A simple, highly sensitive and label‐free electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) immunosensor was developed using Nafion and gold nanoparticles (nano‐Au/Nafion) composites for the determination of 1‐pyrenebutyric acid (PBA). Under the optimal conditions, the amount of immobilized antibody was significantly improved on the nano‐Au/Nafion electrode due to the synergistic effect and biocompatibility of Nafion film and gold nanoparticles composites. The results showed that the sensitivity and stability of nano‐Au/Nafion composite electrode for PBA detection were much better than those of nano‐Au modified glassy carbon electrode (nano‐Au/GCE). The plot of increased electron transfer resistances (Rets) against the logarithm of PBA concentration is linear over the range from 0.1 to 150 ng·mL?1 with the detection limit of 0.03 ng·mL?1. The selectivity and accuracy of the proposed EIS immunosensor were evaluated with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Square‐wave voltammetric detection of dopamine was studied at a copper (Cu)‐(3‐mercaptopropyl) trimethoxy silane (MPS)‐complex modified electrode (Cu‐MPS). The modification of the electrode was based on the attachment of MPS onto an electrochemically activated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by the interaction between methoxy silane groups of MPS and surface hydroxyl groups and followed by the complexation of copper with the thiol groups of MPS. The surface of the modified electrode was further coated by a thin layer of Nafion film. The surface of the Nafion coated MPS‐Cu complex modified electrode (Nafion/Cu‐MPS) was characterized using cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectrometry. The modified electrode exhibited an excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of dopamine, which was oxidized at a reduced potential of +0.35 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) at a wider pH range. Various experimental parameters, such as the amount of copper, the pH, and the temperature were optimized. A linear calibration plot was obtained in the concentration range between 8.0×10?8 M and 5.0×10?6 M and the detection limit was determined to be 5.0×10?8 M. The other common biological compounds including ascorbic acid did not interfere and the modified electrode showed an excellent specificity to the detection of dopamine. The Nafion/Cu‐MPS modified electrode can be used for about 2 months without any significant loss in sensitivity.  相似文献

A new sensor, gold‐6‐amino‐2‐mercaptobenzothiazole (6A2MBT), was fabricated via a self‐assembly procedure. Electrochemical properties of the monolayer were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The modified electrode showed excellent antifouling property against the oxidation products of DA, allowed us to construct a dynamic calibration curve with two linear parts, 1.00×10?6 to 3.72×10?4 and 3.72×10?4 to 6.42×10?4 M DA, with correlation coefficients of 0.997 and 0.992 and a detection limit of 1.57×10?7 M DA by using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), respectively. Finally, the performance of the Au‐6A2MBT modified electrode was successfully tested for electrochemical detection of DA in a pharmaceutical sample.  相似文献

A simple one‐step electrodeposition method is described to fabricate three dimensional ordered macroporous chitosan?prussian blue?single walled carbon nanotubes (3DOM CS?PB?SWCNTs) film onto the gold electrode surface to fabricate a copper ions (Cu2+)‐specific DNAzyme biosensor. The new sensing strategy for sensitive and selective detection of Cu2+ was based on Au nanorods (AuNRs) as signal amplification labels. The electrochemical signal of glucose increased with the concentration of Cu2+ increasing. The morphologies and electrochemistry of the composites were investigated by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and electrochemical techniques including cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and so on. Linear correlations of copper ion concentration were obtained in the range from 10?18 M to 10?5 M, achieving with a limit of detection of 10?19 M (S/N=3). Parameters affecting the biosensor response such as temperature, the cleavage time and the time of hybridization were optimized. This biosensor showed a wide range, low detection limit, good reproducibility and high stability. Additionally, these striking properties endow the biosensor with a great promise for analytical applications.  相似文献

The present study was aimed at investigating the use of a mixture multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) and thionine (Th) dye in designing of a thionine‐based electrochemical biosensor containing catalase (Ct) enzyme (MWCNT‐Nafion‐Th/Ct) onto a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The effects of pH, MWCNT concentration and thionine concentration on electrochemical response were explored for optimum analytical performance. The modified electrode exhibited a pair of well‐defined, quasi‐reversible peaks at formal potential (Eo′) = ‐0.218 ± 0.017 V vs. Ag/AgCl corresponding to the Thox/Thred redox couples in the presence of MWCNT, Nafion, and Ct. The electrochemical parameters, including charge‐transfer coefficient (0.36), and apparent heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant (4.28 ± 0.26 s?1) were determined. Using differential pulse voltammetry, the prepared enzyme electrode exhibited a linear response to hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in the range of 10.0‐100.0 μM with a detection limit 8.7 μM and a sensitivity of 6051.0 μA mM?1 cm?2.  相似文献

Here we report the first mediated pain free microneedle‐based biosensor array for the continuous and simultaneous monitoring of lactate and glucose in artificial interstitial fluid (ISF). The gold surface of the microneedles has been modified by electrodeposition of Au‐multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and successively by electropolymerization of the redox mediator, methylene blue (MB). Functionalization of the Au‐MWCNTs/polyMB platform with the lactate oxidase (LOX) enzyme (working electrode 1) and with the FAD‐Glucose dehydrogenase (FADGDH) enzyme (working electrode 2) enabled the continuous monitoring of lactate and glucose in the artificial ISF. The lactate biosensor exhibited a high sensitivity (797.4±38.1 μA cm?2 mM?1), a good linear range (10–100 μM) with a detection limit of 3 μM. The performance of the glucose biosensor were also good with a sensitivity of 405.2±24.1 μA cm?2 mM?1, a linear range between 0.05 and 5 mM and a detection limit of 7 μM. The biosensor array was tested to detect the amount of lactate generated after 100 minutes of cycling exercise (12 mM) and of glucose after a normal meal for a healthy patient (10 mM). The results reveal that the new microneedles‐based biosensor array seems to be a promising tool for the development of real‐time wearable devices with a variety of sport medicine and clinical care applications.  相似文献

The electrochemical detection of 6‐mercaputopurine (6‐MP), which is one of the most well‐known drugs of antimetabolites, and its analogues was studied. The presented method is based on chemisorption (accumulation)/desorption processes of drugs onto/from the Au electrode surface. Using this method, we succeeded in detecting 6‐MP even in very diluted solution (concentration of 6‐MP: 1×10?8 M). The lower detection limit of 6‐MP was considerably improved compared with the previous HPLC studies by using our proposed system. Desorptive potentials of 6‐MP‐metabolites and its analogues were different from those of 6‐MP. This provides the possibility of simultaneous detection of 6‐MP and its typical metabolites.  相似文献

We present a new strategy for the label‐free electrochemical detection of DNA hybridization based on gold nanoparticles (AuNPs)/poly(neutral red) (PNR) modified electrode. Probe oligonucledotides with thiol groups at the 5‐end were covalently linked onto the surface of AuNPs/PNR modified electrode via S‐Au binding. The hybridization event was monitored by using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) upon hybridization generates electrochemical changes at the PNR‐solution interface. A significant decrease in the peak current was observed upon hybridization of probe with complementary target ssDNA, whereas no obvious change was observed with noncomplementary target ssDNA. And the DNA sensor also showed a high selectivity for detecting one‐mismatched and three‐mismatched target ssDNA and a high sensitivity for detecting complementary target ssDNA, the detection limit is 4.2×10?12 M for complementary target ssDNA. In addition, the DNA biosensor showed an excellent reproducibility and stability under the DNA‐hybridization conditions.  相似文献

Selected from a series of structurally related heteroaromatic thiols, a newly synthesized reagent 2‐amino‐5‐mercapto‐[1,3,4] triazole (MATZ) was used to fabricate self‐assembled monolayers (SAMs) on gold electrode for the first time. The MATZ/Au SAMs was characterized by electrochemical methods and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). In 0.04 mol/L Britton–Robinson buffer solution (pH 5), the electrochemical behavior of dopamine showed a quasireversible process at the MATZ/Au SAMs with an electrode kinetic constant 0.1049 cm/s. However, the electrochemical reaction of uric acid at the SAMs electrode showed an irreversible oxidation process, the charge‐transfer kinetics of uric acid was promoted by the SAMs. By Osteryoung square‐wave voltammetry (OSWV), the simultaneous determination of dopamine and uric acid can be accomplished with an oxidation peak separation of 0.24 V, the peak current of dopamine and uric acid were linearly to its concentration in the range of 2.5×10?6–5.0×10?4 mol/L for dopamine and 1×10?6–1×10?4 mol/L for uric acid with a detection limit of 8.0×10?7 mol/L for dopamine and 7.0×10?7 mol/L for uric acid. The MATZ/Au SAMs electrode was used to detect the content of uric acid in real urine and serum sample with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A new environmentally friendly Au nanoparticles (Au NPs) synthesis in glycerol by using ultraviolet irradiation and without extra‐added stabilizers is described. The synthesis proposed in this work may impact on the non‐polluting production of noble nanoparticles with simple chemicals normally found in standard laboratories. These Au NPs were used to modify a carbon paste electrode (CPE) without having to separate them from the reaction medium. This green electrode was used as an electrochemical sensor for the nitrite detection in water. At the optimum conditions the green sensor presented a linear response in the 2.0×10?7–1.5×10?5 M concentration range, a good detection sensitivity (0.268 A L mol?1), and a low detection limit of 2.0×10?7 M of nitrite. The proposed modified green CPE was used to determine nitrite in tap water samples.  相似文献

We developed a novel iron‐tetrasulfophthalocyanine‐graphene‐Nafion (FeTSPc‐GR‐Nafion) modified screen‐printed electrode to determine hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) with high sensitivity and selectivity. The nanocomposite film (FeTSPc‐GR‐Nafion) exhibits an excellent electrocatalytic activity towards oxidation of H2O2 at a potential of +0.35 V in the absence of enzyme. A comparative study reveals that the FeTSPc‐GR complexes play a dual amplification role. Amperometric experiment indicates that the sensors possess good sensitivity and selectivity, with a linear range from 2.0×10?7 M to 5.0×10?3 M and a detection limit of 8.0×10?8 M. This sensor has been successfully used to develop the glucose biosensor and has also been applied to determine H2O2 in sterile water.  相似文献

The simple, fast and highly sensitive anodic stripping voltammetric detection of As(III) at a gold (Au) nanoparticle‐modified glassy carbon (GC) (nano‐Au/GC) electrode in HCl solution was extensively studied. The Au nanoparticles were electrodeposited onto GC electrode using chronocoulometric technique via a potential step from 1.1 to 0 V vs. Ag|AgCl|NaCl (sat.) in 0.5 M H2SO4 containing Na[AuCl4] in the presence of KI, KBr, Na2S and cysteine additives. Surfaces of the resulting nano‐Au/GC electrodes were characterized with cyclic voltammetry. The performances of the nano‐Au/GC electrodes, which were prepared using different concentrations of Na[AuCl4] (0.05–0.5 mM) and KI additive (0.01–1.0 mM) at various deposition times (10–30 s), for the voltammetric detection of As(III) were examined. After the optimization, a high sensitivity of 0.32 mA cm?2 μM?1 and detection limit of 0.024 μM (1.8 ppb) were obtained using linear sweep voltammetry.  相似文献

The direct electrochemistry of glucose oxidase (GOD) immobilized on the designed titanium carbide‐Au nanoparticles‐fullerene C60 composite film modified glassy carbon electrode (TiC‐AuNPs‐C60/GCE) and its biosensing for glucose were investigated. UV‐visible and Fourier‐transform infrared spectra of the resulting GOD/TiC‐AuNPs‐C60 composite film suggested that the immobilized GOD retained its original structure. The direct electron transfer behaviors of immobilized GOD at the GOD/TiC‐AuNPs‐C60/GCE were investigated by cyclic voltammetry in which a pair of well‐defined, quasi‐reversible redox peaks with the formal potential (E0′) of ‐0.484 V (vs. SCE) in phosphate buffer solution (0.05 M, pH 7.0) at the scan rate of 100 mV·s?1 were obtained. The proposed GOD modified electrode exhibited an excellent electrocatalytic activity to the reduction of glucose, and the currents of glucose reduction peak were linearly related to glucose concentration in a wider linearity range from 5.0 × 10?6 to 1.6 × 10?4 M with a correlation coefficient of 0.9965 and a detection limit of 2.0 × 10?6 M (S/N = 3). The sensitivity and the apparent Michaelis‐Menten constant (KMapp) were determined to be 149.3 μA·mM?1·cm?2 and 6.2 × 10?5 M, respectively. Thus, the protocol will have potential application in studying the electron transfer of enzyme and the design of novel electrochemical biosensors.  相似文献

Graphene was successfully prepared and well separated to individual sheets by introducing  SO3. XRD and TEM were employed to characterize the graphene. UV‐visible absorption spectra indicated that glucose oxidase (GOx) could keep bioactivity well in the graphene‐Au biocomposite. To construct a novel glucose biosensor, graphene, Au and GOx were co‐immobilized in Nafion to further modify a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). Electrochemical measurements were carried out to investigate the catalytic performance of the proposed biosensor. Cyclic voltammograms (CV) showed the biosensor had a typical catalytic oxidation response to glucose. At the applied potential +0.4 V, the biosensor responded rapidly upon the addition of glucose and reached the steady state current in 5 s, with the present of hydroquinone. The linear range is from 15 μM to 5.8 mM, with a detection limit 5 μM (based on the S/N=3). The Michaelis‐Menten constant was calculated to be 4.4 mM according to Lineweaver–Burk equation. In addition, the biosensor exhibits good reproducibility and long‐term stability. Such impressive properties could be ascribed to the synergistic effect of graphene‐Au integration and good biocompatibility of the hybrid material.  相似文献

In the present work, a signal‐on electrochemical sensing strategy for the simultaneous detection of adenosine and thrombin is developed based on switching structures of aptamers. An Au electrode as the sensing surface is modified with two kinds of thiolated capture probes complementary to the linker DNA that contains either an adenosine aptamer or thrombin aptamer. The capture probes hybridize with their corresponding linker DNA, which has prehybridized with the reporter DNA loaded onto the gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). The AuNP contained two kinds of bio‐barcode DNA: one is complementary to the linker DNA (reporter), whereas the other is not (signal) and is tagged with different metal sulfide nanoparticles. Thus a “sandwich‐type” sensing interface is fabricated for adenosine and thrombin. With the introduction of adenosine and thrombin, the aptamer parts bind with their targets and fold to form the complex structures. As a result, the bio‐barcoded AuNPs are released into solution. The metal sulfide nanoparticles are measured by anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV), and the concentrations of adenosine and thrombin are proportional to the signal of either metal ion. With the dual amplification of the bio‐barcoded AuNP and the preconcentration of metal ions through ASV technology, detection limits as low as 6.6×10?12 M for adenosine and 1.0×10?12 M for thrombin are achieved. The sensor exhibits excellent selectivity and detectability in biological samples.  相似文献

This work was designed to develop an electrochemical sensor based on molecular imprinted polyaniline membranes onto reduced graphene oxide (RGO) and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode for dapsone (DDS) determination. The prepared RGO/AuNPs/PANI‐MIPs nanocomposite was characterized by Ultra‐Violet‐Visible (UV‐Vis), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR) and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) images. The feature of the imprinted electrode was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and impedance spectroscopy (IS). Throughout this study several analytical parameters, such as incubation time, pH value, concentration of monomer/template molecules and electro‐polymerization cycles were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, the experimental results showed best analytical performances for DDS detection with a sensitivity of 0.188 Ω/mol L?1, a linear range from 1.0×10?7 M to 1.0×10?3 M and a detection limit of 6.8×10?7 M. The bioanalytical sensor was applied to the determination of dapsone in real samples with high selectivity and recovery.  相似文献

Glucose concentration monitoring is important for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diabetes. In this work, a composite material of AgNPs/MOF‐74(Ni) was prepared for electrochemical determination of glucose. AgNPs/MOF‐74(Ni) was characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The electrochemical properties of the glassy carbon electrodes modified with the AgNPs/MOF‐74(Ni) composites were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and current‐time curve (I‐t curve) with three electrode system. The determination of glucose with the electrode modified by AgNPs/MOF‐74(Ni) has a linear range of 0.01~4 mM with the correlation coefficient (R2) of 0.994. The detection limit is 4.7 μM (S/N=3) and the sensitivity is 1.29 mA ? mM?1 ? cm?2. In addition, this sensing system possesses reasonable reproducibility and stability. The good performance of electrochemical determination for glucose is attributed to the concerted effect of silver nanoparticles and MOF‐74(Ni) on the promotion of glucose oxidation  相似文献

Electrocatalysis of epinephrine at gold electrode pre‐modified with the self‐assembled monolayer of cysteamine and subsequently integrated with novel metallo‐octacarboxyphthalocyanine (MOCPc where M=Fe, Co and Mn) complexes (Au‐Cys‐MOCPc) was investigated. The electrodes showed response to the presence of epinephrine. The oxidation peak potential (Ep/V vs. Ag|AgCl, sat'd KCl) and charge transfer resistance (Rct (kΩ)) in epinephrine solution depend markedly on the central metal of the phthalocyanine cores: Au‐Cys‐FeOCPckch=4.1×107 M?1 s?1) which is higher than that of the Au‐cys‐CoOCPc or Au‐cys‐MnOCPc electrode. Mechanism, recognizing the mediation of the electrocatalytic process by the central M(II)/M(III) redox processes was proposed. Epinephrine electro‐oxidation at the Au‐cys‐FeOCPc electrode was studied in more details for the response characteristics. The diffusion coefficient of epinephrine was evaluated as (2.62±0.23)×10?9 cm2 s?1. It was established that Au‐Cys‐FeOCPc is suitable for sensitive determination of epinephrine in physiological pH (7.40) conditions showing linear concentration range of up to 300 nM, with excellent sensitivity (0.53±0.01 nA nM?1), and very low limits of detection (13.8 nM) and quantification (45.8 nM). The peak separation between ascorbic acid and epinephrine is large enough (190 mV) to permit simultaneous determination of both epinephrine and ascorbic acid in physiological pH 7.4 conditions using the Au‐cys‐FeOCPc electrode. Au‐cys‐FeOCPc electrode was successfully used for the determination of epinephrine in epinephrine hydrochloric acid injection with recovery of ca. 98.4%.  相似文献

Using 3‐Aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES) as a single silica source, an amino‐rich ultrafine organosilica‐nanoparticle‐modified Au electrode was fabricated, following the formation of (3‐mercaptopropyl)‐trimethoxysilane (MPTS) monolayer on Au surface (MPTS/Au). With cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as an additive, APTES‐based gel particles on the electrode have a narrow particle size distribution of 4–7 nm and “crystal‐like” structure. AFM and electrochemical characterization confirmed the successful grafting of APTES nanoparticles on MPTS/Au. The APTES/MPTS/Au electrode is highly sensitive for the detection of copper(II) ions with a detection limit as low as 1.6×10?12 mol L?1 (S/N>3) by square wave voltammetry. The current is linear to copper(II) concentration between 1.6×10?12 and 6.25×10?10 mol L?1.  相似文献

Column electrodes pretreated through oxidation–reduction cycles were traditionally used in electrochemical surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). In this study, a disposable screen‐printed carbon electrode was introduced into in situ electrochemical SERS through the electrodeposition of dendritic gold/silver nanoparticles (Au/AgNPs) onto the surface of the carbon working electrode to induce the SERS enhancement effect on the electrode. Scanning electron microscopy images showed that dendritic Au/AgNPs nanostructures could be fabricated under appropriate electrodeposition conditions and could present a minimum SERS factor of 4.25 × 105. Furthermore, the absorbed behavior of 4‐mercaptopyridine was investigated under different potentials. The adsorption configuration was inferred to transform from ‘vertical’ to ‘lying‐flat’. The proposed new electrode combined with a portable Raman spectrometer could be useful in the identifying products or intermediates during electrochemical synthesis or electrochemical catalysis in in situ electrochemical SERS.
