A new vanadate PbCo2V2O8 was obtained through the study of PbO-CoO-V2O5 ternary system. The crystal structure was determined by Rietveld method, indicating that PbCo2V2O8 has a tetragonal structure of space group I41cd with a spiral chain along the c-axis. Magnetic properties of the titled compound were investigated by means of susceptibility, magnetization, and heat capacity measurements. The results show that PbCo2V2O8 is a quasi-one-dimensional canted antiferromagnet with Neel temperature of ∼4 K, being consistent with its crystal structure. 相似文献

Single crystals of Ln5Ru2O12 (Ln=Pr, Nd, Sm-Tb) were grown out of either NaOH or KOH fluxes in sealed silver tubes. The crystals of all the phases were observed to be twinned as confirmed by TEM studies. The series crystallize in the C2/m monoclinic system with lattice parameters, a=12.4049(4)-12.7621(6) Å, b=5.8414(2)-5.9488(3) Å, c=7.3489(2)-7.6424(4) Å, β=107.425(3)-107.432(2)° and Z=2. The crystal structure is isotypic with the defect/disorder model of Ln5Re2O12 (Ln = Y, Gd) and consists of one dimensional edge shared RuO6 octahedral chains separated by a two dimensional LnOx polyhedral framework. Magnetic measurements indicate paramagnetic and antiferromagnetic behavior for Ln=Nd, Sm-Gd and Ln=Tb, respectively. 相似文献

RMn2O5 (R=La, Pr, Nd, Tb, Bi) crystallites were prepared by a mild hydrothermal method and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and magnetic measurement. The formation of manganates was sensitive to the alkalinities and Mn-containing precursors of the reaction mixtures. This family of manganates is isostructural and has a space group of Pbam. The magnetic measurements for RMn2O5 showed an antiferromagnetic transition. The strong irreversibility between the ZFC and FC curves indicated a helicoidally magnetic structure below 40 K. The max d.c. susceptibilities of LaMn2O5+δ (δ=0.01, 0.06, 0.08, 0.16, 0.17) were found to be variable and the excess oxygen (δ) in the compounds was influenced by the alkalinity used in the hydrothermal synthesis. 相似文献

Layered compounds have been synthesized and structurally characterized for the n=5 and 6 members of the perovskite-related family La4Srn−4TinO3n+2 by combining X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. Their structure can be regarded as comprising [(La,Sr)5Ti5O17] and [(La,Sr)6Ti6O20] perovskite blocks joined by crystallographic shears along the a-axis, with consecutive blocks shifted by 1/2 [100]p. The n=5 member is similar to the previously reported n=5 member of other AnBnO3n+2-related series. The n=6 member, which has only been briefly reported in other systems previously, is also a well-behaved member of this AnBnO3n+2 series. 相似文献

The reduced Ruddlesden-Popper phases, Sr3Co2O5+δ with δ=0.91, 0.64 and 0.38, have been prepared in a nitrogen atmosphere. The crystal structures were determined by powder neutron diffraction. Oxygen vacancies are found both in O(3) and O(4) sites but the majority are along one crystallographic axis in the CoO2 plane, inducing an orthorhombic distortion of the normally tetragonal n=2 Ruddelsden-Popper structure. Superstructures due to oxygen ordering are observed by electron microscopy. The magnetic measurements reveal complex behavior with some ferromagnetic interactions present for Sr3Co2O5.91 and Sr3Co2O5.64. 相似文献

The title compounds have been synthesized by a citrate technique followed by thermal treatments in air (BiFe0.5Mn1.5O5) or under high oxygen pressure conditions (BiFeMnO5), and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), neutron powder diffraction (NPD) and magnetization measurements. The crystal structures have been refined from NPD data in the space group Pbam at 295 K. These phases are isostructural with RMn2O5 oxides (R=rare earths) and contain infinite chains of Mn4+O6 octahedra sharing edges, linked together by (Fe,Mn)3+O5 pyramids and BiO8 units. These units are strongly distorted with respect to those observed in other RFeMnO5 compounds, due to the presence of the electronic lone pair on Bi3+. It is noteworthy the certain level of antisite disorder exhibited in both samples, where the octahedral positions are partially occupied by Fe cations, and vice versa. BiFexMn2−xO5 (x=0.5, 1.0) are short-range magnetically ordered below 20 K for x=0.5 and at 40 K for x=1.0. The main magnetic interactions seem to be antiferromagnetic (AFM); however, the presence of a small hysteresis in the magnetization cycles indicates the presence of some weak ferromagnetic (FM) interactions. 相似文献

以Ga_2O_3、Y_2O_3、Cr(NO_3)_3·9H_2O为原料,柠檬酸为配位剂,通过溶胶-凝胶高温固相合成法制备出Ga_(2-2x)O_3∶2xCr~(3+)(Ga_2O_3∶xCr)与Y_3Ga_(5-5x)O_(12)∶5xCr~(3+)(YGG∶xCr)2种多晶粉体(x=0.01,0.03,0.05,0.07)。并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光光谱(PL)对样品的结构、组成、形貌和荧光性能进行测试分析。XRD和IR分析结果显示在900℃煅烧后Ga_2O_3∶xCr和YGG∶xCr两种样品均成相。SEM照片显示Ga_2O_3∶xCr样品形貌为柱形多面体,YGG∶xCr为短棒状。PL结果显示Cr~(3+)在Ga_2O_3和YGG两种基质中的最强荧光发射峰分别位于742和740 nm,均属于Cr~(3+)的~2E-~4A_2跃迁,对比发现Cr~(3+)在YGG基质中的荧光发射强度更强,在远红光区的荧光性能更好,能满足温室照明中植物光合作用的需求。 相似文献

As an Hg-free lamp using phosphor, the Bi^3+ and EH^3+ co-doped Y2O2S phosphors were prepared and their luminescence properties under vacuum ultraviolet(VUV) excitation were investigated. The VUV photoluminescent intensity of Y2O2S:Eu^3+ was weak, however, considerably stronger red emission at 626 nm with good color purity was observed in Y2O2S:Eu^3+,Bi^3+ systems. Investigation on the photoluminescence reveals that the strong VUV luminescence of Y2O2S:Eu^3+,Bi^3+ at 147 nm is mainly because the Bi^3+ acts as a medium and effectively performs the energy transfer process: Y^3+-O^2-→Bi^3+→Eu^3+, while the intense emission band at 172 nm is attributed to the absorption of the characteristic ^1So-^1P1 transition of Bi^3+ and the direct energy transfer from Bi^3+ to Eu^3+. The Y2O2S:Eu^3+,Bi^3+ shows excellent VUV optical properties compared with the commercial (Y,Gd)BO3:Eu^3+. Thus, the Y2O2S:Eu^3+,Bi^3+ can be a potential red VUV-excited candidate applied in Hg-free lamps for backlight of liquid crystal display. 相似文献

Yttrium molybdate (Y2Mo3O12) has been prepared by non-hydrolytic sol–gel chemistry. The phase evolution upon heating was investigated using in situ and ex situ heat treatments combined with powder X-ray diffraction. This method has led to the isolation of two orthorhombic phases with different atomic connectivity. Yttrium adopts 6- and 7-coordinate sites in the Pbcn and Pba2 structures, respectively. Cocrystallization of both phases was observed in a narrow temperature range, suggesting that crystallization kinetics play a major role in phase formation. It was found that the Pba2 phase is the stable polymorph below 550 °C, and converts to Pbcn at higher temperatures. 相似文献

The SiO2/Y2O3:Eu core-shell materials and hollow spheres were first synthesized by a template-mediated method. X-ray diffraction patterns indicated that the broadened diffraction peaks result from nanocrystals of Y2O3:Eu shells and hollow spheres. X-ray photoelectron spectra showed that the Y2O3:Eu shells are linked with silica cores by Si-O-Y chemical bond. SEM and TEM observations showed that the size of SiO2/Y2O3:Eu core-shell structure is in the range of 140-180 nm, and the thickness of Y2O3:Eu hollow spherical shell is about 20-40 nm. The photoluminescence spectra of SiO2/Y2O3:Eu core-shell materials and Y2O3:Eu hollow spheres have better red luminescent properties, and the broadened emission bands came from the size effects of nanocrystals composed of Y2O3:Eu shell. 相似文献

The synthesis, structure, and physical properties of five R-type Ru ferrites with chemical formula BaMRu5O11 (M=Li and Cu) and BaM′2Ru4O11 (M′=Mn, Fe and Co) are reported. All the ferrites crystallize in space group P63/mmc and consist of layers of edge sharing octahedra interconnected by pairs of face sharing octahedra and isolated trigonal bipyramids. For M=Li and Cu, the ferrites are paramagnetic metals with the M atoms found on the trigonal bipyramid sites exclusively. For M′=Mn, Fe and Co, the ferrites are soft ferromagnetic metals. For M′=Mn, the Mn atoms are mixed randomly with Ru atoms on different sites. The magnetic structure for BaMn2Ru4O11 is reported. 相似文献

Vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) excitation and photoluminescent (PL) properties of Eu3+ and Tb3+ ion-doped aluminate phosphors, GdCaAl3O7:Eu3+ and GdCaAl3O7:Tb3+ have been investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns indicate that the phosphor GdCaAl3O7 forms without impurity phase at 900 °C. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) images show that the particle size of the phosphor is less than 3 μm. Upon excitation with VUV irradiation, the phosphors show a strong emission at around 619 nm corresponding to the forced electric dipole 5D0→7F2 transition of Eu3+, and at around 545 nm corresponding to the 5D4→7F5 transition of Tb3+. The results reveal that both GdCaAl3O7:RE3+ (RE=Eu, Tb) are potential candidates as red and green phosphors, respectively, for use in plasma display panel (PDP). 相似文献

In attempts to synthesize lanthanide(III) nitride iodides with the formula M2NI3 (M=La-Nd), moisture-sensitive single crystals of the first quaternary sodium lanthanide(III) nitride iodides NaM4N2I7 (orthorhombic, Pna21; Z=4; a=1391-1401, b=1086-1094, c=1186-1211 pm) could be obtained. The dominating structural features are chains of trans-edge linked [NM4]9+ tetrahedra, which run parallel to the polar 21-axis [001]. Between the chains, direct bonding via special iodide anions generates cages, in which isolated [NaI6]5- octahedra are embedded. The IR spectrum of NaLa4N2I7 recorded from 100 to 1000 cm-1 shows main bands at υ=337, 373 and 489 cm-1. With decreasing radii of the lanthanide trications these bands, which can be assigned as an influence of the vibrations of the condensed [NM4]9+ tetrahedra, are shifted toward higher frequencies for the NaM4N2I7 series (M=La-Nd), following the lanthanide contraction. 相似文献

The local environments for oxygen in yttrium-containing pyrochlores and fluorites, Y2(B1−xB′x)2O7 (B=Ti, B′=Sn, Zr) are investigated by using solid state 17O MAS NMR spectroscopy. The quadrupolar coupling constants of the nucleus, 17O are sufficiently small for these ionic oxides, that high-resolution spectra are obtained from the MAS spectra. Different oxygen NMR resonances are observed due to local environments with differing numbers of metal cations (Y3+, Sn4+, Ti4+ and Zr4+), allowing the numbers of different local environments to be quantified and cation mixing to be investigated. Evidence for pyrochlore-like local ordering is detected for Y2Zr2O7, which nominally adopts the fluorite structure. 相似文献

A new series of layered perovskite photocatalysts, ABi2Ta2O9 (A=Ca, Sr, Ba), were synthesized by the conventional solid-state reaction method and the crystal structures were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the structure of ABi2Ta2O9 (A=Ca, Sr) is orthorhombic, while that of BaBi2Ta2O9 is tetragonal. First-principles calculations of the electronic band structures and density of states (DOS) revealed that the conduction bands of these photocatalysts are mainly attributable to the Ta 5d+Bi 6p+O 2p orbitals, while their valence bands are composed of hybridization with O 2p+Ta 5d+Bi 6s orbitals. Photocatalytic activities for water splitting were investigated under UV light irradiation and indicated that these photocatalysts are highly active even without co-catalysts. The formation rate of H2 evolution from an aqueous methanol solution is about 2.26 mmol h-1 for the photocatalyst SrBi2Ta2O9, which is much higher than that of CaBi2Ta2O9 and BaBi2Ta2O9. The photocatalytic properties are discussed in close connection with the crystal structure and the electronic structure in details. 相似文献

An efficient and economical protocol for the synthesis of 5-substituted 1H-tetrazoles from various nitriles and sodium azide is described using magnetically recoverable and reusable CuFe2O4 nanoparticles. A wide variety of aryl nitriles underwent [2+3] cycloaddition under mild reaction conditions to afford tetrazoles in good to excellent yields. The crystal structures of K2S2O7, KNaS2O7 and Na2S2O7 have been solved and/or refined from X-ray synchrotron powder diffraction data and conventional single-crystal data. K2S2O7: From powder diffraction data, monoclinic C2/c, Z=4, a=12.3653(2), b=7.3122(1), , β=93.0792(7)°, RBragg=0.096. KNaS2O7: From powder diffraction data; triclinic , Z=2, a=5.90476(9), b=7.2008(1), , α=101.7074(9), β=90.6960(7), γ=94.2403(9)°, RBragg=0.075. Na2S2O7: From single-crystal data; triclinic , Z=2, a=6.7702(9), b=6.7975(10), , α=116.779(2), β=96.089(3), γ=84.000(3)°, RF=0.033. The disulphate anions are essentially eclipsed. All three structures can be described as dichromate-like, where the alkali cations coordinate oxygens of the isolated disulphate groups in three-dimensional networks. The K-O and Na-O coordinations were determined from electron density topology and coordination geometry. The three structures have a cation-disulphate chain in common. In K2S2O7 and Na2S2O7 the neighbouring chains are antiparallel, while in KNaS2O7 the chains are parallel. The differences between the K2S2O7 and Na2S2O7 structures, with double-, respectively single-sided chain connections and straight, respectively, corrugated structural layers can be understood in terms of the differences in size and coordinating ability of the cations. 相似文献

Formation of nano-sized Y2O3-doped CeO2 (YCO) was observed in the chemical reaction between proton conducting Y2O3-doped BaCeO3 (BCY) and CO2 in the temperature range 700-1000 °C, which is generally prepared by wet-chemical methods that include sol-gel, hydrothermal, polymerization, combustion, and precipitation reactions. BCY can capture CO2 of 0.13 g per ceramic gram at 700 °C, which is comparable to that of the well-known Li2ZrO3 (0.15 g per ceramic gram at 600 °C). Powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX), laser particle size analysis (LPSA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and ac impedance spectroscopy were employed to characterize the reaction product obtained from reaction between BCY and CO2 and subsequent acid washing. PXRD study reveals presence of fluorite-like CeO2 (a=5.410 (1) Å) structure and BaCO3 in reaction products. TEM investigation of the acid washed product showed the formation of nano-sized material with particle sizes of about 50 nm. The electrical conductivity of acid washed product (YCO) in air was found to be about an order higher than the undoped CeO2 reported in the literature. 相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了Ce、Sm共掺Lu3Al5O12荧光粉。通过X射线衍射分析、荧光光谱分析研究了样品的结构、发光特性,并通过理论计算研究了能量传递效率、能量传递的临界距离以及能量传递方式。X射线衍射分析表明所制备的荧光粉具有单一的石榴石结构;荧光光谱分析表明,在464 nm蓝光激发下,Sm3+的引入可增加Lu3Al5O12:Ce,Sm发射光谱中红光成分,并且随着Sm3+浓度的增加,Ce3+发光强度逐渐减弱。计算出Ce3+、Sm3+之间的能量传递效率高达77.42%,确定了Ce3+、Sm3+之间的能量传递机制为偶极-偶极相互作用。 相似文献
