Sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone ketone)(SPEEKK) membranes with different degrees of sulfonation(DS) were successfully prepared via electrospinning method. The morphology of the resulted membranes varies from nanospheres to nanofibers with increasing the concentration of SPEEKK. The conductivities of the membranes prepared under the same condition increase with the DS increasing. A new diamine, disodium 4, 4‘-di(4-aminophenoxy)-3, 3‘-disulfonate-1, 1‘-diphenylketone, was prepared from the nucleophilic substitution of disodium 4, 4‘-difluoro-3, Y-disulfonate-1, l‘-diphenylketone and p-aminophenol. Polymerization of this diamine and 4,4‘-diamino-1, 1‘-diphenyl ether with 3, 3‘, 4, 4‘-tetracarboxyl dianhydride-1, 1‘- diphenyl ketone gave ion-exchange copolyimide. The new diamine and its polyimide were characterized with ^1H-NMR and FT-IR.  相似文献

Three novel poly(ether imide)s were synthesized by one-step solution polymerization from 2-(3,4-dicarboxyl-N-phenyl)-4-(3‘‘‘‘‘‘‘‘,4‘‘‘‘‘‘‘‘-dicarboxly-phenoxyl-4-(2-methyl)-phenyl)-2,3-phthalazin-l-one dianhydride and three amines,and characterized.The polymers show good solubility and thermal properties.  相似文献

A novel sulfonated diamine monomer, 4,6-bis(4-arninophenoxy)-naphthalene-2-sulfonic acid(BAPNS), was synthesized. A series of sulfonated polyimide copolymers was prepared from BAPNS, 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydride(NTDA) and nonsulfonated diamine 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA). Flexible, transparent, and mechanically strong membranes were obtained. The novel sulfonated polyimide(SPI) membranes show higher conductivity, for example, SPI-100 shows a conductivity of 0.0698 S/cm at 80℃(SPI-X: Xrefers to molar fraction of BAPNS). The membranes exhibit the permeability of methanol from 2.18×10^-7 cm2/s to 2.57×10^-7 cm2/s, which is much lower than that of Nafion(2.00×10 6 cm^2/s). The copolymers were thermally stable up to 330℃. The sulfonated polyimide copolymers also show reasonable mechanical strength; for example, the maximum tensile strength at break of the sulfonated polyimide copolymer with 100%(molar fraction) BAPNS is 1.35 GPa under high moisture condi- tions. The optimum concentration of BAPNS was found to be 100%(molar fraction) from the view point of proton conductivity, methanol permeability, and membrane stability.  相似文献

A hydrophilic/hydrophobic interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) of poly (vinyl alcohol) / polystyrene was prepared by conversion of the IPN of poly (vinyl acetate)/polystyrene. 采用sol-gel法成功制备了一系列有望用于高温质子交换膜燃料电池的新型磺化聚醚砜(SPES)/磷酸硼(BPO4)复合膜, 并经热重分析(TGA)-傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)联用技术、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对膜的结构和性能进行了表征. 结果表明, 复合膜较纯SPES膜具有更高的热稳定性和玻璃化转变温度, 较低的溶胀性及较高的氧化稳定性; SEM图片显示BPO4在聚合物基体中的分布十分均匀, 这将有利于连续质子传输通道的形成; 复合膜的质子传导率随BPO4含量的增加而增加, 当温度超过120 ℃后, 复合膜仍保持着较高的质子传导率, 这表明该复合膜在高温质子交换膜燃料电池中具有良好的应用前景.  相似文献

Arylene ether multiblock copolymers of the (AB)n-type with various degrees of sulfonation have been prepared by a two-step polycondensation procedure. Multiblock copolymers in high yields and of high molecular weights were obtained. For comparison random copolymers with the same overall composition were synthesized. The theoretical ion-exchange capacities (IEC) of the materials were ranging from 0.50 mmol/g to 1.25 mmol/g. The water-uptake of the multiblock copolymers showed a linear dependency from the IEC and was increasing with increasing IEC. No differences were observed between random and block copolymers. Furthermore, the hydrolytic stability of aromatic sulfonic acid groups was investigated in this study. Aromatic sulfonic acids, having additional electron donating groups, especially in ortho- or para-position to the sulfonic acid group are sensitive to hydrolytic desulfonation. On the other hand electron-withdrawing groups in meta-position showed a stabilizing effect.  相似文献

以磺化聚醚酰亚胺(SPEI)和聚醚砜(PES)为原料, 采用溶液共混法成功制备出了SPEI/PES共混型质子交换膜,并经热重分析、AFM、SEM等对膜的结构和性能进行了表征. 结果表明, 共混膜较纯SPEI膜具有更高的热稳定性和较低的溶胀性; 在室温环境下, 共混膜在干态和湿态时均具有优异的机械性能; 与纯SPEI膜相比, 共混膜的形态结构更为致密, 这将有利于降低甲醇的渗透性. 采用交流阻抗法和隔膜扩散法分别考察了膜的质子传导性和阻醇性能, 对于共混质量比为50/50的膜来说, 其质子传导率达到了5.5 mS·cm-1的水平, 能满足质子交换膜的需求, 但其甲醇渗透系数明显降低, 仅为市用Nafion 112膜的5%, 这表明该共混膜有望作为一种新型的直接甲醇燃料电池用质子交换膜.  相似文献

制备了基于磺化聚芳醚砜(SPAES)及聚醚砜(PES)的填充型复合质子交换膜, 研究了其吸水率、 尺寸变化、 热-机械特性、 质子电导率、 甲醇透过性及稳定性等性能. 通过浸入沉淀相转化法, 采用磺化度分别为30%(S30), 40%(S40)及50%(S50)的SPAES与PES制备了系列微孔型复合质子交换膜 Sx-y(x为SPAES的磺化度, y为SPAES的质量分数); 然后利用真空抽滤法在微孔中填充S50制备了相应的填充型复合质子交换膜Sx-y+F50. 结果表明, 由于微孔的引入及皮层结构的存在, Sx-y膜在低离子交换容量(IEC)条件下仍具有较高的电导率、 优良的机械强度、 优异的化学稳定性及较低的甲醇透过性. 经S50填充后, Sx-y+F50膜的IEC及电导率明显提升, 甲醇透过率大幅下降, 但机械强度及化学稳定性未见劣化. 其中S30-40+F50膜(IEC=0.69 mmol/g)的综合性能最佳, 其质子电导率在90 ℃水中达到50.4 mS/cm; 经140 ℃水处理24 h后失重率仅为8.2%, 质子电导率降低仅9%; 经过芬顿试剂(3% H2O2, 20 mg/L FeSO4, 80 ℃, 1 h)处理后失重率仅为0.66%; 甲醇透过率仅为6.8×10-8 cm2/s.  相似文献

以4,4′-二羟基二苯砜和4,4′-二氟二苯酮为单体, 通过溶液缩聚合成了聚醚砜醚酮(PESEK), 其分子结构相当于聚醚砜(PES)与聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的交替共聚物. 在共聚物分子中, 存在砜基、醚基和酮基, 整个结构单元形成了大共轭体系, 聚合物属无定形聚合物, 玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为198 ℃, 介于PEEK和PES的Tg之间, 其热稳定性和加工性能优于PES, 而力学性能与PES接近.  相似文献

采用磺酸化的方法制备了一种热稳定性能良好的新型固体酸树脂催化剂——磺化聚醚砜酮树脂(S-PPESK),并应用在异丁烯的低聚反应中.S-PPESK在较低的温度条件下对异丁烯的低聚反应表现出了很高的催化活性和二聚反应选择性.对S-PPESK的热稳定性能采用预处理的方法进行了测试,结果显示它的预处理温度高达180 ℃,与商业磺酸树脂的预处理温度相比高出约40 ℃. S-PPESK在异丁烯的低聚反应中表现出了良好的催化活性、优良的二聚反应选择性和很好的热稳定性能,其应用前景广泛.  相似文献

通过氧化偶联聚合的方法我们制备了一种新型电活性聚芳醚砜,这种聚合物主链上含有苯基封端的苯胺四聚体齐聚物单元。我们通红外、核磁和XRD对其结构进行了表征。在1.0M的硫酸水溶液介质中我们对其电活性进行了研究,聚合物展现出两对氧化还原峰。此外,我们使用TGA测试手段对其热稳定性也做了研究。在室温质子酸掺杂的条件下聚合物的导电率为1.37 × 10-7 S·cm-1。  相似文献

High molecular-weight aromatic polyamides were obtained from 1,5- and 2,6-bis-(4′-carboxy-4-phenylenoxy-sulfonyl)naphthalene by direct polycondensation reaction in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone with various aromatic diamines, using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents. The polymers were characterized by elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, and infrared analysis. The polyamides, obtained in quantitative yield, possessed inherent viscosities in the range 0.42–1.70 dL/g, glass transition temperatures between 245–310°C, and 10% weight loss temperatures in nitrogen and air above 435 and 424°C, respectively. Most of the polymers were soluble in aprotic solvents. The effect of the structure on properties, such as solubility, Tg, and thermal behavior, were also studied. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Concentrated homogeneous mineral acids have been widely used as catalysts in industrial processes for several decades. These catalysts are corrosive to the apparatus, and there are large volumes of chemically reactive waste stream that are difficult to deal with[1]. In order to solve these problems, investigators have replaced these mineral acids with solid acid catalysts. Besides inorganic solid acid catalysts such as zeolite, solid organic polymeric resins containing acid groups, especially sulfuric acid resins such as Amberlyst[2], have attracted much attention. Compared with most inorganic acid catalysts, they have the advantages of their potentially high acidity, controllable surface area and porosity[3]. This article reports a novel sulfonated poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (S-PPESK) resin and its application to isobutene oligomerization. S-PPESK exhibits high catalytic activity and excellent dimerization selectivity.  相似文献
