触变性是分散体系流变学研究的重要内容之一,在外切力作用下,若体系的粘度随时间下降,静止后又恢复,即具有时间因素的切稀现象,称为正触变性(positive thixotropy);反之,若体系的粘度或切力上升,静止后又恢复,即具有时间因素的切稠现象,称之为负触变性(Negative thixotropy)^[1],若在外切力作用下,某个特定体系的粘度或切力随时间先后呈现出正触变性和负触变性特征,则称之为复合触变性(Complex thixotropy)^[2,3],目前,对各种触变性机理的认识尚不统一。  相似文献

Phosphated alumina gels were prepared by the sol-gel method. Gels were aged from 1 to 8 days in air. Gel structure evolution, as time went on, was followed by 27Al magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance, X-ray diffraction, and small-angle X-ray scattering. It is concluded that the aging time is a crucial parameter in the formation of coordinately unsaturated sites of aluminum (AlIV and AlV). The gel network is shown to have a fractal structure.  相似文献

利用KCl、NH4Ac、HCl、NaOH四种浸提液将沙棘叶中的铝浸提溶出,得到沙棘叶中铝的不同化学形态,采用分光光度法定量测定,测定结果:沙棘叶中的Al3+为10.7%,Al(OH)2+和Al(OH)+2为2.1%,胶态Al(OH)03为34.3%,有机铝为53.0%.浸提液中铝的回收率为86.9%~101.0%.  相似文献

The formation reaction and the intercalation of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) were studied for hydrotalcite (HT), a layered double hydroxide (LDH) of magnesium and aluminum. Hydrotalcite with nitrate ions in the interlayer (HT-NO(3)) was formed (A) by dropwise addition of a solution of magnesium and aluminum nitrates (pH ca. 3) to a sodium hydroxide solution (pH ca. 14) until the pH decreased from 14 to 10 and (B) by dropwise addition of the NaOH solution to the solution of magnesium and aluminum nitrates with pH increasing from 3 to 10. The precipitate obtained with method B was contaminated with aluminum hydroxide and the crystallinity of the product was low, possibly because aluminum hydroxide precipitates at pH 4 or 5 and remains even after HT-NO(3) forms at pH above 8. With method A, however, the precipitate was pure HT-NO(3) with increased crystallinity, since the solubility of aluminum hydroxide at pH above and around 10 is high as dissolved aluminate anions are stable in this high pH region, and there was no aluminum hydroxide contamination. The formed HT-NO(3) had a composition of [Mg(0.71)Al(0.29)(OH)(2)](NO(3))(0.29).0.58H(2)O. To intercalate ATP anions into the HT-NO(3), HT-NO(3) was dispersed in an ATP solution at pH 7. It was found that the interlayer nitrate ions were completely exchanged with ATP anions by ion exchange, and the interlayer distance expanded almost twice with a free space distance of 1.2 nm. The composition of HT-ATP was established as [Mg(0.68)Al(0.32)(OH)(2)](ATP)(0.080)0.88H(2)O. The increased distance could be explained with a calculated molecular configuration of the ATP as follows: An ATP molecule is bound to an interlayer surface with the triphosphate group, the adenosine group bends owing to its bond angles and projects into the interlayer to a height of 1 nm, and the adenosine groups aligned in the interlayer support the interlayer distance.  相似文献

Three aluminum compounds, namely alumina, aluminum hydroxide, and boehmite, are probed as the metal sources for the hydrothermal synthesis of a typical metal–organic framework MIL‐53(Al). The process exhibits enhanced synthetic efficiency without the generation of strongly acidic byproducts. The time‐course monitoring of conversion from different aluminum sources into MIL‐53(Al) is achieved by multiple characterization that reveals a similar but differentiated crystallinity, porosity, and morphology relative to typical MIL‐53(Al) prepared from water‐soluble aluminum salts. Moreover, the prepared MIL‐53(Al) constructed with the three insoluble aluminum sources exhibit an improved thermal stability of up to nearly 600 °C and enhanced yields. Alumina and boehmite are more preferable than aluminum hydroxide in terms of product porosity, yield, and reaction time. The adsorption performances of a typical environmental endocrine disruptor, dimethyl phthalate, on the prepared MIL‐53(Al) samples are also investigated. The improved structural stability of MIL‐53(Al) prepared from these alternative aluminum sources enables double‐enhanced adsorption performance (up to 206 mg g?1) relative to the conventionally obtained MIL‐53(Al).  相似文献

The formation of a porous layer of aluminum hydroxide on the surface of aluminum particles and the aggregation of Al(OH)3/Al composite particles were analyzed theoretically. It was found that the diffusion mass transfer of the hydroxo complexes of aluminum through the porous structure of a growing layer of aluminum hydroxide to the outer surface is a rate-limiting step in the synthesis of the porous composite. A model mechanism of formation of the porous composite was developed, and rate equations were derived for describing the growth of an aluminum hydroxide layer on the surface of an aluminum particle and changes in the degree of aluminum conversion and the contact radius between composite particles. Based on the developed mathematical model and experimental data, the diffusion coefficient of the hydroxo complexes of aluminum in the porous structure of aluminum hydroxide was calculated.  相似文献

Isocyanate, polyether polyol, a flame retardant (10 wt%), and aluminum hydroxide/magnesium hydroxide (0, 5, 10, 15, and 20 wt%) are used to form the rigid polyurethane (PU) foam, while nylon nonwoven fabrics and a polyester aluminum foil are combined to serve as the panel. The rigid PU foam and panel are combined to form the rigid foam composites. The cell structure, compressive stress, combustion resistance, thermal stability, sound absorption, and electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness (EMI SE) of the rigid foam composites are evaluated, examining the effects of using aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide. Compared with magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide exhibits superior performance to the rigid foam composites. When aluminum hydroxide is 20 wt%, the rigid foam composite has an optimal density of 0.153 g/cm3, an average cell size of 0.2466 mm, a maximum compressive stress of 546.44 Kpa, an optimal limiting oxygen index (LOI) of 29.5%, an optimal EMI SE of 40 dB, and excellent thermal stability and sound absorption.  相似文献

用过滤、离子交换和光解氧化分离自来水和经铝壶煮沸的饮用水中铝的形态,以石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铝的浓度,采用化学平衡模式计算铝的形态分布。实验结果表明:经铝壶煮沸1min的饮用水中颗凿态铝量比自来水降低了3.3倍,可交换态、不可交换有机态、不可交换无机态铝量分别2增加了1.4、0.5和1.28倍,可交换态和不可交换无机态是铝的主要存在形态。随着煮沸时间的增加,可交换态、不可交换有机态、不可交换无机  相似文献

利用KCl、NH4Ac、HCl、NaOH四种浸提液对中药茯苓中铝的存在形态分别进行浸取溶出,采用分光光度法对不同形态的铝含量进行测定,得到茯苓中活性铝的形态分布,有机铝含量占总量的58.9%;胶态Al(OH)3占总量41.1%;浸提液中铝的回收率为97.0%~109.3%。  相似文献

In order to obtain information about aluminum(III)-phosphate interactions, potentiometric measurements were carried out to characterize the complex forming properties of Al(III) with organic phosphates, phosphonates, and nucleoside-5'-monophosphates. The aluminum(III)-orthophosphate system is difficult to study due to AlPO(4) precipitation. To overcome this problem, the stability constant logarithms of the 1:1 Al(III) complexes of ligands with the same donor groups (log K(1:1)) were plotted against the basicities of the ligands (log K(PO)3(H)). The resulting linear free energy relation (LFER) indicates that organic phosphates, phosphonates, and uridine-, thymidine-, and guanosine 5'-monophosphates similarly bind Al(III). Adenosine and cytidine 5'-monophosphate fall above the LFER owing to the presence of a second microform with the nucleic base protonated and a hydroxide bound to the Al(III). From the LFER the log stability constant for Al(III) binding to HPO(4)(2-) is estimated as 6.13 +/- 0.05. From the weakness of any soluble orthophosphate complexes of Al(III) we confirm the importance of citrate as the main small molecule Al(3+) binder in the blood serum. The study includes investigation of Al(III) binding to di- and triphosphates, which bind metal ion differently than monophosphates. Structures of the complexes were supported by (31)P NMR measurements.  相似文献

The removal of orthophosphates (10(-2) kg P m(-3)), condensed phosphates (10(-2) kg P m(-3)), and mixtures of both (5 x 10(-3) kg P m(-3) as orthophosphate and 5 x 10(-3) kg P m(-3) as metaphosphate) in aqueous solution is studied using alum and aluminum hydroxide. The effects of coagulant dose, pH, temperature, aging of aluminum hydroxide, and presence of different ions are investigated. On the basis of the experimental results, alum is much more efficient in phosphorus removal than aluminum hydroxide even if, in both cases, at the conditions studied, the active coagulant form is Al(OH)(3). The differences then could be due to the higher activity of the in situ formed hydroxide. Orthophosphates and metaphosphates seem to have similar behavior vs pH variation: maximum removal is achieved at pH values 5-6 in all cases. On the other hand, in the simultaneous presence of both P forms, orthophosphate and metaphosphate ions have different affinities for the surface sites of aluminum hydroxide, since for both alum and aluminum hydroxide, orthophosphates are preferentially removed compared to metaphosphates, due probably to orientation effects and the charge per P atom. The presence of sodium, potassium, magnesium, sulfate, chloride, and magnesium, at the concentrations studied and for a pH value of 6, does not influence P removal. Temperature variation, between 25 and 60 degrees C, does not affect alum efficiency but both P forms are increasingly removed with increasing temperature, probably due to polymer Al(OH)(3) breaking, producing new surfaces for adsorption. Aging decreases sorption capacity of Al(OH)(3), while crystallites of increasing size are formed. Finally adsorption of both P forms is best described by the Freundlich isotherm [[K(F)=(49.1-69.1) x 10(-3) (m(3)kg(-1))(1/N), 1/N: 0.14-0.19 for T=25-60 degrees C] and [ K(F)=(1.58-2.79) x 10(-3) (m(3)kg(-1))(1/N), 1/N: 2.17-2.47 for T=25-60 degrees C] for orthophosphate and metaphosphate, respectively.  相似文献

研究了利用铝酸钠溶液碳酸化产生的沉淀, 经胶溶作用制备出纳米氢氧化铝溶胶的过程. 分析了铝酸钠溶液滴加到大量碳酸氢钠溶液中时发生的反应. X射线衍射研究结果表明, 在纳米氢氧化铝溶胶制备过程中, 从无定形氢氧化铝沉淀到拟薄水铝石的晶型转变过程是氢氧化铝沉淀胶溶时溶解再析出的过程. 将碳酸氢钠加入到苛性比为1.7的铝酸钠溶液中, 中和至苛性比为1.3后, 溶液诱导期中的紫外光谱显示270 nm处的Al(OH)3-6吸收增强. 经与含铝原子六配位的晶体紫外光谱对比后表明, 在铝酸钠分解生成氢氧化铝的过程中, 其铝的配位结构从四配位转化为六配位. 拟薄水铝石溶胶粒子的形貌与胶溶所用的酸和分散剂有关.  相似文献

以硝酸镁和硝酸铝为原料,用氨水溶液作为pH调节剂,采用共沉淀法制备了镁铝复合氧化物载体,研究了制备过程中镁铝比、pH调节剂种类、水解过程pH值的大小、反应温度、焙烧温度及回流晶化温度对复合氧化物载体理化性质的影响。并以RFCC汽油加氢脱硫为探针反应,考察了以镁铝复合氧化物为载体的催化剂选择性加氢脱硫性能。实验结果表明,在镁铝分子比为10、反应温度为80℃、pH值为9.5条件下制备的镁铝复合氧化物载体具有适宜的比表面积和均匀的孔分布,且晶型较完整,结晶度高。以该复合氧化物为载体制备的催化剂具有良好的RFCC汽油选择性加氢脱硫反应性能。  相似文献

Superhydrophobic aluminum surfaces with a high water contact angle and low sliding angle on aluminum plate substrate were fabricated by means of surface etching with sodium hydroxide under ultrasonic bathing and then modification with fluorosilane. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) showed a honeycomb-like structure on aluminum substrate surface after etching under ultrasonic bathing. And the surface was rendered from superhydrophilicity to superhydrophobicity after further modification with fluorosilane.  相似文献

采用不同比例的乙酰丙酮铝[Al(AcAc)3]与聚硅碳硅烷(PSCS)反应制备含铝碳化硅陶瓷的先驱体聚铝碳硅烷(PACS). 采用气相凝胶色谱(GPC)、化学分析和红外等手段对不同铝含量的PACS组成和结构进行了表征, 研究了铝含量对PACS结构和性能的影响. 结果表明, 随着铝含量的增加, PACS的氧含量增加, 分子量分布变宽, 主要活性基团Si—H键的含量降低, PACS的可纺性降低. 当Al(AcAc)3/PSCS(质量比)大于20%以后, PACS不可纺. 热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)的研究表明: 当制备PACS的Al(AcAc)3/PSCS(质量比)大于4%, PACS在N2中400~560 ℃之间的失重明显降低. 铝含量在0.4~0.7 wt%的PACS, 制备的Si-Al-C-O纤维抗张强度最高. Al(AcAc)3/PSCS=6 wt%时制备的PACS, 烧结的SiC(Al)纤维最致密.  相似文献

The relationships of the formation of aluminum oxide from aluminum hydroxide peptized with organic acids (propionic, maleic, malonic, tartaric) were studied. The pore structure parameters of the hydroxide samples and of aluminum oxide samples obtained from them are strongly influenced by acid peptization. The nature of the acid influences the extent of defectiveness of the γ-Al2O3 structure, manifested in the density of aluminum oxide, measured by helium pycnometry. The possibility and conditions for preparing mesoporous γ-Al2O3 suitable for use in chemical and petrochemical processes were determined.  相似文献

Simple hydrothermal treatment of the well-known aluminum polycation varepsilon-Al(13) produces the novel Al(30) structure (see picture), the largest polycation yet observed.
