标题化合物C23H22BrNO是由1-(4-溴苯基)-3-苯基-2-丙烯-1-酮与5,5-二甲基-1, 3-环己二酮在N, N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中在NH4OAc催化下反应而得。结构通过单晶X-射线衍射分析确定,其晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群C2/C, a = 19.678(4),b = 13.571(2),c = 17.311(3) 牛琤 = 118.74(1),Mr = 408.33, V = 4055(1) ?,Dc = 1.338 g/cm3, Z = 8, m (MoKa) = 2.038 mm-1, F(000) = 1680, R = 0.0539,wR = 0.1369。X-衍射分析表明,六元环C(10)C(13)C(16)C(17)采用半椅式构象:原子C(10),C(11),C(12),C(16)和C(17)在同一个平面内,而原子C(13)远离平面为0.3282 牛闷矫嬗?个苯环的夹角分别为41.09, 81.97,2个苯环的夹角为75.87。另外在晶体结构中,存在1个分子间氢键。 相似文献

A novel natural product, microphyllone, has been isolated from Ehretia microphylla2 together with baurenol and ursolic acid. Spectroscopic techniques, derivative formation and finally X-ray diffraction have been utilized in the structure elucidation of microphyllone. The structure appears to be 4a, 5, 8,8a - tetrahydro -11,14- dihydroxy-7-methyl-4a-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)-5, 8a-o-benzeno-1, 4-naphthoquinone. 相似文献

The reactions of 3, 6-diphenyl-1, 2, 4, 5-tetrazine 1 and 3, 6-di(2-pyridyl)-1, 2, 4, 5-tetrazine 2 with the enamines 3a-d derived from morpholine and the 5-,6-,7- and 8-membered cyclic ketones have been investigated. A number of pyridazine derivatives 4–7 most of which are new have been reported. Moreover, a novel procedure for the aromatization of pyridazines 5a-d to the corresponding pyridazine 7b-d via oxidative elimination using hydrogen peroxide is described. The structures of products 4–7 were confirmed by spectral methods and elemental analysis. 相似文献

The synthesis of potential hydroxy metabolites of the brain imaging agents methyl (1R,2S,3S,5S)-3-(4-iodophenyl)-8-methyl-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-2-carboxylate and methyl (1R,2S,3S,5S)-3-(4-iodophenyl)-8-(3-fluoropropyl)-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-2-carboxylate are reported. The nitration of iodophenyltropanes 1 or 2 with nitronium tetrafluoroborate afforded the nitro compounds 3 or 4 which were reduced with iron powder to the corresponding amino compounds 5 and 6 . The final hydroxylated products 7 and 8 were obtained via a modified Sandmeyer reaction. 相似文献

As 1-aryl-5-methyl-4-substituted-1,2,3-triazoles often exhibit broad spectrum biological actions, we have synthesized many heterocyclic and condensed heterocyclic compounds which contained 1-aryl-5-methyl-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl functional groups and screened their antibacterical activities[1,2]. Our further work testified that it was necessary to go on studying such kind of compounds. In order to improve the soluble of these compounds, we chose aniline and p-toluidime as starting materials to synthesize 1-aryl-5-methyl-4-substituted-1,2,3-triazoles 1a-b, 2a-b, 3a-b, 4a-b, 5a, These new compounds all have active reaction groups such as SH, NH2 as well as OH. So they might react with ω-substituted-ω-bromo-acetophenone and 6a-b, 7a-b, 8a-b, 9a were obtained. They are all soluble in hot alcohol. Under similar conditions it is difficult to let 4a-b react completely with ω-substituted-ω-bromo-acetophenone. We only observed a little new compounds by TLC. By Mannich reaction, 1a-b also could react with formaldelyde and p-toluidime and l0a-b were isolated. The evaluation of the biological activity is in progress. 相似文献

The reaction of 6-chloro-2-hydrazinoquinoxaline 4-oxide 6 with ethyl 2-(ethoxymethylene)-2-cyanoacetate or (1-ethoxyethylidene)malononitrile gave 2-(5-amino-4-ethoxycarbonylpyrazol-1-yl)-6-chloroquinoxaline 4-oxide 7a or 2-(5-amino-4-cyano-3-methylpyrazol-1-yl)-6-chloroquinoxaline 4-oxide 7b , respectively. The title compound 7 and two related novel ergolines have been synthesised from (5R,8R,10R)-8-(methyl-thiomethyl)ergoline-6-carbonitrile ( 4 ). The guanidine function of 7 induces a boat conformation of ergoline-ring D, as demonstrated by a careful NMR spectroscopic analysis of 7 and its N-hydroxy congener 6 . The opioid activities of [MeTyr1]-Dyn(1-7)-NH2, [MeTyr1,D-Leu8]-Dyn(1-8)-NH2, [MeTyr1,D-Leu8]-Dyn(1-9)-NH2, [MeTyr1,D-Leu8]-Dyn(1-10)-NH2, [MeTyr1,D-Leu8]-Dyn(1-11)-NH2, and [MeTyr1,D-Leu8,12]-Dyn(1-13)-NH2 were examined in the bioassays (guinea pig ileum, mouse vas deferens and rabbit vas deferens). Because [MeTyr1,D-Leu8]-Dyn(1-9)-NH2 showed the most potent opioid activity of the peptides tested, the biological activities of two kinds of Dyn(1-9) analogues, [MeTyr1,MeArg7,D-Leu8]-Dyn(1-9)-NHEt and [D-Cys2-Cys5,MeArg7,D-Leu8]-Dyn(1-9)-NH2 were determined and compared with those of [MeTyr1,MeArg7,D-Leu8]-Dyn(1-8)-NHEt and [D-Cys2-Cys5,MeArg7,D-Leu8]-Dyn(1-8)-NHEt in the three bioassays, in the receptor binding assays, and in the mouse tail pinch test after subcutaneous administration. The results suggest that the extension of the C-terminal in the peptide chain of [MeArg7,D-Leu8]-Dyn(1-8)-NH2 analogues by Arg is ineffective for increasing the kappa-opioid activities, kappa-receptor selectivity and/or analgesic effects of the peptides. 相似文献

In the course of our investigations on the development of cardiovascular agents, 3-butyl-2-[2′-(2H-tetrazol-5-yl)bipheny]-4-yl]methyl-2H-1, 2, 4-benzothiadiazine 1, 1-dioxide ( 2 ) was considered as a potential angiotensin II antagonist on the basis of bioisosteric replacement of the quinazoline ring of compound 1 with a 1, 2, 4-benzothiadiazine 1, 1-dioxide ring system. Alkylation of 6 with 4 afforded 7 and 8 in 24% and 28% yields, respectively. An attempt to remove the trityl group of compounds 7 and 8 under acidic condition gave the ring opened products 9 and 11 in 28% and 36% yields, respectively. However, compounds 2 and 10 were obtained in 46% and 85% yields when compounds 7 and 8 were refluxed in methanol. Preliminary assays of compounds 9 and 11 against angiotensin II receptors revealed weak activity with IC50 values of 3.6 μM and 5.4 μM, respectively. Compound 10 (IC50 = 87 nM) exhibited stronger binding affinity than compound 2 (IC50 = 750 nM). 相似文献

A facile 7-step procedure for the synthesis of enantiomerically pure 1-(5-bromo-2-chlorophenyl)-1-(4-ethoxyphenyl)ethanes[(R)-2 and(S)-2] that started from (5-bromo-2-chlorophenyl)(4-ethoxyphenyl)methanone 3 was developed.The key step was the resolution of 2-(5-bromo-2-chlorophenyl)-2-(4-ethoxyphenyl)acetic acid 6 by crystallizations of its L-and D-menthyl esters 7 and 8 from petroleum ether to give optically pure enantiomers 9 and 10,respectively.The absolute configurations of the products were unambiguously determined by single-crystal X-ray diffractions of four key intermediates,9,10,13 and 14.This procedure is characterized by inexpensiveness,scalability and ability to produce two individual enantiomers of a diarylethane with unambiguously determined absolute configurations and high enantiomeric purities. 相似文献
