In this work, a screen‐printed carbon electrode (SPCE) was modified with a cobalt/porous silicon (Co@PSi) nanocomposite powder to develop a nonenzymatic sensor for the detection of hydrogen peroxide. The Co@PSi nanocomposite was synthesized through the chemical reaction between silicon powder in a HF/HNO3 solution and cobalt cations. In this process, cobalt nanoparticles were anchored on the porous silicon. The structure and morphology of the synthesized nanocomposite were investigated by X‐ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X‐ray photoemission spectroscopy, energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, and field‐emission scanning electron microscopy. The constructed nonenzymatic, screen‐printed sensors based on the Co@PSi nanocomposite showed perfect electrocatalytic oxidation response to hydrogen peroxide over the range 1–170 and 170–3,770 μmol/L with the limit of detection of 0.8 μmol/L. In addition, the Co@PSi‐SPCE sensor exhibited good selectivity for the determination of H2O2 in the presence of common interfering species including glucose, ascorbic acid, uric acid, dopamine, nitrate, and nitrite ions. The constructed electrochemical sensor was successfully used for the determination of H2O2 in real samples.  相似文献

Stable and well dispersed nickel nanoparticles (NiNPs) were fabricated and embedded in a novel polymer sulfonate and benzimidazole functionalized poly (arylene ether ketone) (S‐BI‐PAEK) film. After drop‐casting the mixed solution of S‐BI‐PAEK and NiSO4 on glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface, the uniformly distributed NiNPs were formed and stably embedded in S‐BI‐PAEK film by in‐situ electrochemical reduction method. The embedment and well dispersity of NiNPs in S‐BI‐PAEK film was probably attributed to the strong chelation of sulfonate and benzimidazole functional groups contained in S‐BI‐PAEK toward Ni2+ ions, as well as the transferability of Ni2+ ions in S‐BI‐PAEK film. The NiNPs/S‐BI‐PAEK composite film was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). It exhibited good electrocatalytic activity toward glucose oxidation in 0.1 mol L−1 NaOH solution with high stability. The NiNPs/S‐BI‐PAEK/GCE showed a fast amperometric response with a wide linear range from 1 μM to 4 mM and a low detection limit of 200 nmol L−1 (S/N=3) for the determination of glucose by amperometry at a potential of 0.55 V. Finally it was successfully employed to determine glucose in human serum. Therefore, the novel fabrication method of nickel nanoparticles was promising for the future development of non‐enzymatic glucose sensor.  相似文献

An efficient amperometric biosensor based on well‐crystallized leaf‐like CuO nanoparticles for detecting glucose has been proposed. The leaf‐like CuO nanoparticles, synthesized by a simple one‐step hydrothermal method, were characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) for the morphology study. Under the optimal condition, the electrochemical behaviour of the leaf‐like CuO nanoparticles modified electrode for detection of glucose exhibited high sensitivity of 246 µA/mM/cm2, short response time (within 5 s), linear dynamic range from 1.0 to 170 µM (R2=0.9995), and low limit of detection (LOD) (S/N=3) of 0.91 µM. The high sensitivity, good reproducibility, stability, and fast amperometric sensing towards oxidation of glucose, make this biosensor promising for future application.  相似文献

An electrochemical sensor was developed for determination of hydrogen peroxide based on nanocopper oxides modified carbon sol‐gel or carbon ceramic electrode (CCE). The modified electrode was prepared by electrodeposition of metallic copper on the CCE surface and derivatized in situ to copper oxides nanostructures and characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) techniques. The modified electrode responded linearly to the hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) concentration over the range 0.78–193.98 µmol L?1 with a detection limit of 71 nmol L?1 (S/N=3) and the sensitivity of 0.697 A mol?1 L cm?2. This electrode was used as selective amperometric sensor for determination of H2O2 contents in hair coloring creams.  相似文献

The preparation of NiCo2S4 (NCS) nanosheets on photolithographically patterned platinum electrodes by electrodeposition was explored. The as‐prepared nanosheets were systematically characterized by field‐emission scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy techniques. The NCS‐modified Pt electrode was used as a non‐enzymatic glucose sensor. The sensor response exhibited two linear regions in glucose concentration, with a limit of detection of 1.2 μm . The sensors showed that the as‐prepared NCS nanosheets have excellent electrocatalytic activity towards glucose with long stability, good reproducibility, and excellent anti‐interference properties, and thus, this material holds promise for the development of a practical glucose sensor.  相似文献

A sensitive molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor with specific recognition ability for oleanolic acid was synthesized by modification of multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) decorated with tin oxide nanoparticles (nano‐SnO2/MWNTs) and polypyrrole‐imprinted polymer on a carbon electrode. The morphology and electrochemical performance of the imprinted sensor were investigated by using scanning electron microscope (SEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), cyclic voltammetry (CV), linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) and amperometric it curve. The results showed that the imprinted sensor displayed excellent selectivity toward oleanolic acid. A linear relationship between the response currents and oleanolic acid concentrations ranging from 5.0×10?8 g/L to 2.0×10?5 g/L was obtained for the imprinted sensor. The limit of detection (LOD) of the imprinted sensor toward oleanolic acid was calculated as 8.6×10?9 g/L at a signal to noise ratio (S/N) of 3. This imprinted sensor was successfully applied to the determination of oleanolic acid in Acitinidia deliciosa root samples.  相似文献

Here we report the synthesis of NiO nanostructures via glyoxomat assisted precipitation protocol using hydrothermal route under the influence of ammonia followed by annealing at 450 oC. These nanostructures were characterized via Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and X‐ray Diffraction (XRD) method. The morphological investigation of the finally prepared NiO revealed foam‐like porous nanostructures. These NiO nanostructures were immobilized onto glassy carbon electrode (GCE) with nafion as binding material and used as highly sensitive and selective sensor for determining hydrazine in the range of 100–500 nM and 600–1600 nM with a calculated limit of detection (LOD) equal to 5 nM. The as prepared sensor was tested for the presence of various interfering species such as Na+, Cu2+, uric acid, hydrogen peroxide and glucose in the presence of equimolar concentration of hydrazine and negligible interference was noticed. The sensor was further tested for hydrazine detection using square wave voltammetry (SWV) however it only worked in the range of 50–1200 μM. Finally the sensor was successfully implemented for hydrazine determination in real water samples using amperometric protocol.  相似文献

A facile and controllable electrodeposition method was developed to directly attach gold nanoparticles (GNPs) on ordered mesoporous carbon (OMC). The GNPs on OMC substrate were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and X‐ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS), respectively. A nonenzymatic hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) sensor was fabricated on GNPs‐OMC/GCE. The sensor demonstrated a fast amperometric response (2.5 s), a wide linear range toward H2O2 concentrations between 2.0×10?6 and 3.92×10?3 M (R=0.999), and a low detection limit of 0.49 µM (S/N=3). Moreover, it exhibited good reproducibility and long‐term stability. The excellent electrocatalytical activity might be attributed to the synergistic effect of OMC and GNPs.  相似文献

A nonenzymatic amperometric electrochemical sensor for the detection of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) was fabricated based on highly dense silver nanowires (Ag NWs) and chitosan (CS) film. Ag NWs were synthesized by a poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP)‐mediated polyol process in the presence of manganese chloride (MnCl2), and were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD). Under the optimal conditions, the proposed nonenzymatic sensor exhibited good electrocatalytic activity towards the reduction of H2O2, and could detect H2O2 in the linear range of 0.008–1.35 mM, with a detection limit of 2 µM (S/N=3).  相似文献

In this work, a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified with multiwall carbon nanotubes/ionic liquid/graphene quantum dots (MWCNTs/IL/GQDs) nanocomposite. Then, the nanocomposite was decorated with nickel‐cobalt nanoparticles (Ni?Co NPs), and it was used as a non‐enzymatic glucose sensor. Field emission scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction spectroscopy, and energy dispersive spectroscopy were employed to prove the electrodeposition of the Ni?Co NPs on the surface of MWCNTs/IL/GQDs/GCE. Also, cyclic voltammetric and amperometric methods were utilized for the investigation of the electrochemical behaviour of the Ni?Co NPs/MWCNTs/IL/GQDs/GCE for glucose oxidation. The novel amperometric sensor displayed two linear ranges from 1.0 to 190.0 μmol L?1 and 190.0 to 4910 μmol L?1 with a low detection limit of 0.3 μmol L?1 as well as fast response time (2 s) and high stability. Also, the sensor showed good selectivity for glucose determination in the presence of ascorbic acid, citric acid, dopamine, uric acid, fructose, and sucrose, as potential interference species. Finally, the performance of the proposed sensor was investigated for the glucose determination in real samples. Ni?Co NPs/MWCNTs/IL/GQDs/GCE showed good sensitivity and excellent selectivity.  相似文献

Efficient electrical communication between redox proteins and electrodes is a critical issue in the operation and development of amperometric biosensors. The present study explores the advantages of a nanostructured redox‐active polyelectrolyte–surfactant complex containing [Os(bpy)2Clpy]2+ (bpy=2,2′‐bipyridine, py= pyridine) as the redox centers and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) as nanodomains for boosting the electron‐transfer propagation throughout the assembled film in the presence of glucose oxidase (GOx). Film structure was characterized by grazing‐incidence small‐angle X‐ray scattering (GISAXS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM), GOx incorporation was followed by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and quartz‐crystal microbalance with dissipation (QCM‐D), whereas Raman spectroelectrochemistry and electrochemical studies confirmed the ability of the entrapped gold nanoparticles to enhance the electron‐transfer processes between the enzyme and the electrode surface. Our results show that nanocomposite films exhibit five‐fold increase in current response to glucose compared with analogous supramolecular AuNP‐free films. The introduction of colloidal gold promotes drastic mesostructural changes in the film, which in turn leads to a rigid, amorphous interfacial architecture where nanoparticles, redox centers, and GOx remain in close proximity, thus improving the electron‐transfer process.  相似文献

A promising electrochemical nitrite sensor was fabricated by immobilizing Au@Fe3O4 nanoparticles on the surface of L ‐cysteine modified glassy carbon electrode, which was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The proposed sensor exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity toward nitrite oxidation. The kinetic parameters of the electrode reaction process were calculated, (1–α)nα was 0.38 and the heterogeneous electron transfer coefficient (k) was 0.13 cm s?1. The detection conditions such as supporting electrolyte and pH value were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, the linear range for the determination of nitrite was 3.6×10?6 to 1.0×10?2 M with a detection limit of 8.2×10?7 M (S/N=3). Moreover, the as‐prepared electrode displayed good stability, repeatability and selectivity for promising practical applications.  相似文献

A novel non‐enzymatic carbohydrates sensor which was an indium tin oxide (ITO) glass electrode modified by nickel and copper nanoparticles (Cu/Ni/ITO) was developed by an electrochemical method. The crystallinity, morphology, electrochemical measurements and amperometric response of the as‐prepared ITO modified electrode were examined by the X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopic (SEM), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronoamperometry, respectively. The Cu/Ni/ITO electrode had better electroactivity for glucose oxidation than that obtained using Cu/ITO, Ni/ITO, and Ni/Cu/ITO. The logistic regression equation, Ipa = (A 1A 2)/[1 + (Cglucose /x 0)p ] + A 2, was used to fit the calibration curves of glucose aqueous solution concentrations and responsive current intensity. In research of other saccharides, such as fructose, lactose, sucrose, and maltose, which were detected by the Cu/Ni/ITO electrode, it was obvious that the Cu/Ni/ITO electrode was more sensitive to monosaccharides than disaccharides. Monosaccharides and disaccharides can be detected because the saccharides themselves had aldehyde group or be isomerized to an isomer having an aldehyde group in alkaline environment, and then aldehyde group produced carboxylic acid in the catalytic oxidation of the electrode, which lead to the change of electrode surface conductivity and the appearance of oxidation peak, and the alkaline environment further promotes the above reaction.  相似文献

A facile green synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) was achieved using aqueous leaf extract of Callicarpa Maingayi as a reducing and stabilizing agent during the synthesis from its salt solutions. The synthesized silver nanoparticles were analyzed with transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). XRD study shows that the particles are crystalline in nature with face centered cubic geometry. The crystallite size obtained from XRD is about 15 nm which is in agreement well with the TEM results. A new nanostructure sensor was constructed by immobilizing silver nanoparticles and graphene oxide (AgNPs‐GO) composite film on a glassy carbon electrode (AgNPs‐GO/GCE). It was found that the AgNPs‐GO composite exhibits good catalytic activity toward the reduction of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), leading to an enzymeless sensor with a fast amperometric response time of less than 5 s, high selectivity, good reproducibility and stability. The linear range was 5.0 μM to 700 μM with a detection limit of 0.6 μM (S/N = 3).  相似文献

We studied a rapid, sensitive and selective amperometric sensor for determination of hydrogen peroxide by electrodeposited Ag NPs on a modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The modified GCE was constructed through a step by step modification of magnetic chitosan functional composite (Fe3O4–CH) and high-dispersed silver nanoparticles on the surface. The resulted Ag@Fe3O4–CH was characterized by various analytical methods including Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The proposed sensor employed Ag@Fe3O4–CH/GCE as the working electrode with a linear current response to the hydrogen peroxide concentration in a wide range from 0.01 to 400 µM with a low limit of detection (LOD = 0.0038 µM, S/N = 3). The proposed sensor showed superior reproductivity, sensitivity and selectivity for the detection of hydrogen peroxide in environmental and clinical samples.  相似文献

Novel CuO thin films composed of porous nanosheets were in situ formed on indium tin oxide (ITO) by a simple, low temperature solution method, and used as working electrodes to construct nonenzymatic glucose sensor after calcinations. Cyclic voltammetry revealed that the CuO/ITO electrode calcinated at 200 °C exhibited better electrocatalytic activity for glucose. For the amperometric glucose detection, such prepared electrode showed low operating potential of 0.35 V and high sensitivity of 2272.64 μA mM?1 cm?2. Moreover, the CuO/ITO electrode also showed good stability, reproducibility and high anti‐interference ability. Thus, it is a promising material for the development of non‐enzymatic glucose sensors.  相似文献

Prussian blue nanoparticles (PBNPs) were prepared by a self‐assembly process on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with poly(o‐phenylenediamine) (PoPD) film. The stepwise fabrication process of PBNP‐modified PoPD/GCE was characterized using scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The prepared PBNPs showed an average size of 70 nm and a homogeneous distribution on the surface of the modified electrode. The PBNPs/PoPD/GCE showed electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of pyridoxine (PN) and was used as an amperometric sensor. The modified electrode exhibited a linear response for PN oxidation over the concentration range 3–38.5 μM with a detection limit of ca 6.10 × 10?7 M (S/N = 3) and sensitivity of 2.79936 × 103 mA M?1 cm?2 using an amperometric method. The mechanism and kinetics of the catalytic oxidation reaction of PN were investigated using cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The values of α, kcat and D were estimated as 0.36, 1.089 × 102 M?1 s?1 and 8.9 × 10?5 cm2 s?1, respectively. This sensor also exhibited good anti‐interference and selectivity. The electrochemistry of glucose oxidase (GOx) immobilized on a graphite rod electrode modified by gold nanoparticles (Au-NPs) was studied. Two types of amperometric glucose sensors based on GOx immobilized and Au-NPs modified working electrode (Au-NPs/GOx/graphite and GOx/Au-NPs/graphite) were designed and tested in the presence and the absence of N-methylphenazonium methyl sulphate in different buffers. Results were compared to those obtained with similar electrodes not containing Au-NPs (GOx/graphite). This study shows that the application of Au-NPs increases the rate of mediated electron transfer. Major analytical characteristics of the amperometric biosensor based on GOx and 13 nm diameter Au-NPs were determined. The analytical signal was linearly related to glucose concentration in the range from 0.1 to 10 mmol L?1. The detection limit for glucose was found within 0.1 mmol L?1 and 0.08 mmol L?1 and the relative standard deviation in the range of 0.1–100 mol L?1 was 0.04–0.39%. The τ1/2 of V max characterizes the storage stability of sensors: this parameter for the developed GOx/graphite electrode was 49.3 days and for GOx/Au-NPs/graphite electrode was 19.5 days. The sensor might be suitable for determination of glucose in beverages and/or in food.  相似文献

Presented in this work is the first step towards an enzymeless/mediatorless glucose sensor. We first observed remarkable electrocatalytic oxidation of glucose using combinative ruthenium oxide (RuOx)‐Prussian blue (PB) analogues (designated as mvRuOx‐RuCN, mv: mixed valent) at ca. 1.1 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) in acidic media (pH 2 Na2SO4/H2SO4). Individual RuOx and PB analogs failed to give any such catalytic response. A high ruthenium oxidation state (i.e., oxy/hydroxy‐RuVII, E°≈1.4 V vs. RHE), normally occurring in strong alkaline conditions at RuOx‐based electrodes, was electrogenerated and stabilized (without any conventional disproportionation reaction) in the mvRuOx‐RuCN matrix for glucose catalysis. Detail X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopic studies can fully support the observation. The catalyst was chemically modified onto a disposable screen‐printed carbon electrode and employed for the amperometric detection of glucose via flow injection analysis (FIA). This system has a linear detection range of 0.3–20 mM with a detection limit and sensitivity of 40 μM (S/N=3) and 6.2 μA/(mM cm2), respectively, for glucose. Further steps towards the elimination of interference and the extendibility to neutral pHs were addressed.  相似文献

This paper describes the preparation of a new sensor based on Zn‐ferrite modified glassy carbon paste electrode and its electrochemical application for the determination of trace Cd(II) ions in waste waters using differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV). Different Zn/Ni ferrite nanoparticles were synthesized and characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X‐ray powder diffraction (XRPD). The prepared ferrite nanoparticles were used for the preparation of Zn‐ferrite‐modified glassy carbon paste electrode (ZnMGCPE) for determination of Cd(II) at nanomolar levels in waste water at pH 5. The different parameters such as conditions of preparation, Zn2+/Ni2+/Fe2+ ratio and electrochemical parameters, percentage of modifier, accumulation time, pH and accumulation potential were investigated. Besides, interference measurements were also evaluated under optimized parameters. The best voltammetric response was observed for ZnFe2O4 modifier, when the percentage of modifier was 3 %, accumulation time 9 min, pH of supporting electrolyte 5 and accumulation potential ?1.05 V. Thus prepared electrode displays excellent response to Cd(II) with a detection limit of 0.38 ppb, and selective detection toward Cd(II) was achieved.  相似文献
