A new cinnamic acid monoterpenoid ester, intermedin C (1), was isolated from the aerial parts of Schisandra propinqua var. interthedia. The structure of 1 was elucidated by spectroscopic methods including extensive ^1D and 2D NMR techniques.  相似文献

The novel triethylantimony(v) o-amidophenolato (AP-R)SbEt3 (R = i-Pr, 1; R = Me, 2) and catecholato (3,6-DBCat)SbEt3 (3) complexes have been synthesized and characterized by IR, NMR spectroscopy (AP-R is 4,6-di-tert-butyl-N-(2,6-dialkylphenyl)-o-amidophenolate, alkyl = isopropyl (1) or methyl (2); 3,6-DBCat is 3,6-di-tert-butyl-catecholate). Complexes 13 have been obtained by the oxidative addition of corresponding o-iminobenzoquinones or o-benzoquinones to Et3Sb. The addition of 4,6-di-tert-butyl-N-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)-o-iminobenzoquinone to Et3Sb at low temperature gives hexacoordinate [(AP-AP)H]SbEt3 (4) which decomposes slowly in vacuum with the liberation of ethane yielding pentacoordinate complex [(AP-AP)]SbEt2 (5). [(AP-AP)H]2− is O,N,O′-tridentate amino-bis-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-phenolate-2-yl) dianion and [(AP-AP)]3− is amido-bis-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-phenolate-2-yl) trianion. The decomposition of 45 accelerates in the presence of air. o-Amidophenolates 1 and 2 bind molecular oxygen to give spiroendoperoxides Et3Sb[L-iPr]O2 (6) or Et3Sb[L-Me]O2 (7) containing trioxastibolane rings. This reaction proceeds slowly and reaches the equilibrium at 15–20% conversion five times more than for (AP-R)SbPh3 analogues. Molecular structures of 1 and 5 were determined by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

Three pyridine coordinated cyclopalladated complexes: (S)-chloro{2-[2-(4-tert-butyl)oxazolinyl]phenyl-C,N}(4-R-pyridine)palladium(II) (R = H, 2; R = CF3, 3; R = NMe2, 4), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. While the crystal structure shows that 2 has a normal N,N-trans-conformation in the coordination sphere of palladium(II), 3 and 4 exhibit uncommon N,N-cis-conformations. From 1H NMR measurements, the major coordination isomer in deuterated chloroform solution is N,N-trans configuration for three palladacycles. It was found that the three complexes catalyze effectively the methanolysis of the PS pesticides including chiral thiophosphates but show different activity depending on the substituents of co-coordinated pyridine ring in 24.  相似文献

We wish to report the synthesis and characterization of Group 9 metal complexes with the novel P,P′-diphenyl-1,4-diphospha-cyclohexane (dpdpc) ligand. The complexes are readily prepared by direct ligand substitution reactions from the dichloro-bridged binuclear complexes, [{η5-Cp*M(Cl)2}2]. The complexes include: [η5-Cp*Rh(Cl)2]2(μ-dpdpc) (1), [η5-Cp*Ir(Cl)2]2(μ-dpdpc) (2), and [η5-Cp*Rh(Cl)(dpdpc)]PF6 (3). The structures for all three complexes are supported by 1H, 13C{1H}, and 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopy as well as elemental analysis. The molecular structures of 1 and 3 have also been established by single-crystal X-ray analysis.  相似文献

以(1iR,1iiR,2iR,2iiR)-Ni, Nii-(1,3-亚苯基双(亚甲基))环己烷-1,2-二胺(HL)作为配体,设计并合成了7种双核铂配合物,并利用IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,ESI-MS和元素分析等进行了表征。通过MTT法测定目标双核铂配合物对人类HepG-2,A549,HCT-116和MCF-7四种癌细胞系的细胞毒性。结果表明,所有的化合物对HepG-2,A549和HCT-116细胞系均表现了良好的细胞毒活性,但对MCF-7细胞系均无活性。其中,以3-羟基环丁烷-1,1-二羧酸为离去基团的配合物P7对HepG-2和A549细胞系的活性优于卡铂,对HCT-116细胞系的活性接近于奥沙利铂。  相似文献

Eight new silver(I) double salts: AgL1·2AgCF3COO (1), AgL1·3AgNO3 (2), 2AgL2·5AgCF3COO·2CH3CN·H2O (3), 4AgL3·6AgCF3COO·5CH3CN (4), 4AgL4·6AgCF3COO·5CH3CN (5), 2AgL5·4AgCF3COO·NC(CH2)4CN (6), 2AgL5·4AgCF3COO·2CH3CN (7) and AgL6·2CF2(CF2COOAg)2·2CH3CN (8) (L1 = 4-iodophenylethynide; L2 = 3,4-dichlorophenylethynide; L3 = 3-chlorophenylethynide; L4 = 3-bromophenylethynide; L5 = 2-chlorophenylethynide; L6 = 2-fluorophenylethynide) have been synthesised and characterized by X-ray crystallography. All compounds contain the silver–halophenylethynide supramolecular synthon RX−CCAgn (n = 4, 5). In particular, the three-dimensional supramolecular structures in 1 and 2 are stabilized by strong AgI interactions, while that in 3 is consolidated by both AgCl and van der Waals type FCl interactions. In isomorphous compounds 4 and 5, the presence of respective FCl or FBr contact contributes to the stability of the network. The silver aggregates in 6, 7 and 8 are stabilized by AgCl or AgF interactions between the ortho-halo substituent and the Agn basket.  相似文献

The [M=Fe (1), x=2.08, y=1.58; M=Co (2), x=2.5, y=2; Ni (3), x=2.5, y=2] compounds have been synthesized using mild hydrothermal conditions at 170 °C during five days. Single-crystals of (1) and (2), and polycrystalline sample of (3) were obtained. These isostructural compounds crystallize in the orthorhombic system, space group Aba2, with a=9.9598(2), b=18.8149(4) and c=8.5751(2) Å for (1), a=9.9142(7), b=18.570(1) and c=8.4920(5) Å for (2) and a=9.8038(2), b=18.2453(2) and c=8.4106(1) Å for (3), with Z=8 in the three phases. An X-ray diffraction study reveals that the crystal structure is composed of a three-dimensional skeleton formed by [MO5F] and [MO4F2] (M=Fe, Co and Ni) octahedra and [HPO3] tetrahedra, partially substituted by [PO4] tetrahedra in phase (1). The IR spectra show the vibrational modes of the water molecules and those of the (HPO3)2− tetrahedral oxoanions. The thermal study indicates that the limit of thermal stability of these phases is 195 °C for (1) and 315 °C for (2) and (3). The electronic absorption spectroscopy shows the characteristic bands of the Fe(II), Co(II) and Ni(II) high-spin cations in slightly distorted octahedral geometry. Magnetic measurements indicate the existence of global antiferromagnetic interactions between the metallic centers with a ferromagnetic transition in the three compounds at 28, 14 and 21 K for (1), (2) and (3), respectively. Compound (1) exhibits a hysteresis loop with remnant magnetization and coercive field values of 0.72 emu/mol and 880 Oe, respectively.  相似文献

A series of new 1-(alkenoyl/hydroxyalkenoyl)-4-benzoyl-thiosemicarbazides 2a-d and 2-benzamide-5-alkenyl/hydroxyalk- enyl-1,3,4-thiadiazoles 3a-d were synthesized from fatty acid hydrazides. Structure of all these compounds was confirmed by IR, IH NMR, Sac NMR, mass spectra and elemental analysis. The bioassay results indicate that some compounds 2e, 2d, 3e and 3d have good antibacterial activity.  相似文献

The interaction of optically pure 1R,2R-diammoniumyclohexane mono-(+)-tartrate and 1S,2S-diammoniumcyclohexane mono-(−)-tartrate with 2 equiv. of o-(diphenylphosphino)benzaldehyde in the presence of 2 equiv. of potassium carbonate in a refluxing ethanol/water mixture gave the optically pure condensation products N,N′-bis[o-(diphenylphosphino)benzylidene]-1R,2R-diiminocyclohexane[1R,2R-cyclohexyl-P2N2, (R,R)-I] and N,N′-bis[o-(diphenylphosphino)benzylidene]-1S,2S-diiminocyclohexane [1S,2S-cyclohexyl-P2N2, (S,S)-I], respectively, in good yield. Reduction of optically pure (R,R)-I and (S,S)-I with NaBH4 in ethanol gave the optically pure reduced products N,N′-bis[o-(diphenylphosphino)benzylidene]-1R,2R-diaminocyclohexane[1R,2R-cyclohexyl-P2N2H4, (R,R)-II] and N,N′-bis[o-diphenylphosphine)benzylidene]-1S,2S-diaminocyclohexane[1S,2S-cyclohexyl-P2N2H4, (S,S)-II], respectively, in good yield. The coordination behaviour of I and II toward salts of CuI and AgI have been examined. The interaction of [Cu(C)3CN)4][X] (X = ClO4, PF6) with 1 equiv. of optically pure L4 [L4 = (R,R)-I, (S,S)-I, (R,R)-II and (S,S)-II] gave the corresponding optically pure [CuL4][X] complexes, III–VI IIIa, L4 = (R,R)-I, X = PF6 IIIb, L4 = (R,R)-I, X = ClO4 IV, X = PF6; Va, L4 = (R,R)-II, X = PF6, Vb L4 = (R,R)-II, X= ClO4, VI L4 = (S,S)-II, X = PF6, in good yield. For the CuI complexes, the L4 ligand acted as a tetradentate ligand. However, a variable-temperature 31P[1H] NMR study of IIIb shows that at ambient temperature one of the imino groups of the tetradentate ligand undergoes rapid dissociation to form a tridentate ligand. The interaction of AgBF4 with 1 equiv. of otpically pure L4 [L4 = (R,R)-I, (S,S)-I, (R,R)-II and (S,S)-II gave the corresponding optically pure [AgL4][BF4] complexes, VII–X VII L4 = (R,R)-I; VIII, L4 = (S,S)-I; IX,L4 = (R,R)-II; X, L4 = (S,S)-II], in good yield. For the AgI complexes, the L4 ligand acted as a tetradentate ligand with the two amino groups coordinated unsymmetrically to the silver. A variable temperature 31P [1H] NMR study of VII suggests that at high temperature the complex exists as a tri-coordinated complex. The structurers of IV and IX were established by X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

Imines obtained from either chiral 3-amino-4-silyloxymethylpyrrolidin-2-one 5a or 5b underwent alkylation to give, in good yield and total stereoselection, the corresponding 3,3,4-trisubstituted pyrrolidin-2-ones 8ad where both the amino and the silyloxymethyl groups lie cis to each other, as shown by 1H NMR spectroscopic data and NOE experiments. By removal of both the imino group and the chiral inducer from 8b, the pyrrolidin-2-one 12, an isostere of (R)-2-methylhomoserine 2 and the pyrrolidin-2-one 14, an isostere of (R)-2-methylaspartic acid 4 were obtained straightforwardly.  相似文献

A phosphorus-containing tri-ethoxysilane (dopo-icteos) reacting from the nucleophilic addition reaction of 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene 10-oxide (dopo) and 3-(trieoxysilyl) isocyanate (icteos) was synthesized. The structure of dopo-icteos was confirmed by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR and IR spectra. A triethylamine catalyzed mechanism for the dopo-icteos synthesis was proposed and verified by NMR spectra. The phosphorus-containing epoxy/SiO2 and polyimide/SiO2 nanocomposites were prepared from the in-situ curing of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA)/4,4-diaminodiphenylmethane(DDM)/dopo-icteos, and imidization of poly(amic acid) of pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA)/4,4′-oxydianiline (ODA)/dopo-icteos, respectively. The microstructure and morphology were investigated by 29Si NMR, scanning electron microscope (SEM), EDS (Si and P mapping) analysis and atomic force microscope (AFM). The thermal properties, flame retardancy and dielectric properties of the organic-inorganic hybrids were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), limiting oxygen index (LOI), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and dielectric analyzer (DEA).  相似文献

The reactions of OsO4 with excess of HSC6F5 and P(C6H4X-4)3 in ethanol afford the five-coordinate compounds [Os(SC6F5)4(P(C6H4X-4)3)] where X = OCH3 1a and 1b, CH3 2a and 2b, F 3a and 3b, Cl 4a and 4b or CF3 5a and 5b. Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies of 1 to 5 exhibit a common pattern with an osmium center in a trigonal-bipyramidal coordination arrangement. The axial positions are occupied by mutually trans thiolate and phosphane ligands, while the remaining three equatorial positions are occupied by three thiolate ligands. The three pentafluorophenyl rings of the equatorial ligands are directed upwards, away from the axial phosphane ligand in the arrangement “3-up” (isomers a). On the other hand, 31P{1H} and 19F NMR studies at room temperature reveal the presence of two isomers in solution: The “3-up” isomer (a) with the three C6F5-rings of the equatorial ligands directed towards the axial thiolate ligand, and the “2-up, 1-down” isomer (b) with two C6F5-rings of the equatorial ligands directed towards the axial thiolate and the C6F5-ring of the third equatorial ligand directed towards the axial phosphane. Bidimensional 19F–19F NMR studies encompass the two sub-spectra for the isomers a (“3-up”) and b (“2-up, 1-down”). Variable temperature 19F NMR experiments showed that these isomers are fluxional. Thus, the 19F NMR sub-spectra for the “2-up, 1-down” isomers (b) at room temperature indicate that the two S-C6F5 ligands in the 2-up equatorial positions have restricted rotation about their C–S bonds, but this rotation becomes free as the temperature increases. Room temperature 19F NMR spectra of 3 and 5 also indicate restricted rotation around the Os–P bonds in the “2-up, 1-down” isomers (b). In addition, as the temperature increases, the 19F NMR spectra tend to be consistent with an increased rate of the isomeric exchange. Variable temperature 31P{1H} NMR studies also confirm that, as the temperature is increased, the a and b isomeric exchange becomes fast on the NMR time scale.  相似文献

In the title complexes, {[(η-C5H5)Fe(η-C5H4)(CO)](C22H21N4)Ni} (1) and {[(η-C5H5)Fe(η-C5H4)(CO)]2(C22H20N4)Ni} (2), one and two electroactive ferrocenes (Fc) were grafted onto the methine of the nickel complex Nitmtaa (H2tmtaa = 4,11-dihydro-5,7,12,14-tetramethyldibenzo[b,i][1,4,8,11]tetraazacyclotetradecine) through the carbonyl groups. The two new complexes were characterized by IR, UV, MS and NMR spectra as well as by DSC measurements. The crystal structure of 1 was determined. Ni coordinates to four nitrogen atoms of tmtaa, and it is almost in the same plane as the N4 plane. The mean Ni–N bond distance in the N4 plane is 1.866 Å. The non-planar, saddle-shaped conformation of H2tmtaa is almost retained in the nickel complex. The symmetry axis of ferrocene is almost parallel to the N4 plane in Nitmtaa. The dihedral angle between the N4 plane in Nitmtaa and the cyclopentadienyl ring in ferrocene is 98.5°. The electrochemistry of 1 and 2 was studied by cyclic voltammetry in CH2Cl2/1 × 10−1 M n-Bu4NClO4 using a glass carbon working electrode. Because of the electron transfer between the electroactive ferrocene and the completely conjugated system of Nitmtaa, the complexes show novel electrochemical properties and the ferrocenes in 1 and 2 act as electron acceptors.  相似文献

p-tert-Butylhexahomotrioxacalix[3]arene tri(adamantyl)ketone (1b) was synthesized for the first time. Compound 1b was obtained in a cone conformation in solution at room temperature, as established by NMR spectroscopy (1H and 13C). The binding properties of ligand 1b for alkali, alkaline earth, transition, heavy metal and lanthanide cations have been assessed by phase transfer and proton NMR titration experiments. Molecular mechanics and ab initio techniques were also employed to complement the NMR data. The results are compared to those obtained with other closely related homooxacalixarene derivatives. Although triketone 1b is a weak extractant, it shows a strong peak selectivity for Na+ and also some preference for Ag+. Proton NMR titrations indicate the formation of 1:1 complexes between 1b and the cations studied, and also that they should be located inside the cavity defined by the phenoxy and carbonyl oxygen atoms. Although the molecular mechanics results show little correlation with the NMR data, a good agreement was obtained with the ab initio models.  相似文献

11B NMR spectra of tetraborane(8) carbonyl, B4H8·CO 1, reveal a changeover in the distribution of isomers in going from toluene solution to the gas phase. Fortuitously the distribution is 60:40 in each case, but comparison with published electron diffraction data and ab initio/IGLO computations indicates that the CO group is disposed endo with respect to the B4 `butterfly' framework in the predominant isomer in the gas phase, and exo in solution. The results also allow conclusions to be drawn about the geometries of other B4H8·L isomers on the basis of their reported proton NMR chemical shifts. Reactions of B4H8·CO with ethene and propene at ca. 30 bar yield products, R4B4H4·CO (R=Et 2 or Pr3 3), in which all four wingtip hydrogen atoms of the tetraborane carbonyl have been replaced by alkyl groups. Variable-temperature 11B and 1H NMR spectra of 2 and 3 reveal interesting fluxional behaviour.  相似文献

A new cyclic peptide, prepatellamide A (1), along with three known cyclic peptides (2)— (4), was isolated from the ascidianLissoclinum patella. The reaction of {C,N-[Fe(η5-C5H5)(η5-C5H3(CH2NMe2)-2)]}Li, (FcN)Li, with zinc chloride affords the diorganozinc complex (FcN)2Zn (1). In solution, 1 appears as a mixture of rac and meso diastereomers, whereas in the solid state it crystallizes solely as a rac diastereomer. The ratio of rac/meso diastereomers in solution is solvent-, temperature- and concentration-dependent, consistent with an intermolecular exchange between diastereomers. An intramolecular dynamic phenomenon involving dissociation and recoordination of Zn---N bonds was also observed. The reaction of 1 with zinc chloride yields the monoorganozinc compound (FcN)ZnCl (2) as a slightly soluble yellow microcrystalline powder.  相似文献

The preparation and characterization of the substituted bis(cyclopentadienyl) zirconium dichloride complexes (η5-C5H4CMe2C9H7)2ZrCl2 (1a, b) is reported. The isomer mixture of 1a, b was treated with different reducing agents such as sodium and n-butyllithium under various reaction conditions. In these reactions CC and CH activation and cleavage reactions were observed. In combination with methylaluminoxane (MAO) 1a, b and 3 showed low activities as homogeneous ethylene polymerization catalysts and no activities towards propylene. Compounds 2 and 3 were characterized by NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Reaction of Ag(I) and Cu(I) [M(NCCH3)4]X (X = BF4 and PF6) salts with 1,8-bis(nicotinyloxy)anthracene-9,10-dione (1), 1,8-bis(isonicotinyloxy)anthracene-9,10-dione (2), and 1,8-bis(pyrimidine-5-carboxyloxy)anthracene-9,10-dione (3), yield new chelating and bridging complexes and two new coordination polymers. The bridging capabilities of ligands 1 and 2 have not been demonstrated before, and ligand 1, by itself, has the flexibility to produce either chelated or bridged structures and an unusual ladder coordination polymer. The tetradentate ligand 3 also produces a one-dimensional coordination polymer in the presence of one equivalent of Ag(I). All complexes have been characterized by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献
