介绍了一种新型的基于非对称结构的光热微型驱动器.驱动器由两个宽细不同的薄悬臂组成.当红外激光照射在悬臂上时,宽窄悬臂的比表面积不同,导致其温度升高和伸长量不同,从而使驱动器产生偏转.建立了驱动器的热力学模型,并给出了偏转量的计算公式.使用准分子激光加工系统制作了一个长750μm的微驱动器样机,红外激光(998nm)作为驱动源,利用自制的控制监控系统进行了可行性试验,观察并测量了驱动器偏转量与红外激光功率的关系.结果表明,本驱动器在16mW的红外激光的驱动下,即可产生258μm的偏转量.利用光热膨胀的方法

在磁共振T/R开关和主动失谐线圈中广泛使用PIN管,由外部驱动器向PIN管提供驱动电源,控制其导通或截止,从而达到开关切换和线圈失谐的目的.因此,驱动器的性能直接影响T/R开关和线圈的性能.该工作提出了一种新的T/R开关驱动器设计方案.电路中门控信号与驱动电源互相隔离,同时包含了场效应管死区调整电路,提高了电路稳定性和灵活性.该电路开关切换时间可达500 ns,驱动电压和电流理论上分别可达400 V和10 A以上,具有快速、驱动能力强等特点.可用于快速T/R开关和主动失谐线圈的驱动、缩短死时间、减小发射线圈和接收线圈间的耦合. 相似文献

提出一种错列布孔型百叶窗翅片结构,通过CFD方法对其进行模拟计算,得到翅片的换热因子及阻力因子随雷诺数的变化规律,且通过试验和经验公式的方式分别进行了验证.将其与传统百叶窗结构的性能进行比较,结果发现:这种错列布孔结构的翅片在雷诺数150~400时,换热因子较传统百叶窗翅片提高了10%~24%,阻力因子提高了1% ~2%,换热器的综合性能提高了9% ~23%,错列布孔型百叶窗结构的综合性能优于传统百叶窗结构.计算结果为进一步研究高效百叶窗翅片换热器提供了参考依据. 相似文献

利用惠普实验室荷控和磁控两种忆阻器模型设计了一个五阶混沌电路. 数值仿真结果表明该电路在参数变化情况下能产生Hopf分岔和反倍周期分岔两种分岔行为,并能产生双涡卷、单涡卷、周期态等不同相轨道. 为了验证电路的混沌行为,利用基本元器件设计了惠普实验室荷控和磁控忆阻器模拟器,并将其应用到对所设计电路中进行Pspice仿真,电路仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性.

为研究变角度百叶窗结构对平行流蒸发器换热性能的影响,文中建立了一种均匀角度百叶窗和两种变角度百叶窗的计算模型;采用fluent软件数值模拟了空气侧的传热和流动过程,得到了百叶窗翅片的速度场、温度场及压力场;将数值模拟结果与相关文献实验关联式结果进行对比,验证了数值模拟的可行性,分析了迎面风速对换热和压降特性的影响;并利用公式j/f1/3,比较了三种翅片的综合性能,发现变角度百叶窗翅片综合性能优于均匀角度百叶窗翅片。 相似文献

基于某车用空调多元平行流蒸发器,以平行流蒸发器的百叶窗翅片为研究对象,利用ANSYS 15.0软件对百叶窗翅片模型进行数值模拟,研究探索百叶窗翅片厚度对平行流蒸发器传热与流动性能的影响,并分别对其五种结构在不同雷诺数Re_(LP)时的传热与流动性能进行了综合评价分析。将数值模拟结果与经验关联式进行对比,传热因子j与阻力特性f因子的最大误差分别为12.16%和5.29%,满足实际工程误差允许范围。结果表明:在雷诺数ReLP不变时,换热系数与压降均随着百叶窗翅片厚度的增加而增大;采用综合评价因子j/f~(1/3)分析得出,A型结构翅片综合性能最好,能够有效强化空气侧换热、提高系统的换热能力,其研究结果可为百叶窗翅片结构优化提供参考依据。 相似文献

A moving double-sided mirror interferometer (MDSMI) is presented. It comprises one moving double-sided mirror (MDSM), one fixed corner-cube mirror, one fixed plane mirror, and one beam-splitter. The MDSM is a plane-parallel glass plate with both faces coated with high-reflectivity films. The optical path difference (OPD) is created by the straight reciprocating motion of the MDSM driven by a linear actuator, and the OPD value is four times the displacement of the MDSM without tilt. The effect of tilt of the MDSM is analyzed, and the tilt tolerance of the MDSM is systematically analyzed by means of modulation depth and phase error. The MDSMI is very suitable for high-resolution rapid-scan infrared spectrometers. 相似文献

In situ annealing within a neutron beam line and ex situ annealing followed by transmission electron microscopy were used to study the thermal stability of the texture, microstructure, and bi-metal interface in bulk nanolamellar Cu/Nb composites (h?=?18?nm individual layer thickness) fabricated via accumulative roll bonding, a severe plastic deformation technique. Compared to the bulk single-phase constituent materials, the nanocomposite is two orders of magnitude higher in hardness and significantly more thermally stable, e.g., no observed recrystallization in Cu at temperatures as high as 85% of the melting temperature. The nanoscale h?=?18?nm individual layer thickness is maintained up to 500°C, the lamellar structure thickens but is maintained up to 700°C, and recrystallization is suppressed even up to 900°C. With increasing temperature, the texture sharpens, and among the interfaces found in the starting material, the {112}Cu?||?{112}Nb interface with a Kurdjumov-Sachs orientation relationship shows the greatest thermal stability. Our results suggest that thickening of the individual layers under heat treatment coincides with thermally driven removal of energetically unfavorable bi-metal interfaces. Thus, we uncover a temperature regime that maintains the lamellar structure but alters the interface distribution such that a single, low energy, thermally stable interface prevails. 相似文献

A new method to fabricate ionic polymer metal composite (IPMC) actuators with a 3-dimensional preshaped form by a simple thermal treatment process is demonstrated. The effects of the thermal treatment process on the properties of the actuator are analyzed and the characteristics of the actuator, such as stiffness, displacement and resonance, generating force, and repeated motions, are compared with those of unheated IPMC actuators. The experimental results show that thermal-treated IPMC actuators have improved generating force as well as preshaping of the 3-dimensional form. 相似文献

We compute the force on a small neutral polarizable object moving at velocity v--> relative to a photon gas equilibrated at a temperature T. We find a drag force linear in v-->. Its physical basis is related to that in recent formulations of the dissipative component of the Casimir force, i.e., the change in photon momentum in emission and absorption between the moving body and the stationary thermal bath. We estimate the strength of this universal drag force for different dielectric response functions and comment on its relevance in various contexts, especially to radiation-matter coupling in the cosmos. 相似文献

利用高速纹影系统和数值模拟方法研究了激波/边界层干扰对逆流喷射的等离子体合成射流的响应特性,并揭示了流动控制机理.实验在来流马赫数Ma=3.1的风洞中进行,测试模型采用钝头体和压缩斜坡的组合模型,等离子体合成射流激励器安装在钝头体头部.纹影系统捕捉了放电频率为f=1 kHz和f=3 kHz的激励对附体激波形态和分离激波运动的控制效果.等离子体合成射流使压缩斜坡激波/边界层干扰区域的起始点向下游移动,分离泡尺寸减小,附体激波强度减弱,发生弯曲,再附点移向上游,与此同时分离激波向附体激波逼近.与f=3 kHz激励相比,f=1 kHz激励的射流流量更大,对激波/边界层干扰的影响范围更广、控制效果更好.通过数值模拟,揭示了射流与来流相互作用对下游流场的作用机理:射流与来流相互作用诱导出大尺度旋涡,大尺度旋涡耗散发展增强了近壁面流场的湍流度;压缩斜坡上游近壁面的流场性质发生变化,进而导致了压缩斜坡激波/边界层干扰区域流动的变化. 相似文献

A piezoelectric motor capable of omni-directional movements has been developed to apply for robot joints, eyes, and precision positioning stage. The piezoelectric actuator has a simple structure of a cone type consisting of two piezoelectric ring-typed ceramics with electrodes divided into four segments and stainless steel elastic bodies. Before manufacturing the piezoelectric motor, the admittance characteristics and displacements of the actuator as a function of frequency were simulated. Elliptical motions of the actuator were created at several frequencies between the longitudinal and transverse resonance frequencies. The actual motor with alumina ball exhibited nice performance using a driving circuit with two rotary encoders and a PID controller. The moving element was omni-directionally operated at a driving frequency of 53.8 kHz and an output voltage of 280 Vp-p. The developed motor enables the moving element to move to a desired position with a resolution of 1.2°/pulse, an angular velocity of 4 rad/s, and a thrust force of 200 g. 相似文献

大功率LED阵列动态光源工作过程中光电热参数具有不确定性和时变时滞非线性特点,利用动态核主元分析方法(DKPCA)对大功率LED阵列动态光源进行在线状态观测与故障诊断能有效地捕捉观测数据的非线性和相关性特征,根据历史数据的主元特征计算出的统计量阈值和在线数据的统计特征实现故障检测,利用重构贡献图法实现故障的分离。仿真实验表明,对大功率LED阵列动态光源典型的传感器和执行器故障进行有效监测和诊断相对于核主元分析方法对故障更为敏感,故障检测率最高提高了7.5%,误检率下降了4.2%。 相似文献

针对硬磁盘驱动器中磁头定位两级伺服系统设计了一种新型压电致动器——悬臂梁式变宽度分割电极片状压电致动器.沿厚度方向极化的PZT压电陶瓷薄长片,宽度沿长度方向变化且沿长轴对称,一端固定一端自由构成悬臂梁.其上下两表面的电极均沿长轴分割成对称的两部分.施加电场使其中一半在d31模式作用下伸长,而与其对称的另一半缩短,则压电片沿宽度方向产生弯曲,自由端便可产生致动位移.对该致动器的驱动电压-端部致动位移特性进行了理论分析、有限元模拟及实验验证.致动器中的电场诱导应力远小于陶瓷的抗张强度.致动器端部位移的测试结果略大于理论计算值.与现有磁头悬浮臂尺寸相近的致动器,在20—50V的电压驱动下均可获得1—2μm的致动位移.对25kTPI(track per inch)的高道密度硬磁盘,该位移已能覆盖至少一个磁道宽度,满足磁头定位两级伺服系统对第二级致动器致动位移的基本要求.
