Five new drimane-type sesquiterpenoids were isolated from cultures of the tropical basidiomycetes, Perenniporia centrali-africana (originating from Kenya) and Cerrena sp. nov. (originating from Thailand). A new pereniporin A derivative (1), a new drimane-type sesquiterpene lactam (2), and the new 6,7-Dehydro-isodrimenediol (3) were isolated from P. centrali-africana. In parallel, the two new drimane-type sesquiterpene lactams 5 and 6 were isolated together with known isodrimenediol (4) from Cerrena sp. This is the first report of drimane-type sesquiterpene lactams from basidiomycetes. The structures were elucidated based on 1D and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopic data, in combination with high-resolution electrospray mass spectrometric (HR-ESIMS) data. The compounds were devoid of significant antimicrobial and cytotoxic activities.  相似文献

The sponge Hyatella intestinalis from the Gulf of California contains the new scalarane-related sesterterpenes hyatelones A-C and hyatolides A-B, together with the new scalaranes hyatolides C-E, hyatelactam, 12-O-deacetyl-19-epi-scalarin and the new norscalarane 12-O-deacetylnorscalaral B. The structures of the new metabolites have been established by spectroscopic analysis of the natural products and, in some instances, of their acetyl derivatives. The new compounds hyatelone A, 19,20-di-O-acetylhyatelone B, hyatolide A, 20-O-acetylhyatolide C, hyatelactam, and 12-O-deacetylnorscalaral B have shown activity as growth inhibitors of several tumor cell lines.  相似文献

肉芝软珊瑚Sarcophytum是珊瑚纲,八放珊瑚亚纲,软珊瑚目中的一个属,软珊瑚肉质柔软而不被海洋中的动物所吞食,这被认为是与其次生代谢产物中含有能驱赶其它生物的化学防御物质有关,从而引起了化学家和药物学家的重视^[1,2],例如从乳白肉芝软珊瑚Sarcophytum glaucum和第氏肉芝办珊瑚Sarcophyton decasyi中均分离得到细胞毒活性相当强的二萜内脂Sarcophine^[3-5],Bernstein^[3]认为这类物质可能是软珊瑚的化学防御物质之一,最近我们在研究柔软肉芝软珊瑚Sarcophyton molle Tix.Dur.的次生代谢产物过程中,分离到两个在生源上与Sarcophine有密切关系的二萜内酯 Sarcophinone(1)^[6,7]和iso-Sarcophinone(2),其中2是新化合物。体外的生理活性试验显示,化合物1和2对艾氏腹水瘤细胞和水鼠S180肿瘤细胞均有显著抑制作用,本文报道了Sarcophinone(1)和iso-Sarcophinone(2)的分离和结构测定。  相似文献

The present paper covers the structure of a new sesterterpene, phyllofenone A(1) , isolated from the South China Sea sponge Phyllospongia foliascens. Phyllofenone A is a member of the scalarane class of sesterterpenes with a (C-20, C-24)-bishomo-(C-25)-nortetra-cyclic skeleton. The structure charcterization was based on one- and two-dimensional NMR and mass spectroscopy with the assistance of molecular modeling. Phyllofenone A shows weak antifungal activity against Candida pseudotropicalis.  相似文献

Some metabolites of fungi and plants containing perylenequinones have been used as folk medicine for the treatment of many diseases1,2. A filamentous fungus, Ascomy-cetes Hypocreaceae Hypomyces (Fr.) Tul. sp., was found from the northwestern mountains of Yunnan Province, and cultured successfully in the laboratory. A new perylenequinone, named hypomycin A (1), was isolated from its mycelia. A new lactone, 1,8‐dihydroxy‐10‐methoxy‐3‐methyldibenzo[b,e]oxepine‐6,11‐dione ( 1 ), and two new xanthones, 1‐hydroxy‐8‐(hydroxymethyl)‐6‐methoxy‐3‐methyl‐9H‐xanthen‐9‐one ( 2 ) and 1‐hydroxy‐8‐(hydroxymethyl)‐3‐methoxy‐6‐methyl‐9H‐xanthen‐9‐one ( 3 ), were isolated from a mangrove endophytic fungus Phoma sp. SK3RW1M collected from the South China Sea. This is the first report on xanthone derivatives isolated as secondary metabolites from Phoma species. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, mainly 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR techniques, and the structure of compound 2 was confirmed by X‐ray crystallography. Cytotoxicity assays showed that compounds 1 – 3 were inactive against KB and KBv200 cells.  相似文献

Bio‐assay‐guided fractionation of the CHCl3‐soluble extract from the leaves of Viburnum aboricolum led to the isolation of a novel secobetulinic acid 3,4‐lactone, viburolide (=(6β)‐4,6‐dihydroxy‐3,4‐secolup‐20(29)‐ene‐3,28‐dioic acid 3,4‐lactone; 1 ). This is the first lupane‐type compound possessing such a lactone skeleton from natural products. Its structure was elucidated by spectral analysis and comparison with 6‐dehydroxy‐20,29‐dihydroviburolide ( 6 ) prepared from benzyl betulinate ( 2 ). Compound 6 was found to inhibit androgen‐independent human prostate cancer cells (PC‐3) with an IC50 of 12.3 μM .  相似文献

A new polyoxygenated farnesylcyclohexenone, peniginsengin A (1), was isolated from the fermentation of Penicillium sp. YIM PH30003, an endophytic fungus associated with Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F.
