This paper studies irreducible matrices , satisfying Brualdi's conditions , or, shortly, Brualdi matrices. Here, is the set of circuits of length in the directed graph of A, and is the support of . Among the results obtained are a characterization of Brualdi matrices, implying, in particular, that they are generalized diagonally dominant; the necessary and sufficient conditions of singularity of Brualdi matrices; explicit expressions for the absolute values of the components of right null-vectors of a singular Brualdi matrix, and conditions necessary and sufficient for a boundary point of Brualdi's inclusion region to be an eigenvalue of an irreducible matrix. This article is devoted to the study of representations of Ck { } functions f invariant with respect to finite Coxeter groups W in the form f=F op, where p is a base in the algebra of W-invariant polynomials. We examine the lowering of smoothness of F as compared with f and conclude that this lowering has an anisotropic nature and that, more precisely, at each point Po it is described by a vector { }. In this paper the problem of the numerical approximation of the minimal global B-attractor for a semiflow generated by the Navier-Stokes equations in a two-dimensional bounded domain Ω is considered.
