The new unsymmetrical, optically active ligands 1,2-C(2)H(4)(PPh(2))(2'R,5'R-2',5'-dimethylphospholanyl) (L(a)) and 1,3-C(3)H(6)(PPh(2))(2'R,5'R-2',5'-dimethylphospholanyl) (L(b)) form complexes of the type [Rh(L)(cyclooctadiene)][BF(4)] where L = L(a) (1a) or L(b) (1b), [PtCl(2)(L)] where L = L(a) (2a) or L(b) (2b) and [PdCl(2)(L)] where L = L(a) (3a) or Lb (3b). The crystal structures of 2a and 2b show the chelate ligand backbones adopt delta-twist and flattened chair conformations respectively. Asymmetric hydrogenation of enamides and dehydroaminoesters using 1a and 1b as catalysts show that the ethylene-backboned diphosphine L(a) gives a more efficient catalyst in terms of asymmetric induction than the propylene-backboned analogue L(b). The greatest enantioselectivities were obtained with 1a and enamide substrates with ees up to 91%. Substrate-induced conformational changes in the Rh-diphosphine chelates are proposed to explain some of the ees observed in the hydrogenation of enamides.  相似文献

Treatment of [RhCl(eta4-diene)]2 (diene = nbd, cod) with the N-heterocyclic ligands 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy), 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine (Me2bpy), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), and pyridine (py) followed by addition of Cs[arachno-6-SB9H12] affords the corresponding salts, [Rh(eta4-diene)(L2)][SB9H12] [diene = cod, L2 = bpy (1), Me2bpy (3), phen (5), (py)2 (7); diene = nbd, L2 = bpy (2), Me2bpy (4), phen (6), (py)2 (8)]. These compounds are characterized by NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry, and in addition, the cod-Rh species 1 and 3 are studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. These saltlike reagents are stable in the solid state, but in solution the rhodium(I) cations, [Rh(eta4-diene)(L2)]+, react with the polyhedral anion [SB9H12]- leading to a chemistry that is controlled by the d8 transition element chelates. The nbd-Rh(I) complexes react faster than the cod-Rh(I) counterparts, leading, depending on the conditions, to the synthesis of new rhodathiaboranes of general formulas [8,8-(L2)-nido-8,7-RhSB9H10] [L2 = bpy (9), Me2bpy (10), phen (11), (py)2 (12)] and [8,8-(L2)-8-(L')-nido-8,7-RhSB9H10] [L' = PPh3, L2 = bpy (13), Me2bpy (14), phen (15); L' = NCCH3, L2 = bpy (16), Me2bpy (17), phen (18)]. Compound 13 is characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis confirming the 11-vertex nido-structure of the rhodathiaborane analogues 14-18. In dichloromethane, 1 and 3 yield mixtures that contain the 11-vertex rhodathiaboranes 9 and 10 together with new species. In contrast, the cod-Rh(I) reagent 5 affords a single compound, which is proposed to be an organometallic rhodium complex bound exo-polyhedrally to the thiaborane cage. In the presence of H2(g) and stoichiometric amounts of PPh3, the cod-Rh(I) reagents, 1, 3, and 5, afford the salts [Rh(H)2(L2)(PPh3)2][SB9H12] [L2 = bpy (19), Me2bpy (20), phen (21)]. Similarly, in an atmosphere of CO(g) and in the presence of PPh3, compounds 1-6 afford [Rh(L2)(PPh3)2(CO)][SB9H12] (L2 = bpy (22), Me2bpy (23), phen (24)]. The structures of 19 and 24 are studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. The five-coordinate complexes [Rh(L2)(PPh3)2(CO)]+ undergo PPh3 exchange in a process that is characterized as dissociative. The observed differences in the reactivity of the nbd-Rh(I) salts versus the cod-Rh(I) analogues are rationalized on the basis of the higher kinetic lability of the nbd ligand and its faster hydrogenation relative to the cod diene.  相似文献

The transmetallation of the palladacyclopentadiene complex Pd{C(COOMe)C(COOMe)C(COOMe)C(COOMe)}(bipy) with the dicationic Pd(II) complex [Pd(bipy)(CH(3)CN)(2)][BF(4)](2) afforded a terminally σ-palladated diene complex [Pd(2){μ-η(1):η(1)-C(COOMe)C(COOMe)C(COOMe)C(COOMe)}(bipy)(2)(CH(3)CN)(2)][BF(4)](2). It was revealed by X-ray crystallographic analysis that replacement of the acetonitrile ligands in a terminally σ-palladated diene complex with PPh(3) ligands resulted in the conformation change of the σ-palladated diene moiety from skewed s-cis to planar s-trans. Treatment of a bis-triphenylphosphine dipalladium complex [Pd(2)(PPh(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(4)][PF(6)](2) with dimethoxyacetylene dicarboxylate (DMAD) (1 equiv.) in acetonitrile resulted in the insertion of DMAD to the Pd-Pd bond to afford [Pd(2){μ-η(1):η(1)-C(COOMe)C(COOMe)}(PPh(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(4)][PF(6)](2). Addition of the second DMAD gave the ylide-type complex [Pd(2){μ-η(2):η(3)-C(COOMe)C(COOMe)C(COOMe)C(COOMe)(PPh(3))}(PPh(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)][PF(6)](2) of which the structure was determined by X-ray crystallographic analysis.  相似文献

Complexes [RhCl(diene)(P,SR)] with chiral ferrocenyl phosphine-thioethers ligands (diene = norbornadiene, NBD, 1(R), or 1,5-cyclooctadiene, COD, 3(R); P,SR = CpFe(1,2-η(5)-C(5)H(3)(PPh(2))(CH(2)SR); R = tBu, Ph, Bz, Et) and the corresponding [Rh(diene)(P,SR)][BF(4)] (diene = NBD, 2(R); COD, 4(R)) have been synthesized from [RhCl(diene)](2) and the appropriate P,SR ligand. The molecular structure of the cationic complexes 2(tBu), 4(Ph) and 4(Bz), determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, shows the expected slightly distorted square planar geometry. For the neutral chloride complexes, a combination of experimental IR and computational DFT investigations points to an equally four coordinate square planar geometry with the diene ligand, the chlorine and the phosphorus atoms in the coordination sphere and with a dangling thioether function. However, a second isomeric form featuring a 5-coordinated square planar geometry with the thioether function placed in the axial position is easily accessible in some cases.  相似文献

Amino acid esters 5-11 as tyrosine mimics have been synthesized in excellent enantioselectivity (up to 99.6% ee) and in good overall chemical yields. The key step in the sequence was the Burk's [Rh(COD)(2R,5R)-Et-DuPhos]BF4-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation of enamides with a variety of reactive functional groups.  相似文献

The first soft donor adducts of TiF(4), [TiF(4)(diphosphine)] (diphosphine = o-C(6)H(4)(PMe(2))(2), R(2)P(CH(2))(2)PR(2), R = Me or Et) have been prepared from [TiF(4)(MeCN)(2)] and the diphosphines in rigorously anhydrous CH(2)Cl(2), as extremely moisture sensitive yellow solids, and characterised by multinuclear NMR ((1)H, (31)P, (19)F), IR and UV/vis spectroscopy. The crystal structure of [TiF(4){Et(2)P(CH(2))(2)PEt(2)}] has been determined and shows a distorted six-coordinate geometry with disparate Ti-F(transF) and Ti-F(transP) distances and long Ti-P bonds. Weaker soft donor ligands including Ph(3)P, Ph(2)P(CH(2))(2)PPh(2), o-C(6)H(4)(PPh(2))(2), Ph(2)As(CH(2))(2)AsPh(2), o-C(6)H(4)(AsMe(2))(2) and (i)PrS(CH(2))(2)S(i)Pr do not form stable complexes with TiF(4), although surprisingly, fluorotitanate(IV) salts of the previously unknown doubly protonated ligand cations [LH(2)][Ti(4)F(18)] (L = o-C(6)H(4)(PPh(2))(2), o-C(6)H(4)(AsMe(2))(2) and (i)PrS(CH(2))(2)S(i)Pr) are formed in some cases as minor by-products. The structure of [o-C(6)H(4)(PPh(2)H)(2)][Ti(4)F(18)] shows the first authenticated example of a diprotonated o-phenylene-diphosphine. The synthesis and full spectroscopic characterisation are reported for a range of TiF(4) adducts with hard N- or O-donor ligands for comparison purposes, along with crystal structures of [TiF(4)(thf)(2)], [TiF(4)(Ph(3)EO)(2)]·2CH(2)Cl(2) (E = P or As), and [TiF(4)(bipy)].  相似文献

The dialkylcyanamide complexes cis-[PtCl(NCNR(2))(PPh(3))(2)][BF(4)] 1 and cis-[Pt(NCNR(2))(2)(PPh(3))(2)][BF(4)](2) 2 (R = Me or Et) have been prepared by treatment of a CH(2)Cl(2) solution of cis-[PtCl(2)(PPh(3))(2)] with the appropriate dialkylcyanamide and one or two equivalents of Ag[BF(4)], respectively. Compounds 2 can also be obtained from 1 by a similar procedure. Their reaction with oximes, HON=CR'R' ' (R'R' ' = Me(2) or C(4)H(8)), in CH(2)Cl(2) and in the presence of Ag[BF(4)] or Cu(CH(3)COO)(2), leads to the novel type of azametallacycles cis-[Pt(NH=C(ON=CR'R")-NR2)(PPh3)2][BF4]2 4 upon an unprecedented coupling of the organocyanamides with oximes, in a process that proceeds via the mixed oxime-organocyanamide species cis-[Pt(NCNR(2))(HON=CR'R' ')(PPh(3))(2)][BF(4)](2) 3, and is catalyzed by either Ag(+) or Cu(2+) which activate the ligating organocyanamide by Lewis acid addition to the amide group. In contrast, in the organonitrile complexes cis-[Pt(NCR)(2)(PPh(3))(2)][BF(4)](2) 5 (R = C(6)H(4)OMe-4 or Et), obtained in a similar way as 2 (but by using NCR instead of the cyanamide), the ligating NCR is not activated by the Lewis acid and does not couple with the oximes. The spectroscopic properties of those complexes are reported along with the molecular structures of 2b (R = Et), 4a1 (R = Me, R'R' ' = Me(2)), and 4b1 (R = Et, R'R' ' = Me(2)), as established by X-ray crystallography which indicates that in the former complex the amide-N-atoms are trigonal planar, whereas in the latter (4a1 and 4b1) the five-membered rings are planar with a localized N=C double bond (imine group derived from the cyanamide) and the exocyclic amide and alkylidene groups (in 4b1) are involved in two intramolecular H-bonds to the oxygen atom of the ring.  相似文献

Treatment of the isomeric 12-vertex nickelacarbaborane salts [NEt(4)][3-(eta3)-C(3)H(5))-closo-3,1,2-NiC(2)B(9)H(11)] and [NEt(4)][2-(eta3)-C(3)H(5))-closo-2,1,7-NiC(2)B(9)H(11)] with [CuCl(PPh(3))](4) and Tl[PF(6)] affords the zwitterionic bimetallic species [3-(eta3)-C(3)H(5))-3,4,8-[Cu(PPh(3))]-4,8-(mu-H)(2)-closo-3,1,2-NiC(2)B(9)H(9)] and [2-(eta3)-C(3)H(5))-2,6,11-(Cu(PPh(3)))-6,11-(mu-H)(2)-closo-2,1,7-NiC(2)B(9)H(9)], respectively. Similarly, the 13-vertex nickelacarbaborane [NEt(4)][4-(eta3)-C(3)H(5))-closo-4,1,6-NiC(2)B(10)H(12)] reacts with sources of mono-cationic metal fragments to form [4-(eta3)-C(3)H(5))-7,8,13-(Cu(PPh(3)))-7,8,13-(mu-H)(3)-4,1,6-closo-NiC(2)B(10)H(9)], [4-(eta3)-C(3)H(5))-3,8-(Rh(PPh(3))(2))-3,8-(mu-H)(2)-4,1,6-closo-NiC(2)B(10)H(10)] and [4-(eta3)-C(3)H(5))-3,7,8-(RuCl(PPh(3))(2))-3,7,8-(mu-H)(3)-4,1,6-closo-NiC(2)B(10)H(9)]. The molecular structures of these five new bimetallic compounds were determined by X-ray diffraction studies, confirming that exopolyhedral Cu, Rh and Ru fragments are attached to the cluster via B-H[right harpoon up]M agostic-type interactions and, in the case of the (NiC(2)B(9)) species, by a metal-metal bond.  相似文献

Four chiral diphosphine ligands consisting of bis(2,5-diphenylphospholan-1-yl) groups connected by the sp(2) carbon linkers 2,3-quinoxaline ((S,S)-Ph-Quinox), 2,3-pyrazine ((S,S)-Ph-Pyrazine), maleic anhydride ((S,S)-Ph-MalPhos), and 1,1'-ferrocene ((S,S)-Ph-5-Fc) were synthesized, and their cationic [rhodium(I)(COD)] complexes were prepared. These complexes were tested in asymmetric hydrogenation of functionalized olefins. [((S,S)-Ph-Quinox)Rh(COD)]BF4 showed high activity and selectivity against itaconate and dehydroamino acid substrates. The corresponding (S,S)-Ph-Pyrazine and (S,S)-Ph-MalPhos complexes exhibited lower activities and selectivities. [((S,S)-Ph-5-Fc)Rh(COD)]BF4 showed high activity with low selectivity for these substrates, but high activity and selectivity against 2-C-substituted cinnamate salts, whereas rhodium complexes of (S,S)-Ph-Quinox and (R,R)-Ph-BPE showed low activity and selectivity against 2-C-substituted cinnamate salts.  相似文献

Intramolecular [2 + 2] cycloaddition of two C=C bonds in vinylidene complexes [Ru(eta5-C9H7){=C=C(R)H}(PPh3){kappa1-(P)-PPh2(C3H5)][BF4] affords cyclobutylidene complexes [Ru(eta5-C9H7){kappa2-(P,C)-(=CC(R)HCH2CHCH2PPh2)}(PPh3)][BF4], which can be also obtained by reaction of terminal alkynes with [Ru(eta5-C9H7)(PPh3){kappa3-(P,C,C)-PPh2(C3H5)}][PF6]. The reaction proceeds under mild conditions via vinylidene complexes, and the activation parameters were determined by kinetic studies.  相似文献

The Rh(II) mononuclear complexes [(PNPtBu)RhCl][BF4] (2), [(PNPtBu)Rh(OC(O)CF3)][OC(O)CF3] (4), and [(PNPtBu)Rh(acetone)][BF4]2 (6) were synthesized by oxidation of the corresponding Rh(I) analogs with silver salts. On the other hand, treatment of (PNPtBu)RhCl with AgOC(O)CF3 led only to chloride abstraction, with no oxidation. 2 and 6 were characterized by X-ray diffraction, EPR, cyclic voltammetry, and dipole moment measurements. 2 and 6 react with NO gas to give the diamagnetic complexes [(PNPtBu)Rh(NO)Cl][BF4] (7) and [(PNPtBu)Rh(NO)(acetone)][BF4]2 (8) respectively. 6 is reduced to Rh(I) in the presence of phosphines, CO, or isonitriles to give the Rh(I) complexes [(PNPtBu)Rh(PR3)][BF4] (11, 12) (R = Et, Ph), [(PNPtBu)Rh(CO)][BF4] (13) and [(PNPtBu)Rh(L)][BF4] (15, 16) (L = tert-butyl isonitrile or 2,6-dimethylphenyl isonitrile), respectively. On the other hand, 2 disproportionates to Rh(I) and Rh(III) complexes in the presence of acetonitrile, isonitriles, or CO. 2 is also reduced by triethylphosphine and water to Rh(I) complexes [(PNPtBu)RhCl] (1) and [(PNPtBu)Rh(PEt3)][BF4] (11). When triphenylphosphine and water are used, the reduced Rh(I) complex reacts with a proton, which is formed in the redox reaction, to give a Rh(III) complex with a coordinated BF4, [(PNPtBu)Rh(Cl)(H)(BF4)] (9).  相似文献

Treatment of complex trans-[RuCl(2)(eta(2)-C(2)H(4))[kappa(3)-N,N,N-(R,R)-Ph-pybox]] [(R,R)-Ph-pybox = 2,6-bis[4'-(R)-phenyloxazolin-2'-yl]pyridine] with phosphines or phosphites in dichloromethane at 50 degrees C leads to the formation of novel ruthenium(II)-pybox complexes trans-[RuCl(2)(L)[kappa(3)-N,N,N-(R,R)-Ph-pybox]] [L = PPh(3) (1 a), PPh(2)Me (2 a), PPh(2)(C(3)H(5)) (3 a), PPh(2)(C(4)H(7)) (4 a), PMe(3) (5 a), PiPr(3) (6 a), P(OMe)(3) (7 a) and P(OPh)(3) (8 a)]. Likewise, reaction of trans-[RuCl(2)(eta(2)-C(2)H(4))[kappa(3)-N,N,N-(R,R)-Ph-pybox]] with PPh(3) or PiPr(3) in refluxing methanol leads to the complexes cis-[RuCl(2)(L)(kappa(3)-N,N,N-(R,R)-Ph-pybox] [L = PPh(3) (1 b), PiPr(3) (6 b)]. No trans-cis isomerisation of complexes 1 a-8 a has been observed. Complexes 1 a-8 a, 1 b, 6 b together with the analogous trans-[RuCl(2)[P(OMe)(3)][kappa(3)-N,N,N-(S,S)-iPr-pybox]] (10 a) and the previously reported trans- and cis-[RuCl(2)(PPh(3))[kappa(3)-N,N,N-(S,S)-iPr-pybox]] (9 a and 9 b, respectively) are active catalysts for the transfer hydrogenation of acetophenone in 2-propanol in the presence of NaOH (ketone/cat/NaOH 500:1:6). cis-Ph-pybox derivatives are the most active catalysts. In particular, cis complexes 1 b and 6 b led to almost quantitative conversions in less than 5 min with a high enantioselectivity (up to 95 %). A variety of aromatic ketones have also been reduced to the corresponding secondary alcohols with very high TOF and ee up to 94 %. The overall catalytic performance seems to be a subtle combination of the steric and/or electronic properties both the phosphines and the ketones. A high TOF (27 300 h(-1)) and excellent ee (94 %) have been found for the reduction of 3-bromoacetophenone with catalyst 6 b. Reductions of alkyl ketones also proceed with high and rapid conversions but low enantioselectivities are achieved.  相似文献

The reactions of [Rh(2)(DTolF)(2)(CH(3)CN)(6)][BF(4)](2) (1) (DTolF = N,N'-di-p-tolylformamidinate) with 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) proceed with substitution of CH(3)CN molecules to give products with the N-N ligands chelating in an equatorial-equatorial (eq-eq) fashion. Compound 1 reacts with 1 equiv of bpy to yield a mixture of [Rh(2)(DTolF)(2)(bpy)(CH(3)CN)(3)][BF(4)](2).(CH(3))(2)CO (2a) and [Rh(2)(DTolF)(2)(bpy)(CH(3)CN)(4)][BF(4)](2) (2b). Compound 2a crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with a = 13.5856(2) A, b = 18.0402(2) A, c = 21.4791(3) A; alpha = 90 degrees, beta = 101.044(1) degrees, gamma = 90 degrees; V = 5167.27(12) A(3), Z = 4, R = 0.0531, and R(w) = 0.0948. Compound 2b crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with a = 10.9339(2) A, b = 24.4858(1) A, c = 19.4874(3) A; alpha = 90 degrees, beta = 94.329(1) degrees, gamma = 90 degrees; V = 5202.38(13) A(3), Z = 4, R = 0.0459, and R(w) = 0.1140. The reaction of compound 1 with 2 equiv of bpy affords [Rh(2)(DTolF)(2)(bpy)(2)(CH(3)CN)][BF(4)](2) (3) which crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/a with a = 19.4534(4) A, b = 13.8298(3) A, c = 19.8218(5) A; alpha = 90 degrees, beta = 109.189(1) degrees, gamma = 90 degrees; V = 5036.5(2) A(3), Z = 4, R = 0.0589, and R(w) = 0.0860. Compound 1 reacts with 1 equiv of phen to form [Rh(2)(DTolF)(2)(phen)(CH(3)CN)(3)][BF(4)](2).2C(2)H(5)OC(2)H(5) (4) which crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1macro with a = 12.6346(2) A, b = 13.5872(2) A, c = 19.0597(3) A; alpha = 71.948(1) degrees, beta = 73.631(1) degrees, gamma = 71.380(1) degrees; V = 2886.70(8) A(3), Z = 2, R = 0.0445, and R(w) = 0.1207. A notable feature of the cations in 2a, 3, and 4 is the presence of only one axial (ax) CH(3)CN ligand, a fact that can be attributed to the steric effect of the formamidinate bridging ligands. Compounds 2a, 2b, 3, and 4 were fully characterized by X-ray crystallography and (1)H NMR spectroscopy, whereas [Rh(2)(DTolF)(2)(phen)(2)(CH(3)CN)(2)][BF(4)](2) (5) was characterized by (1)H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The title compounds are accessed by sequences starting with racemic and enantiomerically pure [(eta5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(CH3)]. Reactions with chlorobenzene/HBF4, PPh2H, and tBuOK give the phosphido complex [(eta5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(PPh2)] (3). Reactions with Ph3C+ BF4-, PPh2H, and tBuOK give the methylene homologue [(eta5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(CH2PPh2)] (9). Treatment of 3 or 9 with nBuLi or tBuLi and then PPh3Cl gives the diphosphido systems [(eta5-C5H4PPh2)Re(NO)(PPh3)((CH2)nPPh2)] (n = 0/1, 5/11). Reactions of 5 and 11 with [Rh(NBD)Cl]2/AgPF6 (NBD = norbornadiene) give the rhenium/rhodium chelate complexes [(eta5-C5H4PPh2)Re(NO)(PPh3)((mu-CH2)nPPh2)Rh(NBD)]+ PF6- (n = 0/1, 6+/12+ PF6-; 30-32% overall from commercial Re2(CO)10). The crystal structures of 6+ PF6- and 12+ PF6- are compared to those of 3 and 9, and other rhodium complexes of chelating bis(diphenylphosphines). The chiral pockets defined by the PPh2 groups show unusual features. Four alkenes of the type (Z)-RCH=C(NHCOCH3)CO2R' are treated with H2 (1 atm) and (R)-6+ PF6- or (S)-12+ PF6- (0.5 mol%) in THF at room temperature. Protected amino acids are obtained in 70-98% yields and 93-82% ee [(R)-6- PF6-] or 72-60% ee [(S)-12+ PF6-]. Pressure and temperature effects are defined, and turnover numbers of > 1600 are realized.  相似文献

C 1-Symmetric phosphino/phosphonite ligands are prepared by the reactions of Ph 2P(CH 2) 2P(NMe 2) 2 with ( S)-1,1'-bi-2-naphthol (to give L A ) or ( S)-10,10'-bi-9-phenanthrol (to give L B ). Racemic 10,10'-bi-9-phenanthrol is synthesized in three steps from phenanthrene in 44% overall yield. The complexes [PdCl 2( L A,B )] ( 1a, b), [PtCl 2( L A,B )] ( 2a, b), [Rh(cod)( L A,B )]BF 4 ( 3a, b) and [Rh( L A,B ) 2]BF 4 ( 4a, b) are reported and the crystal structure of 1a has been determined. A (31)P NMR study shows that M, a 1:1 mixture of the monodentates, PMePh 2 and methyl monophosphonite L 1a (based on ( S)-1,1 '-bi-2-naphthol), reacts with 1 equiv of [Rh(cod) 2]BF 4 to give the heteroligand complex [Rh(cod)(PMePh 2)( L 1a )]BF 4 ( 5) and homoligand complexes [Rh(cod)(PMePh 2) 2]BF 4 ( 6) and [Rh(cod)( L 1a ) 2]BF 4 ( 7) in the ratio 2:1:1. The same mixture of 5- 7 is obtained upon mixing the isolated homoligand complexes 6 and 7 although the equilibrium is only established rapidly in the presence of an excess of PMePh 2. The predominant species 5 is a monodentate ligand complex analogue of the chelate 3a. When the mixture of 5- 7 is exposed to 5 atm H 2 for 1 h (the conditions used for catalyst preactivation in the asymmetric hydrogenation studies), the products are identified as the solvento species [Rh(PMePh 2)( L 1a )(S) 2]BF 4 ( 5'), [Rh(S) 2(PMePh 2) 2]BF 4 ( 6') and [Rh(S) 2( L 1a ) 2]BF 4 ( 7') and are formed in the same 2:1:1 ratio. The reaction of M with 0.5 equiv of [Rh(cod) 2]BF 4 gives exclusively the heteroligand complex cis-[Rh(PMePh 2) 2( L 1a ) 2]BF 4 ( 8), an analogue of 4a. The asymmetric hydrogenation of dehydroamino acid derivatives catalyzed by 3a, b is reported, and the enantioselectivities are compared with those obtained with (a) chelate catalysts derived from analogous diphosphonite ligands L 2a and L 2b , (b) catalysts based on methyl monophosphonites L 1a and L 1b , and (c) catalysts derived from mixture M. For the cinnamate and acrylate substrates studied, the catalysts derived from the phosphino/phosphonite bidentates L A,B generally give superior enantioselectivities to the analogous diphosphonites L 2a and L 2b ; these results are rationalized in terms of delta/lambda-chelate conformations and allosteric effects of the substrates. The rate of hydrogenation of acrylate substrate A with heterochelate 3a is significantly faster than with the homochelate analogues [Rh( L 2a )(cod)]BF 4 and [Rh(dppe)(cod)]BF 4. A synergic effect on the rate is also observed with the monodentate analogues: the rate of hydrogenation with the mixture containing predominantly heteroligand complex 5 is faster than with the monophosphine complex 6 or monophosphonite complex 7. Thus the hydrogenation catalysis carried out with M and [Rh(cod) 2]BF 4 is controlled by the dominant and most efficient heteroligand complex 5. In this study, the heterodiphos chelate 3a is shown to be more efficient and gives the opposite sense of optical induction to the heteromonophos analogue 5.  相似文献

The reaction of [Rh4(mu-PyS2)2(cod)4] (PyS2 = 2,6-pyridinedithiolate, cod = 1,5-cyclooctadiene) with CF3SO3Me gave the cationic complex [Rh(4)(mu-PyS(2)Me)(2)(cod)4][CF3SO3]2 (1) with two 6-(thiomethyl)pyridine-2-thiolate bridging ligands from the attack of Me+ at the terminal sulfur atoms of the starting material. Under identical conditions [Rh4(mu-PyS2)2(tfbb)4] (tfbb = tetrafluorobenzobarrelene) reacted with CF3SO3Me to give the mixed-ligand complex [Rh(4)(mu-PyS2)(mu-PyS2Me)(tfbb)4][CF3SO3] 2. The nucleophilicity of the bridging ligands in the complexes [Rh4(mu-PyS2)2(diolefin)4] was exploited to prepare heteropolynuclear species. Reactions with [Au(PPh3)(Me2CO)][ClO4] gave the hexanuclear complexes [(PPh3)2Au2Rh4(mu-PyS2)2(diolefin)4][ClO4]2 (diolefin = cod (3), tfbb (4)). The structure of 4, solved by X-ray diffraction methods, showed the coordination of the [Au(PPh3)]+ fragments to the peripheral sulfur atoms in [Rh4(mu-PyS2)2(diolefin)4] along with their interaction with the neighbor rhodium atoms. Neutral coordination polymers of formula [ClMRh4(mu-PyS2)2(diolefin)4]n (M = Cu (5, 6), Au (7)) result from the self-assembly of alternating [Rh4(mu-PyS2)2(diolefin)4] ([Rh4]) blocks and MCl linkers. The formation of the infinite polymetallic chains was found to be chiroselective for M = Cu; one particular chain contains exclusively homochiral [Rh4] complexes. Cationic heterometallic coordination polymers of formula [MRh4(mu-PyS2)2(diolefin)4]n[BF4]n (M = Ag (8, 9), Cu (10, 11)) and [Rh5(mu-PyS2)2(diolefin)5]n[BF4]n (12, 13) result from the reactions of [Rh4] with [Cu(CH2CN)4]BF4, AgBF4, and [Rh(diolefin)(Me2CO)2]BF4, respectively. The heterometallic coordination polymers exhibit a weak electric conductivity in the solid state in the range (1.2-2.8) x 10(-7) S cm(-1).  相似文献

A series of mono- and binuclear rhodium(I) complexes bearing ortho-phosphinoanilido and ortho-phosphinoaniline ligands has been synthesized. Reactions of the protic monophosphinoanilines, Ph(2)PAr or PhPAr(2) (Ar = o-C(6)H(4)NHMe), with 0.5 equiv of [Rh(μ-OMe)(COD)](2) result in the formation of the neutral amido complexes, [Rh(COD)(P,N-Ph(2)PAr(-))] or [Rh(COD)(P,N-PhP(Ar(-))Ar)] (Ar(-) = o-C(6)H(4)NMe(-)), respectively, through stoichiometrically controlled deprotonation of an amine by the internal methoxide ion. Similarly, the binuclear complex, [Rh(2)(COD)(2)(μ-P,N,P',N'-mapm(2-))] (mapm(2-) = Ar(Ar(-))PCH(2)P(Ar(-))Ar), can be prepared by reaction of the protic diphosphinoaniline, mapm (Ar(2)PCH(2)PAr(2)), with 1 equiv of [Rh(μ-OMe)(COD)](2). An analogous series of hemilabile phosphine-amine compounds can be generated by reactions of monophosphinoanilines, Ph(2)PAr' or PhPAr'(2) (Ar' = o-C(6)H(4)NMe(2)), with 1 equiv of [Rh(NBD)(2)][BF(4)] to generate [Rh(NBD)(P,N-Ph(2)PAr')][BF(4)] or [Rh(NBD)(P,N-PhPAr'(2))][BF(4)], respectively, or by reactions of diphosphinoanilines, mapm or dmapm (Ar'(2)PCH(2)PAr'(2)), with 2 equiv of the rhodium precursor to generate [Rh(2)(NBD)(2)(μ-P,N,P',N'-mapm)][BF(4)](2) or [Rh(2)(NBD)(2)(μ-P,N,P',N'-dmapm)][BF(4)](2), respectively. Displacement of the diolefin from [Rh(COD)(P,N-Ph(2)PAr(-))] by 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe) yields [Rh(P,P'-dppe)(P,N-Ph(2)PAr(-))] which, while unreactive to H(2), reacts readily and irreversibly with oxygen to form the peroxo complex, [RhO(2)(P,P'-dppe)(P,N-Ph(2)PAr(-))], and with iodomethane to yield [RhI(CH(3))(P,P'-dppe)(P,N-Ph(2)PAr(-))]. Hemilabile phosphine-amine compounds can also be prepared by reactions of [Rh(P,P'-dppe)(P,N-Ph(2)PAr(-))] with Me(3)OBF(4) or HBF(4)·Et(2)O, resulting in (thermodynamic) additions at nitrogen to form [Rh(P,P'-dppe)(P,N-Ph(2)PAr')][BF(4)] or [Rh(P,P'-dppe)(P,N-Ph(2)PAr)][BF(4)], respectively. The nonlabile phosphine-amido and hemilabile phosphine-amine complexes were tested as catalysts for the silylation of styrene. The amido species do not require the use of solvents in reaction media, can be easily removed from product mixtures by protonation, and appear to be more active than their hemilabile, cationic congeners. Reactions catalyzed by either amido or amine complexes favor dehydrogenative silylation in the presence of excess olefin, showing modest selectivities for a single vinylsilane product. The binuclear complexes, which were prepared in an effort to explore possible catalytic enhancements of reactivity due to metal-metal cooperativity, are in fact somewhat less active than mononuclear species, discounting this possibility.  相似文献

Described are new derivatives of the type [HNiFe(SR)(2)(diphosphine)(CO)(3)](+), which feature a Ni(diphosphine) group linked to a Fe(CO)(3) group by two bridging thiolate ligands. Previous work had described [HNiFe(pdt)(dppe)(CO)(3)](+) ([1H](+)) and its activity as a catalyst for the reduction of protons (J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2010, 132, 14877). Work described in this paper focuses on the effects on properties of NiFe model complexes of the diphosphine attached to nickel as well as the dithiolate bridge, 1,3-propanedithiolate (pdt) vs 1,2-ethanedithiolate (edt). A new synthetic route to these Ni-Fe dithiolates is described, involving reaction of Ni(SR)(2)(diphosphine) with FeI(2)(CO)(4) followed by in situ reduction with cobaltocene. Evidence is presented that this route proceeds via a metastable μ-iodo derivative. Attempted isolation of such species led to the crystallization of NiFe(Me(2)pdt)(dppe)I(2), which features tetrahedral Fe(II) and square planar Ni(II) centers (H(2)Me(2)pdt = 2,2-dimethylpropanedithiol). The new tricarbonyls prepared in this work are NiFe(pdt)(dcpe)(CO)(3) (2, dcpe = 1,2-bis(dicyclohexylphosphino)ethane), NiFe(edt)(dppe)(CO)(3) (3), and NiFe(edt)(dcpe)(CO)(3) (4). Attempted preparation of a phenylthiolate-bridged complex via the FeI(2)(CO)(4) + Ni(SPh)(2)(dppe) route gave the tetrametallic species [(CO)(2)Fe(SPh)(2)Ni(CO)](2)(μ-dppe)(2). Crystallographic analysis of the edt-dcpe compund [2H]BF(4) and the edt-dppe compound [3H]BF(4) verified their close resemblance. Each features pseudo-octahedral Fe and square pyramidal Ni centers. Starting from [3H]BF(4) we prepared the PPh(3) derivative [HNiFe(edt)(dppe)(PPh(3))(CO)(2)]BF(4) ([5H]BF(4)), which was obtained as a ~2:1 mixture of unsymmetrical and symmetrical isomers. Acid-base measurements indicate that changing from Ni(dppe) (dppe = Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(2)PPh(2)) to Ni(dcpe) decreases the acidity of the cationic hydride complexes by 2.5 pK(a)(PhCN) units, from ~11 to ~13.5 (previous work showed that substitution at Fe leads to more dramatic effects). The redox potentials are more strongly affected by the change from dppe to dcpe, for example the [2](0/+) couple occurs at E(1/2) = -820 for [2](0/+) vs -574 mV (vs Fc(+/0)) for [1](0/+). Changes in the dithiolate do not affect the acidity or the reduction potentials of the hydrides. The acid-independent rate of reduction of CH(2)ClCO(2)H by [2H](+) is about 50 s(-1) (25 °C), twice that of [1H](+). The edt-dppe complex [2H](+) proved to be the most active catalyst, with an acid-independent rate of 300 s(-1).  相似文献

The reaction of the neutral binuclear complexes [(R(F))(2)Pt(μ-PPh(2))(2)M(phen)] (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, R(F) = C(6)F(5); M = Pt, 1; M = Pd, 2) with AgClO(4) or [Ag(OClO(3))(PPh(3))] affords the trinuclear complexes [AgPt(2)(μ-PPh(2))(2)(R(F))(2)(phen)(OClO(3))] (7a) or [AgPtM(μ-PPh(2))(2)(R(F))(2)(phen)(PPh(3))][ClO(4)] (M = Pt, 8; M = Pd, 9), which display an "open-book" type structure and two (7a) or one (8, 9) Pt-Ag bonds. The neutral diphosphine complexes [(R(F))(2)Pt(μ-PPh(2))(2)M(P-P)] (P-P = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)methane, dppm, M = Pt, 3; M = Pd, 4; P-P = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane, dppe, M = Pt, 5; M = Pd, 6) react with AgClO(4) or [Ag(OClO(3))(PPh(3))], and the nature of the resulting complexes is dependent on both M and the diphosphine. The dppm Pt-Pt complex 3 reacts with [Ag(OClO(3))(PPh(3))], affording a silver adduct 10 in which the Ag atom interacts with the Pt atoms, while the dppm Pt-Pd complex 4 reacts with [Ag(OClO(3))(PPh(3))], forming a 1:1 mixture of [AgPdPt(μ-PPh(2))(2)(R(F))(2)(OClO(3))(dppm)] (11), in which the silver atom is connected to the Pt-Pd moiety through Pd-(μ-PPh(2))-Ag and Ag-P(k(1)-dppm) interactions, and [AgPdPt(μ-PPh(2))(2)(R(F))(2)(OClO(3))(PPh(3))(2)][ClO(4)] (12). The reaction of complex 4 with AgClO(4) gives the trinuclear derivative 11 as the only product. Complex 11 shows a dynamic process in solution in which the silver atom interacts alternatively with both Pd-μPPh(2) bonds. When P-P is dppe, both complexes 5 and 6 react with AgClO(4) or [Ag(OClO(3))(PPh(3))], forming the saturated complexes [(PPh(2)C(6)F(5))(R(F))Pt(μ-PPh(2))(μ-OH)M(dppe)][ClO(4)] (M = Pt, 13; Pd, 14), which are the result of an oxidation followed by a PPh(2)/C(6)F(5) reductive coupling. Finally, the oxidation of trinuclear derivatives [(R(F))(2)Pt(II)(μ-PPh(2))(2)Pt(II)(μ-PPh(2))(2)Pt(II)L(2)] (L(2) = phen, 15; L = PPh(3), 16) by AgClO(4) results in the formation of the unsaturated 46 VEC complexes [(R(F))(2)Pt(III)(μ-PPh(2))(2)Pt(III)(μ-PPh(2))(2)Pt(II)L(2)][ClO(4)](2) (17 and 18, respectively) which display Pt(III)-Pt(III) bonds.  相似文献

Chiral hydroxyl monophosphane 3 [(2S,3S,4S,5S)-3,4-dihydroxy-2, 5-dimethyl-1-phenylphospholane] and bisphospholanes 5a [1,2-bis[(2S, 3S,4S,5S)-3,4-dihydroxy-2,5-dimethylphospholanyl]benzene] and 5b [1, 2-bis[(2S,3S,4S,5S)-2,5-diethyl-3,4-dihydroxyphospholanyl]benzene] were synthesized from readily available D-mannitol in high yields. Strategies for protection and deprotection of OH-groups in the presence of phosphines have been explored. Rate acceleration in the Baylis-Hillman reaction was observed when a hydroxyl phosphine was used as the catalyst. Rhodium complexes with chiral bisphospholanes are highly enantioselective catalysts for the asymmetric hydrogenation of various kinds of functionalized olefins such as dehydroamino acid derivatives, itaconic acid derivatives, and enamides. An interesting feature of the hydroxyl phospholane system is that hydrogenation of some substrates can be carried out in water with >99% ee and 100% conversion (e.g., itaconic acid).  相似文献
