We introduce the notion of subcomplex structure on a manifold of arbitrary real dimension and consider some important particular cases of pseudocomplex structures: pseudotwistor, affinor, and sub-Kähler structures. It is shown how subtwistor and affinor structures can give sub-Riemannian and sub-Kähler structures. We also prove that all classical structures (twistor, Kähler, and almost contact metric structures) are particular cases of subcomplex structures. The theory is based on the use of a degenerate 1-form or a 2-form with radical of arbitrary dimension.  相似文献

We introduce a class of Riemann structures, called generalized Einstein structures of index 2e, of which Einstein spaces are a particular case. We show that these structures are stationary for functions introduced on a family of Riemann structures of the compact manifold of H. Weyl. This result solves a problem of M. Berger. As examples of structures which are generalized Einstein structures over all indices we cite homogeneous compact Riemann spaces with a nondecomposable isotropy group and products of such spaces.  相似文献

In order to describe partial cooperation structures, this paper introduces complete coalition structures as sets of feasible coalitions. A complete coalition structure has a property that, for any coalition, if each pair of players in the coalition belongs to some feasible coalition contained in the coalition then the coalition itself is also feasible. The union stable structures, which constitute the domain of the Myerson value, are a special class of the complete coalition structures. As an allocation rule on complete coalition structures, this paper proposes an extension of the Myerson value for complete coalition structures and provides an axiomatization.  相似文献

We consider G-invariant affinor metric structures and their particular cases, sub-Kähler structures, on a homogeneous space G/H. The affinor metric structures generalize almost Kähler and almost contact metric structures to manifolds of arbitrary dimension. We consider invariant sub-Riemannian and sub-Kähler structures related to a fixed 1-form with a nontrivial radical. In addition to giving some results for homogeneous spaces of arbitrary dimension, we study these structures separately on the homogeneous spaces of dimension 4 and 5.  相似文献

We characterize Poisson and Jacobi structures by means of complete lifts of the corresponding tensors: the lifts have to be related to canonical structures by morphisms of corresponding vector bundles. Similar results hold for generalized Poisson and Jacobi structures (canonical structures) associated with Lie algebroids and Jacobi algebroids.  相似文献

In this paper we investigate the inheritance of certain structures under generalized matrix inversion. These structures contain the case of rank structures, and the case of displacement structures. We do this in an intertwined way, in the sense that we develop an argument that can be used for deriving the results for displacement structures from thoses for rank structures. We pay particular attention to the Moore-Penrose generalized inverse, showing that for the cases of most interest, the ranks of the structure satisfied by the Moore-Penrose inverse can at most double with respect to the original ranks. We consider also the case of inheritance of structure by generalized Schur complements.  相似文献

Continuing the paper [7], in which the Blum-Shub-Smale approach to computability over the reals has been generalized to arbitrary algebraic structures, this paper deals with computability and recognizability over structures of infinite signature. It begins with discussing related properties of the linear and scalar real structures and of their discrete counterparts over the natural numbers. Then the existence of universal functions is shown to be equivalent to the effective encodability of the underlying structure. Such structures even have universal functions satisfying the s-m-n theorem and related features. The real and discrete examples are discussed with respect to effective encodability. Megiddo structures and computational extensions of effectively encodable structures are encodable, too. As further variants of universality, universal functions with enumerable sets of program codes and such ones with constructible codes are investigated. Finally, the existence of m-complete sets is shown to be independent of the effective encodability of structures, and the linear and scalar structures are discussed once more, under this aspect.  相似文献

BGG-sequences offer a uniform construction for invariant differential operators for a large class of geometric structures called parabolic geometries. For locally flat geometries, the resulting sequences are complexes, but in general the compositions of the operators in such a sequence are nonzero. In this paper, we show that under appropriate torsion freeness and/or semi-flatness assumptions certain parts of all BGG sequences are complexes. Several examples of structures, including quaternionic structures, hypersurface type CR structures and quaternionic contact structures are discussed in detail. In the case of quaternionic structures we show that several families of complexes obtained in this way are elliptic.  相似文献

We introduce a class of almost contact metric structures admitting a locally concircular transformation into a quasi-Sasakian structure, namely, locally concircularly quasi-Sasakian structures. We obtain a criterion that singles out this subclass of structures from the class of locally conformally quasi-Sasakian structures. We define model structures on exact categories, which we call exact model structures. We look at the relationship between these model structures and cotorsion pairs on the exact category. In particular, when the underlying category is weakly idempotent complete, we get Hovey’s one-to-one correspondence between model structures and complete cotorsion pairs. We classify the right and the left homotopy relation in terms of the cotorsion pairs and look at examples of exact model structures. In particular, we see that given any hereditary abelian model category, the full subcategories of cofibrant, fibrant and cofibrant-fibrant subobjects each has natural exact model structures equivalent to the original model structure. These model structures each has interesting characteristics. For example, the cofibrant-fibrant subobjects form a Frobenius category, whose stable category is the same as the homotopy category of its model structure.  相似文献

Infinitesimal rigidity and shakiness of jointed rodworks or polyhedra have been of major interest in recent research in geometry. In this paper structures of this type are investigated in spheres and projective spaces. A transformation is given showing that essentially no new structures occur in these spaces compared with the euclidean case. The main tool is the projective invariance of shaky structures. Shaky structures in euclidean space can be obtained as affine sections of shaky structures in a projective space of the same dimension.  相似文献

本文首先对切变湍流场中存在大尺度相干结构与小尺度结构和不同尺度结构之间的相互作用进行了试验研究,得到了一些特征值,其次,在试验的基础上,建立了考虑不同尺度结构之间的相互作用后相干结构的数学描述和模式识别方法,并对光滑壁面与均匀密集加糙壁面条件下湍流边界层中的相干结构进行了模式识别。结果表明,文中所建立的计算方法是可行的。  相似文献

Dirac structures appear naturally in the study of certain classes of physical models described by partial differential equations and they can be regarded as the underlying power conserving structures. We study these structures and their properties from an operator-theoretic point of view. In particular, we find necessary and sufficient conditions for the composition of two Dirac structures to be a Dirac structure and we show that they can be seen as Lagrangian (hyper-maximal neutral) subspaces of Kre?n spaces. Moreover, special emphasis is laid on Dirac structures associated with operator colligations. It turns out that this class of Dirac structures is linked to boundary triplets and that this class is closed under composition.  相似文献

We introduce the notion of a generalized paracomplex structure. This is a natural notion which unifies several geometric structures such as symplectic forms, paracomplex structures, and Poisson structures. In the context of metric structures introduced by Ben Yaacov, Berenstein, Henson, and Usvyatsov [3], we exhibit an explicit encoding of metric structures in countable signatures as pure metric spaces in the empty signature, showing that such structures are universal for bi-interpretation among metric structures with positive diameter. This is analogous to the classical encoding of arbitrary discrete structures in finite signatures as graphs, but is stronger in certain ways and weaker in others. There are also certain fine grained topological concerns with no analog in the discrete setting.  相似文献

The so-called structure tensors of almost contact metric structures, which play a key role in the geometry of almost contact metric structures, are explicitly calculated. The transformations of these tensors under conformal transformations of almost contact metric structures are described. The results obtained are used to study the behavior of the most interesting classes of almost contact structures under conformal transformations.  相似文献
