以GaInP/GaAs/Ge三结太阳电池为研究对象,开展了能量为0.7, 1, 3, 5, 10 MeV的质子辐照损伤模拟研究,建立了三结太阳电池结构模型和不同能量质子辐照模型,获得了不同质子辐照条件下的I-V曲线,光谱响应曲线,结合已有实验结果验证了本文模拟结果,分析了三结太阳电池短路电流、开路电压、最大功率、光谱响应随质子能量的变化规律,利用不同辐照条件下三结太阳电池最大输出功率退化结果,拟合得到了三结太阳电池最大输出功率随位移损伤剂量的退化曲线.研究结果表明,质子辐照会在三结太阳电池中引入位移损伤缺陷,使得少数载流子扩散长度退化幅度随质子能量的减小而增大,从而导致三结太阳电池相关电学参数的退化随质子能量的减小而增大.相同辐照条件下,中电池光谱响应退化幅度远大于顶电池光谱响应退化幅度,中电池抗辐照性能较差,同时中电池长波范围内光谱响应的退化幅度比短波范围更大,表明中电池相关电学参数的退化主要来源于基区损伤.  相似文献

New results on the photospallation of the medium weight nuclei 51V, 55Mn and Cu at maximum bremsstrahlung energy between 2 and 5 GeV are presented. The yields of residual nuclei were measured by the activation method using a Ge(Li) detector. The results are analyzed with the empirical Rudstam formula and compared with data obtained in lower energy photon and proton induced reactions.  相似文献

提出了一种质子能量在中高能时利用能量损失进行密度重建的方法,并利用Bethe-Bolch公式给出了利用能量损失进行密度重建的方程及条件.针对1.6 GeV的质子能量,通过定量计算常见材料的阻止本领,得出质子能量在1.45–1.6 GeV范围内时,材料的阻止本领的变化率小于1%,可近似为常数.最后,通过理论计算和Geant 4模拟,得出质子能量在1.6 GeV时,可以对面密度为113 g/cm2的缩比法国实验客体进行密度重建.  相似文献

Based on the two-component model (direct plus thermal) introduced in a previous article we calculate and discuss proton-inclusive energy and angular distributions associated with low- and high-multiplicity selected events. Electron cloud interaction with high energy positive beams are believed responsible for various undesirable effects such as vacuum degradation, collective beam instability and even beam loss in high power proton circular accelerators. An important uncertainty in predicting electron cloud instability lies in the detailed processes of the generation and accumulation of the electron cloud. The simulation on the build-up of electron cloud is necessary to further studies on beam instability caused by electron clouds. The China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS) is an intense proton accelerator facility now being built, whose accelerator complex includes two main parts: an H-linac and a rapid cycling synchrotron(RCS). The RCS accumulates the 80 Me V proton beam and accelerates it to 1.6 Ge V with a repetition rate of 25 Hz. During beam injection with lower energy, the emerging electron cloud may cause serious instability and beam loss on the vacuum pipe. A simulation code has been developed to simulate the build-up,distribution and density of electron cloud in CSNS/RCS.  相似文献

器件特征尺寸的减小带来单粒子多位翻转的急剧增加, 对现有加固技术带来了极大挑战. 针对90 nm SRAM(static random access memory, 静态随机存储器)开展了中高能质子入射角度对单粒子多位翻转影响的试验研究, 结果表明随着质子能量的增加, 单粒子多位翻转百分比和多样性增加, 质子单粒子多位翻转角度效应与质子能量相关. 采用一种快速计算质子核反应引起单粒子多位翻转的截面积分算法, 以Geant4中Binary Cascade模型作为中高能质子核反应事件发生器, 从次级粒子的能量和角度分布出发, 揭示了质子与材料核反应产生的次级粒子中, LET(linear energy transfer)最大, 射程最长的粒子优先前向发射是引起单粒子多位翻转角度相关性的根本原因. 质子能量、临界电荷的大小是影响纳米SRAM器件质子多位翻转角度相关性的关键因素. 质子能量越小, 多位翻转截面角度增强效应越大; 临界电荷的增加将增强质子多位翻转角度效应.  相似文献

在光学势中引入色散关系, 相比于通常的耦合道光学模型, 极大地减少了光学势 参数的个数. 采用基于软旋转子模型的耦合道方法对较轻形变核28Si核的中子和质子散射实验数据进行了计算分析, 拟合得到一组色散光学势参数. 计算的中子总截面、以及中子、质子的弹性与非弹性散射微分截面与实验数据有较好的符合.  相似文献

A set of optimal proton optical potential parameters for p+184W reactions are obtained at incident proton energy up to 250 MeV.Based on these parameters,the reaction cross-sections,elastic scattering angular distributions,energy spectra and double differential cross sections of proton-induced reactions on184W are calculated and analyzed by using theoretical models which integrate the optical model,distorted Born wave approximation theory,intranuclear cascade model,exciton model,Hauser-Feshbach theory and evaporation model.The calculated results are compared with existing experimental data and good agreement is achieved.  相似文献

Experimental studies of nuclear excitations have been an important subject from the earliest days when the institute was established. The construction of 4 MeV proton cyclotron was mainly aimed to achieve this goal. Early experiments in nuclear spectroscopy were done with radioactive nuclei with the help of beta and gamma ray spectrometers. Small NaI(Tl) detectors were used for gamma-gamma coincidence, angular correlation and life time measurements. The excited states nuclear magnetic moments were measured in perturbed gamma-gamma angular correlation experiments. A high transmission magnetic beta ray spectrometer was used to measure internal conversion coefficients and beta-gamma coincidence studies. A large number of significant contributions were made during 1950–59 using these facilities. Proton beam in the cyclotron was made available in the late 1950’s and together with 14 MeV neutrons obtained from a C-W generator a large number of short-lived nuclei were investigated during 1960’s and 1970’s. The introduction of high resolution Ge gamma detectors and the improved electronics helped to extend the spectroscopic work which include on-line (p 7 p′γ) and (p 7 ) reaction studies. Nuclear spectroscopic studies entered a new phase in the 1980’s with the availability of 40–80 MeV alpha beam from the variable energy cyclotron at VECC, Calcutta. A number of experimental groups were formed in the institute to study nuclear level schemes with (α 7 xnγ) reactions. Initially only two unsuppressed Ge detectors were used for coincidence studies. Later in 1989 five Ge detectors with a large six segmented NaI(Tl) multiplicitysum detector system were successfully used to select various channels in (α 7 xnγ) reactions. From 1990 to date a variety of medium energy heavy ions were made available from the BARC-TIFR Pelletron and the Nuclear Science Centre Pelletron. The state of the art gamma detector arrays in these centres enabled the Saha Institute groups to undertake more sophisticated experiments. Front line nuclear spectroscopy works are now being done and new informations are obtained for a large number of nuclei over a wide mass range. Currently Saha Institute is building a multi-element gamma heavy ion neutron array detector (MEGHNAD), which will have six high efficiency clover Ge detector together with charged particle ball and other accessories. The system is expected to be usable in 2002 and will be used in experiments using high energy heavy ions from VECC.  相似文献

We report the first results from a search for weakly interacting massive particles (WIMPs) in the Cryogenic Dark Matter Search experiment at the Soudan Underground Laboratory. Four Ge and two Si detectors were operated for 52.6 live days, providing 19.4 kg d of Ge net exposure after cuts for recoil energies between 10 and 100 keV. A blind analysis was performed using only calibration data to define the energy threshold and selection criteria for nuclear-recoil candidates. Using the standard dark-matter halo and nuclear-physics WIMP model, these data set the world's lowest exclusion limits on the coherent WIMP-nucleon scalar cross section for all WIMP masses above 15 GeV/c2, ruling out a significant range of neutralino supersymmetric models. The minimum of this limit curve at the 90% C.L. is 4 x 10(-43) cm2 at a WIMP mass of 60 GeV/c2.  相似文献

Neutron emission cross section for various elements from9Be to209Bi have been calculated using the hybrid model code ALICE-91 for proton induced reactions in the energy range 25 MeV to 105 Me V. An empirical expression relating neutron emission cross section to target mass number and incident proton energy has been obtained. The simple expression reduces the computation time significantly. The trend in the variation of neutron emission cross sections with respect to the target mass number and incident proton energy has been discussed within the framework of the model used.  相似文献

用同位旋相关的量子分子动力学(IQMD)模型计算了入射能量在30~200 MeV/u内, 不同中质比的反应系统(76Zn+76Zn, 76Ge+76Ge,76Se+76Se和76Kr+76Kr)碰撞产生的原子核阻止和反应产物能谱。 发现原子核阻止和不同方向的动能比值有很强的关联性,且可以用垂直方向和平行方向的碎片总动能比值的平方根近似地代替原子核阻止,用来提取同位旋相关介质中的核子-核子碰撞截面的信息。在核反应实验中,很容易测量到该物理量, 它是一个较好的探针。 The collision of different neutron/proton ratio, intermediate mass reaction systems(76Zn+76Zn, 76Ge+76Ge,76Se+76Se and 76Kr+76Kr) at the beam energy of 30~200 MeV/u are studied by using isospin dependent quantum molecular dynamics(IQMD) model. It is found that there exists a strong relationship between nuclear stopping and the ratio of different direction kinetic energy, and nuclear stopping can be replaced by the square root of the ratio of perpendicular and parallel total kinetic energy of fragments, and it can be used to extract information of isospin dependent in medium nucleon nucleon cross section. This physical quantity can be easily measured in nuclear reaction experiments, and it is a better probe.  相似文献

A mathematical model for the two‐layer composite Si‐Ge energy dispersive X‐ray detector is proposed, based on analyses of radiation and electron transport in the detector, and a mathematical model of an energy dispersive X‐ray fluorescent spectrometer with the detector is considered. The Monte Carlo method is applied to calculate probabilities of photon detection in different parts of the detector's response function. The composite detector with the time anti‐coincidence scheme is proposed; its first layer is Si detector, and the second layer is Ge detector. It is shown that this composite detector has some advantages, such as reduced Ge photo escape peaks intensities and efficiency of detection of high energy photons similar to efficiency of Ge detector. Applying the X‐ray detector for the energy dispersive X‐ray fluorescent spectrometer provides for a lower background level. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

非电离能损(NIEL)引起的位移损伤是导致空间辐射环境中新型光电器件失效的主要因素.引起质子在硅中NIEL的作用机理有库仑相互作用和核相互作用,质子能量范围从位移损伤阈能到1 GeV.当质子能量位于低能区时,库仑相互作用占主导地位,采用解析方法和TRIM程序计算NIEL;当质子能量位于高能区时,NIEL主要来自质子与靶原子核的弹性和非弹性相互作用,使用MCNPX/HTAPE3X进行模拟仿真计算由核反应引起的NIEL.实现了能量范围为300 eV—1 GeV的质子入射硅时NIEL的计算.计算结果表明,MCNPX/HTAPE3X可用于计算高能质子在材料中产生的反冲核所引起的NIEL,结合解析方法和TRIM程序可计算得到由于库仑相互作用引起的NIEL.  相似文献

分析了质子照相过程中发射度的增长过程。开展了照相系统设计,针对设计的照相系统,采用理论分析和蒙特卡罗计算的方法,具体分析了各个发射度增长因素的影响程度。分析结果表明:对于高能质子照相,加速器的引出发射度对系统的色差模糊的影响可以忽略,但对于中能质子照相,加速器的引出发射度不可忽略。可通过提高加速器引出系统的聚焦能力和减小散束器的厚度来减小发射度影响。  相似文献

Inclusive differential cross sections for the dp → pX reaction at 3.34 GeV/c are presented for different proton production angles in the deuteron frame. At large angles some irregularities have been observed in the spectra. The obtained angular dependence of the inclusive differential spectra for the backward hemisphere allows a detailed comparison with models describing dp interactions. This comparison shows the importance to consider the contributions from rescattering processes at production angles around 90°. Conclusion is made about the necessity to involve additional mechanisms into existing models in order to describe the angular dependence of the inclusive proton cross sections.  相似文献

激光在次稠密等离子中传输, 由于频率下移而被俘获, 从而产生电磁孤立子. 根据先前理论及PIC 模拟给出的孤立子的演化过程, 对不同阶段孤立子的电磁场分布进行了建模. 使用Geant4蒙特卡罗程序, 模拟研究了激光加速产生的能量为几个MeV的质子束对后孤立子的照相. 分析了质子能量, 质子源尺寸等因素对照相结果的影响, 并利用了TNSA加速产生质子束的分幅特性, 开展了时间分辨的孤立子照相模拟研究. 模拟给出的质子照相结果验证了文献中给出的孤立子静电场模型, 为以后在实验上探测孤立子提供了理论依据. 关键词: 超短激光 质子照相 孤立子 蒙特卡罗方法  相似文献

短脉冲强激光产生的电子束具有源尺寸小、脉宽窄、准单能谱等特点, 在放射照相诊断中具有独特作用. 本文通过分析电子在材料中散射并采用蒙特卡罗方法数值模拟, 研究了100 keV到几百MeV能量电子束对有厚度起伏或存在界面的靶的透视, 并与质子、X射线束透视结果比较, 给出了电子束放射照相的特性与参数优化: 基于电子在材料中非弹性散射或能量损失, 选用能量使其射程与靶厚度接近的电子束来诊断靶厚度不均匀性; 基于电子在材料中的弹性散射, 选用射程超过靶厚度的电子束来诊断靶界面.  相似文献
