1,4-dialkoxybenzene units and one diamide unit, have been synthesized. By utilizing donor-acceptor interaction and/or intermolecular hydrogen bonding assembling principles, one novel hetero[3]rotaxane 22·4Cl, possessing one neutral and one tetracationic ring components, has been synthesized from 13, through neutral [2]rotaxane 21 as intermediate. With 15 as template, tetracationic [2]catenane 23·4PF6 was assembled by using donor-acceptor interaction, but no neutral [2]rotaxane could be obtained under the typical conditions of hydrogen bonding assembling principle. The interlocked supramolecular compounds have been characterized and their spectral properties are investigated.  相似文献

Complexes with antimony-containing anions, [Ph3MeP] + 2 [SbI5]2? (I), [Ph3MeP] + 2 [Sb3I12]3? (II), [Ph3MeP] + 3 [Sb3I12]3? · Me2C=O (III), and [Ph3MeP] + 3 [Sb2I9]3? (IV), were synthesized by reacting triphenylmethylphosphonium iodide with antimony iodide. The central atom in the cations of the complexes has a distorted tetrahedral coordination. In the trinuclear anions of complexes II and III, each of the terminal SbI3 groups is bound to the central Sb atom through two μ2- and one μ3 iodine bridges (SbSbSb angles are 103.0° and 102.2°, respectively). In the binuclear anion of complex IV, antimony atoms are linked with each other via three bridging iodine atoms.  相似文献

The [NpO2(DPPMO2)2Cl][NpO2Cl4] complex (where DPPMO2 = bis(diphenylphosphino)methanedioxide) contains the linear neptunyl group, {NpO2}2+, with two bidentate P=O donor ligands. Coordinating anion Cl? fills the fifth equatorial coordination site yielding a complex of general formula [NpO2(DPPMO2)2X]2[Y] (1) (where X = Cl? and Y = [NpO2Cl4]2?. Reaction between our newly prepared neptunium starting material [NpO2Cl2(thf)]n and phosphinimine ligand produced crystals of [Ph3PNH2]2[NpO2Cl4] (2). Compounds 1 and 2 have been structurally characterised.  相似文献

By reaction of elemental bismuth, sulfur, bismuth(III) chloride and gallium(III) chloride in the ionic liquid (BMIm)Cl (BMIm: 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium), [Bi(3)GaS(5)](2)[Ga(3)Cl(10)](2)[GaCl(4)](2)·S(8) is obtained as red transparent crystals. According to X-ray structure analysis based on single crystals, the title compound crystallizes with triclinic lattice symmetry and is composed of heterocubane-type [Bi(3)GaS(5)](2+) cations, trimeric star-shaped [Ga(3)Cl(10)](-) anions with three (GaCl(4)) tetrahedra sharing a single central chlorine atom, monomeric [GaCl(4)](-) tetrahedra and neutral, crown-shaped S(8)-rings. Here, the heterocubane [Bi(3)GaS(5)](2+) as well as the star-shaped [Ga(3)Cl(10)](-) are observed as building units for the first time. [Bi(3)GaS(5)](2)[Ga(3)Cl(10)](2)[GaCl(4)](2)·S(8) is further characterized by X-ray powder diffraction as well as by thermogravimetry/differential thermal analysis.  相似文献

[Tris(1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-dithiolato)stannate]2−, [Q]2[Sn(C3S5)3], [tris(1,3-dithiole-2-one-4,5-dithiolato)stannate]2−, [Q]2[Sn(C3S4O)3], and [tris(1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-diselenolato)stannate]2− [Q]2[Sn(C3S3Se2)3], complexes, have been synthesised and characterised. Crystal structure determinations of [Q]2[Sn(C3S5)3] (Q=1,4-dimethylpyridinium, monoclinic and orthorhombic forms; NMe4, NEt4, and PPh4) and [NEt4]2[Sn(C3S4O)3] revealed variations in the overall dianion structures. The geometry about tin in each case is essentially octahedral with the chelate bite angles in the range 80.7(5)–87.45(4)°: the range of Sn–S distances is 2.5207(18)–2.571(17) Å. A statistical analysis, carried out on the crystal structure data for the six complexes, indicated that the most critical factors in controlling the overall shape of the dianion were the distances of the Sn atom from the dithiolate ligand planes [Sn–OOP]. Interanionic S⋯S interactions, within the sum of the van der Waals’ radii for two S atoms, are affected by the size of the cation, Q; the secondary connectivity is 3-dimensional for the smallest cations, Q=1,4-dimethylpyridinium and NMe4, in chains for the somewhat larger cation, NEt4 and is absent for the still larger, PPh4 cation.  相似文献

The reaction of equimolar amounts of triphenylamyl- and triphenylpropylphosphonium iodides and triethanolammonium iodide with antimony iodide in dimethyl sulfoxide, dioxane, or acetone gave complexes [Ph3AmP] 2 + [Sb2I8 · 2DMSO]2?, [Ph3PrP] 2 + [Sb2I8 · C4H8O2]2?, and [(HOCH2CH2)3NH] 4 + [Sb4I16]4?, the structure of which was established by X-ray diffraction analysis. The cations of all complexes have slightly distorted tetrahedral structure, and the antimony atoms in the anions are hexacoordinated. The crystals of the complexes have intra- and intermolecular contacts, which form the structure.  相似文献

The complexes [Ph3PMe] 2 + [BiI5]2? (I) and [Ph3PMe] 2 + [BiI5 · C 5H5N]2? · C 5H5N (II) were synthesized by the reaction of bismuth triiodide with triphenylmethylphosphonium iodide, and their structures were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The P atom in cation I has slightly distorted tetragonal coordination polyhedron (the CPC angles 109.42(4)° and 109.52(4)°, the bond lengths P-CPh 1.779(2), P-CMe 1.793(1) Å. The Bi atom in the anion of complex I has an ideal trigonal-bipyramidal coordination polyhedron (Bi-Ieq 3.0031(4), Bi-Ieq 3.0485(5) Å). The crystal of complex II consists of the anions [BiI5 · C 5H5N]2?, solvated pyridine molecules, and two types of crystallographically independent tetrahedral triphenylmethylphosphonium cations (the angles CPC 106.9(1)°–111.7(1)°, the distances P-CPh 1.785(3)–1.792(3), P-CMe 1.793(3), 1.786(3) Å). The Bi atoms in the anion of complex II have a distorted octahedral coordination polyhedron (Bi-I 3.0878(4)–3.1240(3), Bi-N(1) 2.628(3) Å).  相似文献

The construction of novel skeletons through the recombination of natural products ring systems is attractive. Herein, a basicity-controlled synthesis of (dihydro)furo[2,3-c]quinolin-4(5H)-one derivatives through (3+2) cyclization between 3-hydroxyquinolin-2-ones and β-chlorinated nitrostyrenes was developed. In addition, preliminary study gave the chiral dihydrofuro[2,3-c]quinolin-4(5H)-one derivatives with up to 83 % ee.  相似文献

Stereoselective inverse-demand [4+2] cycloadditions of 3,6-bis(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine and dimethyl 1,2,4,5-tetrazine-3,6-dicarboxylate to 4′-methylenedihydro-3′H-spiro[bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-2,2′-furans] and 4′-methylene-1′-(4-nitrophenyl)spiro[bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-3,2′-pyrrolidine] were studied. Cycloadditions took place stereoselectively at the exocyclic CC double bonds to give novel 11:14-isopropylidene-14-methyl-2,3-diaza-8-oxadispiro[5.1.5.2]pentadecane and 11:14-isopropylidene-11-methyl-2,3,8-triazadispiro[5.1.5.2]pentadecane derivatives in 50–98% de. The structures of the novel dispiro compounds were determined by NMR techniques, NOESY spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

3‐Iodothyronamine (T1AM) is a novel metabolite of thyroid hormone. In HEK‐293 cells expressing an orphan G‐protein coupled receptor, the trace amine receptor, T1AM, potently increased cAMP accumulation. In mice, T1AM rapidly induced hypothermia and bradycardia within minutes of administration. These results suggest the existence of a new signaling pathway, the stimulation of which leads to rapid physiological and behavioral consequences. Isotope‐labeled T1AM derivatives would be useful to study the biology and pharmacology of T1AM. Herein we describe efficient syntheses of [125I]‐, [2H]‐, and [3H]‐T1AM.  相似文献

4-(3-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-6-phenyl-2-thioxo-1,2-di hydro-pyridine-3-carbonitrile (1) reacted with ethyl chloroacetate (2) in ethanolic sodium acetate solution to yield the corresponding ethyl (3-cyanopyridin-2-ylsulphanyl)acetate derivative 3. Intramolecular cyclization of compound 3 was achieved by its heating in DMF containing potassium carbonate to afford the corresponding ethyl 3-aminothieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carboxylate derivative 4 which reacted with hydrazine hydrate in refluxing pyridine to yield the starting material 3-aminothieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carbohydrazide derivative 7. Compound 7 reacted with different reagents such as triethylorthoformate, formic acid, acetic acid and acetic anhydride to afford the target molecules pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-one derivatives 8–10, 12 and 13 in good to excellent yields. On the other hand, pyridine-2(1H)-thione derivative 1 reacted with hydrazine hydrate in refluxing pyridine to give the other starting material 3-amino-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivative 20 which reacted with acetylacetone under reflux to afford the target molecule pyrido[2′,3′:3,4]pyrazolo[1,5-a]-pyrimidine derivative 21 in a good yield. The structures of target molecules were elucidated using elemental analyses and spectral data.  相似文献

Three new compounds 2[OHg3CCHO]NO3 · HNO3 (A), [HOHg2(NO3Hg)CCHO]NO3 (B) and (NO3Hg)3CCHO (C), have been successively obtained by mercuration of acetaldehyde with mercuric nitrate containing increasing concentrations of nitric acid. All of them contain trimercurated acetaldehyde. The orthorhombic crystals of A built up of parallel infinite networks of the polymeric trimercurated oxonium [OHg3CCHO]nn+ cation, while the monoclinic crystals of B contain polymeric dimercurated oxonium [HoHg2(NO3Hg)CCHO]nn+1 cation in the form of an infinite helical chain. The structures were determined by X-ray diffraction and refined by full-matrix least-squares to the R value of 0.050 for A and 0.063 for B. The Hg-C and Hg-O distances are in the ranges 2.04 to 2.11 Å and 2.11 to 2.18 Å, respectively. The crystals of C were not suitable for X-ray structure analysis.  相似文献
