A procedure for the determination of phenols has been developed as an alternative to the method DIN 38 409 H16. Based on multicomponent analysis using the PLS algorithm it is possible to analyze phenols selectively within three groups. Moreover, two methods of back-ground correction have been explored, the so called UVMA-method [1] and the method of turbid standard solutions. The procedure described provides advantages in the determination of poly-hydric and/or para-substituted phenols. It can be preferably used for the analysis of phenolic waste waters of the brown coal conversion industry. Pyrolysis combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is used in an attempt to distinguish lignins derived from an angiosperm and a gymnosperm on the basis of their pyrolysis products. The study is extended to examine the pyrolysis products of Australian soft brown coal woods that have undergone varying degrees of gelification during the soft brown coal stage of coalification. Comparison of the lignin and brown coal pyrograms shows that the brown coals may be derived from gymnosperms, which is in agreement with the results of previous microscopic studies. Poorly gelified brown coals are also shown to contain significant amounts of furan-type products which are not present in the gelified soft brown coal woods. No systematic variation was observed in the distribution of methoxy compounds and the macroscopically and microscopically defined degree of gelification. Finally pyrolysis of low rank vitrinites shows a relative lack of substituted phenols in their pyrograms, but a relative increase in concentration of substituted polycyclic aromatics, compared with highly gelified brown coals.  相似文献

针对云南褐煤,用真空干燥脱水和恒温恒湿箱处理获得了不同含水率的褐煤,在常温常压(t=19.3℃,p=1.01×105Pa)条件下研究了褐煤含水率对油煤浆流变特性的影响。研究表明,原料煤含水率对油煤浆黏度和流变特性有一定的影响。随褐煤含水率增加,油煤浆黏度先减小后增加。油煤浆浓度不同,剪切速率不同,黏度出现最低值的含水率值wmin也不同。浓度为45.45%的油煤浆,剪切速率小于4.4 s-1时,wmin为9.20%;剪切速率大于4.4 s-1时,wmin为7.80%。浓度为55.56%的油煤浆,剪切速率小于1.32 s-1时,wmin为7.40%;剪切速率大于1.32 s-1时,wmin为10.00%。随剪切速率变化,油煤浆黏度上下行曲线之间形成滞后环,表明油煤浆体系有触变性,并且不同含水率煤浆体系触变性不同,含水率越大,触变性越明显。实验中不同含水率褐煤油煤浆都属于假塑性流体,且含水率对模型参数有一定的影响。  相似文献

Once coal is excavated it comes into contact with atmospheric oxygen and begins to undergo low temperature oxidation. The mechanism by which the molecular oxygen interacts with the coal macromolecule is suggested to occur in several steps. These steps primarily involve O(2) diffusion to the surface where physical adsorption followed by chemical adsorption takes place. The chemical adsorption forms several types of oxides that can subsequently react to form several products, primarily CO(2). It has also been suggested that some of these oxidation mechanisms might involve radical reactions. As the previous studies were conducted under conditions where significant structural changes occur it is possible that in the low temperature range (T < 100 °C) the oxidation mechanism is different. Several different rank (lignite-subbituminous-bituminous) coals were isothermally heated at 95 °C in an air atmosphere for a period of up to 6 months and samples were collected at two week intervals. The radical concentration of each sample was measured by Continuous Wave Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (CW-EPR). It is apparent that there are distinct differences between the lower rank (lignite) and the higher rank (subbituminous, bituminous) coals. The lower rank coals exhibited only carbon centered radicals with an adjacent oxygen atom and the higher rank coals exhibited only carbon centered radicals. Interestingly, the lower rank coals exhibited no change in radical concentration due to the long term oxidation treatment while the higher rank coals showed a distinct increase in the radical concentration. These findings shed new light on the complex heterogeneous low temperature oxidation reactions occurring at the coal surface.  相似文献

采用化学法测定了四种典型中国低阶煤中羧基、醇羟基、酚羟基、甲氧基和羰基含氧官能团。其中,羧基的定量分析采用醋酸钙溶液和pH值为8.3的缓冲溶液进行,分析了测定条件对羧基和酸性含氧官能团测定结果的影响。结果表明,在N2气氛下比空气条件下测定羧基含量准确,褐煤中羧酸根的主要存在形式为羧酸盐,酸洗后煤样中酚羟基的测定值随着离子交换溶液pH值的增加而增大;褐煤中的含氧官能团主要是羧基和羟基,分别占总氧量的34.49%和34.79%;在不同低阶煤中存在不同含量的羰基,甲氧基含量较小。  相似文献

Fourier transform infrared micro-scale analysis of organic matter has been applied to characterise individual petrographic components of coal. The use of an infrared microscope made it possible to study and compare different parts of a single individual grain of vitrinite. This method enables analysis of particular macerals without the need for previous separation from coals. For this purpose the polished grainy micro-sections of coal have been prepared. The results obtained indicated the progression of aromatisation in the vitrinite structure with an increase of coalification degree of the parent coals.  相似文献

为了确定手选富显微组分煤及焦的燃烧特性,从显微组分和煤阶的角度用热天平的燃烧曲线研究反应性,并给出焦的活化能。煤和焦的比表面积由液氮等温吸附求得,并用扫描电镜观察了焦的表面形态。用灰色关联法分析各显微组分和煤阶对反应性和表面形态的影响。结果表明,镜质组对煤和焦反应性和表面形态均有重大影响,煤的反应性受显微组分的影响比煤焦更显著,若不考虑矿物质的影响,则各因素对煤及焦反应性影响次序为V>R>I>E。  相似文献

Earthy and xylytic brown coals from Poland have been sulphonated with 98% sulfuric acid at temperatures of 60°, 90° and 140°C. The main exothemic peak shifts to higher temperatures with increase in sulphonation reaction temperature whereas overall weight loss to 1000°C decreases. DTA curves of earthy and xylytic coals sulphonated at higher temperatures are similar, even though DTA curves of the unmodified coals differ appreciably. Thermal decomposition of earthy coal oxidized by nitric acid follows a different pattern. Nitric acid causes oxidation and depolymerization of the organic components and this is reflected in the shapes of DTA and TG curves of oxidized coals. As the nitric acid concentration and reaction temperature increase, the main exothermic peak shifts to lower temperatures (from 330°C for basic coal to 270°C for coal oxidized with 30 and 50% nitric acid). The weight loss is higher for oxidized coal than for coal unmodified by nitric acid.  相似文献

Understanding the ignition behaviour of coal is of utmost importance for the design of boilers and control of the combustion process. In recent years there has been an increasing utilisation of coal blends for combustion, but information on the possible interactive effects during ignition of the individual components is scarce. In this work the ignition behaviour of a series of coal blends, made up from three coals of different rank, sub-bituminous, high volatile and low volatile bituminous, was studied. To this end a thermogravimetric analyser linked to a mass spectrometer for evolved gas analysis was used. Different ignition behaviour was observed for the coals studied; the sub-bituminous and low volatile bituminous coals ignited heterogeneously, while homogeneous ignition occurred for the high volatile bituminous coal. In the case of blends of the low and high volatile bituminous coals, different mechanisms of ignition were observed depending on the blends composition. Hypercoal(HPC)被作为一种添加剂加入到两种性质不同的炼焦煤中,以探讨其对炼焦煤炭化的改质作用。通过偏光显微镜以及扫描电镜观测炭化产物的组织结构变化。结果表明,添加剂的用量以及粒径对炼焦煤炭化改质作用的大小与原料煤的煤质有关,对焦煤改质时要求添加剂颗粒的粒径较大;而对弱黏结性煤改质时,添加剂粒径较小且添加量较多更有利于黏结和熔融作用。通过添加HPC可改善焦煤因过度膨胀造成的不均匀孔隙结构,而且孔的数量与孔径减小,孔壁增厚;添加剂在炭化过程中产生的胶质体促进了弱黏结性煤的黏结和熔融,改善了炭化产物的结构。实验还考察了原料中水分、成型压力等因素对炭化产物结构的影响。结果表明,煤中水分会在炭化产物中产生特殊的孔隙结构,而成型压力对炭化改质作用则因原料煤质不同而不同。  相似文献

选取12种不同变质程度的煤,通过等离子体热解实验考察了煤的挥发分产率、煤中氧质量分数、灰分产率对乙炔收率和结焦的影响。研究结果表明,挥发分产率为30%~40%的烟煤,热解时具有较高的乙炔收率;含氧量越高的煤,生成的碳氧化物越多,相应的乙炔收率较低;煤中的矿物质与乙炔收率之间并不存在相关性,但煤中的矿物质有利于CO的生成。影响结焦量的主要因素与煤的矿物质密切相关,煤中掺入二氧化硅和天然河沙能够明显增加结焦量,改变结焦形态。  相似文献

By means of in-situ diffuse reflectance FTIR.The IR spectra of 6 coals with different ranks were obtained from room temperature to 230℃.A new curve fitting method was used to recognize the different hydrogen bonds in the coals.and the influence of coal ranks on the distribution of hydrogen bonds(HBs) in the coals and their thermal stability were discussed.The results show that there is another new HB(around 2514cm^-1) between the-SH in mercaptans or thiophenols and the nitrogen in the pyridine-like compounds in the coals.and the evidence for that was provided.The controversial band of the HB between hydroxyl and the nitrogen of the pyridine-like compounds was determined in the range of 3028-2984cm^-1,and the result is comsistent with but more specific than that of Painter et al.It was ound that the stability of different HBs in the coals is influenced by both coal rank and temperature,For some HBs.the higher the coal rank,the higher the stability of them.Within the temperature range of our research,the stability of the HB between the hydroxyl and the π bond increases to some extent for some coals at temperatures higher than 110 or 140℃.  相似文献

采用四种标准煤样和模型化合物(WK11离子交换树脂及其Na和Ca类型),在30℃~60℃对比研究煤的吡啶气相吸附等温线和影响其吸附行为的因素。模型化合物结果表明:吡啶能断开WK11中的固有氢键,形成更强的吡啶-羧基官能团氢键,Na或Ca型WK11由于无法与吡啶形成氢键,因此吸附量很小,并几乎无溶胀现象。四种煤样的吡啶吸附结果表明:由于煤化程度和结构的不同,至少有两种类型的吡啶吸附等温线。同时,煤的吡啶吸附总量并不仅取决于在吸附过程中形成的氢键数量,而且也受其它特殊作用力的影响,这种影响对于高阶煤尤其显著。  相似文献

Instrumental neutron activation analysis /INAA/ method was applied to measure major, minor and trace elements in 34 samples of hard and brown coal originating from eight Polish coal mines. The elemental concentrations of 38 elements /Na, Mg, Al, Cl, K, Ca, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, As, Se, Br, Rb, Sr, Mo, Ag, Cd, In, Sb, I, Cs, Ba, La, Ce, Sm, Eu, Lu, W, Au and Th/ are presented and compared with published data for coals from various origin. Enrichment factors, calculated relative to iron and the average crustal rock composition, indicated that several elements are highly enriched in Polish coals.  相似文献

研究了酸-碱脱灰处理对鹤壁、淮南和靖远煤的有机组成、表面性质以及成浆性的影响。结果表明,酸-碱脱灰处理后煤质特性都发生了明显变化。主要表现在灰分下降,水分增加,挥发分降低,总碳量和芳香碳增加;氧的质量分数下降,酚羟基氧质量分数增加;硫的质量分数降低。酸-碱脱灰处理后煤的成浆性明显变差,在煤粒度分布、分散剂种类和用量相同时,脱灰处理使鹤壁、淮南、靖远三种煤成浆的定黏(1 000 mPa·s)浓度,分别比相应原煤下降了4.6%,6.6%和4.4%。进一步研究表明,经酸-碱脱灰处理,上述3种煤对所用4种分散剂的吸附量都明显增加,煤粒的Zeta电位也明显增加。酸-碱脱灰处理使研究用煤的成浆性变差,主要是由于煤的有机组成和表面性质变化引起的。  相似文献

比热容是煤炭热物理性质之一,在煤矿的矿井防火、防止煤与瓦斯突出、井下降温设计及煤炭加工利用(如煤炭的燃烧、气化、焦化、液化等)等方面是关键参数之一,对提高煤炭热能利用率、提高经济效益、减少环境污染等,具有非常重要的意义。比热容的影响因素很多,如煤化程度、水分质量分数、热解温度等,煤焦微观结构的影响也是其中很重要的一方面。分形几何由Mandelbrot 1982年创立,是定量描述自相似或自相关等不规则形体的工具。研究表明,煤焦微观结构具有分形特征。在煤焦分形的研究中,常用的实验技术方法为吸附法、小角度X射线散射法和孔度法,采用扫描电子显微镜和数字图象处理方法研究煤焦的分形结构,能更加深入地理解其分形维数与性能的关系。  相似文献

阴离子型添加剂的分子结构特征对水煤浆浆体性质的影响   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:4  
选用分子结构特征不同的三类共七种添加剂和变质程度不同的八种煤,对添加剂的分子结构特征与煤质及水煤浆浆体各性质间的匹配规律进行研究。结果表明,以多核芳烃为缩聚单体的磺酸盐类添加剂中甲基取代基的引入对煤的成浆性不利,但有利于浆体向塑性流体转变和静态稳定性的提高;苄基取代基的引入能提高分析基氧体积分数低的煤种的成浆性,但是其浆体的静态稳定性较差。富含极性含氧官能团且变质程度较低的煤种在使用磺化程度较高的腐植酸盐类添加剂制浆时,可以制备出较高定黏浓度的水煤浆。腐植酸类添加剂磺化度较高时改善了浆体的流变性。对于腐植酸类和木质素类添加剂,磺化度较高的添加剂有利于挥发分较高的煤种所制浆体的静态稳定性的提高。  相似文献

选用两种不同类型的分散剂,考察了11种不同变质程度煤在高浓度煤浆制备过程中的浆体抗搅拌性能。发现高浓度煤浆制备对应的最佳搅拌强度不仅与分散剂的种类有关,而且取决于煤的变质程度。浆体抗搅拌性能随制浆用煤的变质程度的提高而增强,从而使较高变质程度煤的高浓度煤浆制备需在较高的搅拌强度下进行,才能最大限度地提高煤的成浆性。相关分析表明,煤表面分布的羧基、酚羟基等亲水性基团对浆体抗搅拌性会产生重要影响,煤表面此类基团的含量较高或吸水性较强时可使高浓度煤浆制备的最佳搅拌强度大幅度降低。  相似文献

Pyrolysis—gas chromatography of brown coal exhibits additive properties and it is therefore possible to construct the pyrogram of the original coal from the individual pyrograms of the bitumen, humic acids, lignin and humin fractions. The contents of phenols in the pyrograms are typical for all of the above classes except bitumen and are in agreement with the contents of the individual groups in the original coal. The results suggest that the separation does not bring about significant chemical changes in individual brown coal fractions.  相似文献
