4-Toluenesulfonyl isocyanate cyclized with 1,2-epoxy-3-phenoxypropane and 2,3-epoxypropyl 4-methoxyphenyl ether, respectively, to give 3-(4-toluenesulfonyl)-5-phenoxymethylene-2-oxazolidone ( I ) and 3-(4-toluenesulfonyl)-5-(4-methoxyphenoxymethylene)-2-oxazolidone ( II ). Compounds I and II were hydrolyzed in 2 M sodium hydroxide solution to the corresponding uncyclized hydroxy amides, VII and VIII. Compound I was remarkably stable toward 6 M hydrochloric acid and amines. Styrene oxide, 1,2-epoxybutane, 3-chloro-1,2-epoxypropane, and 1-methoxy-2-methylpropylene oxide reacted with the isocyanate to afford 3-(4-toluene-sulfonyl)-4-phenyl-2-oxazolidone (III), 3-(4-toluenesulfonyl)-4-ethyl-2-oxazolidone ( IV ), 3-(4-toluenesulfonyl)-5-chloromethyl-2-oxazolidone ( V ), and 3-(4-toluenesulfonyl)-4,4-dimethyl-5-methoxy-2-oxazolidone ( VI ), respectively. The yield of VI was constant over a temperature range of 25–90°.  相似文献

4-Chlorobenzenesulfonyl isocyanate (I) reacted with 2-chloroethanol and 1-chloro-2-propanol to give, respectively, 2-chloroethyl 4-chlorobenzenesulfonyl carbamate (III) and 1-chloro-2-propyl 4-chlorobenzenesulfonyl carbamate (VI). The carbamates III and VI cyclized under the influence of pyridine to afford, respectively, 3-(4-chlorobenzenesulfonyl)oxazolidin-2-one (IV) and 3-(4-chlorobenzenesulfonyl)-5-methyloxazolidin-2-one (VII). The oxazolidin-2-ones were stable toward hydrochloric acid but hydrolyzed in 2M sodium hydroxide solution to N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-4-chlorobenzenesulfonamide (V) and N-(2-hydroxy-1-propyl)-4-chlorobenzene-sulfonamide (VIII), respectively. 4-Toluenesulfonyl isothiocyanate (II) reacted with 2-chloroethanol to give 2-chloroethyl 4-chlorobenzenesulfonyl thiocarbamate (IX), which was converted by pyridine to 3-(4-toluenesulfonyl)oxazolidine-2-thione (X).  相似文献

4-Toluenesulfonyl isocyanate (I) reacted with 2-aminoethanol and 3-amino-l-propanol to give 2:1 isocyanate/amino alcohol addition products. 1-Amino-2-propanol and I gave 1:1 and 2:1 adducts while 2-amino-2-methyl-l-propanol afforded only a 1:1 adduct. 4-Toluenesulfonyl isothio-cyanate (III) gave 1:1 adducts with 2-aminoethanol, l-amino-2-propanol and 3-amino-l-propanol, the first two of which were cyclized by concentrated sulfuric acid to 1-(4-toluenesulfonyl)-imidazoline-2-thiones and the third to 1-(4-toluenesulfonyl)hexahydropyrimidine-2-thione. A 1:2 adduct was obtained from III and 2-amino-2-methyl-l-propanol. Amino acids reacted with I and with 4-chlorobenzenesulfonyl isocyanate (II) to give N-(arylsulfonyl)-N1-(carboxylic acid)-ureas. N-(4-Toluenesulfonyl)-N1-(acetic acid)-urea (XVI) was converted to the methyl ester (XIX) by concentrated sulfuric acid and methanol and to water-soluble unrecoverable products by sulfuric acid alone. Glycine and III gave N-(4-toluenesulfonyl)-N1-(acetic acid)-thiourea (XX) which was converted to the methyl ester (XXII) by concentrated sulfuric acid/methanol and to the cyclic 1-(4-toluenesulfonyl)imidazolin-5-one-2-thione (XXI) by sulfuric acid alone.  相似文献

Decafluorocyclohexene reacted slowly with aniline to give 1-phenylamino- 3-phenyliminoheptafluorocyclohex-2-ene, which was hydrolysed by hydrochloric acid to 3-phenylaminoheptafluorocyclohex-2-enone. Decafluorocyclohexene reacted stepwise with phenyl lithium, giving 1-phenylnonafluorocyclohexene and thence 1,2-diphenyloctafluorocyclohexene: the former product was attacked slowly by pentafluorophenyl lithium at ?40°C affording 1-pentafluorophenyl- 1-phenyloctafluorocyclohexene. Phenyl lithium reacted sluggishly with bis(pentafluorophenyl)octafluorocyclohexene to give 1-pentafluorophenyl-2-(2′,3′,5′,6′-tetrafluoro-1′-biphenylyl)octafluorocyclohexene and 1,2-bis(2′,3′,5′,6′-tetrafluoro-1′-biphenylyl)octafluorocyclohexene. 1,2-Diphenyloctafluorocyclohexene and 1,2-bis(pentafluorophenyl) octafluorocyclohexene were fluorinated by cobalt(III) fluoride to give the olefin, 1,2-bis(undecafluorocyclohexyl)octafluorocyclohexene.  相似文献

6-Phenyl-2-(p-toluenesulfonyl)-3(2H)pyridazinone (I) reacted with Grignard reagents to give 5-substituted 4,5-dihydro-3(2H)pyridazinones II and two types of dihydropyridazines, III and IV. The ratio of II, III, and IV was sensitively dependent on the reaction conditions. Further, by quenching the reaction mixture with alcohol, the ring-opened product VII was mainly isolated.  相似文献

Alkylation of 5-cyano-4-oxo-6-phenyl-2-thioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidine I with methyl iodide, chloroacetic acid or 3-chloro-2,4-pentanedione, afforded the S-alkyl derivatives IIa-c. 2-Carboxymethylthio and 2-(2′,4′-dioxopentan-3-ylthio) derivatives IIb and IIc could be cyclised by acetic anhydride or polyphosphoric acid to give 6-cyano-3,5-dioxo-5H-7-phenylthiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidine III and 2-acetyl-6-carboxamido-5H-3-methyl-7-phenylthiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidine-5-one IX , respectively. Benzoylation of 2-hydrazinopyrimidine derivative XII , in anhydrous dioxan, afforded the N-benzoyl derivative XIII , which could be cyclised by heating in dimethylformamide to give 5-amino-6-cyano-3,7-diphenyl-s-triazolo[4,3-a]pyrimidine ( XIV ). The 2-hydrazinopyrimidine derivatives XII and XV reacted with benzoyl isothiocyanate in dioxane to yield 4-benzoylthiosemicarbazide derivatives XVI and XVII , which were converted into the 2-s-trizolopyrimidine derivatives XVIII and XIX , respectively. Also, XVI and XVII reacted with 2,4-pentanedione and 3-chloro-2,4-pentanedione to yield 2-pyrazolopyrimidine derivatives XX and XXI , respectively.  相似文献

3-Methyl-6,7-dihydro-5H-1,2,4-thiadiazolo[4,5-a]pyrimidine 4a reacted with isocyanates and isothiocyanates with elimination of acetonitrile and concomitant addition of two molecules of the heterocumulene to give the 2,3-disubstituted-6,7-dihydro-5H-2aλ4-thia-2, 3, 4a, 7a-tetraazacyclopent[cd]indene-1 (2H), 4(3H)-diones 8a–8e and the corresponding dithiones 9a–9h , respectively. 3-Methyl-5, 10-dihydrobenzo[e]-1,2,4-thiadiazolo[4,5-a][1,3]diazepine 5a likewise reacted with isocyanates and isothiocyanates to give the 2,3-disubstituted-5,10-dihydro-2aλ4-thia-2,3, 4a, 10a-tetraazapentaleno[3, 3a, 4-gh]benzocyclopheptene-1, 4-diones 10a–10f and the corresponding dithiones 11a–11f . The base 4a reacted with phenyl isocyanate, methyl isothiocyanate, and phenyl isothiocyanate in toluene at room temperature to give the zwitterions 14a , 14b , and 14c , respectively, and the diazepine 5a reacted with phenyl isothiocyanate to give the zwitterion 17 .  相似文献

4-Lithio-N-t-butylpyridine-3-sulphonamide reacted with benzophenone and carbon dioxide respectively to give the corresponding intermediates which on appropriate treatment gave isothiazolo[5,4-c]pyridin-3-one 1,1-dioxides. 4-(3,4-Dimethoxyphenyl)pyridine ( 5c ) prepared by the coupling of 3,4-dimethoxyphenyldiazonium chloride with pyridine was converted to 4-(4-pyridinyl)benzene-1,2-diol ( 6c ) by treating with hydrobromic acid. Diazotization of 4-(4-pyridinyl)benzeneamine ( 7 ) and 3-(4-pyridinyl)benzeneamine ( 12 ) gave the corresponding phenols 8 and 13 which were nitrated to give 2-nitro-4-(4-pyridinyl)phenol ( 9 ) and 2-nitro-5-(4-pyridinyl)-phenol ( 14 ), respectively. Reduction of these nitrophenols gave the corresponding aminophenols 10 and 16 which in turn were reacted with N,N'-carbonyldiimidazole to yield benzoxazolones 11 and 17 , respectively. Catalytic reduction of 2-nitro-4-(4-pyridinyl)benzeneamine ( 18 ) gave 4-(4-pyridinyl)benzene-1,2-diamine ( 19 ) which was reacted with orthoesters, urea, tetraethoxymethane, and N,N'-di(carbomethoxy)methylpseudothiourea to give the corresponding benzimidazole derivatives 20, 21, 22 , and 23 .  相似文献

Aroylphenylacetylenes reacted with ammonium dithiocarbamate and ammonium hydrogen sulfide in 60% dioxane-waler mixture at 15° to give mainly a mixture of the corresponding β-hydroxy-α-thiobenzoylstyrene derivatives (III) and (E,Z)-β,β'-di(α-aroylstyryl) sulfides (IV), whereas with sodium xanthate and sodium sulfide they gave only (III). However, when benzoyl-(Ia) or p-ehlorobenzoyl-(Id)phenylacetylenes was refluxed with ammonium dithiocarbamate in ethyl alcohol, it gave a mixture of (IIIa or d) and the (E,E)-β,β'-di(α-aroylstyryl) sulfide (VIa or d). β-Hydroxy-α-thiobenzoylstyrene derivatives (III), (E,Z)-(IV) and (E,E)-(VI)-β,β'-di(α-aroylstyryl) sulfides reacted with hydrazine hydrate and phenylhydrazine to give 3(5)-aryl-5(3)-phenyl-(IX)- and 5-aryl-1,3-diphenyl-(X)pyrazoles, respectively. The former compounds (III) reacted with guanidine and ethyl hydrazinecarboxylate to give the corresponding aminopyrimidines (XIII) and acetophenone-N-ethoxycarbonyl hydrazones (XI), respectively.  相似文献

以环戊酮、环庚酮为起始原料合成的环烷烯并[1,2-d]嘧啶-2-硫酮(2)与氯乙酸、芳香醛反应, 合成具有潜在抗癌活性的稠合杂环化合物5-芳基-2,8-二芳亚甲基-2,3,6,7-四氢-5H,8H-环戊烯并[1,2-d]噻唑并[3,2-a]嘧啶-3-酮(3)以及5-芳基-2,10-二芳亚甲基-2,3,6,7,8,9-六氢-5H,10H-环庚烯并[1,2-d]噻唑并[3,2-a]嘧啶-3-酮(4). 34的结构经1H NMR, IR, MS分析确认.  相似文献

Deprotonation of the 5-aryl-3-benzyl-1λ4,2-dithiol-1-ylium iodides ( 6a–6d ) obtained by reaction of the 1-aryl-4-phenylbutan-1,3-diones ( 5a–5d ) with hydrogen sulfide and iodine in ethanol gave the stable 5-aryl-3-benzylidene-3H-1,2-dithioles ( 3a–3d ), respectively. The dithioles ( 3a–3d ) underwent thermal cycloaddition reactions with isoselenocyanates and isothiocyanates to give the 2-(substituted amino)-5-aryl-3-phenyl-6,6aλ4-dithia-1-selenapentalenes ( 7a–7h ) andthe 2-(substituted amino)-5-aryl-3-phenyl-1,6,6aλ4-trithiapentalenes ( 8a–8l ), respectively. The dithioles( 3a–3d ) reacted with isocyanates to give the N-substi-tuted-2-phenyl-2-(5-aryl-3H-1,2-dithiol-3-ylidene) acetamides ( 11a–11h ). © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The title compound, isothiocyanate 2 , was obtained in good yield from the reaction of α-chloromethylvinyl-sulfone 1 with lead thiocyanate. The isothiocyanate 2 was reacted with aromatic amines to give 2-amino-5,6-dihydro-4H-1,3-thiazines 3 in good to moderate yields. The formation pathways are discussed.  相似文献

5-Ethoxycarbonyl-4-methyl-2-phenylpyrimidin-6(1H)-thione ( 3 ), which was prepared from the reaction of ethyl g -aminocrotonate 1 with benzoyl isothiocyanate ( 2 ) in refluxing acetone, was reacted with a series of halopgenated reagents to give S-alkyl derivatives 4a-g . Upon treatment of compounds 4a-c with sodium ethoxide were cyclized into thienopyrimidine 10a-c . Pyrimidinethione 3 was reacted with hydrazine hydrate to give hydroxypyrazolopyrimidine derivative 6 . The later compound was obtained by heating compound 4a with hydrazine hydrate under neat conditions, but when the reaction was carried using hydrazine hydrate in ethanol, the corresponding carbohydrazide 5 was produced.  相似文献

3-Amino-1,2,4-triazoles and 2-aminobenzimidazole were reacted with N-cyanoimidates to give 5-amino-1,2,4-triazolo[2,3-a]-1,3,5-triazines (5-azaadenines) and 4-aminobenzimidazo[1,2-a]-1,3,5-triazines, respectively. N-Phenyltrifluoroacetohydrazonoyl bromide ( 1 ) reacted with potassium isothiocyanate and isocyanate to give 5-imino-4-phenyl-2-trifluoromethyl-δ2-1,3,4-thiadiazoline and 1-phenyl-3-trifluoromethyl-δ2-1,2,4-triazolin-5-one, respectively. On treatment with several types of cumulative double bonds such as alkyl isothiocyanate, isocyanate, and carbodiimide, 1 afforded regioselectively the corresponding trifluoromethylthiadiazoline, -oxadiazoline, and -triazoline, respectively. These cycloadducts were assumed to form through the stepwise path involving the addition of 1 toward the cumulative double bond followed by the intramolecular cyclization. Concerning cyanamides, the corresponding triazoles were obtained and the reactions with pyridines afforded the triazolopyridinium bromides. The reactivity of the latter was found to depend on the substituents on the pyridine nucleus.  相似文献

The reaction of benzoyl isothiocyanates and methoxycarbonyl isothiocyanate with 4-amino-4,5-dihydro-3-(methylthio)-1,2,4-triazin-5-ones in acetonitrile gave several substituted 4H-1,3,4-thiadiazolo[2,3-c]-1,2,4-triazin-4-ones VIa-h instead of the expected thioureas. In addition, benzoyl isothiocyanate reacted with 4-amino-3-(methylthio)-5-(trifluoromethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole to give the benzoyl thiourea IX and with 4-amino-3-mercapto-5-(trifluoromethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole to give the bicyclic compound N-[3-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazol-6-yl]benzamide IX .  相似文献

The reaction of perfluoro- (3, 4-dimethyl-3-ethylhexene-(2)) (1) with allyl alcohol under different conditions gave different products. Compound 1 reacted with sodium allyl alcoholate yielding 2-(1'-allyloxy-tetrafluoroethyl)-perfluoro(3-methyl-3-ethylpentene- (1))(2). In the presence of triethylamine, 1 reacted with allyl alcohol to give 2-allyloxy-perfluoro (3, 4-dimethy1-4-ethylhexene- (2))(3), and in the presence of acetone and K2CO3 to give compound 4. These reactions all gave allyl-3-trifluoromethyl-3- pentafluoroethyl-2,2-dihydro-pentafluorovalerate (5a) as byproduct. Compound 1 reacted with allyl alcohol in the presence of triethylamine at 20-22`C to give 2, at 30-35`C to give a mixture of 2 and 3 and at 35-40`C to give a mixture of 3 and 5a respectively. Compound 2 was transformed to compound 4 in acetone and in the psesence of K2CO3, \o\ compound 5a or 5b in the corresponding alcohol and to compound 6 on reacting with dimethylamine. Compound 2 as well as 3 was converted to perfluoro-(3-ethyl-2,3,4,5- tetramethyl-2,3-dihydrofuran) (7) by KF in sulpholane.  相似文献
