利用电子束蒸发方法将MgB2超导薄膜沉积到Al2O3(001)衬底上.采用标准的四引线法研究了磁场平行和垂直超导薄膜ab平面下的电阻转变.一个激活能模型 U(T,H)= U0(1-T/(Tc+δ))n (1-H/Hc2(0))m被建立用来分析超导薄膜磁通线的激活能和电阻转变,结果表明该模型能够在整个转变温度范围描述超导体磁通线的激活能和电阻转变.另外,利用多项式Hc2(t)=Hc2(0)+At+Bt2分析了MgB2/Al2O3超导薄膜的上临界磁场,获得了该超导薄膜的各向异性参数γ=Hc2ab(0)/Hc2c(0)= 2.26.  相似文献

基于Ag基Bi2223相(Bi2223/Ag)复合带材中晶面取向对提高临界电流密度等实际应用方面的重要性,我们在带材临界电流密度测量的基础上,由金兹玻-朗道(GL)理论计算出沿ab平面和c轴方向的上临界磁场Hc2(H∥ab)和Hc2(H∥c),其比值强烈依赖于晶粒ab平面与带材宽面的夹角θ,由此得到带材中晶粒平面的取向分布.我们发现,Bi2223/Ag带材中晶粒可在-75°<θ<75°范围内自由生长,但不可能有晶粒的ab面垂直于带材宽面的晶粒存在.研究结果表明:95%的晶粒取向为|θ|<75°范围,|θ|=75°~85°在的晶粒只有5%,而在|θ|>85°的区域没有晶粒分布.  相似文献

利用格林函数方法,通过Klemm-Clem变换,计算具有正交晶格结构椭球形费米面的手性ABM态p波超导体上临界磁场的角依赖关系.超导序参量选取具有手性ABM对称性的等自旋配对单分量形式.当椭球形费米面满足一定条件时,上临界磁场随角度呈现非单调变化,表明除配对电子有效质量的各向异性外,手性ABM态p波超导体也具有超导序参量的各向异性.计算结果可用于判断重费米子超导体Sr2RuO4的配对电子空间结构.  相似文献

本工作采用直流传输电流和直流磁化行为的测量研究了经恰当热-机制处理后的BPSCCO/Ag复合带的临界电流特性,表明:由于BPSCCO晶粒的强c轴择优取向,传输和磁化临界电流密度呈现大的各向异性,磁场在c轴的分量起有主要作用,因传输和磁人监蚧电流密度相应于各向异性临界电流密度的不同主分量,故它们随角度变化的行为不同,传输电流的I-V曲线入磁驰豫M-t曲线都呈现幂指数关系,即分别为V∝AI和M∝Bt,  相似文献

本文报道了对GdBa2Cu3O7-δ单晶正常态电阻率、超导临界温变,以及磁转变的各向异性观测结果,发现ab平面上及c轴方向的电阻率,除Tc附近由于超导涨落引起的明显偏离以外,在正常态都能很好地满足Anderson-Zou关系:ρ=A/T+BT,但两方向的A,B存在显著差异说明其输运电荷是由不同机制产生,它具有显著的二维特征;沿c轴方向的超导电性比沿ab平面的超导电性要弱,Tce⊥比Tce∥低2K;H∥ab平面时的交流屏蔽效应仅是H⊥ab平面时的76%。 关键词:  相似文献

根据两带Ginzburg-Landau 理论计算了层状超导材料NbS2的上临界磁场, 以及上临界磁场各向异性参数随温度的变化情况, 并将NbS2与MgB2, NbSe2上临界磁场的各向异性进行比较. 所得计算结果与已有实验数据符合得很好, 充分说明了NbS2的超导电性具有两能隙特征. NbS2上临界磁场各向异性参数在5.0 K附近逐渐变小, 这与MgB2和NbSe2有相似之处. 但NbS2的上临界磁场各向异性参数大约为7.3, 明显大于MgB2和NbSe2. 计算结果还表明, NbS2较大能隙所对应能带的有效质量比约为54, 另一能带的有效质量基本为各向同性.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the anisotropy parameter of upper critical field γHc2(T)=H_{c2}||(T)/H_{c2}^{\bot}(T) and London penetration depth γλ(T)=λ_{\perp} (T)/λ_{\bot} (T) are calculated using two-band Ginzburg-Landau theory for layered superconductors. It is shown that, with decreasing temperature the anisotropy parameter γ_{H_{c2}}(T) is increased, while theLondon penetration depth anisotropy γλ(T) reveals n opposite behavior.Results of our calculations are in agreement with experimental datafor single crystal MgB2 nd with other calculations. Results of an analysis of magnetic field Hc1 in a single vortex between superconducting layers are also presented.  相似文献

The upper and lower critical fields, and the critical field ratio of an anisotropic two-band magnetic superconductor in the Ginzburg–Landau (GL) scenario is derived analytically. The temperature-dependent upper critical field is investigated and applied to Fe-based superconductors. We find that a very high value of zero-temperature upper critical field in Fe-based superconductors can be found in the negative differential susceptibility region. The temperature-dependent upper critical field is presented in two formulas, in the empirical view and in the GL two-band view, which agrees with the experimental results.  相似文献

The pressure dependence of the critical temperature T(c) and upper critical field H(c2)(T) has been measured up to 19 GPa in the layered superconducting material 2H-NbSe2. T(c)(P) has a maximum at 10.5 GPa, well above the pressure for the suppression of the charge density wave (CDW) order. Using an effective two-band model to fit H(c2)(T), we obtain the pressure dependence of the anisotropy in the electron-phonon coupling and Fermi velocities, which reveals the peculiar interplay between CDW order, Fermi surface complexity, and superconductivity in this system.  相似文献

Temperature dependence of the magnetization M (T) of two-band superconductors is studied in the vicinity of upper critical field He2 by using a two-band Ginzburg-Landau (GL) theory. It is shown that magnetization M(T) has a nonlinear character due to positive curvature of upper critical field Hc2(T) and temperature dependence of effective Ginzburg-Landau parameter Neff(T). The results are shown to be in qualitative agreement with experimental data for the superconducting magnesium diboride, MgB2.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the anisotropy parameter of the upper critical field \(\gamma _{H_{c2} } (T) = H_{c2}^\parallel (T)/H_{c2}^ \bot (T)\) is calculated using the two-band Ginzburg-Landau theory for layered superconductors. It is shown that the anisotropy parameter γ(T) increases with decreasing temperature. We report an extremely high upper critical field B(c2) in the noncentrosymmetric heavy fermion superconductor CeRhSi3 for a magnetic field B along the tetragonal c axis. B(c2)(T=0) possibly reaching 30 T is much higher than B(c2)(0)=7 T for B perpendicular c and greatly exceeds the paramagnetic limiting field. The strong anisotropy of B(c2)(0) with extremely high B(c2)(0) for B || c is qualitatively explained by the paramagnetic pair-breaking mechanism specific to the noncentrosymmetric superconductor. However, an unusual B(c2)(T) curve with a positive curvature for B || c cannot be explained satisfactorily by conventional orbital pair-breaking models.  相似文献

The dependence of in-plane and interplane thermal conductivities of Sr2RuO4 on temperature, as well as magnetic field strength and orientation, is reported. We found no notable anisotropy in the thermal conductivity for the magnetic field rotation parallel to the conducting plane in the whole range of experimental temperatures and fields, except in the vicinity of the upper critical field H(c2), where the anisotropy of the H(c2) itself plays a dominant role. This finding imposes strong constraints on the possible models of superconductivity in Sr2RuO4 and supports the existence of a superconducting gap with a line of nodes running orthogonal to the Fermi surface cylinder.  相似文献

Heat-capacity measurements of a 39 microg MgB2 single crystal in fields up to 14 T and below 3 K allow the determination of the low-temperature linear term of the specific heat, its field dependence, and its anisotropy. Our results are compatible with two-band superconductivity, the band carrying the smaller gap being isotropic, that carrying the larger gap having an anisotropy of approximately 5. Three different upper critical fields are thus needed to describe the superconducting state of MgB2.  相似文献
