Transport behaviour of Lu(III) across a polypropylene hollow fibre‐supported liquid membrane containing di(2‐ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid (DEHPA) in dihexyl ether as a carrier has been studied. The donor phase was LuCl3 in the buffer solution consisting of 0.2 M sodium acetate at pH 2.5–5.0. A miniaturised system with a single hollow fibre has been operated in a batch mode. The concentration of Lu(III) was determined by indirect voltammetric method using Zn–EDTA complex. The effect of pH and volume of the donor phase, DEHPA concentration in the organic (liquid membrane) phase, the time of extraction and the content of the acceptor phase on the Lu(III) extraction and stripping behaviour was investigated. The results were discussed in terms of the pertraction and removal efficiency, the memory effect and the mean flux of Lu(III). The optimal conditions for the removal of 177Lu(III) from labelled 177Lu‐radiopharmaceuticals were discussed and identified. The removal efficiency of Lu(III) greater than 99% was achieved at pH of the donor phase between 3.5 and 5.0 using DEHPA concentration in the organic phase of 0.47 M and the ratio of the donor to the acceptor phase of 182. 相似文献

Depending on the solvothermal reaction conditions, we obtained three different metal-organic frameworks with yttrium(III) as metal component and 2,5-dihdyroxyterepthalic acid (H4dhtp) as bifunctional organic linker: Y2(H2dhtp)3(dmf)4 · (dmf)2 (CPO-29) contains dinuclear, paddle-wheel like inorganic secondary building units (SBUs) connected by the organic linker to a network with α-Po topology, while Y2(H2dhtp)(dhtp)(dmf)2 (CPO-30) and Y2(H2dhtp)(dhtp)(dmf)2(H2O)2 · (H2O)4 (CPO-31) contain one-dimensional inorganic SBUs that differ in how the half- and fully deprotonated ligands are connected to and arranged around them. Only the carboxylic acid groups of the organic linker are deprotonated in CPO-29, while CPO-30 and CPO-31 contain both 2,5-dihydroxyterephthalate (H2dhtp2–) linkers and fully deprotonated 2,5-dioxidoterephthalate (dhtp4–) linkers. All three compounds contain large volumes filled with solvent, but we were able to demonstrate permanence of porosity only for CPO-30. Variable temperature powder X-ray diffraction reveals that CPO-29 and CPO-31 undergo discontinuous phase transitions upon heating, and the flexibility of the framework structure indicated by these might be the reason for the inability to access the pore volume. Desolvated CPO-30 and CPO-31 are polymorphs, whose network structures differ in whether the H2dhtp2– and dhtp4– linkers are located in cis or trans arrangement around the inorganic SBU. 相似文献

A technique based on strip dispersion hybrid liquid membrane was developed for the separation and extraction of four main alkaloids from fruits of Macleaya cordata (Willd) R. Br. A microporous polypropylene membrane impregnated with an organic membrane solution comprised the heart of the strip dispersion hybrid liquid membrane system. The membrane solution was made by dissolving a cationic carrier, di‐(2‐ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid in an inexpensive, less toxic membrane solvent, kerosene. The transport of alkaloids from an aqueous feed solution through the membrane to a strip dispersion phase was driven by the concentration gradient of H+ and facilitated by di‐(2‐ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid. The effects of the extraction time and reuse times of the membrane, the strip solution composition, the carrier concentration, the volume ratio of the aqueous strip solution to the organic membrane solution, and the flow rates of the feed solution and the strip dispersion phase on the transport of alkaloids were investigated. Under the optimal conditions, the permeability coefficients obtained for the four main alkaloids allocryptopine, protopine, sanguinarine, and chelerythrine were 1.66, 1.99, 2.98, and 3.06×10?4 cm/s, and the transport efficiencies were as high as 68, 77, 83, and 85%, respectively. 相似文献

Activated composite membranes (ACMs) containing di-(2-ethylhexyl) dithiophosphoric acid (D2EHDTPA) as a carrier have been found to facilitate the transport and separation of several cations. This paper describes an approach to the chemical characterisation of the transport phenomena of Zn2+, Cd2+, Cu2+, Ni2+, Sn2+ and In3+ by an ACM. The selectivity of D2EHDTPA based ACM towards different metal ions is presented and discussed focusing in Zn2+ and Cd2+ transport and recovery. Selectivity demonstrates that zinc ions are removable from mixtures due to the different extraction strength of D2EHDTPA. Such selectivity is based on the differences of the dynamic behaviour of the metal ions transport. In addition, a correlation of the chemical behaviour of those ACM systems with the corresponding solvent extraction systems has been found. 相似文献

A procedure is described for the liquid‐liquid extraction and recovery of bismuth(III) from succinate solution using 2‐octylaminopyridine (2‐OAP) as an extractant. The quantitative extraction of bismuth(III) occurs from 0.004 to 0.007 M sodium succinate solution of pH 2.5‐10 using 0.036 M 2‐OAP in chloroform. The extracted metal ion has been recovered by stripping with (3 × 10 mL) 0.5 M nitric acid. The log‐log plot of distribution ratio versus succinate concentration and distribution ratio versus 2‐OAP concentration gave slopes of 2.0 and 0.9, respectively, indicating a metal‐succinate ratio of 1:2 and a metal: 2‐OAP ratio of 1:1. The ion pair complex has a high distribution ratio in chloroform, while other solvents are poor. The extractants are stable towards prolonged acid contacts and there is no loss in its extraction efficiency even after recycling ten times. The extraction behaviour of some commonly associated metal ions, namely Ga(III), Cd(II), Zn(II), Cr(VI), Cu(II), Ba(II), Sb(III), Sn(IV), Tl(I) and Pb(II), has also been investigated. Based on partition data, conditions have been identified for attaining some separations of bismuth(III) from other metal ions; these conditions are extended for the recovery of pure bismuth from ore and alloys. Thermodynamic quantities for the extraction process were calculated. 相似文献

Breast cancer (BC) remains a major cause of mortality, and early detection is considered important for reducing BC‐associated deaths. Early detection of BC is challenging in young women, due to the limitations of mammography on the dense breast tissue of young women. We recently reported results of a pilot proteomics study, using one‐dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (1D‐PAGE) and mass spectrometry (MS) to investigate differences in milk proteins from women with and without BC. Here, we applied two‐dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (2D‐PAGE) and MS to compare the protein pattern in milk from the breasts of a single woman who was diagnosed with BC in one breast 24 months after donating her milk. Statistically different gel spots were picked for protein digestion followed by nanoliquid chromatography tandem MS (nanoLC‐MS/MS) analysis. The upregulated proteins in BC versus control are alpha‐amylase, gelsolin isoform a precursor, alpha‐2‐glycoprotein 1 zinc isoform CRA_b partial, apoptosis‐inducing factor 2 and vitronectin. Several proteins were downregulated in the milk of the breast later diagnosed with cancer as compared to the milk from the healthy breast, including different isoforms of albumin, cholesterol esterase, different isoforms of lactoferrin, different proteins from the casein family and different isoforms of lysozyme. Results warrant further studies to determine the usefulness of these milk proteins for assessing risk and detecting occult disease. A novel method for the selective electromembrane extraction (EME) of U6+ prior to fluorometric determination has been proposed. The effect of extraction conditions including supported liquid membrane (SLM) composition, extraction time and extraction voltage were investigated. An SLM composition of 1% di-2-ethyl hexyl phosphonic acid in nitrophenyl octyl ether (NPOE) showed good selectivity, recovery and enrichment factor. The best performance was achieved at an extraction potential of 80 volts and an extraction time of 14 minutes Under the optimized conditions, a linear range from 1 to 1000 ng mL−1 and LOD of 0.1 ng mL−1 were obtained for the determination of U6+. The EME method showed good performance in sample cleanup and the reduction of the interfering effects of Mn2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Ni2+, Fe3+, Co2+, Cu2+, Cl− and PO43− ions during fluorometric determination of uranium in real water samples. The recoveries above 54% and enrichment factors above 64.7 were obtained by the proposed method for real sample analysis. 相似文献

A series of novel optically active 1,3‐aminoalcohols based on cis‐(1R,2S)‐2‐benzamidocyclohexanecarboxylic acid and trans‐(1R,2R)‐2‐benzamidocyclohexanecarboxylic acid were synthesized and used in the asymmetric diethylzinc addition to aromatic aldehydes. The construction, performance, and applications of a novel ytterbium(III) sensor based on N‐(2‐pyridyl)‐N′‐(2‐methoxyphenyl)‐thiourea (PMT), as an excellent carrier, in plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) PVC matrix, is described. The influences of membrane composition and pH on the potentiometric response of the sensor were investigated. The sensor exhibits a nice Nernstian response for Yb(III) ion over a wide concentration range of 4 decades of concentration (1.0×10?6–1.0×10?2 M), and a detection limit of 5.0×10?7 M. The response time of the electrodes is between 8 and 10 s, depending on the concentration of ytterbium(III) ions. The proposed sensor can be used for about 8 weeks without any considerable divergence in potential. The sensor revealed very good selectivity for Yb(III) in the presence of several metal ions. The best performance was observed for the membrane containing; 30% PVC, 59% o‐nitrophenyloctyl ether (NPOE) as solvent mediator, 7% PMT, and 4% sodium tetraphenyl borate (NaTPB). It was successfully applied as indicator electrodes in the potentiometric titration of Yb(III) with EDTA and for the determination of fluoride ion in two mouth wash formulations. The proposed La(III) sensor was found to work well under laboratory conditions. It was also used as an indicator electrode in titration of a 1.0×10?4 M of Yb(III) with a standard EDTA solution (1.0×10?2 M). It was also used for determination of Yb(III) ion in Xenotime . 相似文献
