The effect of the SO4(2-) anion on both potentiometry and voltammetry with poly(pyrrole) films doped with chloride or hexacyanoferrate(II/III) ions has been studied and compared with the responses obtained in KCl solutions. Strong interference was observed when the SO4(2-) to Cl- molar ratio was 1:1000, leading to a decrease in polymer film electroactivity at higher sulfate concentrations. The effect is attributed to incorporation of the divalent anion into the polymer film structure, a hypothesis supported by analysis of the composition of the elemental film.  相似文献

A series of novel two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) praseodymium coordination polymers, namely, {[Pr3(PDA)4(HPDA)(H2O)8] x 8H2O}n (2), {[Pr2(PDA)3(H2O)3] x H2O}n (3), {[Pr(PDA)(H2O)4] x ClO4}n (4), and { [Pr2(PDA)2(H2O)5SO4] x 2H2O}n (5) (PDA = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic anion), was designed and synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Complexes 1-3 (chainlike polymer, {[Pr(PDA)(HPDA)(H2O)2] x 4H2O}n (1) was also obtained independently by us, although it has been reported recently by Ghosh et al.) were fabricated successfully by simply tuning the Pr/PDA ratio and exhibited various and intriguing topological structures from a 1D chain to a 3D network. While the synthetic strategy of 5 was triggered and further performed only after 1 was structurally characterized. The complexes were characterized by X-ray single-crystal determination, spectroscopic, and variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility analyses. In complex 2 an unusual nanosized square motif as a building block constructed by eight Pr ions was further assembled into a highly ordered 2D grid compound. In complex 3 the decanuclear Pr metal-based structure as a repeat unit interpenetrated to form a novel 3D polymer. Complex 4 was a 3D network polymer fabricated through a hexanuclear Pr ring as a building block, and ClO4- anions as guests were trapped in the cavity. In complex 5 six Pr atoms, two SO4(2-) anions, and carboxylic oxygen bridges constructed an intriguing rectangle structure as a repeat unit in the grid to form a 2D coordination polymer in which the unique bi-bidentate coordination mode of SO4(2-) anion was observed.  相似文献

The determination of the properties of aqueous salt solutions of poly(ethylene oxide) has been extended to cloud-point and θ-temperature measurements in sodium acetate, potassium fluoride, sodium thiosulfate, and potassium phosphate. The Hofmeister series for the decreasing effect of anion species in salting out the polymer is accordingly extended. However, the order of the effect depends on whether it is made on the basis of molar anion concentration the molar concentration of unit anion charge, or the ionic strength. Viscosity measurements on θ and non-θ solutions containing zinc sulfate, potassium fluoride, and potassium phosphate gave polymer dimensions (in addition to limiting viscosity numbers etc.), and characteristic ratios in good agreement with theoretical predictions (Abe and Mark), and enthalpy and entropy parameters χH and χs; the latter values, nominally ?0.14 and 0.63, are identical at 298 K for the three salt species.  相似文献

A new macrocylic Schiff base 1,2,5,6,8,11-hexaazacyclododeca-7,12-dithione-2,4,8,10-tetraene(H(2)L(4)) containing thiosemicarbazone moiety is readily prepared and characterized for the first time with fairly good yield. Macrocylic ligand (H(2)L(4)) is prepared from the mesocyle 6-ethoxy-4-thio-2,3,5-triazine(H(2)L(3)) in ethanol with copper chloride acting as template using high dilution technique. The complexes of macrocylic ligand with a general composition M(H(2)L(4))X(2) [where M=Cu(II) or Ni(II); H(2)L(4)=1,2,5,6,8,11-hexaazacyclo dodeca-7,12-dithione-2,4,8,10-tetraene; X= Cl(-), NO(3)(-), (1)/(2)SO(4)(2-)] and ML(4) (where metal salt used to synthesize complex is copper acetate and nickel thiocyanate) have been synthesized. The complexes were characterized on the basis of elemental analysis, molar conductance, magnetic susceptibility, IR, electronic, 1H NMR, mass and EPR spectral studies. The complexes from H(2)L(4) show different stoichiometry ratio and with a variable grade of deprotonation in the ligand, depending upon the salt used and working conditions.  相似文献

The partitioning behavior of pentacyanonitrosilmetallate complexes[Fe(CN) 5NO] (2-), [Mn(CN) 5NO] (3-), and [Cr(CN) 5NO] (3-)has been studied in aqueous two-phase systems (ATPS) formed by adding poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO; 4000 g mol (-1)) to an aqueous salt solution (Li 2SO 4, Na 2SO 4, CuSO 4, or ZnSO 4). The complexes partition coefficients ( K complex) in each of these ATPS have been determined as a function of increasing tie-line length (TLL) and temperature. Unlike the partition behavior of most ions, [Fe(CN) 5NO] (2-) and [Mn(CN) 5NO] (3-) anions are concentrated in the polymer-rich phase with K values depending on the nature of the central atom as follows: K [ F e ( C N ) 5 N O ] 2 - > K [ M n ( C N ) 5 N O ] 3 - > K [ C r ( C N ) 5 N O ] 3 - . The effect of ATPS salts in the complex partitioning behavior has also been verified following the order Li 2SO 4 > Na 2SO 4 > ZnSO 4. Thermodynamic analysis revealed that the presence of anions in the polymer-rich phase is caused by an EO-[M(CN) 5NO] ( x- ) (M = Fe, Mn, or Cr) enthalpic interaction. However, when this enthalpic interaction is weak, as in the case of the [Cr(CN) 5NO] (3-) anion ( K [ C r ( C N ) 5 N O ] 3 - < 1), entropic driving forces dominate the transfer process, then causing the anions to concentrate in the salt-rich phase.  相似文献

The stable salts, SbCl(4)(+)Sb(OTeF(5))(6)(-) and SbBr(4)(+)Sb(OTeF(5))(6)(-), have been prepared by oxidation of Sb(OTeF(5))(3) with Cl(2) and Br(2), respectively. The SbBr(4)(+) cation is reported for the first time and is only the second example of a tetrahalostibonium(V) cation. The SbCl(4)(+) cation had been previously characterized as the Sb(2)F(11)(-), Sb(2)Cl(2)F(9)(-), and Sb(2)Cl(0.5)F(10.5)(-) salts. Both Sb(OTeF(5))(6)(-) salts have been characterized in the solid state by low-temperature Raman spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. Owing to the weakly coordinating nature of the Sb(OTeF(5))(6)(-) anion, both salts are readily soluble in SO(2)ClF and have been characterized in solution by (121)Sb, (123)Sb, and (19)F NMR spectroscopy. The tetrahedral environments around the Sb atoms of the cations result in low electric field gradients at the quadrupolar (121)Sb and (123)Sb nuclei and correspondingly long relaxation times, allowing the first solution NMR characterization of a tetrahalocation of the heavy pnicogens. The following crystal structures are reported: SbCl(4)(+)Sb(OTeF(5))(6)(-), trigonal system, space group P&thremacr;, a = 10.022(1) ?, c = 18.995(4) ?, V = 1652.3(6) ?(3), D(calc) = 3.652 g cm(-)(3), Z = 2, R(1) = 0.0461; SbBr(4)(+)Sb(OTeF(5))(6)(-), trigonal system, space group P&thremacr;, a = 10.206(1) ?, c = 19.297(3) ?, V = 1740.9(5) ?(3), D(calc) = 3.806 g cm(-)(3), Z = 2, R(1) = 0.0425. The crystal structures of both Sb(OTeF(5))(6)(-) salts are similar and reveal considerably weaker interactions between anion and cation than in previously known SbCl(4)(+) salts. Both cations are undistorted tetrahedra with bond lengths of 2.221(3) ? for SbCl(4)(+) and 2.385(2) ? for SbBr(4)(+). The Raman spectra are consistent with undistorted SbX(4)(+) tetrahedra and have been assigned under T(d)() point symmetry. Trends within groups 15 and 17 are noted among the general valence force constants of the PI(4)(+), AsF(4)(+), AsBr(4)(+), AsI(4)(+), SbCl(4)(+) and SbBr(4)(+) cations, which have been calculated for the first time, and the previously determined force constants for NF(4)(+), NCl(4)(+), PF(4)(+), PCl(4)(+), PBr(4)(+), and AsCl(4)(+), which have been recalculated for the P and As cations in the present study. The SbCl(4)(+) salt is stable in SO(2)ClF solution, whereas the SbBr(4)(+) salt decomposes slowly in SO(2)ClF at room temperature and rapidly in the presence of Br(-) ion and in CH(3)CN solution at low temperatures. The major products of the decompositions are SbBr(2)(+)Sb(OTeF(5))(6)(-), as an adduct with CH(3)CN in CH(3)CN solvent, and Br(2).  相似文献

Studies on the subtle effects and roles of polyatomic anions in the self-assembly of a series of AgX complexes with 2,4'-Py(2)S (X(-) = NO(3)(-), BF(4)(-), ClO(4)(-), PF(6)(-), CF(3)CO(2)(-), and CF(3)SO(3)(-); 2,4'-Py(2)S = 2,4'-thiobis(pyridine)) have been carried out. The formation of products appears to be primarily associated with a suitable combination of the skewed conformers of 2,4'-Py(2)S and a variety of coordination geometries of Ag(I) ions. The molecular construction via self-assembly is delicately dependent upon the nature of the anions. Coordinating anions afford the 1:1 adducts [Ag(2,4'-Py(2)S)X] (X(-) = NO(3)(-) and CF(3)CO(2)(-)), whereas noncoordinating anions form the 3:4 adducts [Ag(3)(2,4'-Py(2)S)(4)]X(3) (X(-) = ClO(4)(-) and PF(6)(-)). Each structure seems to be constructed by competition between pi-pi interactions of 2,4'-Py(2)S spacers vs Ag.X interactions. For ClO(4)(-) and PF(6)(-), an anion-free network consisting of linear Ag(I) and trigonal Ag(I) in a 1:2 ratio has been obtained whereas, for the coordinating anions NO(3)(-) and CF(3)CO(2)(-), an anion-bridged helix sheet and an anion-bridged cyclic dimer chain, respectively, have been assembled. For a moderately coordinating anion, CF(3)SO(3)(-), the 3:4 adduct [Ag(3)(2,4'-Py(2)S)(4)](CF(3)SO(3))(3) has been obtained similarly to the noncoordinating anions, but its structure is a double strand via both face-to-face (pi-pi) stackings and Ag.Ag interactions, in contrast to the noncoordinating anions. The anion exchanges of [Ag(3)(2,4'-Py(2)S)(4)]X(3) (X(-) = BF(4)(-), ClO(4)(-), and PF(6)(-)) with BF(4)(-), ClO(4)(-), and PF(6)(-) in aqueous media indicate that a [BF(4)(-)] analogue is isostructural with [Ag(3)(2,4'-Py(2)S)(4)]X(3) (X(-) = ClO(4)(-) and PF(6)(-)). Furthermore, the anion exchangeability for the noncoordinating anion compounds and the X-ray data for the coordinating anion compounds establish the coordinating order to be NO(3)(-) > CF(3)CO(2)(-) > CF(3)SO(3)(-) > PF(6)(-) > ClO(4)(-) > BF(4)(-).  相似文献

以甲胺、烯丙基氯、NaOH、氯化苄和偶氮二异丙基咪唑啉盐酸盐为原料,合成了聚二烯丙基甲基苄基氯化铵(PDAMABC),采用FT IR、1H NMR和元素分析对其结构进行表征,并考察了其在氯化钠、氯化钾、溴化钾、氯化钙、氯化镁、硫酸镁和硫酸钠溶液中的粘度行为。 将所得水相和低沸点馏分回用,二烯丙基甲基胺的收率从72.79%提高至83.41%;以水与乙醇为混合溶剂(V(H2O)∶V(C2H5OH)为1∶3~2∶3),合成的二烯丙基甲基苄基氯化铵收率较高且水溶性好。 PDAMABC的比浓粘度随外加盐浓度增加而降低。 在0.1 mol/L NaCl溶液中,当其质量浓度低于0.031 25 g/L时,表现为聚电解质行为;质量浓度大于0.125 g/L时,表现为中性聚合物的粘度行为。 外加盐对比浓粘度的影响顺序为:Na2SO4<NaCl<KCl<MgSO4<MgCl2<CaCl2<KBr。 阴离子的屏蔽作用是导致比浓粘度降低的主要原因。  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of several salts of the B(12)F(12)(2-) anion are reported. The potassium salt was prepared in 72% recrystallized yield by treating K(2)B(12)H(12) with liquid HF at 70 degrees C for 14 h and 20% F(2)/N(2) in liquid HF at 25 degrees C for 72 h. The CPh(3)(+), N(n-Bu)(4)(+), NH(n-C(12)H(25))(3)(+), NH(4)(+), and Li(+) salts were prepared by metathesis reactions. The [NH(n-C(12)H(25))(3)](2)[B(12)F(12)] salt is soluble in aromatic hydrocarbon solvents. The B(12)F(12)(2-) anion is remarkably stable. The salts Li(2)B(12)F(12) and [NH(4)](2)[B(12)F(12)] were stable when heated to 450 and 480 degrees C, respectively. The B(12)F(12)(2-) anion did not react with 98% H(2)SO(4), 70% HNO(3), 3 M KOH, a 10-fold excess of Ce(NH(4))(2)(NO(3))(6) in aqueous solution, or metallic sodium in THF. In addition, B(12)F(12)(2-) did not react with metallic lithium in a mixture of ethylene carbonate and dimethyl carbonate, was not reduced at 0 V versus Li(+/0) in that solvent, and underwent a quasi-reversible oxidation at 4.9 V versus Li(+/0). The structure of [CPh(3)](2)[B(12)F(12)] was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction: tetragonal, space group I4(1)/acd, a = 19.102(2), b = 19.102(2), c = 20.535(3) A, V = 7492.2(2) A(3), Z = 8, T = 173(2) K, R(1) = 0.064. The B(12)F(12)(2-) anion weakly interacts with the two symmetry related CPh(3)(+) cations via F.C contacts of 3.087(2) A, which are very close to the 3.17 A sum of van der Waals radii for these two atoms. Taken together, the data suggest that B(12)F(12)(2-) may be useful as a very robust weakly coordinating anion.  相似文献

The influence of added colloidal particles on the phase separation of mixed aqueous polymer solutions is investigated. Two types of particles (polystyrene latex or silica) and different combinations of segregating polymers (dextran of varying molar mass combined with poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) of varying molar mass, or Ucon, a copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide) were used. All systems displayed particle-induced instability effects, but the extent of the effect varied strongly between the various combinations and with the amount of added salt. Very large instability effects were seen in certain mixtures. Two mechanisms, both relying on the adsorption of at least one of the polymers to the particle surface, seem to operate. Close to the cloud-point curve of the particle-free polymer1/polymer2/water mixture, adsorption of PEO or Ucon to the particles gives rise to a capillary-induced phase separation. Close to the dextran/water axis of the phase diagram, the adsorbing polymer gives rise to a surface modification of the particles, which then interacts repulsively with the surrounding dextran solution.  相似文献

The salt effects on the water solubility of thermoresponsive hyperbranched polyethylenimine and polyamidoamine possessing large amounts of isobutyramide terminal groups (HPEI-IBAm and HPAMAM-IBAm) were studied systematically. Eight anions with sodium as the counterion and ten cations with chloride as the counterion were used to measure the anion and cation effects on the cloud point temperature (T(cp)) of these dendritic polymers in water. It was found that the T(cp) of these dendritic polymers was much more sensitive to the addition of salts than that of the traditional thermoresponsive linear polymers. At low anion concentration, the electrostatic interaction between anions and the positively charged groups of these polymers was dominant, resulting in the unusual anion effect on the T(cp) of these polymers in water, including (1) T(cp) of these dendritic polymers decreasing nonlinearly with the increase of kosmotropic anion concentration; (2) the chaotropic anions showing abnormal salting-out property at low salt concentration and the stronger chaotropes having much pronounced salting-out ability; (3) anti-Hofmeister ordering at low salt concentration. At moderate to high salt concentration, the specific ranking of these anions in reducing the T(cp) of HPEI-IBAm and HPAMAM-IBAm polymers was PO(4)(3-) > CO(3)(2-) > SO(4)(2-) > S(2)O(3)(2-) > F(-) > Cl(-) > Br(-) > I(-), in accordance with the well-known Hofmeister series. At moderate to high salt concentration, the specific ranking order of inorganic cations in reducing the T(cp) of HPEI-IBAm polymer was Sr(2+) ≈ Ba(2+) > Na(+) ≈ K(+) ≈ Rb(+) > Cs(+) > NH(4)(+) ≈ Ca(2+) > Li(+) ≈ Mg(2+). This sequence was only partially similar to the typical Hofmeister cation series, whereas at low salt concentration the cation effect on T(cp) of the dendritic polymer was insignificant and no obvious specific ranking order could be found.  相似文献

The interactions between oppositely charged polyelectrolytes were studied in saline aqueous solutions as functions of the temperature and the salt and polymer concentrations. The polyanion was a diblock copolymer composed of a poly(ethylene oxide) block and a poly(sodium methacrylate) block. Two polycations were used, the homopolymer poly(methacryl oxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride) and its poly(ethylene oxide)‐grafted analogue. By dynamic light scattering and turbidity measurements, it was observed that the salt concentration, temperature, and counterion size had a significant effect on the formation of the polymer complexes in aqueous solutions. At a fixed salt concentration and a fixed temperature, it was possible to form completely soluble complexes of an ionic polymer in aqueous solutions between poly(ethylene oxide)‐grafted poly(methacryl oxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride)and the polyanion with a poly(ethylene oxide) block at a 1:1 anion/cation ratio. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 将聚氧化乙烯(PEO)和二(三氟甲基磺酰)亚胺锂(LiTFSI)混合(固定EO/Li摩尔比为13)后, 采用溶液浇注法制备了一系列不同Li1.5Al0.5Ge1.5(PO4)3(LAGP)与PEO质量比的LAGP-PEO(LiTFSI)固体复合电解质体系. 结合电化学阻抗法、 表面形貌表征以及与惰性陶瓷填料(SiO2, Al2O3) 性能的对比分析, 探讨了LAGP在固体复合电解质中的作用机理以及锂离子的导电行为. 结果表明, 在以LAGP为主相的固体复合电解质中, PEO主要处于无定形态, 整个体系主要为PEO与LiTFSI的络合相、 LAGP与PEO(LiTFSI)相互作用形成的过渡相和LAGP晶相. 其中LAGP作为主要的导电基体不仅起到降低PEO结晶度、 改善两相导电界面的作用; 同时自身也可以作为离子传输的通道, 降低锂离子迁移的活化能, 从而使离子电导率得到提高. 当LAGP与PEO的质量比为6:4时, 固体复合电解质的成膜性能最好, 离子电导率最高, 在30 ℃时为2.57×10-5 S/cm, 接近LAGP的水平, 电化学稳定窗口超过5 V.  相似文献

The formation of negative ions in molecular beams of ethylene sulfite (ES, alternately called glycol sulfite or ethylene glycol, C(2)H(4)SO(3)) molecules has been studied using both Rydberg electron transfer (RET) and free electron attachment methods. RET experiments with jet-cooled ES show an unexpected broad profile of anion formation as a function of the effective quantum number (n(*)) of the excited rubidium atoms, with peaks at n(max)(*) approximately 13.5 and 16.8. The peak at n(max)(*) approximately 16.8 corresponds to an expected dipole-bound anion with an electron binding energy of 8.5 meV. It is speculated that the peak at n(max)(*) approximately 13.5 derives from the formation of a distorted C(2)H(4)SO(3)(-) ion. We suggest that quasifree electron attachment promotes the breaking of one ring bond giving a long-lived acyclic anion and term this process incomplete dissociative electron attachment. Theoretical calculations of plausible ionic structures are presented and discussed. Electron beam studies of ES reveal the presence of multiple dissociative attachment channels, with the dominant fragment, SO(2)(-), peaking at 1.3 eV and much weaker signals due to SO(3)(-), SO(-), and (ES-H)(-) peaking at 1.5, 1.7, and 0.9 eV, respectively. All of these products appear to originate from a broad temporary negative ion resonance centered at approximately 1.4 eV.  相似文献

Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes having the general composition [M(L)(2)X(2)] [where L=2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde thiosemicarbazone, M=Ni(II) and Cu(II), X=Cl(-), NO(3)(-) and 1/2 SO(4)(2-)] have been synthesized. All the metal complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, magnetic moment, mass, IR, EPR and electronic spectral studies. The magnetic moment measurements of the complexes indicate that all the complexes are of high-spin type. On the basis of spectral studies an octahedral geometry has been assigned for Ni(II) complexes whereas tetragonal geometry for Cu(II) except [Cu(L)(2)SO(4)] which posseses five coordinated geometry. The ligand and its metal complexes were screened against phytopathogenic fungi and bacteria in vitro.  相似文献

Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes were synthesized with thiosemicarbazone (L(1)) and semicarbazone (L(2)) derived from 2-acetyl furan. These complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, magnetic moment, mass, IR, electronic and EPR spectral studies. The molar conductance measurement of the complexes in DMSO corresponds to non-electrolytic nature. All the complexes are of high-spin type. On the basis of different spectral studies six coordinated geometry may be assigned for all the complexes except Co(L)(2)(SO(4)) and Cu(L)(2)(SO(4)) [where L=L(1) and L(2)] which are of five coordinated square pyramidal geometry.  相似文献

The solvation of copper(II) sulfate in binary mixtures of water and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) is studied by a combined approach using electrochemical studies in solution and a mass spectrometric assay of the solvated ions formed from these solutions upon electrospray ionization (ESI). In the condensed phase, the limiting transference numbers (t(+/-)(o)) and the apparent ion association constants (K(A)'s) of CuSO(4) have been determined in water/DMF solutions at 20 degrees C. The t(+)(o) values decrease with increasing DMF content, demonstrating a gradual solvation of Cu(2+) by DMF molecules. The association constants indicate that aggregation becomes more pronounced as the DMF content increases. In order to achieve complementary insight, the intrinsic interactions among the ions and solvent molecules are investigated in gas-phase experiments of the CuSO(4)/water/DMF system using ESI mass spectrometry. Under the conditions used, the dications [Cu(DMF)(n)](2+) (n = 3-6), [Cu(2)(DMF)(n)SO(4)](2+) (n = 2-7), and [Cu(3)(DMF)(n)(SO(4))(2)](2+) (n = 2-7), and the monocations [Cu(OH)(DMF)(n)](+), [Cu(DMF)(n)(HSO(4))](+) (both, n = 1-3), and [Cu(DMF)(n)](+) (n = 1, 2), are formed as the leading copper-containing cations. Likewise, polynuclear copper clusters observed in the anion ESI spectra support partial aggregation occurring in solution. The gas-phase studies clearly support the conclusions that (i) DMF is a highly preferred ligand for CuII in comparison to water and that (ii) DMF supports ion association for which the mass spectrometric data suggest the formation of polynuclear copper clusters.  相似文献

This paper reports the preparation and characterization of a series of organic derivatives of ZrPO(4)Cl(CH(3))(2)SO obtained by topotactic anion exchange of chloride ligands with several n-alkoxide (RO) and carboxylate groups (RCOO). Exchange with alkoxides, with an alkyl chain length from 2 to 8 carbon atoms, gave products of general formula ZrPO(4)RO(CH(3))(2)SO. In these derivatives alkoxide groups, covalently bonded to zirconium atoms via Zr-O bonds, point toward the interlayer region. Carboxylate derivatives, of general formula ZrPO(4)[(RCOO)(CH(3))(2)SO](1)(-)(x)(OH H(2)O)(x), were obtained using benzoate (x = 0), nitrobenzoate (x = 0.3), and phenylacetate (x = 0.2) groups. The thermal behavior of these organic derivatives is discussed. Due to this reactivity, ZrPO(4)Cl(CH(3))(2)SO is an attractive precursor for materials chemistry.  相似文献
