本文研究有限元Ritz-Volterra投影的超收敛性质.利用一种新型的Green函数,证明了该投影具有与有限元Ritz投影相平行的函数和导数逼近的超收敛性质.这些结果被应用于抛物型积分微分方程和Sobolev方程的半离散有限元近似.  相似文献

AbstractSome superapproximation and ultra-approximation properties in function, gradient and two-order derivative approximations are shown for the interpolation operator of projection type on two-dimensional domain. Then, we consider the Ritz projection and Ritz-Volterra projection on finite element spaces, and by means of the superapproximation elementary estimates and Green function methods, derive the superconvergence and ultraconvergence error estimates for both projections, which are also the finite element approximation solutions of the elliptic problems and the Sobolev equations, respectively.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to study the superconvergence properties of Ritz-Volterra projection.Through construction a new type of Green function and making use of its properties and the principle of duality,the paper proves that the Ritz-Volterra projection defined on r-1 order finite element spaces of Lagrange type in one and two space variable cases possesses O(h2r~2)order and O(h4+1|Inh|)order nodal superconvergence,respectively,and the same type of superconver-gence results are demonstrated for the semidiscrete finite dement approximate solutions of Soboleve-quations.  相似文献

We consider and analyze some new extragradient-type methods for solving variational inequalities. The modified methods converge for a pseudomonotone operator, which is a much weaker condition than monotonicity. These new iterative methods include the projection, extragradient, and proximal methods as special cases. Our proof of convergence is very simple as compared with other methods.  相似文献

In this paper we develop the multilevel augmentation method for solving nonlinear operator equations of the second kind and apply it to solving the one-dimensional sine-Gordon equation. We first give a general setting of the multilevel augmentation method for solving the second kind nonlinear operator equations and prove that the multilevel augmentation method preserves the optimal convergence order of the projection method while reducing computational cost significantly. Then we describe the semi-discrete scheme and the fully-discrete scheme based on multiscale methods for solving the sine-Gordon equation, and apply the multilevel augmentation method to solving the discrete equation. A complete analysis for convergence order is proposed. Finally numerical experiments are presented to confirm the theoretical results and illustrate the efficiency of the method.  相似文献

A direct method is described for the approximation of nonsimple turning points, corresponding to cusp points, of nonlinear operator equations depending on two parameters. The procedure is based on the application of a special projection method to the computation of simple turning points of a suitable augmented system.
