Perfluorocarboxylic thioesters RFC(O)SR (RF=CF3(CF2)j, R=CH3(CH2)i, i andj=0–5) were studied for the first time by GLC on packed columns using SE-30, SKTFT-50X, and XE-60 as the stationary phase. The values of thermodynamics functions of sorption were calculated. The correlations between these functions and the molecular structures as well as the conditions of analysis were established. The insertion of the S atom into the molecules of derivatives of perfluorocarboxylic acids causes a decrease in the contribution of the orientation interaction and an increase in the dispersion interaction of thioesters with the stationary phases compared to esters and amides of perfluorocarboxylic acids studied previously. Abstract

Carbonyl compounds react with CBr2F2 in the presence of phosphanes, RP (R = Ph, NR;), and metals (M = Zn, Cd, Pb) forming geminal difluoroolefins (eq. 1)1.

R′CHO + CBr2F2 + R3P + M → R′CH=CF2 + MBr2 + R3PO (1)

Without any doubt this reaction has to occur via the intermediate formation of difluoromethylene phosphoranes, which then undergo the Wittig reaction with carbonyl compounds (eq. 2). R3P=CF2 + R′CHO → R3PO + R′CH=CF2 (2).  相似文献

Molybdenum(VI) bis(imido) complexes [Mo(NtBu)2(LR)2] (R=H 1 a ; R=CF3 1 b ) combined with B(C6F5)3 ( 1 a /B(C6F5)3, 1 b /B(C6F5)3) exhibit a frustrated Lewis pair (FLP) character that can heterolytically split H−H, Si−H and O−H bonds. Cleavage of H2 and Et3SiH affords ion pairs [Mo(NtBu)(NHtBu)(LR)2][HB(C6F5)3] (R=H 2 a ; R=CF3 2 b ) composed of a Mo(VI) amido imido cation and a hydridoborate anion, while reaction with H2O leads to [Mo(NtBu)(NHtBu)(LR)2][(HO)B(C6F5)3] (R=H 3 a ; R=CF3 3 b ). Ion pairs 2 a and 2 b are catalysts for the hydrosilylation of aldehydes with triethylsilane, with 2 b being more active than 2 a . Mechanistic elucidation revealed insertion of the aldehyde into the B−H bond of [HB(C6F5)3]. We were able to isolate and fully characterize, including by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, the inserted products Mo(NtBu)(NHtBu)(LR)2][{PhCH2O}B(C6F5)3] (R=H 4 a ; R=CF3 4 b ). Catalysis occurs at [HB(C6F5)3] while [Mo(NtBu)(NHtBu)(LR)2]+ (R=H or CF3) act as the cationic counterions. However, the striking difference in reactivity gives ample evidence that molybdenum cations behave as weakly coordinating cations (WCC).  相似文献

Different methods for the preparation of fluorinated iminium salts RR1CNR2R3+MF6? (R=R1=F ; R2=R3=CH3, C2H5 M=As, Sb 4a ? c R=H, R1=F; R2=R3=CH3 M=As, Sb 5a, b R=R1=CF3; R2=H, R3=CH3 M=Sb 12 R=R1=CF3; R2=R3=CH3 M=As 14) are reported, the spectroscopic properties (IR, NMR) of the cations of these salts are briefly discussed. By F?-addition to these salts, e.g. to 16, perfluoroalkyl-bis(alkyl)-amines (e.g. (CF3)2CFN(CH3)2 15) can be prepared; from the methylation of CF3NCF2 bis(trifluoromethyl) methylamine (CF3)2NCH3 (11) was obtained.  相似文献

Fluorine-containing N,N-alkylidene bisamides RCH(NHCORf)2 (R: H, Aryl; Rf: CF3, CF2Cl, 2,6-C6H3F2) are conveniently prepared in good yields by the reaction of corresponding aldehydes with fluorine-containing amides (RfCONH2) in the presence of fluoroalkanesulfonic acids Rf′SO3H(Rf′: CF3, HCF2CF2, ICF2CF2OCF2CF2).  相似文献

In order to synthesize poly-(fluorinated alkanesulfonamides) a series of model experiments were carried out: (1) reactions of fluorinated alkanesulfonyl fluorides with amines, (2) reactions of fluorinated alkanesulfonyl chloride with amines and (3) reactions of sodium salts of fluorinated alkanesulfonamides with alkyl iodides of fluorinated alkanesulfonic acid esters. Seventeen new fluorinated alkanesulfonamides were prepared in good yields, namely: RFO(CF2)2SO2NR1R2 (1a-h), R1R2NSO2RFSO2NR1R2 (2a-h) and [Cl (CF2)4O(CF2)2SO2NH(CH2)3]2 (3). Reaction of RFSO2NH2 with equivalent amount of NaOCH3 and methyl iodide was shown to give both the N-mono- and N,N-di-substituted amides. Consequently the N-monosubstituted alkanesulfonamides were chosen as monomers for syntheses of the poly-(fluorinated alkanesulfonamides) and two new polymers were synthesized. The effect of the condition of the polycondensation on M?n of the polymers were discussed and elemental composition, 19F NMR, IR, M?n, Tg, tensile strength, thermal and chemical stabilities of the polymers were measured. Several new perfluoroalkanesulfonyl chlorides CISO2RFSO2Cl (4a-c) and fluorinated alkanesulfonic acid esters (6a-d) were synthesized. However, reaction of CFCl2CF2O(CF2)2SO2F with AlCl3 was found to give Cl3CCF2O(CF2)2SO2F (5) instead of the expected sulfonyl chloride.  相似文献

Nine organotin fluorocarboxylates RnSnO2CRf (n = 3, R = Bu, Rf = CF3, C2F5, C3F7, C7F15; R = Et, Rf = CF3, C2F5; R = Me, Rf = C2F5; n = 2, R = Me, Rf = CF3) have been synthesized; key examples have been used to deposit fluorine‐doped SnO2 thin films by atmospheric pressure chemical vapour deposition. Et3SnO2CC2F5, in particular, gives high‐quality films with fast deposition rates despite adopting a polymeric, carboxylate‐bridged structure in the solid state, as determined by X‐ray crystallography. Gas‐phase electron diffraction on the model compound Me3SnO2CC2F5 shows that accessible conformations do not allow contact between tin and fluorine, and that direct transfer is therefore unlikely to be part of the mechanism for fluorine incorporation in SnO2 films. The structure of Me2Sn(O2CCF3)2(H2O) has also been determined and adopts a trans‐Me2SnO3 coordination sphere about tin in which each carboxylate group is monodentate. Enantiomerically pure triflones R1CH(R2)SO2CF3 have been synthesized starting from the corresponding chiral alcohols via thiols and trifluoromethylsulfanes. Key steps of the syntheses of the sulfanes are the photochemical trifluoromethylation of the thiols with CF3Hal (Hal=halide) or substitution of alkoxyphosphinediamines with CF3SSCF3. The deprotonation of RCH(Me)SO2CF3 (R=CH2Ph, iHex) with nBuLi with the formation of salts [RC(Me)? SO2CF3]Li and their electrophilic capture both occurred with high enantioselectivities. Displacement of the SO2CF3 group of (S)‐MeOCH2C(Me)(CH2Ph)SO2CF3 (95 % ee) by an ethyl group through the reaction with AlEt3 gave alkane MeOCH2C(Me)(CH2Ph)Et of 96 % ee. Racemization of salts [R1C(R2)SO2CF3]Li follows first‐order kinetics and is mainly an enthalpic process with small negative activation entropy as revealed by polarimetry and dynamic NMR (DNMR) spectroscopy. This is in accordance with a Cα? S bond rotation as the rate‐determining step. Lithium α‐(S)‐trifluoromethyl‐ and α‐(S)‐nonafluorobutylsulfonyl carbanion salts have a much higher racemization barrier than the corresponding α‐(S)‐tert‐butylsulfonyl carbanion salts. Whereas [PhCH2C(Me)SO2tBu]Li/DMPU (DMPU = dimethylpropylurea) has a half‐life of racemization at ?105 °C of 2.4 h, that of [PhCH2C(Me)SO2CF3]Li at ?78 °C is 30 d. DNMR spectroscopy of amides (PhCH2)2NSO2CF3 and (PhCH2)N(Ph)SO2CF3 gave N? S rotational barriers that seem to be distinctly higher than those of nonfluorinated sulfonamides. NMR spectroscopy of [PhCH2C(Ph)SO2R]M (M=Li, K, NBu4; R=CF3, tBu) shows for both salts a confinement of the negative charge mainly to the Cα atom and a significant benzylic stabilization that is weaker in the trifluoromethylsulfonyl carbanion. According to crystal structure analyses, the carbanions of salts {[PhCH2C(Ph)SO2CF3]Li? L }2 ( L =2 THF, tetramethylethylenediamine (TMEDA)) and [PhCH2C(Ph)SO2CF3]NBu4 have the typical chiral Cα? S conformation of α‐sulfonyl carbanions, planar Cα atoms, and short Cα? S bonds. Ab initio calculations of [MeC(Ph)SO2tBu]? and [MeC(Ph)SO2CF3]? showed for the fluorinated carbanion stronger nC→σ* and nO→σ* interactions and a weaker benzylic stabilization. According to natural bond orbital (NBO) calculations of [R1C(R2)SO2R]? (R=tBu, CF3) the nC→σ*S? R interaction is much stronger for R=CF3. Ab initio calculations gave for [MeC(Ph)SO2tBu]Li ? 2 Me2O an O,Li,Cα contact ion pair (CIP) and for [MeC(Ph)SO2CF3]Li ? 2 Me2O an O,Li,O CIP. According to cryoscopy, [PhCH2C(Ph)SO2CF3]Li, [iHexC(Me)SO2CF3]Li, and [PhCH2C(Ph)SO2CF3]NBu4 predominantly form monomers in tetrahydrofuran (THF) at ?108 °C. The NMR spectroscopic data of salts [R1(R2)SO2R3]Li (R3=tBu, CF3) indicate that the dominating monomeric CIPs are devoid of Cα? Li bonds.  相似文献

The synthesis and full characterization of α-silylated (α-SiCPs; 1 – 7 ) and α-germylated (α-GeCPs; 11 – 13 ) phosphorus ylides bearing one chloride substituent R3PC(R1)E(Cl)R22 (R=Ph; R1=Me, Et, Ph; R2=Me, Et, iPr, Mes; E=Si, Ge) is presented. The molecular structures were determined by X-ray diffraction studies. The title compounds were applied in halide abstraction studies in order to access cationic species. The reaction of Ph3PC(Me)Si(Cl)Me2 ( 1 ) with Na[B(C6F5)4] furnished the dimeric phosphonium-like dication [Ph3PC(Me)SiMe2]2[B(C6F5)4]2 ( 8 ). The highly reactive, mesityl- or iPr-substituted cationic species [Ph3PC(Me)SiMes2][B(C6F5)4] ( 9 ) and [Ph3PC(Et)SiiPr2][B(C6F5)4] ( 10 ) could be characterized by NMR spectroscopy. Carrying out the halide abstraction reaction in the sterically demanding ether iPr2O afforded the protonated α-SiCP [Ph3PCH(Et)Si(Cl)iPr2][B(C6F5)4] ( 6 dec ) by sodium-mediated basic ether decomposition, whereas successfully synthesized [Ph3PC(Et)SiiPr2][B(C6F5)4] ( 10 ) readily cleaves the F−C bond in fluorobenzene. Thus, the ambiphilic character of α-SiCPs is clearly demonstrated. The less reactive germanium analogue [Ph3PC(Me)GeMes2][B{3,5-(CF3)2C6H3}4] ( 14 ) was obtained by treating 11 with Na[B{3,5-(CF3)2C6H3}4] and fully characterized including by X-ray diffraction analysis. Structural parameters indicate a strong CYlide−Ge interaction with high double bond character, and consequently the C−E (E=Si, Ge) bonds in 9 , 10 and 14 were analyzed with NBO and AIM methods.  相似文献

In contrast to RFSO3CH2R(1)(R=hydrogen, alkyl and perfluoroalkyl) and RFSO3CF2RF′ (2), the reactions of difluoromethyl perfluoroalkanesulfonates RFSO3CF2H (3) With nucleophiles are more complicated. Halide inos, X? (X = F, Cl, I) and ethanol only attack the alkoxyl carbon atom, cleaving the C? O bond to give HCF2X (4) and HCF2OEt (5) respectively. Other reagents such as RCO2? (R=CH3, CF3), C6H5S? etc. can either attack the carbon or sulfur atom of 3 to give the corresponding products of C? O and S? O bond cleavages. More basic nucleophiles RO? (R = C6H5, Et) mainly abstract the proton of the HCF2 moiety to produce difluorocarbene. Ether and benzene, which can be alkylated by methyl perfluoroalkanesulfonate, do not react with 3 under similar conditions. The reaction rate of 3 with KF is much slower than that of 1 (R = H). All these data seem to indicate that the shielding effect caused by the two fluorine atoms on the methyl carbon in 3 prevents to some extent the nucleophilic attack on this carbon, but not so completely as in 2 due to the presence of a hydrogen atom.  相似文献

An effective visible-light-induced perfluoroalkylation of conjugated tosyl amides using Rf-X (X = I or Br) as the Rf source by Ir photocatalyst was disclosed. This protocol provides a new way to prepare oxindoles or α-aryl-β-fluoroalkyl amides bearing various perfluorinated moieties such as n-C3F7, i-C3F7, n-C4F9, n-C6F13, n-C8F17, n-C10F21 and CF2CO2Et.  相似文献

A highly diastereoselective addition of nitromethane to the C=N bond of enantiomeric fluorine containing Ellman's aldimines, RFCH=NS(O)tert-Bu (RF=CF3, CF2Br, C2F5, HC2F4), has been successfully developed. The synthetic potential of the resulting β-nitrosulfinylamides was demonstrated through their conversion into optically active α-fluoroalkylated 1,3-nitroamines, 1,3-diamines, and 4-fluoroalkylated imidazolidin-2-ones.  相似文献

The reactions (R = CF3, C2F5, and i,-C3F7) have been studied competitively in the gas phase over the range of 27–231°C. The following Arrhenius parameters were obtained:
log A,(cm3/mol · s) E,(kJ/mol)
R = CF3 13.99 ± 0.21 17.1 ± 2.0
R = C2F5 13.97 ± 0.20 11.5 ± 2.0
R = i,-C3F7 14.18 ± 0.20 10.2 ± 2.0
The above data lead to bond dissociation energies D(R-I) which are compared with previous published results. The following values are recommended: D,(CF3-I) = 224, D,(C2F5-I) = 219, and D,(i,-C3F7-I) = 215 kJ/mol.  相似文献

Thermal decarbonylation of the acyl compounds [Mn(CO)5(CORF)] (RF=CF3, CHF2, CH2CF3, CF2CH3) yielded the corresponding alkyl derivatives [Mn(CO)5(RF)], some of which have not been previously reported. The compounds were fully characterized by analytical and spectroscopic methods and by several single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The solution-phase IR characterization in the CO stretching region, with the assistance of DFT calculations, has allowed the assignment of several weak bands to vibrations of the [Mn(12CO)4(eq-13CO)(RF)] and [Mn(12CO)4(ax-13CO)(RF)] isotopomers and a ranking of the RF donor power in the order CF3<CHF2<CH2CF3≈CF2CH3. The homolytic Mn−RF bond cleavage in [Mn(CO)5(RF)] at various temperatures under saturation conditions with trapping of the generated RF radicals by excess tris(trimethylsilyl)silane yielded activation parameters ΔH and ΔS that are believed to represent close estimates of the homolytic bond dissociation thermodynamic parameters. These values are in close agreement with those calculated in a recent DFT study (J. Organomet. Chem. 2018 , 864, 12–18). The ability of these complexes to undergo homolytic Mn−RF bond cleavage was further demonstrated by the observation that [Mn(CO)5(CF3)] (the compound with the strongest Mn−RF bond) initiated the radical polymerization of vinylidene fluoride (CH2=CF2) to produce poly(vinylidene fluoride) in good yields by either thermal (100 °C) or photochemical (UV or visible light) activation.

Formation and Stability of Difluoromcthylene Phosphoranes, R3P —c?F2 In the presence of metals and carbonyl compounds, R″R′CO, the reaction of difluoro-halomethanes, CF2X2, with phosphanes, R3P, leads to the formation of geminal difluoroolefins, R″R′C=CF2. Our investigations have proved that difluorohalomethylphosphonium halides, [R3P–CF2X]X, and difluoromethylene phosphoranes, R3P–C??F2, are formed intermediately. The phosphonium salts are stable. They can be isolated as crystalline substances. They are reduced by metals or phosphanes forming unstable difluoromethylene phosphoranes as intermediates. These decompose into phosphane and difluorocarbene, CF2, if suitable reactants are absent. Their reaction with hydrogen halides, HX, yields difluoromethylphosphonium salts, [R3P–CHF2]X. The formation of difluoromethylene phosphoranes by addition of CF2 to R3P is not possible.  相似文献

The study of perfluoroalkyl metal complexes is key to understand and improve metal-promoted perfluoroalkylation reactions. Herein, we report the synthesis of the first gold complexes with primary or secondary perfluoroalkyl ligands by photoinitiated reactions between AuI organometallic complexes and iodoperfluoroalkanes. Complexes of the types LAuRF (L=PPh3 or N,N-bis(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)imidazol-2-ylidene; RF=n-C4F9, n-C6F13, i-C3F7, c-C6F11) and [Au(RF)(Ar)I(PPh3)] (Ar=2,4,6-trimethylphenyl) have been isolated and characterized. Alkynes RFC≡CR were formed by reaction of Ph3PAuC≡CR (R=Ph, nHex) with IRF (RF=n-C4F9, i-C3F7). According to the evidences obtained, this transformation undergoes through a photoinitiated radical mechanism. AuIII complexes [Au(n-C4F9)(X)(Y)L] (X=Y=Cl, Br, I, Me; X=Me, Y=I) have been prepared or in situ generated, and their thermal or photochemical decomposition reactions have been studied.  相似文献

A series of heteroligated (salicylaldiminato)(β‐enaminoketonato)titanium complexes [3‐But‐2‐OC6H3CH = N(C6F5)] [PhN = C(R1)CHC(R2)O]TiCl2 [ 3a : R1 = CF3, R2 = tBu; 3b : R1 = Me, R2 = CF3; 3c : R1 = CF3, R2 = Ph; 3d : R1 = CF3, R2 = C6H4Ph(p ); 3e : R1 = CF3, R2 = C6H4Ph(o ); 3f : R = CF3, R2 = C6H4Cl(p ); 3g : R1 = CF3; R2 = C6H3Cl2(2,5); 3h : R1 = CF3, R2 = C6H4Me(p )] were investigated as catalysts for ethylene (co)polymerization. In the presence of modified methylaluminoxane as a cocatalyst, these complexes showed activities about 50%–1000% and 10%–100% higher than their corresponding bis(β‐enaminoketonato) titanium complexes for ethylene homo‐ and ethylene/1‐hexene copolymerization, respectively. They produced high or moderate molecular weight copolymers with 1‐hexene incorporations about 10%–200% higher than their homoligated counterpart pentafluorinated FI‐Ti complex. Among them, complex 3b displayed the highest activity [2.06 × 106 g/molTi?h], affording copolymers with the highest 1‐hexene incorporations of 34.8 mol% under mild conditions. Moreover, catalyst 3h with electron‐donating group not only exhibited much higher 1‐hexene incorporations (9.0 mol% vs. 3.2 mol%) than pentafluorinated FI‐Ti complex but also generated copolymers with similar narrow molecular weight distributions (M w/M n = 1.20–1.26). When the 1‐hexene concentration in the feed was about 2.0 mol/L and the hexene incorporation of resultant polymer was about 9.0 mol%, a quasi‐living copolymerization behavior could be achieved. 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic analysis of their resulting copolymers demonstrated the possible copolymerization mechanism, which was related with the chain initiation, monomer insertion style, chain transfer and termination during the polymerization process. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Density functional theory calculations show that the heightened stability of α-keto radicals, the derivatives of perfluorinated α-diketones of general formula CF3C(O)C(O)RF (RF = i-C3F7; t-C4F9), in perfluoro-tert-butanol can be caused by the H-bond-imposed formation of cation radicals of vicinal dienols.  相似文献

Dimethyl phosphorochloridate reacted with RFCH2NH2 in ether in the presence of Et3N to afford (MeO)2P(O)NHCH2RF, where RF = CF3 and C2F5, in 39 and 47% yield, respectively. Similar reactions with di-n-propyl and diisopropyl phosphorochloridates could be effected only with H2NCH2CF3 when 4-dimethylaminopyridine catalyst was added and (n-PrO)2P(O)NHCH2CF3 and (i-PrO)2P(O)NHCH2CF3 were isolated in 49 and 25% yield, respectively. Treatment of POCl3 with one molar equivalent each of H2NCH2CF3 and Et3N permitted the synthesis of Cl2P(O)NHCH2CF3 in 43% yield. Bis(fluoroalkyl) phosphorochloridates (RFO)2P(O)Cl, where RF = C2F5CH2, C3F7CH2 and (CF3)2CH, reacted with 2,2,2-trifluoroethylamine and 2,2,3,3,3-pentafluoropropylamine to furnish phosphoramidates (RFO)2P(O)NHCH2R, where R = CF3 or C2F5, in yields of 32-67%.  相似文献

The mass spectrometry of perfluoro compounds (F-alkyl compounds) has seldom been the subject of systematic studies. Fluorocarbons excepted, only a few mass spectra of such compounds have been analysed and corresponding fragmentations correlated. In this paper we report the mass spectra of 19 amides of perfluoro acids (RFCONHR) with R=benzyl, 2-phenylethyl, 2-phenylpropyl, 3-phenylpropyl, 2-(N-phenylamino)ethyl, and RF=F-methyl, n-perfluoropropyl, n-perfluoropentyl and n-perfluoroheptyl. These compounds exhibit quite different behaviour from their hydrocarbon homologues under electron impact (for instance no [RFCO]+ fragment was found). Specific deuterium labelling and high resolution measurements have been used to show typical rearrangements and to establish the fragmentation routes.  相似文献
