铜钴合金纳米有序阵列的光学特性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
用电化学法制备了高度有序的多孔阳极氧化铝模板, 选用CoSO4和CuSO4的混合溶液为电解液,用交流电化学沉积法在多孔阳极氧化铝的柱形微孔内制备铜钴合金纳米线有序阵列.分别用扫描电镜(SEM),X 射线衍射仪(XRD)对多孔氧化铝模板和纳米线阵列的微观形貌和结构进行分析.结果显示,制备的合金纳米线表面光滑、均匀,纳米线中的晶粒在长过程中有(111) 晶面的择优取向.用UV3101分光光度计测试了铜钴合金多孔铝复合结构的透射光谱及偏振光谱表明,合金纳米复合结构在可见及近红外波段具有良好的透射比和消光比;铜钴合金纳米复合结构的确能够改善单一金属的特性,比如在近红外光区,其消光比(30 dB)优于铜纳米复合结构(17 dB).  相似文献

 采用多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板脉冲电沉积法制备了强辐射源用铜纳米线阵列靶,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)对其进行了结构表征。结果表明:去除AAO模板后铜纳米线平均直径比去除AAO模板前的平均孔径大32%,长度缩短5%。对电沉积2 000 s的样品进行铜纳米线长度分布表征,结果显示:距离模板圆心越远,铜纳米线越长。与超短脉冲激光相互作用实验结果表明:纳米线平均长度在18~50 μm范围内,铜Kα光子产额先随纳米线长度增加而增加,当长度大于33 μm时,铜Kα光子产额开始下降。  相似文献

在阳极氧化铝的制备过程中,采用二次氧化方法,通过降低二次氧化过程中的电压,使之变为初始电压的1n,得到了具有n个分枝结构的纳米孔径的氧化铝膜.利用岛津UV3101分光光度计测试了样品的透射光谱与偏振光谱.结果表明,在可见和近红外波段,线型孔径结构的多孔铝膜比Y型和枝状结构的多孔铝膜具有更好的透射性能,在偏振性能方面也有优势,更适合作含金属微偏振器件的膜板材料.  相似文献

采用二次阳极氧化法,制备了多孔氧化铝模板。在真空背景下,用脉冲激光沉积法,在多孔氧化铝模板上沉积一层硅,制成了硅与多孔氧化铝的复合膜,然后用盐酸将多孔氧化铝模板完全腐蚀掉,制备均匀分布着硅纳米线的硅膜。用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、光致发光对纳米硅的结构和光学性质进行了测试分析。结果表明:硅纳米线的直径约为67.5nm,长度约为100nm,数密度约1011/cm2。光致发光谱是可见光范围内的一个宽发射峰,上面叠加了许多具有精细结构的尖峰,尖峰之间的波长间隔不相等,但能量间隔相等。分析了样品的结构特点,利用量子限制模型和表面发光中心模型对光谱进行了解释,提出了一个新的能级模型,求出了各个尖峰对应激发态能级的量子数。为探讨纳米硅的发光机制和实现硅发光器件的制备提供了实验依据。  相似文献

Porous anodic alumina (PAA) templates with branch structure are fabricated by the two-step anodic oxidation processes, and then the Y-branched Cu nanowires are synthesized in the templates using an alternating current (AC) deposition method. We observe the morphology image of the samples by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and measure the transmission spectrum and the polarization spectrum of the samples by the spectrophotometer. The results show that PAA films with Y-branched Cu nanowires have better transmittance in the near infrared region. An extinction ratio of 15-18 dB and an insertion loss of 0.1-0.4 dB are obtained in this region. Therefore PAA with Y-branched Cu nanowires can be used as a near-infrared micropolarizer, and this kind of micropolarizer would have a promising future in the field of photoelectricity integration.  相似文献

We report the optical characterization of a metal wiregrid micropolarizer array for IR imaging polarimetry. The micropolarizers are designed for operation in the 1.5-5.0 microm band with a specially designed thin SiO(2) layer between the silicon substrate and the wiregrids to improve the performance at the shorter wavelengths. Deep-UV projection lithography is used to fabricate 140-nm-deep wiregrids with a 400 nm period. The extinction ratio and the transmission coefficient are measured with a tunable IR laser. A TM transmission coefficient greater than 70% with an extinction ratio greater than 10(4) is achieved for the midwave-IR region while maintaining an extinction ratio better than 10(2) for the near-IR region above 1.5 microm.  相似文献

A mid-IR wire-grid polarizer with a 500 nm pitch was fabricated on a low toxic chalcogenide glass (Sb-Ge-Sn-S system) by the thermal imprinting of periodic grating followed by the thermal evaporation of Al metal. After imprinting, deposition of Al on the grating at an oblique angle produced a wire-grid polarizer. The fabricated polarizer showed polarization with TM transmittance greater than 60% at 5-9 μm wavelengths and an extinction ratio greater than 20 dB at 3.5-11 μm wavelengths. This polarizer with a high extinction ratio can be fabricated more simply and less expensively than conventional IR polarizers.  相似文献

Ag/Al2O3 nano-array composite structures were obtained by alternating current (AC) electrodeposition of Ag into the pores of anodic alumina membrane (AAM). The ordered wire-grid structure of Ag nanowires formed along a preferential direction, typically 20 nm in diameter, was fabricated. XRD revealed that Ag2O is also preserved in the pores of AAM. Optical properties of Ag/Al2O3 prepared at different annealing temperatures were measured by using spectrometer. Transmission spectra indicate that the transmittance of Ag/Al2O3 increases obviously with the increasing of annealing temperature. Polarization spectra indicate that Ag/Al2O3 has good polarization in the range of 900–2000 nm, and the extinction ratio increases with the increasing of the annealing temperature or incident angle.  相似文献

针对二氧化钒纳米点阵从半导体到金属的可逆相变,考虑到点阵中各个点之间散射光的交互作用,基于VO2在不同温度和波长下的折射率和消光系数,以及小颗粒的吸收和散射特性,建立了VO2纳米颗粒的数学模型,研究了VO2纳米颗粒的相变光学特性.结果表明,随着波长变化,吸收截面相对散射截面占主导,金属相在980 nm附近出现吸收峰值|随着温度变化,可见光区域的消光系数变化较小,而红外区域较大,其中在近红外区域的消光系数变化最大.在纳米点阵中,消光截面随着颗粒间距变化,当颗粒间距增大时,消光峰值出现红移,且峰值大小也会随之增大|当间距超过一定数值后,峰值反而会逐渐减小.采用多孔氧化铝掩模的方法,通过磁控反应溅射制备VO2纳米点阵,测试结果表明其透过率比薄膜的透过率高.  相似文献

A micropolarizer of copper nanowire arrays within anodic alumina membrane (AAM) was fabricated by anodization of pure Al foil and electrodeposition of Cu, respectively. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy investigations reveal that the ordered Cu nanowires are essentially single crystal, and have an average diameter of 90 nm. Spectrophotometer measurements show that the copper nanowire arrays embedded in AAM can only transmit polarized light vertical to the wires. An extinction ratio of 24 to 32 dB and an average insertion loss of 0.5 dB in the wavelength range of 1 to 2.2 μm were obtained, respectively. 基于严格耦合波理论分析了光栅面形误差对亚波长金属光栅偏振器偏振性能的影响.通过对数值结果的分析发现,光栅圆角误差、光栅侧壁倾斜误差和光栅表面粗糙误差对光栅的TM透射效率影响不大,但它们使得光栅的消光比明显降低.因此,面形误差使得光栅的偏振性能明显降低.理论分析表明,顶角为直角、侧壁垂直和表面光滑的理想矩形光栅结构的偏振性能最好.  相似文献

Arrays of Pt nanowires, fabricated by electrodepositing Pt metal into nanoporous anodic aluminium oxide (AAO) templates, exhibit a preferable optical absorption band in the ultraviolet-visible (UV-VIS) spectra and present a blueshift as the wire aspect ratio increases or its radius decreases. This type of optical property of Pt nanowire/porous alumina composites has been theoretically explored using Maxwell-Garnett (MG) effective medium theory. The MG theory, however, is only applicable to nanowires with an infinitesimally small radius relative to the wavelength of an incident light. The nanowire radius is controlled by the pore radius of the host alumina, which depends on anodizing conditions such as the selected electrolyte, anodizing time, temperature and voltage. The nanowire aspect ratios depend on the amount of Pt deposited into the nanopores of AAO films. The optical absorption properties of the arrays of Pt nanowires with diameters of 24, 55 and 90 nm have been investigated by the UV-VIS spectra, which show that the extinction maximum (λmax) shifts to shorter wavelength side as the wire aspect ratio increases or its radius decreases. The results are qualitatively consistent with those calculated based on the MG theory.  相似文献

We have used porous anodic alumina (PAA) films as templates for embedding rhodamine 110 (Rh110) molecules and examined their photoluminescence (PL) properties in detail. The analysis of the polarization memory (PM) of PL strongly suggests that there is a significant energy transfer from PAA to Rh110 molecules. The effect of annealing the PAA layer on the PL properties of the nanocomposite has been studied. The results show that the energy transfer becomes more efficient in annealed PAA.  相似文献
