E-(R)-5-Hydroxy-2-hexenoic acid (4) and the acetonide of E-(4R,5R,7R)-trihydroxy-2-octenoic acid (3) are joined to give, after deprotection, (+)-colletodiol (1). The possible lanosterol precursor, 3β, 20(R)-dihydroxy-protost-24-ene ( 1 a ) has been prepared, in thirteen steps, from 3α-hydroxy-4α, 8, 14-trimethyl-18-nor-5α, 8α, 9β, 13ξ, 14β-androstan-17-one (mixture of 2 and 3 ). 拟除虫菊脂是在研究天然除虫菊脂化学的基础上发展起来的一类高效低毒,广谱杀虫剂。其中,溴氰菊脂是活性较高,光稳定性较好的一种菊脂类杀虫剂, 它是具有(IRcis.αs) 构型的单一光学异构体。 生产溴氰菊脂的关键中间体是IR-cis-)二溴菊脂。本文报道利用化学剪切法将(is)-cis-菊脂转化为(IR-cis-)二溴菊脂的新方法。  相似文献

A concise synthesis of (S)-3-hydroxytetrahydropyran from natural l-glutamic acid has been developed. The intramolecular etherification starting from 1,5-diol was promoted by trifluoromethanesulfonic anhydride. A convenient preparation of (1R,2S,3R,4S)-3-(neopentyloxy)isoborneol (= (1R,2S,3R,4S)-3-(2,2-dimethyl-propoxy)-1,7,7-trimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-ol; 1a ), a valuable chiral auxiliary, is described. The synthesis involves six steps starting from the readily available camphorquinone ( 5 ) and gives 1a in 48% overall yield. The key step is the chemoselective hydrolysis of the less hindered 1,3-dioxolane moiety in the camphorquinone di-acetal 4 .  相似文献

As previously shown, oligo- and poly(β-hydroxyalkanoates) have a high tendency to form lamellar crystallites with ca. 50-Å thickness which corresponds to chain lengths of 16 units (Fig. 1). To have monodisperse model compounds, we have now prepared bicyclic derivatives with three parallel ( 27 – 29 ) or two parallel and an antiparallel chain ( 68 – 70 ) consisting of up to 16 3-hydroxybutanoate (3-HB) units. We also prepared dendritic compounds ( 71 – 75 , 82 – 85 ) containing oligo(3-HB) chains which cannot possibly be arranged as in the lamellae; the branching units were prepared from trimesic acid (= benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid). So far, none of the prepared samples formed crystals or contained crystalline domains which would have been suitable for single-crystal or powder-diffraction X-ray analysis. The terminally deprotected dendrimers ( 74 , 75 , and 85 ) are multi-anionic (up to 12 peripheral CO2H groups) and biodegradable. The macromolecular HB derivatives (molecular weight up to 10150 Da) have been fully characterized by IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR, [α]D, and elemental analysis. Especially important is the analysis by mass spectrometry with the MALDI-TOF technique (Fig. 2), proving that the products are monodisperse; application of a new variation of this MS method (post source decay = PSD or fragment analysis by structural time of flight = FASTTM) allows for the observation of metastable fragment ions and, thus, is a tool for structural oligomer analysis (Fig. 3).  相似文献

Monohydroxylated polyunsaturated fatty acids belonging to the oxylipin class of natural products are present in marine and terrestrial sources as well as in the human body. Due to their biological activities and role in diverse biosynthetic pathways, oxylipins biosynthesized from eicosapentaenoic acid and arachidonic acid have attracted great interest from the scientific community. One example is 3-hydroxyeicosapentaenoic acid where the absolute configuration at C-3 has only been tentatively assigned. In this paper, studies on acetate type aldol reactions that enabled the preparation of 3-(R)-hydroxyeicosapentaenoic acid (3R-HETE, 2) and its enantiomer are presented.  相似文献

The first chiron approach from d-glucose for the total synthesis of (2 S,3 R)-3-hydroxypipecolic acid (-)-1a and (2R,3R)-3-hydroxy-2-hydroxymethylpiperidine (-)-2a is reported. The synthetic pathway involves conversion of d-glucose into 3-azidopentodialdose (5) followed by the Wittig olefination and reduction to give the piperidine ring skeleton (8) with a sugar appendage that on cleavage of an anomeric carbon followed by oxidation gives (-)-1a which on reduction affords (-)-2a.  相似文献

A novel approach to the synthesis of an enantiopure bicyclic proline analogue, hexahydrocyclopenta[b]pyrrole-6a(1H)-carboxylic acid (‘2,3-propanoproline’), has been developed. The method relied on tandem Strecker-nucleophilic cyclization reaction of 2-(2-bromoethyl)cyclopentanone. The overall synthetic scheme included six steps and resulted in 18% overall yield of both enantiomers of the title amino acid.  相似文献

Conjugate addition of homochiral lithium N-benzyl-N-alpha-methylbenzylamide to tert-butyl (E)-cinnamate or tert-butyl (E)-crotonate and in situ amination with trisyl azide results in the exclusive formation of the corresponding 2-diazo-3-amino esters in > 95% de. Amination of the lithium (E)-enolates of tert-butyl (3S,alphaR)-3-N-benzyl-N-alpha-methylbenzylamino-3-phenylpropanoate or tert-butyl (3S,alphaS)-3-N-benzyl-N-alpha-methylbenzylaminobutanoate with trisyl azide gives the (2R,3R,alphaR)- and (2S,3S,alphaS )-anti-2-azido-3-amino esters in good yields and in 85% de and > 95% de respectively. Alternatively, tert-butyl anti-(2S,3S,alphaS)-2-hydroxy-3-N-benzyl-N-alpha-methylbenzylaminobutanoate may be converted selectively to tert-butyl anti-(2S,3S,alphaS)-2-azido-3-N-benzyl-N-alpha-methylbenzylaminobutanoate by aziridinium ion formation and regioselective opening with azide. Deprotection of tert-butyl (2S,3S,alphaS)-2-azido-3-aminobutanoate via Staudinger reduction, hydrogenolysis and ester hydrolysis furnishes anti-(2S,3S)-diaminobutanoic acid in 98%, de and 98% ee. The asymmetric synthesis of the diastereomeric syn-(2R,3S)-diaminobutanoic acid (98% de and 98% ee) was accomplished via functional group manipulation of tert-butyl anti-(2S,3S,alphaS)-2-hydroxy-3-N-benzyl-N-alpha-methylbenzylaminobutanoate in a protocol involving azide inversion of tert-butyl (2S,3S)-2-mesyloxy-3-N-Boc-butanoate and subsequent deprotection.  相似文献

采用以甲苯为聚合介质的ATRP聚合体系,以双甲基丙烯酸二醇酯为单体,合成了具有二十和二十八元环的线形环化聚合物,聚合物具有窄分子量分布.聚合动力学显示随着链长的增加,环化反应速率变慢.根据聚合物的1H-NMR谱图、由1H-NMR端基分析得到聚合度DPNMR、以及GPC图谱结果,证实获得了线形环化聚合物.TGA测试结果表明2种聚合物的起始分解温度均大于372℃,具有比PMMA更好的热稳定性.  相似文献
