Vinylphosphine-borane complexes are easily synthesized by palladium-catalyzed C-P cross-coupling of vinyl triflates with secondary phosphine-boranes. This method allows the synthesis of phosphine derivatives not always easily accessible by other approaches. The vinylphosphine derivatives are purified by chromatography on silica gel. The versatility of the method is proved by using various triflates and diaryl-, dialkyl- and alkylarylphosphine-borane precursors. Chiral enantiopure phosphine-boranes are synthesized from chiral triflates.  相似文献

Highly efficient palladium-catalyzed Heck coupling of aryl nonaflates with electron-rich vinyl ethers, and enamides is described. These reactions afforded exclusively the branched products in good yields. The results indicated that aryl nonaflates are effective alternative to the frequently employed aryl triflates.  相似文献

The palladium-catalyzed reaction of sulfinic acid salts with a wide variety of aryl and vinyl halides or triflates provides unsymmetrical diaryl sulfones and aryl vinyl sulfones in good to excellent yields. The reaction is strongly influenced by the presence of nBu4NCl, and the use of Xantphos, a rigid bidentate ligand with a wide natural bite angle, was found to be crucial for the success of the reaction. With neutral, electron-rich, and electron-poor aryl iodides best results were obtained by using Pd2(dba)3, Xantphos, Cs2CO3, and nBu4NCl, in toluene at 80 degrees C. Two general procedures were employed with aryl bromides and triflates: sodium p-toluenesulfinate, Pd2(dba)3, Xantphos, Cs2CO3, 120 degrees C, in toluene with nBu4NCl (procedure A: neutral, electron-rich, and slightly electron-poor aryl bromides or triflates) and without nBu4NCl (procedure B: electron-poor aryl bromides or triflates). With vinyl triflates best results were obtained at 60 degrees C omitting nBu4NCl.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A mild palladium-catalyzed cascade has been used for the synthesis of the hormone 1alpha,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (calcitriol, 1a) and its analogues 1b and 1c. This one-pot process involves two consecutive transformations at room temperature: An initial palladium-catalyzed 6-exo-cyclocarbopalladation of vinyl triflates followed by a Negishi cross-coupling reaction with an alkenyl zinc. This novel strategy opens new possibilities for the preparation of a variety of new vitamin D analogues of therapeutic potential, particularly with modifications at the triene and/or ring-A.  相似文献

6-Trifluoromethyl-12-acylindolo[1,2-c]quinazolines are prepared in high yield through the palladium-catalyzed reaction of bis(o-trifluoroacetamidophenyl)acetylene with aryl or vinyl halides and triflates. The reaction, which tolerates a variety of important functional groups, probably involves the formation of a 3-acyl-2-(o-trifluoroacetamidophenyl)indole intermediate, followed by its cyclization to the indoloquinazoline product. An iterative synthesis of cross-conjugated iso-polydiacetylenes (iso-PDAs) is reported based on three fundamental building blocks: vinyl triflates 8, 9, and 25. An efficient sequence of palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of vinyl triflates and terminal alkynes has been employed to extend the chain length of these oligomers. The longest member of the series, nonamer 19, spans 3.4 nm from Si to Si atom. The stability and solubility of the conjugated oligomers have been evaluated as a function of pendant substitution. Assessment of solid-state structural properties was achieved via X-ray crystallographic analyses of monomer 12 and trimer 14. The electronic characteristics of the monodisperse oligomers have been fully analyzed by UV-vis spectroscopy in solution and as thin films, and these studies suggest that pi-electron communication is present along the enyne framework, but quickly reaches saturation by the stage of nonamer 19.  相似文献

A highly efficient palladium-catalyzed Heck coupling reaction of heteroaryl halides with electron-rich vinyl ether and hydroxyalkyl vinyl ethers is described. It was found that the choice of solvent, ligand, and reaction temperature had a fundamental influence on the regioselectivity and reactivity of the reaction, and the combination of Pd(OAc)2 and DPPF in ethylene glycol led to the most effective catalytic system. Under these conditions, a variety of heteroaryl halides reacted very quickly with electron-rich olefins to afford exclusively the branched products in good to excellent yields without employing triflates, halide scavengers, or ionic liquids.  相似文献

A new efficient protocol for the nickel-catalyzed Heck reaction of aryl triflates with vinyl ethers is presented. Mild reaction conditions that equal those of the corresponding palladium-catalyzed Heck reaction are applied, representing a practical and more sustainable alternative to the conventional regioselective arylation of vinyl ethers. A catalytic system comprised of Ni(COD)(2) and 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene (DPPF) in combination with the tertiary amine Cy(2)NMe proved effective in the olefination of a wide range of aryl triflates. Both electron-deficient and electron-rich arenes proved compatible, and the corresponding aryl methyl ketone could be secured after hydrolysis in yields approaching quantitative. Good functional group tolerance was observed matching the characteristics of the analogous Pd-catalyzed Heck reaction. The high levels of catalytic activity were explained by the intermediacy of a cationic nickel(II) complex potentially responsible for the successive β-hydride elimination and base promoted catalyst regeneration. Although these elementary reactions are normally considered challenging, DFT calculations suggested this pathway to be favorable under the applied reaction conditions.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The palladium-catalyzed reaction of aryl and vinyl halides or triflates in the presence of acetic anhydride and lithium formate as a condensed source of carbon monoxide provides an efficient simple route to the synthesis of the corresponding carboxylic acids. The reaction proceeds very smoothly under mild conditions and tolerates a wide range of functional groups, including ether, ketone, ester, and nitro groups. The presence of ortho substituents does not hamper the reaction. Labeled carbonyl products can be easily prepared by using H(13)COONa.  相似文献

We have previously reported that the palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of air-stable potassium alkenyltrifluoroborates with aryl halides and triflates proceeds readily with good yields. Recent progress in outlining the scope and limitations of such reactions is described herein. The palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of potassium alkenyltrifluoroborates with aryl and heteroaryl halides and triflates proceeds readily with moderate to excellent yields. The alkenyl cross-coupling reaction can generally be effected using 2 mol % of PdCl2(dppf).CH2Cl2 as catalyst in i-PrOH-H2O in the presence of t-BuNH2 as the base. A variety of functional groups are tolerated in both partners, and the process is stereospecific with regard to the alkenyltrifluoroborate starting material.  相似文献

It is demonstrated that α,β-unsaturated acetals can be considered a synthetic tool for transforming carbonyl derivatives into cheap and easily accessible starting materials for the construction of various and more complex structures. The lithium-potassium mixed superbase LIC-KOR induces a conjugate elimination reaction that converts α,β-unsaturated acetals into 1E-1-alkoxybuta-1,3-dienes. These derivatives can be readily metalated in situ and functionalized by reaction with electrophiles. The results can be grouped in two sections: (1) the palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction between alkoxydienylboronates and tetralone- or isochromanone-derived vinyl triflates; (2) the regio- and stereoselective cross coupling reaction with aryl derivatives in the presence of a palladium catalyst (Heck conditions).  相似文献

A family of proazaphosphatrane ligands [P(RNCH2CH2)2N(R'NCH2CH2): R = R' = i-Bu, 1; R = Bz, R' = i-Bu, 3; R = R' = Bz, 4] for palladium-catalyzed Stille reactions of aryl chlorides is described. Catalysts derived from ligands 1 and 4 efficiently catalyze the coupling of electronically diverse aryl chlorides with an array of organotin reagents. The catalyst system based on the ligand 3 is active for the synthesis of sterically hindered biaryls (di-, tri-, and tetra-ortho substituted). The use of ligand 4 allows room-temperature coupling of aryl bromides and it also permits aryl triflates and vinyl chlorides to participate in Stille coupling.  相似文献

The synthesis of ortho-(trimethylsilyl)triphenylenyl triflates 7 is described. Fluoride-induced decomposition of these triflates leads to the generation of didehydrotriphenylenes (triphenylynes) 6. These arynes undergo [4+2] cycloadditions with dienes to afford the corresponding Diels-Alder adducts or palladium-catalyzed formal [2+2+2] cycloadditions to afford extended triphenylenes.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A study on the conversion of lactam-derived vinyl triflates and phosphates into the corresponding vinyl boronates was carried out. While delta-valerolactam-derived vinyl triflates were successfully converted into 1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridine-2-boronic acid pinacol ester derivatives by Pd-catalyzed coupling reaction with both bis(pinacolato)diboron and pinacolborane, pyrrolidinone and epsilon-caprolactam derivatives either did not react or were readily reduced. The delta-valerolactam-derived vinyl boronates are thermally stable compounds that efficiently coupled, under Pd catalysis, with structurally diverse aryl and heteroaryl bromides and triflates, vinyl iodides and bromides, and aromatic acid chlorides, to give the corresponding 2-substituted piperidines in good to excellent yields. The number of electrophiles that can virtually be coupled with these new boronic esters makes them very useful reagents for the synthesis of N-heterocyclic compounds.  相似文献

[chemical reaction: see text]. A general route of converting alkenyl ketones to functionalized allenes was developed. Substituted 1,3-dien-2-yl triflates, which were prepared from the alkenyl ketones via silyl dienol ethers, were excellent substrates for the palladium-catalyzed reaction with soft nucleophiles giving the multisubstituted allenes in high yields. Comparison between the dienyl triflates and analogous bromodienes in the Pd-catalyzed reaction was studied as well.  相似文献

Pentavalent aryl and heteroaryl bis(catechol) silicates undergo palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling with aryl and heteroaryl triflates in the presence of a fluoride source in excellent yields. These solid, air-stable bis(catechol) silicates are prepared from a high-yielding displacement reaction between catechol and an aryl siloxane in the presence of an amine base. The cross-coupling reaction is tolerant of a wide range of electron-donating and electron-withdrawing groups. Several examples of di-ortho-substituted triflates are successfully coupled with these reagents.  相似文献

This review details the current methods used to prepare vinyl triflates derived from 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and describes the reactivity of such functionalized vinyl triflates. α-Ketovinyl triflates can easily and stereoselectively be produced through three different ways. Enolization and triflation is the most common route, but direct triflation with triflic anhydride could also be used, each involving different mechanisms. Direct addition of triflic acid and related sulfonic acids to triple bond offers an alternative to the previous methods. With their peculiar set of functional groups, α-ketovinyl triflates can react in four different ways. The vinyl triflate part could be engaged in coupling reactions, while the carbonyl group as well as the enone motif could be subjected to nucleophilic additions. If a proton is available next to the triflate group, eliminations could occur under basic conditions. Upon addition, fragmentations could also be possible.  相似文献

Here we report the first palladium-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenolysis of readily available aryl triflates via desymmetrization and kinetic resolution for facile construction of axially chiral biaryl scaffolds with excellent enantioselectivities and s selectivity factors. The axially chiral monophosphine ligands could be prepared from these chiral biaryl compounds and were further applied to palladium-catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylation with excellent ee values and high branched and linear ratio, which demonstrated the potential utility of this methodology.  相似文献
