从实验上定性地研究了强 辐射过程中位相匹配的作用与影响,主要通过改变气体密度、激光强度和光束的共焦参数来研究相位对高闪谐波辐射的影响。从改善高次谐波辐射过程中的相位匹配来考虑,气体攻激光强度都有一最佳值。利用大的共焦参数,可以明显改善相位匹配,提高谐波输出的转换效率。  相似文献

报道了在45fs-2TW激光装置上以Ar惰性气体为介质产生高次谐波的实验结果,实验中通过研究气体密度和激光能量对谐波辐射的影响,找到了适当的气体密度和激光能量范围,并在Ar气中观察到81次(9.7nm)的皆波辐射,这时迄今为止,人们在Ar气中所能观测到的最短波长的谐波辐射,经分析表明,高于57次的谐波是由Ar离子产生的。  相似文献

Laser phase relations of high-order harmonic generation (HHG) are calculated with the saddle point theory. The results show a two-peak structure including a symmetric and an asymmetric temporal distributions of the instantaneous frequency of HHG radiation. These distributions are fitted with Gaussian and polynomial functions, respectively. Two calculation formulae are presented to analyse attosecond x-rays with specified time duration and energy bandwidth in experiments.  相似文献

We investigate the electronic-current-induced heat generation in a double quantum dot connected by two normal leads. The dots are coupled in series with a coupling strength td. It is found that, at zero temperature and weak dot-lead coupling, td affects the heating and current heavily. In particular, the effects on the heat generation and on the current are quite different. For example, at a heating valley the current can exhibit a deep valley, a plateau, or a high peak depending on td. As a result, we can find an ideal working condition, large current while small heating, for the double dots system by tuning the interdot coupling strength.  相似文献

We investigate high-order harmonic generation (HHG) in a linearly polarized bichromatic field composed of a fundamental laser field with frequency w and an additional laser field with frequency 3w. The numerical results show that it is possible to enhance the intensity of most high harmonics in orders of magnitude. A most striking feature in the enhancement is that the intensity of several special high harmonics is practically impaired as compared with that in the monochromatic case. The qualitative explanation to the great enhancement is that the additional high-frequency field can provide new transition paths for electrons to reach the continuum. The relative phase between the fundamental field and its third harmonic field also affects the intensity of high-order harmonics near the cutoff efficiently.  相似文献

We theoretically study high-order harmonic generation (HHG) due to the interaction of a model of Ar^+ ionized clusters with intense laser pulses. Quantitative investigations are made for the laser-duration dependence of the emission properties of high-order harmonic generation (HHG). HHG emission properties produced by few-cycle lasers show some useful characteristics. The cutoff energy is less than that by laser for infinite duration. The single energy distribution pulse decreases much faster than its duration as the laser duration grows. A two-cycle laser with carrier-envelope phase of 0° can produce a single distribution pulse peaked at the laser carrier phase 1.22 rad and spanned 1.18 rad with the cutoff energy 2.9Up + Ip and a bandwidth 0.63Up, where Up is the ponderomotive potential of the laser field and Ip is the atomic ionization potential.  相似文献

The carrler-envelope-phase (CEP) dependence of the emission properties of high-order harmonic generation (HHG) are quantitatively investigated. Calculation shows that a two-cycle laser with CEP of 15° can produce a single energy distribution pulse peaked at 0.94 radian (tad) and spanned 1.29 tad with the cutoff energy 2.9Up + Ip and a bandwidth 0.86Up (where Up is the ponderomotive potential of the laser field and Ip is the atomic ionization potential). The CEP dependence of the energy and temporal localizations of the single distribution pulse show interesting 180° periodic structures. These characteristics may be useful in optimizing attosecond x-ray sources and measurements.  相似文献

We have theoretically analyzed the quasibound states in a graphene quantum dot (GQD) with a magnetic flux Φ in the centre. It is shown that the two-fold time reversal degeneracy is broken and the quasibound states of GQD with positive/negative angular momentum shifted upwards /downwards with increasing the magnetic flux. The variation of the quasibound energy depends linearly on the magnetic flux, which is quite different from theparabolic relationship for Schrödinger electrons. The GQD's quasibound states spectrum shows an obvious Aharonov-Bohm (AB) oscillations with the magnetic flux. It is also shown that the quasibound state with energy equal to the barrier height becomes a bound state completely confined in GQD.  相似文献

理论计算了带有极化子效应的ZnS/CdSe柱型核壳结构量子点简并四波混频的三阶极化率.在有效质量近似下,采用无限深势阱模型,导出了带有极化子效应的柱型量子点的三阶非线性光学极化率的解析表达式,解三维薛定谔方程得到电子的本征能量和波函数.分析了电子-LO声子和电子-IO声子相互作用对ZnS/CdSe核壳结构量子点简并四波混频的三阶极化率的影响.结果表明,当量子点尺寸一定时,带有极化子效应的χ(3)DFWM比没有极化子时的三阶极化率提高了近3个数量级,并且电子-LO声子的影响比电子-IO声子的影响大得多;当固定核壳量子点的阱宽而内外半径发生变化时,χ(3)DFWM的峰值随之变化,而且极化子效应影响的大小也随之发生变化.  相似文献

通过高温裂解柠檬酸合成了水溶性石墨烯量子点(GQDs),并应用钝化剂PEG2000进行修饰,提高了GQDs的量子产率。应用荧光光谱、紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱对其发光特性进行了研究,测定了荧光寿命。实验发现,在p H=7.40的Tris-HCl缓冲液中,肾上腺色腙(CBZC)对GQDs荧光强度有明显的猝灭作用。基于此提出了以GQDs为探针测定肾上腺色腙的新方法。实验考察了缓冲溶液用量、缓冲溶液种类、量子点浓度、反应时间以及表面活性剂等多种因素对反应体系的影响。当量子点浓度为2.3×10-3mol/L时,肾上腺色腙浓度在4.0×10-7~1.2×10-5mol/L(0.995 6)范围内与荧光猝灭值ΔF呈良好的线性关系,方法检出限为1.5×10-7mol/L,相对标准偏差为0.15%(n=5,c=4.0×10-6mol/L)。该方法对于样品中肾上腺色腙含量测定的回收率为97.46%~101.6%。通过测定温度对猝灭常数的影响以及紫外-可见吸收光谱的变化确定了二者的猝灭过程和相互作用力类型。  相似文献

We investigate the carrier envelope phase (CEP) effects on high-order harmonic generation (HHG) in ultrashort pulses with the pulse duration 2.5 fs when the laser intensity is high enough so that the initial state is ionized effectively during the laser pulse but remains about 20% population at the end of the laser pulse. We find that the ionization process of the initial state is very sensitive to the CEP during the laser pulse. The ionization process of the initial state determines the continuum state population and hence influences dramatically the weights of the classical trajectories that contribute to HHG. In such a case we can not predict the cutoff and the structure of the harmonic spectrum only by the number and the kinetic energy of the classical trajectories. The harmonic spectrum exhibits abundant characters for different CEP cases. As a result, we can control the cutoff frequency and the plateau structure of the harmonic spectrum with CEP by controlling the time behaviour of the ionization of the initial state.  相似文献

利用中心波长在795nm的线偏振的钛宝石超短脉冲激光除为抽运源,在拟气中观察到40nm-160nm第5-17次谐波的软X射线激光辐射,着重研究了高次谐波谱线强度随气压的变化规律,发现高次谐波谱线强度随充气气压的增加而增强,实验中考虑到如果充气气压过高,探测仪器可能受到损害,充气气压没有达到最佳值。  相似文献

从经典方程出发,采用克兰克-尼科尔森中心差分法对一维多原子分子离子与一维超短强激光场相互作用产生的高次谐波进行了数值模拟计算,发现激光场的初始相位对高次谐波辐射谱有明显影响;通过进一步研究,给出了初步解释。从而,可以通过调节适当的激光初始相位和选取适当的系统来改善高次谐波的相位匹配,产生清晰的高次谐波辐射谱。  相似文献

The dependence of harmonic emission from a solid on the carrier envelope phase (CEP) is discussed by numerically solving the time-dependent Schr?dinger equation. The harmonic spectra periodically exhibit three distinct oscillating structures, which indicate the different dependences of the cutoff energies on the CEP. Furthermore,with time-dependent population imaging and the populations of different energy bands, the underlying physical mechanism is explored.  相似文献

The energy spectra of low-lying states of an exciton in a single and a vertically coupled quantum dots are studied under the influence of a perpendicularly applied magnetic field. Calculations are made by using the method of numerical diagonalization of the Hamiltonian within the effective-mass approximation. We also calculated the binding energy of the ground and the excited states of an exciton in a single quantum dot and that in a vertically coupled quantum dot as a function of the dot radius for different vaJues of the distance and the magnetic field strength.  相似文献

The isotopic effect on the generation of the molecular high-order harmonics is studied by numerically solving the one-dimensional time-dependent Schrödinger equation when the model hydrogen molecule ions/hydrogen deuterium molecule ions are exposed to an intense laser pulse. To explain the effect more clearly, not only the ionization probabilities but also the electron–nuclear probability density distributions and time-frequency profiles are calculated. The results show that more intense harmonics are generated in the asymmetric diatomic molecule ions/hydrogen deuterium molecule ions than those of hydrogen molecule ions. Moreover, the interference minimum in the harmonic spectra is investigated by adjusting the laser intensity and the initial vibrational state. It is shown that the interference minimum is sensitive to the laser intensity and the initial vibrational level for hydrogen molecule ions; in contrast, it is only dependent on the initial vibrational level for hydrogen deuterium molecule ions.  相似文献
