Amino acid-based amphiphiles have attracted much attention as environmentally friendly surfactants because of their biodegradability, low toxicity and the use of renewable sources of raw materials for their syntheses. With respect to molecular design, the amino acid-based architecture allows the possibilities of multiple structures of amphiphiles with varying head groups and chain lengths. This review focuses on the synthetic strategies for the development of various types of surfactants derived from amino acids. Their properties in terms of surface, biological and catalytic activities are illustrated.  相似文献

The corrosion of metals, i.e., the initiation and acceleration of the surface deterioration of metals through an electrochemical reaction with the surrounding intrusive environment, is a global concern because of the economic and environmental impacts. Corrosion inhibitors are considered the most practical choice among the available corrosion protection techniques due to their effectiveness in terms of functionality and cost. The use of traditional and toxic corrosion inhibitors has led to environmental issues, arousing the need for green counterparts that are environmentally friendly, easily accessible, biodegradable, and cost-effective. In this review, the utilization of green corrosion inhibitors purely acquired from renewable sources is explored, with an in-depth focus on the recent advancements in the use of fruit and vegetable extracts as green corrosion inhibitors. In particular, fruits and vegetables are natural sources of various phytochemicals that exhibit key potential in corrosion inhibition. To shed light on the true potential of such extracts in the protection of steel in acidic environments, the experimental techniques involved in corrosion inhibition and the mechanism of corrosion inhibition are discussed in detail. The study highlights the potential of fruit and vegetable extracts as non-toxic, economical, and effective corrosion inhibitors in the pursuit of green chemistry. In addition to discussing and outlining the current status and opportunities for employing fruit and vegetable extracts as corrosion inhibitors, the current review outlines the challenges involved in the utilization of such extracts in corrosion inhibition.  相似文献

Copper-catalyzed amination of aryl bromides and iodides under mild conditions has been developed with 2-dimethylaminoethanol as ligand and water as solvent. A variety of hydrophilic and hydrophobic aryl halide substrates have been aminated in good yield with a variety of amino acids, amino alcohols and peptides. This method has successfully N-arylated some hydrophilic amino compounds not available by other methods.  相似文献

Amino acids are naturally occurring compounds in many edible or medicinal plants, which possess a variety of pharmacological effects on humans. The aim of this study is to develop and validate a hydrophilic interaction LC coupled with MS/MS method for the absolute and relative quantification of amino acids without derivatization. The application of this method has been proven through 20 naturally occurring amino acids in 21 samples from different parts and phenological growth stage of Sophora alopecuroides. The method was performed on an ultra‐high performance LC separation system coupled with ESI‐MS on a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. The proposed absolute quantitative method was fully validated in terms of linearity, sensitivity, precision, repeatability as well as recovery. The analysis results showed that S. alopecuroides is rich in free amino acids. In addition, relative quantitative determination of amino acids with several amino acids selected for the best accuracy was investigated. The accuracies of relative quantitative method for amino acids determinations suggest that it is feasible to quantify amino acids by the proposed relative quantitative determination method, which contributes to breaking through the choke point of lack of standards.  相似文献

Increasing attention has been devoted in the last decades to chiral chromatography, principally to high‐performance liquid chromatography techniques using a chiral stationary phase. Many chiral high‐performance liquid chromatography columns are commercially available, but, unfortunately, they are most often rather expensive. A cheap alternative to the commercial chiral columns is the dynamic‐coating procedure of a standard achiral stationary phase with a chiral selector containing both a chiral domain and a chain or a group able to tightly (but noncovalently) bind the achiral support. This is the case of Nτ‐decyl‐l ‐spinacine, already successfully employed to dynamically cover a reversed‐phase column to separate racemic mixtures of amino acids through the ligand‐exchange mechanism. In the present work, the same chiral selector is employed to separate racemic mixtures of amino acids and oligopeptides, in the absence of metal ions: no coordination complex is formed, but only electrostatic and weak nonbonding interactions between the chiral phase and the analytes are responsible for the observed enantioselectivity. The new method is simpler than the previous one, very effective in the case of aromatic amino acids and oligopeptides and also suitable for preparative purposes.  相似文献

建立了氨基酸及多肽的电喷雾离子迁移谱检测方法.采用自制的电喷雾离子迁移谱装置,在室温条件下以甲醇为溶剂,空气为漂移气体,流速为1000 mL/min,电喷液流速为2 mL/min,测试了甘氨酸、胱氨酸、组氨酸、精氨酸4种氨基酸及缓激肽片段(1~7)和P物质2种多肽的离子迁移谱,计算出上述化合物的约化迁移率.离子迁移谱图反映出化合物的结构信息,具有指纹谱特征.此装置在1 min的检测时间内对P物质的检测灵敏度达到855 ng/mL.结果表明,电喷雾离子迁移谱可用于氨基酸及多肽类化合物的现场快速鉴定.  相似文献

Microorganisms synthesize the aromatic amino acids phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan, as well as the related compounds p-aminobenzoic acid, tetrahydrofolic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, ubiquinone, vitamin K, and nicotinic acid, by a highly branched route passing through shikimic acid. The biosynthesis is not regulated in the same way in all the organisms studied. The regulation is strongly dependent on the ability of the enzymes involved to be resolved into isozymes, their ability to be inhibited, and their activation, repression, and induction.  相似文献

应用缓蚀剂控制混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀具有高效、廉价和易操作等优点,越来越受腐蚀研究者的关注。近年来,对环保型缓蚀剂的需求日益增加。因此,本工作发展了由癸二酸二异辛酯、D-葡萄糖酸钠和硫酸锌组成的环保型复合缓蚀剂并应用电化学测试技术和表面分析方法研究其对钢筋的缓蚀作用。结果表明,Q235钢筋在pH为11.00,含0.5 mol∙L-1 NaCl的模拟污染的混凝土孔隙液中处于活化状态并发生局部腐蚀。含有59 mmol∙L-1癸二酸二异辛酯,0.5 mmol∙L-1 D-葡萄糖酸钠和1.5 mmol∙L-1硫酸锌组成的复合缓蚀剂对钢筋具有良好的协同缓蚀效应,在模拟污染混凝土孔隙液中和水泥砂浆试样中对钢筋的缓蚀效率分别达到96.8%和90.0%。该复合缓蚀剂是一种混合型缓蚀剂,对钢筋腐蚀的阴极反应和阳极反应均有抑制作用。  相似文献

以N-保护的氨基酸钾盐与1-(ω-溴丙基)-5-氟尿嘧啶和1-(ω-溴丁基)-5-氟尿嘧啶反应,制备了18种氨基酸的ω-(N1-5-氟尿嘧啶基)-丙醇酯和丁醇酯的盐酸盐,并确定了它们的结构。动物试验的初步结果表明,酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸的3-(N1-5-氟尿嘧啶基)-丙醇酯盐酸盐对小鼠艾氏腹水癌的抑制率分别为88.1%和86.7%。  相似文献

We describe herein a fast and rapid technique for preparation of N-phthaloyl amino acids under microwave irradiation. The microwave methodology is rapid, convenient, proceeds under mild conditions, and gives a better yield (81–98%) and high purity of the title compounds. The spectral data as well as the X-ray analysis established the structure of the prepared N-protected amino acids.  相似文献

A novel liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC-Q-TOFMS) method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 23 amino acids and 7 biogenic amines in food samples. These analytes were pre-column derivatized with dansyl chloride and then separated in an Acquity column (1.7 μm; 2.1 mm × 100 mm). The separation of 31 compounds including an internal standard was achieved within 25 min at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min. The method linearity for each amino acid and biogenic amine had a relatively wide range with r(2)>0.99. The intra- and inter-day precision, expressed as relative standard deviation (RSD), ranged from 1.1 to 4.6% and from 2.0 to 11.2%, respectively. The limit of detection was between 0.005 and 0.4 μg/mL. With a simple dilution, recoveries of around 80-120% were obtained for most of the compounds. No significant matrix effect was observed, and the developed method was successfully applied to the analysis of amino acids and biogenic amines in beer, cheese and sausage samples.  相似文献

A series of glucuronamides have been easily prepared by reaction of glucopyranurono-6,1-lactone with a wide variety of amines. Primary and secondary amines gave the corresponding amides in short times, high yields. Diamines led to diuronamide compounds, whereas glucuronic acid conjugates were obtained with amino acids. The reaction with aminosugars afforded disaccharide analogues. In all products, the anomeric position is free for further conversion.  相似文献

In order to understand the significant differences in activities and effects between Asian ginseng (ASG) and American ginseng (AMG), it is important to study the correlation between chemical structures and biological activities in the two types of herbs. However, more attention has been paid to the analysis of ginsenosides in previous reports distinguishing between ASG and AMG. There are some other bioactive compounds besides ginsenosides, however, few studies have focused on a systematic comparison of these types of compounds. Two metabolomic methods were developed in this study by qualitative data acquisition using normal phase liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (NPLC-MS) and reverse phase liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (RPLC-MS) respectively, in combination with principal component analysis (PCA). Results show that both NPLC-MS and RPLC-MS-based metabolomic methods are feasible in composition profiling, biomarker screening as well as in discrimination of ASG and AMG. 17 ginsenosides were identified as analytical markers in RPLC-MS-based metabolomic method. In comparison, using NPLC-MS-based method, 5 ginsonosides, two amino acids as well as 1 oligosaccharide were identified as analytical markers. Therefore, RPLC-MS-based metabolomic method exhibits better profiling in ginsenosides, while NPLC-MS-based metabolomic method offers the advantage that multiple active ingredients can be determined simultaneously. The two methods are both helpful in identification of biomarker as well as in discrimination of American ginsengs from Asian ginsengs.  相似文献
