FTIR and single crystal Raman spectra of (CH3)2NH2Al(SO4)2 x 6H2O have been recorded at 300 and 90 K and analysed. The shifting of nu1 mode to higher wavenumber and its appearance in Bg species contributing to the alpha(xz) and alpha(yz) polarizability tensor components indicate the distortion of SO4 tetrahedra. The presence of nu1 and nu2 modes in the IR spectrum and the lifting of degeneracies of nu2, nu3, and nu4 modes are attributed to the lowering of the symmetry of the SO4(2-) ion. Coincidence of the IR and Raman bands for different modes suggest that DMA+ ion is orientationally disordered. One of the H atoms of the NH2 group of the DMA+ ion forms moderate hydrogen bonds with the SO4(2-) anion. Al(H2O)6(3+) ion is also distorted in the crystal. The shifting of the stretching modes to lower wavenumbers and the bending mode to higher wavenumber suggest that H2O molecules form strong hydrogen bonds with SO4(2-) anion. The intensity enhancement and the narrowing of nu1SO4, deltaC2N and Al(H2O)6(3+) modes at 90 K confirm the settling down of the protons in the hydrogen bonds formed with H2O molecules and NH2 groups. This may be one of the reasons for the phase transition observed in the crystal.  相似文献

The effects of heat treatment on soymilk protein denaturation were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and electrophoresis. Transition behavior of soymilk was studied by DSC. Three endotherms were found in DSC heating curves; the transition observed at around 70°C is attributed to the denaturation of 7S (b-conglycinin) and the transition at around 90°C is to 11S (glycinin). The denaturation temperature increased with the increasing soymilk protein content. The change of electrophoretic patterns after heat treatments indicated that soy proteins were dissociated into subunits, some of which coalesced. When the heating temperature is below their denaturation temperature, the protein fractions cannot completely be denatured even after heat exposure for extended periods of time. The mixture of two surfactants (C12EO10-CTAB and C12EO10-SDS) forms lyotropic liquid-crystalline (LLC) mesophases with [Zn(H2O)6](NO3)2 in the presence of a minimum concentration of 1.75 H2O per C12EO10. The metal ion/C12EO10 mole ratio can be increased up to 8.0, which is a record high metal ion density in an LLC mesophase. The metal ion concentration can be increased in the medium by increasing the CTAB/C12EO10 or SDS/C12EO10 mole ratio at the expense of the stability of the LLC mesophase. The structure and some thermal properties of the new mesophase have been investigated using XRD, POM, FTIR, and Raman techniques.  相似文献

A planar structure of an anion cluster I- x (H2O)6 in a 3D supramolecular complex [Ru(bpy)3]2[I x (H2O)6Fe(CN)6 x H2O] has been determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. In the supramolecule, the anion cluster I- x (H2O)6, together with the anion [Fe(CN)6 x H2O]2-, acts as a 3D crystal host, and the [Ru(bpy)3]2+ cations, as the guest molecules, occupy the vacancies of the 3D host framework. Pure [Cu(XeF2)2](SbF6)2 was prepared by the reaction of Cu(SbF 6) 2 with a stoichiometric amount of XeF2 in anhydrous hydrogen fluoride (aHF) at ambient temperature. The reaction between Cu(SbF6)2 and XeF2 (1:4 molar ratio) in aHF yielded [Cu(XeF2)4](SbF6)2 contaminated with traces of Xe 2F 3SbF6 and CuF2. The 6-fold coordination of Cu(2+) in [Cu(XeF2)2](SbF6)2 includes two fluorine atoms from two XeF2 ligands and four fluorine atoms provided by four [SbF6](-) anions. The neighboring [Cu(XeF 2)2](2+) moieties are connected via two [SbF6] units, with the bridging fluorine atoms in cis positions, into infinite [Cu(eta(1)-XeF2)2](cis-eta(2)-SbF 6)2[Cu(eta(1)-XeF 2)2] chains. Because of the high electron affinity of Cu(2+), coordinated XeF2 shows the highest distortion (Xe-Fb=210.2(5) pm, Xe-Ft=190.6(5) pm) observed so far among all known [M(x+)(XeF2)n](A)x (A=BF4, PF6, etc.) complexes. The four equatorial coordination sites of the Cu(2+) ion in [Cu(XeF 2) 4](SbF6)2 are occupied by four XeF 2 ligands. Two fluorine atoms belonging to two [SbF6] units complete the Cu (2+) coordination environment. The neighboring [Cu(XeF2)4](2+) species are linked via one [SbF6] unit, with bridging fluorine atoms in trans positions, into linear infinite [Cu(eta(1)-XeF2)4](trans-eta(2)-SbF6)[Cu(eta(1)-XeF2)4] chains. To compensate for the remaining positive charge, crystallographically independent [SbF6](-) anions are located between the chains and are fixed in the crystal space by weak Xe...F(Sb) interactions.  相似文献

Raman microscopy has been used to study the molecular structure of a synthetic goudeyite (YCu(6)(AsO(4))(3)(OH)(6) x 3H(2)O). These types of minerals have a porous framework similar to that of zeolites with a structure based upon (A(3+))(1-x)(A(2+))(x)Cu(6)(OH)(6)(AsO(4))(3-x)(AsO(3)OH)(x). Two sets of AsO stretching vibrations were found and assigned to the vibrational modes of AsO(4) and HAsO(4) units. Two Raman bands are observed in the region 885-915 and 867-870 cm(-1) region and are assigned to the AsO stretching vibrations of (HAsO(4))(2-) and (H(2)AsO(4))(-) units. The position of the bands indicates a C(2v) symmetry of the (H(2)AsO(4))(-) anion. Two bands are found at around 800 and 835 cm(-1) and are assigned to the stretching vibrations of uncomplexed (AsO(4))(3-) units. Bands are observed at around 435, 403 and 395 cm(-1) and are assigned to the nu(2) bending modes of the HAsO(4) (434 and 400 cm(-1)) and the AsO(4) groups (324 cm(-1)).  相似文献

The thermal behavior and non-isothermal decomposition kinetics of [Cu(en)2H2O](FOX-7)2·H2O (en=ethylenediamine) were studied with DSC and TG-DTG methods.The kinetic equation of the exothermal process is dα/dt=(10^17.92/β)4α^3/4exp(-1.688×10^5/RT).The self-accelerating decomposition temperature and critical temperature of the thermal explosion are 163.3 and 174.8 ℃,respectively.The specific heat capacity of [Cu(en)2H2O](FOX-7)2·H2O was determined with a micro-DSC method,with a molar heat capacity of 661.6 J·mol^-1·K^-1 at 25 ℃.Adiabatic time-to-explosion was also estimated as 23.2 s.[Cu(en)2H2O](FOX-7)2·H2O is less sensitive.  相似文献

Crystal Structure of (NMe4)2[Re3Br11(H2O)] [Re3Br9(H2O)3](H2O)2 . (NMe4)2[Re3Br11(H2O)] [Re3Br9(H2O)3](H2O)2 crystallizes from hydrobromic acid solution of Re3Br9 · 2 H2O and NMe4Br at 0 – 5°C. The crystal structure (monoclinic; P21/m (Nr. 11); a = 967.9(3); b = 1 529.7(4); c = 1 710.9(4) pm; β = 91.66(2)°; Z = 2; R = 0.113; Rw = 0.068) has been determined from four-circle diffractometer data. The structure contains two different cluster units of trivalent rhenium, isolated anionic [Re3Br11(H2O)]2? units and neutral cluster units that are connected through crystal water molecules to chains{[Re3Br9(H2O)3](H2O)2}.  相似文献

DSC measurements were carried out for [Ni(H2O)6](ClO4)2 (sampleH) and [Ni(D2O)6](ClO4)2 (sampleD) in the temperature range 300–380 K. For both compounds two anomalies on the DSC curves were detected. The results for sampleH are compared to those previously obtained using adiabatic calorimetry method. For both compounds studied in this work the high-temperature transition appears at the same temperature while the low-temperature one is shifted towards higher temperatures in sampleD. Disorder connected with H2O or D2O groups is suggested in the intermediate phase between the low- and high-temperature transitions.  相似文献

Reaction of the N-(2-pyridyl)carbonylaniline ligand (L) with Cu(NO3)2, Cu(ClO4)2, Zn(ClO4)2, Ni(NO3)2 and PdCl2 gives complexes with stoichiometry [Cu(L)2(H2O)2](NO3)2, [Cu(L)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2, [Zn(L)2(H2O)2] (ClO4)2, [Ni(L)2(H2O)Cl](NO3) and PdLCl2. The new complexes were characterized by elemental analyses and infrared spectra. The crystal structures of [Cu(L)2(H2O)2](NO3)2, [Cu(L)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2, and [Zn(L)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2 were determined by X-ray crystallography. The cation complexes [M(L)2(H2O)2] contain copper(II) and zinc(II) with distorted octahedral geometry with two N-(2-pyridyl)carbonylaniline (L) ligands occupying the equatorial sites. The hexa-coordinated metal atoms are bonded to two pyridinic nitrogens, two carbonyl oxygens and two water molecules occupying the axial sites. Both the coordinated water molecules and uncoordinated amide NH groups of the N-(2-pyridyl)carbonylaniline (L) ligands are involved in hydrogen bonding, resulting in infinite hydrogen-bonded chains running in one and two-dimensions.  相似文献

Crystal Structure of Sr(BrO3)2 · H2O, Ba(BrO3)2 · H2O, Ba(IO3)2 · H2O, Pb(ClO3)2 · H2O, and Pb(BrO3)2 · H2O The crystall structures of the isostructural halates Sr(BrO3)2 · H2O, Ba(BrO3)2 · H2O, Ba(IO3)2 · H2O, Pb(ClO3)2 · H2O, and Pb(BrO3)2 · H2O were determined using X-ray single crystal data (monoclinic space group C2/c? C, Z = 4), The mean bond lengths and bond angles of the halate ions in the Ba(ClO3)2 · 1 H2O-type compounds, which correspond to those of other halates, are Cl? O, 149.0, Br? O, 165.9, I? O, 180.2 pm, ClO3?, 106.4, BrO3?, 104.0, and IO3?, 99.6°. The structure data obtained are discussed in terms of possible orientational disorder of the water molecules, strengths of the hydrogen bonds, influence of the lead ions on the structure, and site group distortion of the halate ions.  相似文献

The electronic absorption spectrum (diffuse reflection spectrum) of the crystal of [Cu6(bpy)10([mu-CO3)2(mu-OH)2](ClO4)6 . 4H2O has been measured. The experimental results are discussed quantitatively with ligand field theory and the radial wave function of non-free copper(II), and calculation values agree well with the experimental results. The d-d absorption spectrum of a novel hexanuclear copper(II) complex was explained satisfactorily. Especially, complexity of multinuclear crystal structures determined that of spectral behaviors. Two Anderson-type heteropolyanion-supported copper phenanthroline complexes, [Al(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)2]2]1+ (1c) and [Al(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)Cl]2]1- (1a) complement their charges in one of the title compounds [Al(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)2]2][Al(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)Cl]2].5H2O [1c][1a].5 H2O 1. Similar charge complementarity exists in the chromium analogue, [Cr(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)2]2][Cr(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)Cl]2].5 H2O [2c][2a].5 H2O 2. The chloride coordination to copper centers of 1a and 2a makes the charge difference. In both compounds, the geometries around copper centers are distorted square pyramidal and those around aluminum/chromium centers are distorted octahedral. Three lattice waters, from the formation of intermolecular O-H.....O hydrogen bonds, have been shown to self-assemble into an "acyclic water trimer" in the crystals of both 1 and 2. The title compounds have been synthesized in a simple one pot aqueous wet-synthesis consisting of aluminum/chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, copper nitrate, phenanthroline, and hydrochloric acid, and characterized by elemental analyses, EDAX, IR, diffuse reflectance, EPR, TGA, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both compounds crystallize in the triclinic space group P. Crystal data for 1: a = 10.7618(6), b = 15.0238(8), c = 15.6648(8) angstroms, alpha = 65.4570(10), beta = 83.4420(10), gamma = 71.3230(10), V = 2182.1(2) angstroms3. Crystal data for 2: a = 10.8867(5), b = 15.2504(7), c = 15.7022(7) angstroms, alpha = 64.9850(10), beta = 83.0430(10), gamma = 71.1570(10), V = 2235.47(18) angstroms3. In the electronic reflectance spectra, compounds 1 and 2 exhibit a broad d-d band at approximately 700 nm, which is a considerable shift with respect to the value of 650-660 nm for a square-pyramidal [Cu(phen)2L] complex, indicating the coordination of [M(OH)6Mo6O18]3- POM anions (as a ligand) to the monophenanthroline copper complexes to form POM-supported copper complexes 1c, 1a, 2c, and 2a. The ESR spectrum of compound 1 shows a typical axial signal for a Cu2+ (d9) system, and that of compound 2, containing both chromium(III) and copper(II) ions, may reveal a zero-field-splitting of the central Cr3+ ion of the Anderson anion, [Cr(OH)6Mo6O18]3-, with an intense peak for the Cu2+ ion.  相似文献
