The Sm atom in the title complex has bicapped square antiprismtic coordination of oxygen atoms from four water molecules and three NO3 groups. The Sm -O(nitrato) and Sm-O(aqua) distances are in the ranges of 2. 517-2. 716 and 2. 407-2. 432A , respectively. The N-O bond lengths vary between 1. 209 and 1. 265 A with the shortest distances being those involving noncoordinated oxygen atoms. The two lattice water molecules are outside the coordination sphere of the Sm atom but participate in the network of intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

One novel complex [Co(p-MBA)2(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)]·(H2O) has been synthesized by the reaction of p-methylbenzoic acid with 2,2′-bipyridine in the solvent mixture of water and methanol. It crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with a=0.70479(14),b=1.1211(2),c=1.6718(3) nm,α=103.806(3),β=90.795(3),γ=104.207(3)o,V=1.2399(4) nm3,Mr=512.41,Dc=1.373 g/cm3,Z=2,F(000)=532,μ=0.733 mm-1,R= 0.0432 and wR=0.0957. The crystal structural analysis shows that the cobalt atom is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two p-methylbenzoic acids and one water molecule and two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2′-bipyridine,forming a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetry behavior of the complex is also reported.  相似文献

An O atom in one or the three bidentate acetato groups about each europium atom serves as a bridge between the metal centars. The structure was determined from 9043 independent reflections and refined to R=0. 049 for 3051 observed MoKa reflections. The Zn atom showed a distorted trigonal bipyramid coordination, being bonded to three nitrogen atoms of dien and two of imidazole. Each imidazole anion bridged one Zn atom and one Rh atom. The Rh atom was coordinated by six nitrogen atoms,one of which is from imidazole and the five others from NH3 forming a regular octahedral coordination.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of molybdenum complex, Mo [ o- NHCOCH3- m-NO2C6H3COOH]2O2Cl2.PhCl are reported. The crystal belongs to space group Cc of monoclinic system with unit cell parameters:α= 11. 214 (3) A .b= 19. 544 (4 ) A . c = 14. 091 (6) A .β=94.06(3)°,V'=3080.3 A3 and Z=4. The structure was refined to R=0. 061.The coordination number for the Mo atom Is six. The coordination polyhedron formed by four O atoms and two Cl atoms around the Mo atom is a distorted octahedron. Four O atoms and one Mo atom construct a plane. Two benzyl planes in coordinate groups and the benzyl plane of solvent are almost parallel. The quantum-chemical calculations were carried out. There are hydrogen bonds in the Complex. The EHMO calculations and the existence of hydrogen bonds prove that the O atoms are stronger coordinated atoms in the carbonyls than in the carboxyls.  相似文献

The geometries of tungsten atoms within these two subunits are almost the same as those in K12P4W14O58· 21H2O[2]. The four phosphorous atoms are in PO4 coordinations. The sodium ion locates nearly at the center of the polyanion, and is coordinated by two water molecules, five oxygen atoms of the anion and one phosphorous atom with Na-P = 3. 053(3) (?). Due to the presence of the sodium atom, the interactions between oxygen and tungsten atoms in the polyanion are somewhat weakened.  相似文献

The title compound forms black crystals shaped like pseudo-octahedrons, which belong to the orthorhombic system The space group is Pna 2_1 with unit cell parametrs of a=17.815(1), b=16.629(2), c=12.003(1), and with Z=4, D_(obs)=1.80g·cm~(-3), and D_(calc)=1.804g·cm~(-3). The crystal structure was solved by the heavy atom method and refiened by fullmatrix least-squares to a final conventional R factor of 0.048 for 2584 unique reflections with I≥σ(Ⅰ). The investigation confirms that the crystal structure consists of tetraethylammonium cations and trinuclear Mo cluster anions. The anion is a μ_3-O monocapped trinuclear cluster with an average Mo-Mo bond length of 2.60 (2). On the side of the Mo_3 triangular plane opposite to the μ_3-O atom, each two Mo atoms are bridged by a Cl atom with the result that these seven atoms (3 Me, 1 O and 3 Cl atoms)form an apex-deficient quasicubane configuration. It crystallizes in the tricli- nic system, space group P1, with a = 7.6677(14), b = 9.2375(17), c = 11.227(2) , α = 81.338(3), β = 88.173(4), γ = 66.199(3)o, V = 718.9(2) 3, Z = 1, Mr = 698.53, F(000) = 354, Dc = 1.613 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.705 mm-1, the final R = 0.0645 and wR = 0.1364 for 2474 unique reflections with 1809 observed ones (I > 2σ(I)). In the title complex, each copper(II) atom is located at the center of a distorted tetrahedron consisting of four coordinate atoms (one nitrogen atom, two oxygen anions, and one chlorine atom). Two copper(II) atoms are bridged by two oxygen anions (O(1) and O(1a)) of two phenolates to form a Cu(II)–Cu(II) binuclear entity, and the distance between two copper(II) atoms is 3.0144(15) .  相似文献

The reaction of Fe_2(μ_3-Te)_2(CO)_9 with Mo_2(CO)_6(η~5-C_5H_5) affords the title compound. Its X-ray analysis shows a butterfly structure for the Mo_2Fe_2 core; the two molybdenum atoms occupy the hinge with a Mo—Mo bond distance of 2.819 and the two iron atoms are on the tops of the wings with an average Mo—Fe bond distance of 2.932(2). Each molybdenum is bonded to a Cp ring, and three CO ligands are terminally bonded to each iron atom. One tellurium atom quadruply bridges Mo_Fe_2 with Mo—Te(μ_4)=2.625(2). and Fe—Te(μ_4)=2.713(2). Two tellurium atoms triply bridge the two triangular Mo_2Fe faces with Mo—Te(μ_3)=2.678(1) and Fe—Te(μ_3)=2.513(3). The molecule has C_(2v) symmetry and a bicapped triangle bipyramidal skeleton. Crystallographic parameters are as follows: space groupImm2(orthorhombic), a=14.562(3), b=10.391(1), c=7.139(4), V=1080.2(i)~3, Z=2, ρ(cald)=1.819g·cm~(-3). The final R factor was 2.2% for 620 independent reflections(I>2σ(I)).  相似文献

In the anion,six distorted MoO6 octahedra are connected with edges-sharing to form a six-membered Mo ring which is capped above and below by two o - aminophenylarsenic groups. There is half a molecule in an asymmetric unit. It is interesting that both phenyl planes are almost perpendicular to the plane of the Mo atoms. The structure of the anion is similar to that of [ (CH3 As)2Mo6O24]4-,[(n-C3H7As)2Mo6O24]4- or [(C6H5CH2As)2Mo6O24]4-. This is the first example of this type of compounds in which the As atom is directly connected to a substituted phenyl group.  相似文献

A novel three-dimensional coordination polymer, {[Ca3(μ5-OOCCH2OCH2COO)3(H2O)4]- 4H2O}n, has been synthesized with oxydiacetate as bridge ligand and structurally determined by X-ray crystallography. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 17.805(2), b = 9.3923(12), c = 17.255(2) A, β = 107.838(5)°, V = 2746.8(6) A3, Mr = 660.58, C12H28Ca3O23, Dc = 1.597 g/cm3, μ = 0.695 mm-1, Z = 4, F(000) = 1376, GOOF = 1.027, R = 0.0303 and wR = 0.0660. In the complex there are two coordination modes for Ca(II) ions, one coordinated by three μ5-OOCCH2OCH2COO2- bridge ligands together with two H2O molecules, and the other by five μ-5-OOCCH2OCH2COO2 bridge ligands. In both coordination modes each Ca(II) ion assumes a distorted dipentapyramidal CaO7 geometry; whereas each oxydiacetate is coordinated with five Ca(II) ions and acts as a pentdentates bridge ligand.  相似文献

The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full-matrix least squares to final R and Rw values of 0. 055 and 0. 065, respectively.The structure of the anion can be considered as two [VO(nta)] fragments connected by one μ2-O atom. Each vanadium atom in the fragment is coordinated by one vanadyl oxygen atom, one bridging-oxygen atom, three oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom from (nta) ligand in a distorted octahedral geometry.
