Based on the Kirchhoff approximation and the theoretical analysis of the random light fields,the speckle intensity distributions in the extremely deep Fresnel diffraction region are simulated.The fractal property of the speckles as well as the relation between the speckle intensity distribution and the corresponding random surface is investigated.We design a microscope system to detect experimentally the speckles in the extremely deep Fresnel diffraction region,and the experimental results prove the conclusions drawn from our simulations.  相似文献

The Kirchhoff diffraction theory is applied to the multi-pinhole aperture diffraction screens, and the intensity, the zero-contour of the real and imaginary parts of complex amplitude and the phase distribution in deep Fresnel diffraction region are simulated. It is found that the number of bright spots, the zero-contours of the real and imaginary parts of complex amplitude and the phase singularities are all related to number of pinholes in diffraction screens. The brightness of bright spots in center of each pattern would become larger with increasing number of pinholes. In addition, there are many lines, on which the intensity value is close to 0.  相似文献

This paper studies the correlation properties of the speckles in the deep Fresnel diffraction region produced by the scattering of rough self-affine fractal surfaces. The autocorrelation function of the speckle intensities is formulated by the combination of the light scattering theory of Kirchhoff approximation and the principles of speckle statistics. We propose a method for extracting the three surface parameters, i.e. the roughness w, the lateral correlation length ξ and the roughness exponent α, from the autocorrelation functions of speckles. This method is verified by simulating the speckle intensities and calculating the speckle autocorrelation function. We also find the phenomenon that for rough surfaces with α= 1, the structure of the speckles resembles that of the surface heights, which results from the effect of the peak and the valley parts of the surface, acting as micro-lenses converging and diverging the light waves.  相似文献

We present the perturbative QCD analysis of nuclear shadowing in deep inelastic scattering and prove it to be the scaling, rather than the higher twist, 1/Q2, effect, contrary to numerous recent claims. We argue in favor of the scaling triple-pomeron contribution to the nuclear shadowing and comment on the mass spectrum of diffraction excitation by highly virtual photons. Our numerical predictions for shadowing are in good agreement with the recent EMC data.  相似文献

该文提出了一种基于菲涅尔区域的乳腺三维超声成像技术,可实现病变组织早期的定性诊断与定量监测。主要研究内容包括:采用透射方式,以慢度作为反演参量,将正演与反演的透射时间差作为迭代判据,基于菲涅尔区域法实现乳腺组织的二维反演成像;根据柱面传感阵列的分布特点,将乳腺三维超声成像问题转为二维成像问题,进而实现乳腺三维超声成像;计算三维病变成像声速及尺寸误差,并分析菲涅尔区域法的成像分辨率以及入射频率对成像分辨率的影响。该文研究结果证明基于柱面传感阵列的菲涅尔区域法可实现乳腺三维超声成像并有效实现病变早期监测与诊断。  相似文献

We present the perturbative QCD analysis of nuclear shadowing in the deep inelastic scattering at smallx in terms of the spatial wave function ofq \(\bar q\) fluctuations of virtual photons. The wave function formalism makes it quite obvious that shadowing is the scaling, rather than the higher twist, 1/Q 2, effect, contrary to a numerous recent claims. We demonstrate explicitly how the scaling shadowing comes from the large, hadronic, size quarkantiquark pairs even in the limit ofQ 2→∞, and why it should very slowly, ∞1/log (Q 2/m 2) decrease at very largeQ 2. We argue in favor of the scaling triple-pomeron contribution to the nuclear shadowing and present predictions for a cross section of diffraction dissociation of virtual photons and for the mass spectrum of diffraction excitation, which can be checked at HERA and Fermilab. We predict strikingly different scaling properties of diffraction dissociation and nuclear shadowing for the longitudinal and transverse photons. Our, numerial predictions for shadowing are in good agreement with the recent EMC data.  相似文献

Using Monte Carlo simulations and experimental results, we show that for common thin film deposition techniques, such as sputter deposition and chemical vapor deposition, a mound structure can be formed with a characteristic length scale, or "wavelength" lambda, that describes the separation of the mounds. We show that the temporal evolution of lambda is distinctly different from that of the mound size, or lateral correlation length xi. The formation of a mound structure is due to nonlocal growth effects, such as shadowing, that lead to the breakdown of the self-affinity of the morphology described by the well-established dynamic scaling theory. We show that the wavelength grows as a function of time in a power law form, lambda approximately t(p), where p approximately equals 0.5 for a wide range of growth conditions, while the mound size grows as xi approximately t(1-z), where 1/z varies depending on growth conditions.  相似文献

利用直透光波和高斯散斑场的叠加理论和基尔霍夫近似研究了菲涅耳深区散斑的构成,给出了菲涅耳深区散斑场及其强度概率密度和对比度的表达式.利用原子力显微镜测量的随机散射表面高度分布数据模拟菲涅耳深区不同散射距离处散斑,并计算绘出其强度概率密度和对比度曲线.理论与模拟相结合研究这两个统计函数的特征和直透光强所占比例的影响,以及它们随散射距离的演化规律.  相似文献

含遮蔽抛射沉积模型是在抛射沉积(BD)模型的基础上考虑了粒子以一定的角度分布倾斜入射的情况.本文应用外推方法确定了大尺寸极限下含遮蔽抛射沉积模型的各标度指数,讨论了该模型的有限尺寸效应及其标度性质.从模拟结果可以看出含遮蔽BD模型的有限尺寸效应与BD模型有所不同,遮蔽这种非局域作用可以显著地改变BD模型的标度性质. 关键词: 遮蔽效应 抛射沉积模型 有限尺寸效应 动力学标度  相似文献

The propagation problem of mutual intensity from a source plane to an object plane is discussed. The propagated mutual intensity remains unmodified in any object plane in the paraxial approximation region of Fresnel diffraction if the mutual intensity in the source plane is space-invariant and propagated to a region of interest around the propagation axis in which the Fresnel diffraction effect by the edge of an aperture in the source plane is almost negligible.  相似文献

Diffraction of light by ultrasonic Gulyaev-Bleustein waves is studied under Fresnel reflection conditions. It is shown that Gulyaev-Bleustein waves propagating in GaAs-AlGaAs structures can be detected by acousto-optic methods under conditions for Fresnel reflection of diffracted waves. 实验提取了弱散射体产生的菲涅耳极深区的散斑场.发现当散射距离一定时,弱散射体光场的相位分布特征随散射体的粗糙度的变化而变化;对于某一弱散射体,相位分布特征随散射距离的变化而变化;当弱散射体的粗糙度大到一定程度时,才产生相位涡旋现象;散射体表面上存在相位涡旋;弱散射体产生的相位涡旋的密度随散射屏粗糙度的增大而增大,还随散射距离的增大而增大.研究结果对于认识弱散射体的相位及相位涡旋分布特征随粗糙度和散射距离的演化具有重要意义,而且对于认识散斑场随散射距离的演化有一定的帮助.  相似文献

The effect of the laser ridge width on the performance characteristics of deep violet In0.082Ga0.918N/GaN double quantum well (DQW) laser diodes (LDs) has been numerically investigated. Simulation results indicated that threshold current of LDs is decreased and slope efficiency and differential quantum efficiency (DQE) are increased by decreasing ridge width, whereas output power is decreased. The results also showed that a decrease of more than 1 μm in the ridge width reduces the threshold current, whereas the slope efficiency, output power, and DQE are decreased. A new DQW LD structure with a strip active region has been proposed to obtain a lower current threshold and higher output power, slope efficiency, and DQE. The results showed the InGaN DQW LD with a strip DQW active region has the highest output power, slope efficiency, and DQE; it also has a lower threshold current compared with that of the original LD. The comparative study conducted for the LDs with output emission wavelengths of 390, 414 and 436 nm has also confirmed the enhancement in LD performance using the strip DQW active region structure.  相似文献

Starting from Huygens-Fresnel diffraction integral, the field representation of focused polychromatic laser beams is derived. Intensity distributions of the focused polychromatic laser are investigated with different Fresnel number and bandwidth at focal plane. It is found that the width of transverse intensity distribution of the focused polychromatic laser decreases with increasing the bandwidth at the focal plane and zero local time, and the transverse intensity presents more obvious narrowing effects with smaller Fresnel number. A physical explanation for the narrowing effects is given based on a simplified expression.  相似文献

The features of the Bragg diffraction of light by ultrasound under the conditions of Fresnel reflection from the boundaries of a perturbed layer have been investigated. It has been shown that layers based on acousto-optical gyrotropic crystals perturbed by ultrasound can be used as efficient light modulators. The relative intensities of diffracted waves have been found to be determined by the relation of the refractive indices of adjacent media and by the ultrasound intensity. With an increase in the thickness of the modulated layer, the reflection and transmission coefficients of the first-order diffracted waves achieve their maxima at a lower ultrasound intensity.  相似文献
