A laser gas analyzer has been designed for determining the composition of exhaled air by means of photoacoustic spectroscopy. The analyzer, based on a broadband optical parametric oscillator and photoacoustic detector, provides high-precision rapid analysis of the multicomponent composition of human exhaled air for dynamic estimation of the efficiency of treating bronchus and lung diseases.  相似文献

We describe what we believe to be a novel use of spectral-domain optical coherence reflectometry (SD-OCR) for highly sensitive molecular detection in real time. The SD-OCR sensor allows identification of a sensor surface of interest in an OCR depth scan and monitoring the phase alteration due to molecular interaction at that surface with subnanometer optical thickness sensitivity. We present subfemtomole detection sensitivity for etching of SiO(2) molecules and demonstrate its application as a biosensor by measuring biotin-streptavidin binding in a microfluidic device.  相似文献

表面等离子体共振传感技术是一种简单可行并广为应用的光学高精度表面检测方法,能够对折射率的变化(10-8)进行检测。若要实现高灵敏度、高稳定性、高可靠性的检测,除了光电系统硬件外,信号的数据处理方法也是关键技术之一。运用合适的数据处理方法可有效地降低实验中的随机噪声以及系统不理想性所带来的影响,可大大提高测量精度、准确性和测量范围。从信号处理方法的角度,根据国内外近年来的研究成果,利用表面等离子体共振实现了在微量检测和薄膜分析时进行数据处理的算法。  相似文献

A new process is developed to fabricate a highly sensitive and selective hydrogen sensor by depositing a partially crystalline and highly oriented film of MoS2 from its single layer suspension on an alumina substrate. When these films are promoted with some catalysts selected from Pt-group metals (Pt, Pd, Ru or any combination of these metals) they exhibit a high sensitivity and selectivity to hydrogen gas. Unlike other metal oxide sensors which are sensitive to many reducing and oxidizing gases and operate at a temperature of 350 °C or higher; this sensor is highly selective to hydrogen gas and its operating temperature is from 25 to 150°C. The lower operating temperature enhances safety when dealing with hydrogen gas. The sensor response to hydrogen at 120 °C is linear in concentration from 30 to 104 ppm with a 10 to 30 second response time and a 45 to 90 second recovery time. Above 104 ppm the sensor is still linear but the slope of conductance versus hydrogen concentration changes.  相似文献

针对有热再生式压缩空气除湿装置在再生及冷吹过程中产生气耗的缺点,运用喷射器及恒压变温吸附再生原理设计了一种零气耗空气除湿工艺流程。在搭建小型实验台的基础上,通过改变喷射器引射率进行实验研究三种工况条件下活性氧化铝的吸附再生性能。实验结果表明:实验全过程能够保持一个相对稳定且有效的恒压变温吸附再生条件,且出口空气露点达到生产要求;随着喷射率的降低,吸附剂再生效果逐渐下降,而吸附效果逐渐上升。引射率为0.5时的再生时间约为引射率0.75的1.85倍,再生速率约为0.51倍。而引射率0.33,引射率0.5的吸附效率分别为引射率0.75的1.04倍,1.11倍,吸附稳定时间1.11倍,2.22倍。  相似文献

The development of a compact tunable mid-IR laser system at 3.5 μm for quantitative airborne spectroscopic trace gas absorption measurements is reported. The mid-IR laser system is based on difference frequency generation (DFG) in periodically poled LiNbO3 and utilizes optical fiber amplified near-IR diode and fiber lasers as pump sources operating at 1083 nm and 1562 nm, respectively. This paper describes the optical sensor architecture, performance characteristics of individual pump lasers and DFG, as well as its application to wavelength modulation spectroscopy employing an astigmatic Herriott multi-pass gas absorption cell. This compact system permits detection of formaldehyde with a minimal detectable concentration (1σ replicate precision) of 74 parts-per-trillion by volume (pptv) for 1 min of averaging time and was achieved using calibrated gas standards, zero air background and rapid dual-beam subtraction. This corresponds to a pathlength-normalized replicate fractional absorption sensitivity of 2.5×10-10 cm-1. Development of high‐performance p‐type semiconductor based gas sensors exhibiting fast‐response/recovery times with ultra‐high response are of major importance for gas sensing applications. Recent reports demonstrated the excellent properties of p‐type semiconducting oxide for various practical applications, especially for selective oxidation of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). In this work, sensors based on CuO nanowire (NW) networks have been successfully fabricated via a simple thermal oxidation process on pre‐patterned Au/Cr pads. Our investigation demonstrates high impact of the process temperature on aspect ratio and density of copper oxide NWs. An optimal temperature for growth of thin and densely packed NWs was found to be at 425 °C. The fabricated sensors demonstrated ultra‐high gas response by a factor of 313 to ethanol vapour (100 ppm) at an operating temperature of 250 °C. High stability and repeatability of these sensors indicate the efficiency of p‐type oxide based gas sensors for selective detection of VOCs. A high‐performance nanodevice was fabricated in a FIB‐SEM system using a single CuO NW, demonstrating an ethanol response of 202 and rapid response and recovery of ~198 ms at room temperature. The involved gas sensing mechanism of CuO NW networks has been described. We consider that the presented results will be of a great interest for the development of higher‐performance p‐type semiconductor based sensors and bottom‐up nanotechnologies. The orientation dependence in space of Raman‐active vibrations in the hexagonal structure of polyoxymethylene (POM) is discussed in terms of Raman tensor elements as intrinsic physical parameters of the lattice. The variation of polarized intensity for the A1 and the E1 vibrational modes with respect to the POM molecular orientation is systematically studied, from both theoretical and experimental viewpoints, according to the symmetry assignments of each vibrational mode. A set of working equations including the Raman selection rules associated with the A1 and the E1 modes and the orientation distribution function are explicitly formulated and validated by means of a least‐square fitting procedure on experimental data. In addition, an approach based on the introduction of orientation distribution functions is applied to quantitatively assess and compare on a statistical base the molecular orientation of two different types of electrospun POM nanofibers. Over the past 10 years, with the advent of new crystals designs and a new generation of pump lasers, continuous‐wave (cw) optical parametric oscillators (OPOs) have developed into mature monochromatic light sources. Nowadays, cw OPOs can fulfill a wide variety of criteria for sensitive molecular gas sensing. It can access the mid‐infrared wavelength region, where many molecules have their fundamental rotational‐vibrational transitions, with high power. This high power combined with wide wavelength tuning and narrow linewidth creates excellent conditions for sensitive, high‐resolution spectroscopy. OPOs combined with robust methods, such as photoacoustic spectroscopy and cavity‐enhanced spectroscopy, are well suited for field measurements and remote‐sensing applications. The wide tunability of cw OPOs allows detection of larger molecules with broad absorption band structures, and its fast scanning capabilities allow rapid detection of trace gases, the latter is a demand for life‐science applications. After a short introduction about the physical principle of cw OPOs, with its most recent physical developments, this review focuses on sensitive molecular gas sensing with a variety of spectroscopic applications in atmospheric and life sciences.  相似文献

Various methods for constructing gas laws by means of molecular dynamics are considered. A model with a thermostat is shown to yield correct parameters of the Lennard-Jones gas law. Results near the condensation point are verified using the LAMMPS program on a hybrid high-performance computer cluster. Parameters of a Van der Waals approximation for the Lennard-Jones gas law are found.  相似文献

A new design of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor employing circular-lattice holey fiber to achieve high-sensitivity detection is proposed. The sensing performance of the proposed sensor is numerically investigated and the results indicate that our proposed SPR sensor can be applied to the near-mid infrared detection. Moreover, the maximum wavelength sensitivity of our proposed sensor can reach as high as 1.76×104 nm/refractive index unit (RIU) and the maximum wavelength interrogation resolution can be up to 5.68×10-6 RIU when the refractive index (RI) of analyte lies in (1.31, 1.36). Thanks to its excellent sensing performance, our proposed SPR sensor will have great potential applications for biological analytes detection, food safety control, bio-molecules detection and so on.  相似文献

The proton motion in bulk and highly drawn fiber polyamide-6 has been studied by field cycling relaxometry and proton line shape measurements. The dips in theT 1 dispersion allowed for the determination of the14N quadrupole coupling tensor. The fact that only one set of14N nuclear quadrupole resonance lines, has been found shows that all N-H groups in nylon-6 are H-bonded. A striking difference in the main line width transition and the low-frequency molecular dynamics has been observed between a slowly cooled “bulk” polyamide-6 sample and a rapidly cooled and highly drawn “fiber” sample by wide line proton nuclear magnetic resonance line shape and spin-lattice relaxation time measurements. This result is consistent with the picture that shearing melt processing procedures, such as spinning, plant stable and long-lived crystallization nuclei into the amorphous phase which impose additional motional constraints on the surroundings and inhibit the self-diffusion process.  相似文献

The dynamics of switching to the resistive state of several types of comparators based on tunnel Josephson junctions is analyzed by the method of numerical modeling. 为研发能够满足北京同步辐射(BSRF)实验要求的二维探测器,研制了基于读出条读出的二维位置灵敏X射线气体电子倍增器(GEM).实验过程中通过改进读出条的周期,并基于中科院高能所实验物理中心电子学组研制的多路电荷放大器系统与VME存储-ADC系统,对软X射线源的位置分辨率进行了精密测量且得到了优异的二维位置分辨:X方向约为84μm,Y方向约为75μm.研究了三级GEM压差之和对位置分辨的影响,并测试了探测器的位置准确度与线性.对基于阳极读出的GEM用于模拟读出测试系统得到了一定的理论认识,侧重研究了GEM探测器基于模拟读出的系统特性,给出了相关的分析与讨论.  相似文献

本文面向空间点目标探测,设计了基于高灵敏度CMOS传感器的空间点目标探测系统。首先对CMOS传感器图像进行降噪,提高传感器的探测灵敏度;其次,采用DSP+FPGA嵌入式架构,设计了基于星图匹配信息构建的点目标探测算法,并详细介绍了算法原理和步骤。最后,采用电子星图模拟器对该探测系统进行测试。结果表明:该嵌入式系统具备1 024×1 024@20p格式视频的实时处理能力,可以探测6等星。当信噪比大于6,视轴指向误差小于1°时,对于不同运动速度、不同尺寸点目标均能准确探测,识别正确率接近100%。综合而言,该空间点目标探测方法的计算精度高、适应性强、可靠性高,能够应用于空间点目标的有效探测。  相似文献
