A solvent-free, versatile procedure has been developed for the effective synthesis of tert-butanesulfinylimines of a variety of aldehydes using chiral tert-butanesulfinamides under green, sonochemical conditions. This method utilizes silica supported p-toluenesulfonic acid (pTSA·SiO2) as an efficient, safer and inexpensive catalyst under aerobic conditions. The practicable simplicity, easy preparation of the catalyst from readily available substances, high substrate scope, excellent yields of products in short reaction times and environmentally benign (solvent-free sonochemical) conditions are the exceptional assets of this finding.  相似文献

Oxidative homocoupling of titanium(IV) enolates of 2-isothiocyanato-carboxylic esters resulted in the synthesis of 2,3-diisothiocyanato-succinic acid diesters. The reactions were carried out using DIPEA/TiCl4 oxidizing system and led to chiral dimers (instead of meso) as main products. Titanium(IV) enolates derived from hindered 2-isothiocyanato-carboxylates did not undergo the oxidative homocoupling but gave 3,6-dithioxo-piperazines.  相似文献

Micron-sized silica gel particles were chemically modified on their surfaces with the coupling agent, γ-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane (MPS), double bond was introduced onto the surfaces of silica gel particles, and the modified particles MPS–SiO2 were obtained. Then, poly(4-vinylpyridine) (P4VP) was grafted from the silica gel surfaces, and grafting particles P4VP/SiO2 was prepared. Finally, the coordination between grafted P4VP and cupric ions Cu2+ was performed, and the supported complex Cu(II)–P4VP/SiO2 was obtained. The grafting particles P4VP/SiO2 and the supported complex Cu(II)–P4VP/SiO2 were characterized with infrared spectra (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Cu(II)–P4VP/SiO2 was used as a catalyst for the oxidation of ethyl benzene into acetophenone with molecular oxygen under ordinary pressure. The experimental results show that the supported complex Cu(II)–P4VP/SiO2 can be successfully prepared via grafting polymerization of 4VP and coordination between the grafted P4VP and cupric ions Cu2+. In oxidation of ethyl benzene into acetophenone by molecular oxygen under ordinary pressure, the supported complex Cu(II)–P4VP/SiO2 displayed high catalytic activity and excellent catalytic selectivity up to more than 98% for the transformation of ethyl benzene to acetophenone.  相似文献

An efficient and direct procedure has been developed for the preparation of amidoalkyl naphthols by a one-pot condensation of aryl aldehydes,2-naphthol and urea or amides,in the presence of HClO4-SiO2 as a heterogeneous catalyst.The reactions were carried out under reflux and solvent-free conditions.The present methodology offers several advantages such as excellent yields,simple procedure,easy work-up and ecofriendly reaction condition.The catalystis easily prepared,stable,reusable and efficient under the reaction conditions.  相似文献

Four new chiral stationary phases based on mono-(6A-allylcarbamido-6A-deoxy)-arylcarbamoylated β-cyclodextrin were synthesized. The chiral stationary phase of phenylcarbamoylated β-cyclodextrin exhibited excellent separation capability for a variety of chiral compounds. Compared with the previous work, it was found that the spacer remained on the surface of the silica gel and decreased the enantioseparation capability.  相似文献

Stable and non-hygroscopic silica gel supported aluminium chloride(SiO2-AlCl3),which is prepared easily from cheap and commercially available compounds was found to be an environmentally friendly heterogeneous catalyst for the condensation of indole with aldehydes and ketones to afford bis-indolylmethanes at room temperature under solvent-free conditions.The catalyst can be reused up to five times after simple washing with ether.  相似文献

The phosphorescence spectrum (T = 21 ms) of vanadium (V) surface complexes has been studied. It is found that the excitation energy is concentrated in the V5+O2? bond and that the photoreduction reactions pass through the triplet state of the surface complexes. A solvent-free, eco-friendly and facile approach for the synthesis of highly functionalized tetrasubstituted pyrroles has been reported through one-pot four-component reaction of aldehyde, amine, nitroalkane and 1,3-diketone using silica gel supported polyphosphoric acid (PPA–SiO2) under microwave condition. The reaction occured through the in situ formation of β-keto enamine and nitrostyrene analog following Michael addition and finally intramolecular annulation affording the products in good yields. The key features of the present method include clean reaction, mild conditions, low catalyst loading, straightforward, high to excellent yields, short reaction time, avoiding use of harmful metal catalyst and organic solvent, environmentally friendly compared to the existing methods, recovery and reusability of catalyst and easy workup procedure.  相似文献

A highly efficient and clean procedure is described for the synthesis of thioethers with excellent yields under solvent-free conditions at room temperature using a catalytic amount of HClO4-SiO2. The catalyst is easily prepared, stable, and reusable without much loss of catalytic activity, and is efficient under the reaction conditions.  相似文献

A novel chiral stationary phase (PPHCDN7) was prepared by immobilization of heptakis(6-azido-6-deoxy-2,3-di-O-phenylcarbamoylated)-β-cyclodextrin (PPHCD) onto the surface of amino-functionalized silica gel via multiple urea linkages derived from an extended application of the Staudinger reaction. A wide range of structurally divergent racemic drugs and other compounds were successfully separated into their enantiomers under both normal and reversed-phase conditions. β-Adrenergic blockers and racemic tertiary, secondary and primary amines were readily separated using a mixture of methanol and aqueous triethylammonium acetate buffer. The optimal pH value for the separation falls in the range of 4.65 to 6.30. With atropine and isoproterenol, good enantioseparations with separation factors of >5 were easily attainable.  相似文献

Molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction is an excellent tool for the preconcentration of trace analytes. We report on the preparation of such a material by firstly graft-polymerizing methacrylic acid onto the surface of silica gel particles, and then imprinting it by using phenol as a template and ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether as a crosslinker. The binding and recognition of phenol were examined by static methods. The binding capacity at saturation is 160?mg·g?1 in 9?h at pH 6. The selectivity coefficients relative to o-cresol and chlorophenol are 22 and 23, respectively. The pH value has a large effect. Adsorbed phenol can be eluted easily from the imprint with diluted sodium hydroxide solution, and the material is reusable.

Binding isotherms of NIP-PMAA/SiO2 and MIP-PMAA/SiO2 towards phenol, o-cresol and chlorophenol. The binding amount of NIP-PMAA/SiO2 towards three species is equivalent nearly. However, it would be quite different after imprinted with phenol. The binding amount of MIP-PMAA/SiO2 towards phenol doesn??t change, but the binding amount of MIP-PMAA/SiO2 towards o-cresol and chlorophenol is much lower than that towards phenol. The facts mentioned above prove that MIP-PMAA/SiO2 has high affinity, high recognition ability and special selectivity for phenol. This result shows that the surface molecular imprinting technique is feasible and successful  相似文献
