Perinaphthenone (=1H‐phenalen‐1‐one), known for efficient population of its T1 (π,π*) state and suggested as a standard sensitizer for singlet oxygen (1Δg) formation, forms a single stereoisomer of a head‐to‐tail [2+2] photoadduct across its C(2)=C(3) bond with 2‐morpholinoprop‐2‐enenitrile in benzene by broad band UV excitation (λ≥280 nm). The reaction is advantageously run to low conversion of starting materials only. The structure of the adduct, especially the relative configuration at C(9), has been derived from 1H‐NMR data including NOE signal enhancement studies.  相似文献

Reaction of 5,6‐dihydro‐4H‐pyrrolo[3,2,1‐ij]quinoline‐1,2‐dione ( 1 ) with two equivalents of some 6‐aminouracils (or 6‐amino‐2‐thiouracil) generates spirocyclic tetrahydrobenzo[if]quinolizines ( 7 ). The one‐pot, three‐component reaction of amido ketone ( 1 ) with 6‐aminouracil (or 6‐amino‐2‐thiouracil) and a cyclic six‐membered 1,3‐diketone produces spirocyclic tetrahydropyrrolo[3,2,1‐ij]quinolinones ( 15 ).  相似文献

A straightforward synthetic method for the construction of benzofuro[2,3‐b]pyrrol‐2‐ones by a novel domino reaction through a radical addition/[3,3]‐sigmatropic rearrangement/cyclization/lactamization cascade has been developed. The domino reaction of O‐phenyl‐conjugated oxime ether with an alkyl radical allows the construction of two heterocycles with three stereogenic centers as a result of the formation of two C?C bonds, a C?O bond, and a C?N bond in a single operation, leading to pyrrolidine‐fused dihydrobenzofurans, which are not easily accessible by existing synthetic methods. Furthermore, asymmetric synthesis of benzofuro[2,3‐b]pyrrol‐2‐one derivatives through a diastereoselective radical addition reaction to a chiral oxime ether was also developed.  相似文献

The three‐component reaction of thiazole (benzothiazole), dialkyl but‐2‐ynedioate, and isatinylidene malononitriles in toluene at 110–120°C in a sealed tube afforded a mixture of cis/trans‐isomers of functionalized diastereoisomeric spiro[indoline‐3,7′‐thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyridines] and spiro[benzo[4,5]thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyridine‐3,3′‐indolines] in good yields. Both cis‐isomers and trans‐isomers were successfully separated out and fully characterized with spectroscopy and single crystal determination. Under similar conditions, the three‐component reaction containing 2‐(1,3‐dioxo‐1H‐inden‐2(3H)‐ylidene)malononitrile resulted in spiro[indene‐2,7′‐thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyridine] derivatives.  相似文献

A sequential one‐pot two‐step reaction for efficient synthesis of pyrrolo[2,1‐a]isoquinoline and pyrrolo[1,2‐a]quinoline derivatives in good yields has been successfully developed. The reaction included firstly Cu‐catalyzed three‐component reaction of isoquinoline (quinoline), acetylenedicarboxylate and alkynylbenzene and then Pd‐catalyzed intramolecular C(sp)‐C(sp2) coupling reaction of initially formed 1‐alkenyl‐2‐alkynyl‐1,2‐dihydroisoquinoline (1,2‐dihydroquinoline).  相似文献

An efficient route to 2′,3′‐dihydro‐2′‐thioxospiro[indole‐3,6′‐[1,3]thiazin]‐2(1H)‐one derivatives is described. It involves the reaction of isatine, 1‐phenyl‐2‐(1,1,1‐triphenyl‐λ5‐phosphanylidene)ethan‐1‐one, and different amines in the presence of CS2 in dry MeOH at reflux (Scheme 1). The alkyl carbamodithioate, which results from the addition of the amine to CS2, is added to the α,β‐unsaturated ketone, resulting from the reaction between 1‐phenyl‐2‐(1,1,1‐triphenyl‐λ5‐phosphanylidene)ethan‐1‐one and isatine, to produce the 3′‐alkyl‐2′,3′‐dihydro‐4′‐phenyl‐2′‐thioxospiro[indole‐3,6′‐[1,3]thiazin]‐2(1H)‐one derivatives in excellent yields (Scheme 2). Their structures were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses.  相似文献

A concise and efficient base‐induced synthesis of stair‐shaped, 4‐methylthio‐2‐oxo‐5,6‐dihydro‐2H‐naphtho[1,2‐b]pyran[2,3‐d]oxepine‐3‐carbonitriles ( 3 ) has been delineated by the reaction of 3,4‐dihydronaphtho[1,2‐b]oxepin‐5(2H)‐one ( 1 ) and methyl 2‐cyano‐3,3‐dimethylthioacrylate in DMSO using powdered KOH as a base at room temperature. Amination of 3 has been achieved by reaction with secondary amine in ethanol at reflux temperature to yield 4‐sec‐amino‐2‐oxo‐5,6‐dihydro‐2H‐naphtho[1,2‐b]pyran[2,3‐d]oxepine‐3‐carbonitriles ( 4 ). Reaction of 3 with aryl methyl ketone ( 5 ) in DMSO at room temperature using powdered KOH as a base produced stair‐shaped 5‐aryl‐7,8‐dihydro‐1,4‐dioxa‐2,3‐dioxodinaphtho[1,2‐b,d]oxepine ( 6 ) in good yields. However, reaction of 6‐aryl‐2H‐pyran‐2‐one‐3‐carbonitrile ( 8 ) with 3,4‐dihydronaphtho[1,2‐b]oxepin‐5(2H)‐one ( 1 ) did not give similar product, but in lieu 4‐aryl‐5,6‐dihydronaphtho[1,2‐b]oxepino[4,5‐b]pyran‐2‐ylidene)acetonitrile ( 9 ) was isolated and characterized.  相似文献

An efficient and simple method for the synthesis of various [1, 2, 3]triazolo[1, 5‐a]pyridines has been established. The method involves a copper(II)‐catalyzed oxidative N?N bond formation that uses atmospheric oxygen as the terminal oxidant following hydrazonation in one pot. The use of ethyl acetate as the solvent dramatically promotes the oxidative N?N bond‐formation reaction and enables the application of oxidative cyclization in the efficient one‐pot reaction. A mechanism for the reaction was proposed on the basis of the results of a spectroscopic study.  相似文献

Trialkynyl(vinyl)silanes CH2?CH? Si(C?C? R)3 (R = Bu, Ph, p‐tolyl) were prepared and treated with 9‐borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane (9‐BBN). Consecutive 1,2‐hydroboration and intramolecular 1,1‐carboboration reactions (each requires different reaction conditions) were studied. 1,2‐Hydroboration of the Si? vinyl group takes place at ambient temperature (23°C in tetrahydrofuran), followed by intramolecular 1,1‐vinylboration to give 1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene derivatives, bearing still two alkynyl functions at the silicon atom. Further treatment with a second equivalent of 9‐BBN affords 1‐alkenyl‐1‐(alkynyl)‐1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene derivatives. These undergo intramolecular 1,1‐vinylboration to give 4‐silaspiro[3.4]octa‐1,5‐dienes bearing the boryl groups at 2 and 6 positions. Protodeborylation of all new compounds (intermediates and final products) using acetic acid in slight excess afforded corresponding silanes including spirosilanes. All compounds were characterized using multinuclear NMR spectroscopy (1H, 11B, 13C, 29Si) in solution state. Solid‐state structures for one of the trialkynyl(vinyl)silanes (R = p‐tolyl) and one of the 1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene derivatives (R = Ph) were confirmed using X‐ray diffraction. This paper presents the synthesis of a series of 5,6‐dihydro‐4H,8H‐pyrimido[1,2,3‐cd]purine‐8,10(9H)‐dione ring system derivatives with a [1,2,3]triazole ring bonded in position 2. The procedure is based on cycloaddition of substituted alkyl azides to the terminal triple bond of 5,6‐dihydro‐2‐ethynyl‐9‐methyl‐4H,8H‐pyrimido[1,2,3‐cd]purine‐8,10(9H)‐dione ( 4 ). This cycloaddition produced two regioisomers ?5,6‐dihydro‐9‐methyl‐2‐(1‐substituted‐1H‐[1,2,3]triazol‐5‐yl)‐4H,8H‐pyrimido[1,2,3‐cd]purine‐8,10(9H)‐dione ( 7 ) and 2‐(1‐substituted‐1H‐[1,2,3]triazol‐4‐yl) derivative 8 . The required 2‐ethynyl deriva tive 4 was obtained from the starting 2‐unsubstituted compound 1 by bromination to yield the 2‐bromo derivative 2 , which was converted by Sonogashira reaction to trimethylsilylethyne 3 and finally, the protective trimethylsilyl group was removed by hydrolysis.  相似文献

The dehydrogenation reaction of a mixture of heptalene‐1,2‐ and heptalene‐4,5‐dimethanols 4a and 4b with basic MnO2 in AcOEt at room temperature led to the formation of the corresponding heptaleno[1,2‐c]furan‐1‐one 6a and heptaleno[1,2‐c]furan‐3‐one 7a (Scheme 2). Both products can be isolated by chromatography on silica gel. The methylenation of the furan‐3‐one 7a with 1 mol‐equiv. of Tebbe's reagent at ?25 to ?30° afforded the 2‐isopropenyl‐5‐methylheptalene‐1‐methanol 9a , instead of the expected 3,6‐dimethylheptaleno[1,2‐c]furan 8 (Scheme 3). Also, the treatment of 7a with Takai's reagent did not lead to the formation of 8 . On standing in solution at room temperature, or more rapidly on heating at 60°, heptalene 9a undergoes a reversible double‐bond shift (DBS) to 9b with an equilibrium ratio of 1 : 1.  相似文献

The title compounds, C20H17NO3S, (I), and C19H15NO2S, (II), were prepared by the reaction of benzo[b]thiophene‐2‐carbaldehyde with (3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl)acetonitrile and (3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)acetonitrile, respectively, in the presence of methanolic potassium hydroxide. In (I), the C=C bond linking the benzo[b]thiophene and the 3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl units has E geometry, with dihedral angles between the plane of the bridging unit and the planes of the two adjacent ring systems of 5.2 (3) and 13.1 (2)°, respectively. However, in (II), the C=C bond has Z geometry, with dihedral angles between the plane of the bridging unit and the planes of the adjacent benzo[b]thiophene and 3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl units of 4.84 (17) and 76.09 (7)°, respectively. There are no significant intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions in the packing of (I) and (II). The packing is essentially stabilized via van der Waals forces.  相似文献

[NMe4]2[TCNE]2 (TCNE=tetracyanoethenide) formed from the reaction of TCNE and (NMe4)CN in MeCN has νCN IR absorptions at 2195, 2191, 2172, and 2156 cm?1 and a νCC absorption at 1383 cm?1 that are characteristic of reduced TCNE. The TCNEs have an average central C?C distance of 1.423 Å that is also characteristic of reduced TCNE. The reduced TCNE forms a previously unknown non‐eclipsed, centrosymmetric π‐[TCNE]22? dimer with nominal C2 symmetry, 12 sub van der Waals interatomic contacts <3.3 Å, a central intradimer separation of 3.039(3) Å, and comparable intradimer C???N distances of 3.050(3) and 2.984(3) Å. The two pairs of central C???C atoms form a ?C?C???C?C of 112.6° that is substantially greater than the 0° observed for the eclipsed D2h π‐[TCNE]22? dimer possessing a two‐electron, four‐center (2e?/4c) bond with two C???C components from a molecular orbital (MO) analysis. A MO study combining CAS(2,2)/MRMP2/cc‐pVTZ and atoms‐in‐molecules (AIM) calculations indicates that the non‐eclipsed, C2 π‐[TCNE]22? dimer exhibits a new type of a long, intradimer bond involving one strong C???C and two weak C???N components, that is, a 2e?/6c bond. The C2 π‐[TCNE]22? conformer has a singlet, diamagnetic ground state with a thermally populated triplet excited state with J/kB=1000 K (700 cm?1; 86.8 meV; 2.00 kcal mol?1; H=?2 JSa?Sb); at the CAS(2,2)/MBMP2 level the triplet is computed to be 9.0 kcal mol?1 higher in energy than the closed‐shell singlet ground state. The results from CAS(2,2)/NEVPT2/cc‐pVTZ calculations indicate that the C2 and D2h conformers have two different local metastable minima with the C2 conformer being 1.3 kcal mol?1 less stable. The different natures of the C2 and D2h conformers are also noted from the results of valence bond (VB) qualitative diagram that shows a 10e?/6c bond with one C???C and two C???N bonding components for the C2 conformer as compared to the 6e?/4c bond for the D2h conformer with two C???C bonding components.  相似文献

The title compounds, 2‐(4‐bromo­phenyl)‐1,2‐di­hydro­pyrimido­[1,2‐a]­benzimidazol‐4‐(3H)‐one, C16H12Br­N3O, (IVa), and 4‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐3,4‐dihydropyrimido[1,2‐a]benzimidazol‐2‐(1H)‐one, C17H15N3O, (Vb), both form R(8) centrosymmetric dimers via N—H?N hydrogen bonds. The N?N distance is 2.943 (3) Å for (IVa) and 2.8481 (16) Å for (Vb), with the corresponding N—H?N angles being 129 and 167°, respectively. However, in other respects, the supra­molecular structures of the two compounds differ. Both compounds contain different C—H?π interactions, in which the C—H?π(centroid) distances are 2.59 and 2.47 Å for (IVa) and (Vb), respectively (the latter being a short distance), with C—H?π(centroid) angles of 158 and 159°, respectively. The supramolecular structures also differ, with a short Br?O distance of 3.117 (2) Å in bromo derivative (IVa), and a C—H?O interaction with a C?O distance of 3.2561 (19) Å and a C—H?O angle of 127° in tolyl system (Vb). The di­hydro­pyrimido part of (Vb) is disordered, with a ratio of the major and minor components of 0.9:0.1. The disorder consists of two non‐interchangeable envelope conformers, each with an equatorial tolyl group and an axial methine H atom.  相似文献

A novel series of thieno[2′,3′:4,5]pyrimido[1,2‐b][1,2,4,5]tetrazin‐6‐one derivatives 14 were prepared from the reaction of 3‐amino‐2‐thioxo‐1,2,3,5,6,7‐hexahydro‐4H‐cyclopenta[4,5]thieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4‐one 3 or its methylthio 4 with hydrazonoyl chlorides 9 . The mechanism of the studied reactions has been discussed and further evidence for the assigned structure of the products is based on alternative synthesis. A single crystal X‐ray analysis of compound 14e has been carried out.  相似文献

The reaction of 3‐N‐(2‐mercapto‐4‐oxo‐4H‐quinazolin‐3‐yl)acetamide ( 1 ) with hydrazine hydrate yielded 3‐amino‐2‐methyl‐3H‐[1,2,4]triazolo[5,1‐b]quinazolin‐9‐one ( 2 ). The reaction of 2 with o‐chlorobenzaldehyde and 2‐hydroxy‐naphthaldehyde gave the corresponding 3‐arylidene amino derivatives 3 and 4 , respectively. Condensation of 2 with 1‐nitroso‐2‐naphthol afforded the corresponding 3‐(2‐hydroxy‐naphthalen‐1‐yl‐diazenyl)‐2‐methyl‐3H‐[1,2,4]triazolo[5,1‐b]quinazolin‐9‐one ( 5 ), which on subsequent reduction by SnCl2 and HCl gave the hydrazino derivative 6. Reaction of 2 with phenyl isothiocyanate in refluxing ethanol yielded thiourea derivative 7. Ring closure of 7 subsequently cyclized on refluxing with phencyl bromide, oxalyl dichloride and chloroacetic acid afforded the corresponding thiazolidine derivatives 8, 9 and 10 , respectively. Reaction of 2‐mercapto‐3‐phenylamino‐3H‐quinazolin‐4‐one ( 11 ) with hydrazine hydrate afforded 2‐hydrazino‐3‐phenylamino‐3H‐quinazolin‐4‐one ( 12 ). The reactivity 12 towards carbon disulphide, acetyl acetone and ethyl acetoacetate gave 13, 14 and 15 , respectively. Condensation of 12 with isatin afforded 2‐[N‐(2‐oxo‐1,2‐dihydroindol‐3‐ylidene)hydrazino]‐3‐phenylamino‐3H‐quinazolin‐4‐one ( 16 ). 2‐(4‐Oxo‐3‐phenylamino‐3,4‐dihydroquinazolin‐2‐ylamino)isoindole‐1,3‐dione ( 17 ) was synthesized by the reaction of 12 with phthalic anhydride. All isolated products were confirmed by their ir, 1H nmr, 13C nmr and mass spectra.  相似文献

New pyrano[2′,3′: 5,6]chromeno[4,3‐b]quinolin‐4‐ones have been synthesized by intramolecular aza‐Diels? Alder reaction of the azadienes generated in situ from aryl amines and 8‐formyl‐7‐(prop‐2‐ynyl)2,3‐disubstituted chromones using CuFe2O4 nanoparticles as a catalyst in DMSO at 80–90° in good‐to‐excellent yields. Particularly valuable features of this methodology include simple implementation, inexpensive and reusable catalyst, and good yields. The structures were established by spectroscopic data and further confirmed by X‐ray diffraction analysis of one of the products.  相似文献

A synthesis of isoindolo[2,1‐a]quinazolinedione derivatives, coupled with a 1,2,3‐triazole ring system, via the reaction of isatoic anhydride, HC?CCH2NH2, and 2‐formylbenzoic acid is described, which led to the formation of the isoindolo[2,1‐a]quinazoline‐5,11‐dione scaffold having a C?C bond that participated in a click reaction with various organic azides.  相似文献

The indium trichloride‐catalyzed reaction between aromatic imines and α,β‐unsaturated N,N‐dimethylhydrazones in acetonitrile afforded 1,2,3,4‐tetrahydroquinolines bearing a hydrazone function at C4 through a one‐pot diastereoselective domino process that involves the formation of two C? C bonds and the controlled generation of two stereocenters, one of which is quaternary. This reaction constitutes the first example of an α,β‐unsaturated dimethylhydrazone that behaves as a dienophile in a hetero Diels–Alder reaction. The related reaction between anilines, aromatic aldehydes, and methacrolein dimethylhydrazone in CHCl3 with BF3?Et2O as catalyst afforded polysubstituted 1,2,3,3a,4,8b‐hexahydropyrrolo[3,2‐b]indoles as major products through a fully diastereoselective ABB′C four‐component domino process that generates two cycles, three stereocenters, two C? C bonds, and two C? N bonds in a single operation.  相似文献

E‐3‐(N,N‐Dimethylamino)‐1‐(3‐methylthiazolo[3,2‐a]benzimidazol‐2‐yl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐one ( 2 ) was synthesized by the reaction of 1‐(3‐methylthiazolo[3,2‐a]benzimidazol‐2‐yl)ethanone ( 1 ) with dimethylformamide‐dimethylacetal. The reaction of 2 with 5‐amino‐3‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole ( 4a ) or 3‐amino‐1,2,4‐(1H)‐triazole ( 4b ) furnished pyrazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidine and 1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidine derivatives 6a and 6b , while the reaction of enaminone 2 with 6‐aminopyrimidine derivatives 7a,b afforded pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine derivatives 9a,b , respectively. The diazonium salts 11a or 11b coupled with compound 2 to yield the pyrazolo[5,1‐c]‐1,2,4‐triazine and 1,2,4‐triazolo[5,1‐c]‐1,2,4‐triazine derivatives 13a and 13b . Some of the newly synthesized compounds exhibited a moderate effect against some bacterial and fungal species.  相似文献
