Two new Schiff base complexes, [NiL]ClO4 1 and [CuL]ClO4.0.5H2O 2, were synthesized and characterized, where L is the 1:1 condensation product of salicylaldehyde and diethylenetriamine. Their crystal structures and magnetic properties were determined and investigated. The H-bonding interactions concern just in neighbor cation and anion, do not extendin to network for both 1 and 2. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibilities(2-300K) showed that 1 is diamagnetism and 2 is paramagnetism with weak antiferromagnetic exchange interactions between adjacent spin carriers, no magnetic ordering taking place in these two complexes.  相似文献

The complexes of [Cu(bpy)(H2O)(CBA)2]n 1 and [Cu(phen)(H2O)(CBA)2]·H2O 2 based on p-cyanobenzoic acid(HCBA) have been synthesized in aqueous ethanolic solution at room temperature. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies demonstrated that complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic and complex 2 is of triclinic system. The results indicate the complex 1 shows a 1D chain structure bridged by two carboxylic oxygen atoms from CBA–, and complex 2 is a mononuclear structure. Through intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π...π stacking interactions, the complexes are assembled into supramolecular structures. Complex 1 has been characterized by magnetic measurements. The magnetic measurement indicates that weak ferromagnetic interaction(zJ= 0.038(5)) between the Cu2+ ions is dominant in the structure. Two new Co(Ⅱ) coordination polymers,{[Co_3(Hchda)_2(chda)_2(bpp)_2(H_2O)_2]}_n 1 and {[Co(chda)(bpe)(H_2O)]·3H_2O}_n 2(H_2chda = 1,1-cyclohexanediacetic acid,bpp = 1,3-bis(4-pyridinyl)propane and bpe = 1,2-bis(4-pyridinyl)ethylene),were hydrothermally synthesized and then characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Complex 1 possesses an infinite metal-organic layer based on triply bridged linear trinuclear subunits and complex 2 exhibits a square(4,4) grid layer with dangling lateral arms resulting from eight-membered rings above and below the layer.In addition,magnetic properties of complexes 1 and 2 are also given.  相似文献

This paper describes a procedure for the synthesis of two new volatile complexes, C22H40N2NiO4 and C20H36N2NiO4, based on sterically hindered methoxy--iminoketones. The compounds were investigated by IR spectroscopy and DTA. Full crystal-chemical analysis has been carried out. The structures are molecular. The complexes have close geometrical characteristics; the distances are Ni–O 1.826 and Ni–N 1.842 ; the O–Ni–N chelate angle is 93.2°. The complexes have an intramolecular hydrogen bond N–H...O, estimated at 2.54 (2.08) . In both structures, the packing of complexes is similar to that in nickel(II) dipivalylmethanate.  相似文献

Two new copper complexes based on 2-naphthoxyacetic acid ligand, namely [Cu(L)_2(CH_3CN)]_2(1) and [Cu(L)(1,10-phen)_2](2), where L = 2-naphthoxyacetic acid and 1,10-phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, were obtained by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The binuclear complex 1 and mononuclear complex 2 belong to space group C2/c and P■, respectively. The binding properties of the two compounds with ct-DNA were investigated by UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra. The two compounds could bind with ct-DNA through interactions. A new compound (NIT-mNO2 = 4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-2-yl-(2'-chlor-5'- nitrophenyl)-3-oxide-1-oxyl) 1 and its complex (Cu(NIT-mNO2)(hfac)2) 2 have been synthesized and structurally and magnetically characterized. The compound results in a 1-D zig-zag chain structure by intermolecular H-bond interaction. Compound 2 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 10.3699(10), b = 10.6286(11), c = 15.1683(15), α = 77.5330(10), β = 773080(10), γ = 87.3420(10)o, V = 1592.5(3) 3, C23H17ClF12N3O8Cu, Mr = 790.39, Z = 2, Dc = 1.648 g/cm3, μ(MoKa) = 0.888 mm-1, F(000) = 788, the final R = 0.0793 and wR = 0.2153 for 5794 independent reflections with Rint = 0.0196. The Cu(II) ion is located at a center of symmetry, and each Cu(II) is surrounded by six oxygen atoms at the vertices of a distorted tetragonal octahedron. Abstract

3,5-Bis(aminomethyl)pyrazole (Hbampz) forms binuclear copper(II) complexes of the formula [Cu2(bampz)2X2] (X = CI, Br). The crystal structure of [Cu2(bampz)2Br2] has been determined by the X-ray method: formula = CuBrN4C5H9, monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 9.214(1), b = 10.078(1), c = 8.775(1) Å, β = 97.33(1)°, V = 808.1 Å3. Two bampz? molecules combine with two copper(II) ions via the pyrazolate nitrogen and aminonitrogen atoms in the side chains affording an essentially planar N4 environment for each metal ion. The Cu-Cu separation is 3.947(5)A. The axial site of each copper is weakly coordinated by a bromide ion with a Cu-Br distance of 2.895(4) A. Cryomagnetic investigations over the temperature range 80-300 K revealed a significant antiferromagnetic interaction through the pyrazolate bridges. The exchange integrals (J) based on the Heisenberg model (H =—2J?1.?2) was estimated at—200.8 and—192.0 cm?1 for [Cu2(bampz)2Cl2] and [Cu2(bampz)2Br2], respectively.  相似文献

Two Cu(Ⅱ) complexes of [Cu(2,6-DPC)(Hnta)(H_2O)]·H_2O(2,6-DPC = 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic-carboxylate, Hnta = nicotinic acid) and [Cu_2(2,4-D)_4(Hnta)_2](2,4-D = 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic-carboxylate) were synthesized and successfully obtained as single crystals in this paper. The supramolecular structures of the complexes from zero to three dimensions and the weak intermolecular force in the crystal were analyzed. The single-crystal structures of the complexes were further analyzed by Hirshfeld surface analysis. The competition capacity of the complexes about calf thymus DNA(ct-DNA) was also analyzed by fluorescence spectroscopy. The ability of complexes to cleave the plasmid DNA(pBR322-DNA) was determined by gel electrophoresis assay. And at last, the complexes' cytotoxic activities were reviewed for four kinds of cancer cell lines(HeLa, MCF-7, HepG, SKOV-3), showing that the coordination polymer has anti-tumor activity and cytotoxicity.  相似文献

Two new low-dimensional Mn(Ⅱ) coordination compounds of Mn(H_2pimdc)_2(phen)(compound 1) and [Mn(Hpimdc)(phen)]n·nH_2O(compound 2) were synthesized, where H_3pimdc is a 2-propyl-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid and phen is 1,10-phenanthroline. Both compounds were thoroughly analyzed by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, element analysis, IR spectra, PXRD and thermal analysis. X-ray single-crystal diffraction analyses indicate that the phen ligands terminate metal ions on two sides to prevent the linkage between the neighboring metal ions into a higher dimensional structure in compounds 1 and 2. Compound 1 is constructed from mononuclear molecules which form the 1D helical supramolecular chain by N–H···O hydrogen bonds. In compound 2, Hpimdc is a tetradentate bridging ligand, which binds Mn(Ⅱ) ions to generate a single-stranded right helical chain parallel to the b axis. These 1D chains are additionally coupled by H-bonds as well as π···π stacking interactions, which formed a 3D supramolecular structure. Additionally, compound 2 demonstrated temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility and negative value of θ(equal to –9.09 K), which is indicative of weak antiferromagnetic interactions between Mn(Ⅱ) ions.  相似文献

Based on a 3-(pyridine-2-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole ligand(Hpytr), one 2D Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Cd I(pytr)]_n(1) and one 2D Mn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Mn(N_3)(pytr)(H_2O)]_n(2) have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography, elemental analysis, and fluorescence spectroscopy. 1 shows a layer coordination architecture linked by pytr ligand, and the Cd(Ⅱ) centers display slightly distorted square pyramid coordination geometries. Complex 2 shows a 2D pillared-layer coordination architecture bridged by N3-and pytr, and the Mn(Ⅱ) centers display slightly distorted octahedral geometries. The luminescent properties of 1 and the PXRD and thermal stability of complexes 1 and 2 were measured briefly.  相似文献

We synthesized three new Ni(II) coordination polymers [Ni(LXHLPXH2O)2]- H2O(CP1),[Ni(LXNIP)]-2H2O(CP2) and [Ni(LXNDCXH20)2](CP3)[L=N,N′-bis(pyridme-3-yl)thiophene-2,5-dicarboxamide, H2HIP=5-hydroxyisophthalic acid, H2NIP=5-nitroisophthalic acid, H2NDC=2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylie acid] by hydrothermal method, which were characterized by means of infrared spectra(IR), TG analyses, PXRD and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The CPI is a ID tubular structure based on [Ni-HIP]2 loops and pairs of L ligands. CP2 is a 2D 3,5-connected architecture, which consists of Ni-L linear chains and (Ni-NIP)2 double chains. CP3 is a 2D network, which features 4-connected topology. Solid-state luminescent behaviours of CP-P3 were investigated. The CPI can detect Fe^3+ ions through luminescence quenching. The electrochemical properties of CPI buk-modified carbon paste electrode(CP1-CPE) has also been investigated, which has bifunctional electrocatalytic activity for oxidation of ascorbic acid and reduction of NO2^-.  相似文献
