The classical Schwarz-Pick lemma for holomorphic mappings is generalized to planar harmonic mappings of the unit disk D completely. (I) For any 0 < r < 1 and 0 ρ < 1, the author constructs a closed convex domain Er,ρ such that F((z,r))  eiαEr,ρ = {eiαz : z ∈ Er,ρ} holds for every z ∈ D, w = ρeiα and harmonic mapping F with F(D)D and F(z) = w, where △(z,r) is the pseudo-disk of center z and pseudo-radius r; conversely, for every z ∈ D, w = ρeiα and w ∈ eiαEr,ρ, there exists a harmonic mapping F such that ...

设w(z)=P[F](z)为定义在单位圆盘D上的调和映照,满足w(0)=0和w(D)D,其中F为边界函数.本文利用Poisson积分和方向导数得到w(z)的Schwarz-Pick引理的一个表述如下:A-w(z)≤maxo≤x≤1h(x,r),这里h(x,r)如(3.2)所示,为x的连续函数.进一步地,本文证明对于某些边界函数F,上述估计是精确的.     

A Schwarz-Pick inequality for harmonic quasiconformal mappings and its applications

The main result of this paper is the sharp generalized Schwarz-Pick inequality for euclidean harmonic quasiconformal mappings with convex ranges, which generalizes a result given by Mateljevi?. As its applications, we obtain the property of quasi-isometry with respect to the Poincaré distance and an analogue of the Koebe theorem for this class of mappings.     

Bloch constants for planar harmonic mappings

We give a lower estimate for the Bloch constant for planar harmonic mappings which are quasiregular and for those which are open. The latter includes the classical Bloch theorem for holomorphic functions as a special case. Also, for bounded planar harmonic mappings, we obtain results similar to a theorem of Landau on bounded holomorphic functions.

     

A decomposition theorem for planar harmonic mappings

A necessary and sufficient condition is found for a complex-valued harmonic function to be decomposable as an analytic function followed by a univalent harmonic mapping.

     

On harmonic typically real mappings

In this paper, we prove that a univalent orientation-preserving harmonic mapping defined on the unit disk U with the normalization f(0)=0, , is a typically real mapping, if f(U) is a starlike domain with respect to the origin or f(U) is convex in one direction.     

A Schwarz-Pick lemma for the modulus of holomorphic mappings from the polydisk into the unit ball

In this paper we prove a Schwarz-Pick lemma for the modulus of holomorphic mappings from the polydisk into the unit ball. This result extends some related results.     

Estimates on Bloch constants for planar harmonic mappings

The Bloch constants for quasiregular harmonic mappings and open planar harmonic mappings are considered. Better estimates are obtained. The results, presented in this paper, improve the one made by Chen et al. and Grigoryan. Estimates on Bloch constants for planar harmonic mappings

The Schwarz lemma and Bloch constants for planar bounded harmonic mappings are considered. Sharper form and better estimates are obtained. Our results improve the one made by Dorff and Nowak as well as by Chen, Gauthier and Hengartner.     

Covering and distortion theorems for planar harmonic univalent mappings

In this paper, we investigate Clunie and Sheil-Small’s covering theorems for sense-preserving planar harmonic univalent mappings defined in the unit disk. Our results significantly improve the earlier known result. Also, we obtain a distortion theorem for fully starlike harmonic mappings in the unit disk.     

Some new results on planar harmonic mappings

This survey paper contains some new results on the Landau theorem, Bloch theorem and Schwarz-Pick lemma for planar harmonic mappings.     

The high order Schwarz-Pick lemma on complex Hilbert balls

In this paper we prove a high order Schwarz-Pick lemma for holomorphic mappings between unit balls in complex Hilbert spaces. In addition, a Schwarz-Pick estimate for high order Fréchet derivatives of a holomorphic function f of a Hilbert ball into the right half-plane is obtained.     

On the dilatation of univalent planar harmonic mappings

It is shown that if is a univalent harmonic mapping of the unit disk onto a domain having a smooth boundary arc which is convex with respect to the domain, and if the dilatation has modulus 1 on the arc, then the arc must be a line segment.

Schwarz-Pick estimates for holomorphic mappings from the polydisk to the unit ball

In this paper, Schwarz-Pick estimates of arbitrary order partial derivatives for holomorphic mappings from the polydisk to the unit ball are presented. We generalize the early work on Schwarz-Pick estimates of higher order derivatives for bounded holomorphic functions on the unit disk and the polydisk.
