Quinazoline hexamolybdochromate [C9H16N2]H3[CrMo6O18(OH)6] · 2H2O has been synthesized and studied by mass spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, thermogravimetry, and IR and NMR spectroscopy. Two ion pair complexes, [Ru(bpy)3]2[Fe(CN)6]I [sdot] 7H3O (1) and [Ru(bpy)3][Fe(CN)5NO](CH3OH) [sdot] H2O (2) (bpy = 2,2-bipyridine) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. X-Ray crystallographic structures of 1 and 2 both show Fe(III) and Ru(II) in distorted octahedral environments. In both complexes, H-bonding interactions between an uncoordinated water molecule and the nitrogen atom of a cyano group exist.  相似文献

Two new bimetallic cyano-bridged complexes [Ce(DMSO)4(H2O)3Fe(CN)6]·H2O 1 and [La(DMSO)4(H2O)3Co(CN)6]·H2O 2 have been prepared by the ball milling reaction method and structurally characterized by X-ray single-crystal structure analyses. Crystallographic data for 1:C14H32CeFeN6O8S4, Mr = 736.67, monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 14.952(1), b =13.7276(9), c = 15.392(1) (A), β = 108.288(1)°, V = 2999.6(4) (A)3, Z = 4, Dc= 1.631 g/cm3,μ =2.304 mm-1, F(000) = 1480, R = 0.0593 and wR = 0.1611; and those for 2: C14H32CoLaN6O8S4,Mr=738.54, monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 14.945(3), b = 13.731(3), c = 15.300(3) (A), β=107.806(1)°, V= 2989.3(11) (A)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.641 g/cm3,μ = 2.288 mm-1, F(000) = 1480, R =0.0383 and wR = 0.1132. In both complexes the lanthanide ion is eight-coordinated in a square antiprism arrangement, and the Fe(Ⅲ) or Co(Ⅲ) ion in a nearly regular octahedral environment.The [LnM(CN)6(DMSO)4(H2O)3]·H2O (Ln = Ce and M = Fe for 1; Ln = La and M = Co for 2)species are held together via hydrogen bonds by coordinated water molecules, lattice water molecules and nitrogen atoms of cyanide groups to form a three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

Two novel zeotype crystals, K4[Cr3O(H2O)3(OOCH)6]2[P2W18O62]·9.5H2O(1) and K4 [Cr3O(H2O)3·X-ray single crystal diffraction. Crystal data: C12H43O103.5K4Cr6P2W18(1), hexagonal P6(3)/m, a=1.5895(2)nm, b=1.5895(2) nm, c=2.1620(4) nm, α=90°, β=90°, γ =120°, V=4.7305(13) nm3, Z=2,R1 =0. 0726, wR2=0. 1542; C6H57O98K4Cr3CoP2W17(2), hexagonal P6(3)/mmc, a=1. 61328 (3) nm, b=1.61328(3) nm, c=2. 06613 (9) nm, α=90°,β=90°, γ=120°, V=4. 6570(2) nm3, Z=2, R1=0. 0377,wR2 =0.1070. These crystals were characterized using elemental analysis, IR, TG-DTA, and XRD. It was found that the polyoxometalate anions maintained Wells-Dawson structure for crystal 1 and lacunary Wells-Dawson structure for crystal 2. Thermal analysis showed that crystal 1 lost the water of crystallization at 132 ℃, whereas crystal 2 lost the water of crystallization at 100 ℃. Crystal 1 could reversibly desorb and adsorb water molecules and its crystal structure could be restored after re-adsorbing the water molecules. It was also found from the XRD patterns that the void size of crystal 2 is smaller compared with that of crystal 1, which is attributed to the higher anion charges.  相似文献

The aqueous reaction of Mn(II) and NaCN leads to the isolation of the 3-D Prussian blue analogue (PBA) Na(2)Mn[Mn(CN)(6)]·2H(2)O (1·H(2)O), which under careful dehydration forms 1. 1·H(2)O is monoclinic [P2(1)/n, a = 10.66744(32) ?, b = 7.60223(23) ?, c = 7.40713(22) ?, β = 92.4379(28)°], while 1 is rhombohedral [R ?3, a = 6.6166(2) ?, c = 19.2585(6) ?], and both structures are atypical for PBAs, which are typically face centered cubic. Most notably, the average ∠Mn-N-C angles are 165.3(3)° and 142.4(4)° for 1·H(2)O and 1, respectively, which are significantly reduced from linearity. This is attributed to the ionic nature of high-spin Mn(II) accommodating a reduced ∠Mn-N-C to minimize void space. Both 1 and 1·H(2)O magnetically order as ferrimagnets below their ordering temperature, T(c), of 58 and 30 K, respectively, as determined from the average of several independent methods. 1 and 1·H(2)O are hard magnets with 5 K coercive fields of 15,300 and 850 Oe, and remnant magnetizations of 9075 and 102 emu·Oe/mol, respectively. These data along with previous T(c)'s reported for related materials reveal that T(c) increases as the ∠Mn-N-C deviates further from linearity. Hence, the bent cyanide bridges play a crucial role in the superexchange mechanism by increasing the coupling via shorter Mn(II)···Mn(II) separations, and perhaps an enhanced overlap.  相似文献

Single-crystalline materials of Li[H2N3C3O3] · 1.75 H2O and Mg[H2N3C3O3]2 · 8 H2O were obtained by dissolving stoichiometric amounts of the respective carbonates with cyanuric acid in boiling water followed by gentle evaporation of excess water after cooling to room temperature. Even though both of these compounds crystallize in the triclinic space group P1 according to X-ray structure analyses of their colorless and transparent single crystals, they adopt two new different structure types. Li[H2N3C3O3] · 1.75 H2O exhibits the unit-cell parameters a = 884.71(6) pm, b = 905.12(7) pm, c = 964.38(7) pm, α = 67.847(2)°, β = 62.904(2)° and γ = 68.565(2)° (Z = 4), whereas the lattice parameters for Mg[H2N3C3O3]2 · 8 H2O are a = 691.95(5) pm, b = 1055.06(8) pm, c = 1183.87(9) pm, α = 85.652(2)°, β = 83.439(2)° and γ = 79.814(2)° (Z = 2). In both cases, the singly deprotonated isocyanuric acid forms monovalent anions consisting of cyclic [H2N3C3O3] units, which are arranged in ribbons typical for most hitherto known monobasic isocyanurate hydrates. The structures are governed by the oxophilic strength of the respective cation which means that they fulfil their oxophilic coordination requirements either solely with water molecules ([Mg(OH2)6]2+ for Mg2+) or with crystal water and one or two direct coordinative contacts to carbonyl oxygen atoms (O(cy)) of [H2N3C3O3] anions ([(Li(OH2)2–3(O(cy)1–2]+ for Li+). In both structures occur dominant hydrogen bonds N–H ··· O within the anionic [H2N3C3O3] ribbons as well as hydrogen bonds O–H ··· O between these ribbons and the hydrated Li+ and Mg2+ cations.  相似文献

The title compound (C6N3H18)2Ti4O4(C2O4)7(4H2O 1 (C13H22N3O18Ti2, Mr = 604.14) was synthesized by the reaction of Ti(SO4)2, H2C2O4(2H2O and N-(2-ammonioethyl)- piperazinium (AEPP) in aqueous solution. The single-crystal X-ray analysis has revealed that 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group Pī with a = 9.1437(6), b = 11.4991(10), c = 11.6975(8)A, α = 96.2915(18), β = 107.998(3), γ = 104.276(4)°, V = 1110.35(14)A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.807 g/cm3, F(000) = 618, μ = 0.815 mm-1, the final R = 0.0463 and wR = 0.1264 for 3718 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray crystal-structure analysis suggests that compound 1 consists of [Ti4O4(C2O4)7]6- anion and two protonated N-(2-ammonioethyl)piperazinium cations. The anions are linked into an infinite chain through Ti4O4(C2O4)8 by sharing the oxalates as bridging ligands.  相似文献

Under hydrothermal conditions, two new ribbon-like structures, [Cu(C14H9O4)-analysis revealed that these structures were constructed by mixed ligands. The coordination polymer forms the basic architecture while the weak interactions extend the framework into a secondary structure. The whole structures of them are governed by collaboration of the strong and weak interactions. Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 17.0485(3), b =1 1.0558(3), c = 22.7623(4) A, β = 102.465(1)°, V = 4189.2(2) A3, Z = 4, Mr = 915.44, Dc = 1.451g/mL, F(000) = 1900 andμ(MoKα) = 0.587 cm-1. The final R and wR are 0.0030 and 0.1022,respectively for 3037 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Compound 2 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 11.5963(4), b = 11.7004(5), c = 17.1254(5) A,β = 95.620(1)°, V =2312.4(1) A3, Z = 4, Mr = 556.35, Dc = 1.598 g/mL, F(000) = 1132 andμ(MoKα) = 0.912 cm-1The final R and wR are 0.0431 and 0.1050, respectively for 2629 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).  相似文献

Two new nonmetal borates, [(C2H10N2)]2[B14O20(OH)6] 1 and [C8H22N4][B5O6(OH)4]2 2, have been synthesized under mild conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, FTIR, elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. Crystal data for compound 1: triclinic, space group P^-1, a = 8.4979(17), b = 8.8498(18), c = 10.065(2)A^°, α = 95.01(3), β = 96.99(3), γ = 116.82(3)°, V= 661.8(3)A^°^3, Z= 1, Mr = 697.63, Dc = 1.751 g/cm^3,μ = 0.163 mm^-1, F(000) = 356, the final R = 0.0372 and wR = 0.0968 (I 〉 2σ(I)); and those for compound 2: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 9.1867(18), b= 14.118(3), c = 10.334(2)A^°, β = 91.48(3)°, V = 1339.8(5)A^°^3, Z = 2, Mr = 610.46, Dc = 1.513 g/cm^3,μ = 0.135 mm^-1, F(000) = 632, the final R = 0.0350 and wR = 0.0912 (I 〉 2σ(I)). For both 1 and 2, the anionic units are interlinked via O-H…O hydrogen bonds to form a 3D supramolecular network, while the protonated cations are located in the free space of the inorganic borate framework and interact with the anions by electrostatic attraction and extensive N-H…O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Three novel metal-organic complexes with formulas [Ni(C9N2O2H7)2(CH3OH)2](1),[Zn(C9N2O2H7)2(H2O)2](2) and [Cd(C9N2O2H7)2(CH3OH)2](3) were synthesized by the reactions of Ni,Zn and Cd salts with ethyl 2-benzimidazolylacetate under hydrothermal conditions or layering technique,and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis,IR spec-troscopy,solid-state luminescent properties and thermogravimetric(TG) analysis.The crystal data for these three complexes are as follows:for 1,monoclinic,space group P21/c,a = 9.384(3),b = 9.634(3),c = 11.292(3) ,β = 95.787(5)°,V = 1015.7(5) 3,Z = 2,F(000) = 492,Dc = 1.547 Kg/m3,μ = 1.002 mm-1,the final R = 0.0451 and wR = 0.0900 for 1833 observed reflections with Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ);for 2,orthorhombic,space group Pbca,a = 10.031(4),b = 10.379(4),c = 17.525(7),V = 1824.6(12) 3,Z = 4,F(000) = 928,Dc = 1.645 Kg/m3,μ = 1.392 mm-1,the final R = 0.0452 and wR = 0.0996 for 1661 observed reflections with Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ);for 3,monoclinic,space group P21/c,a = 9.9114(13),b =10.4852(15),c = 10.4120(14) ,β = 108.453(5)°,V = 1026.4(2) 3,Z = 2,F(000) = 532,Dc = 1.705 Kg/m3,μ = 1.110 mm-1,the final R = 0.0322 and wR = 0.0805 for 1822 observed reflections with Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ).In the three complexes,the ethyl 2-benzimidazolylacetate shows the same chelating mode,and the adjacent units are interlinked into a two-dimensional layer through hydrogen-bonds(O-H···O,N-H···O).  相似文献

Ion selective and complexing properties of 1,5-bis[2-(dioxyphosphoryl-4-methoxy)phenoxy]-3-oxapentane dihydrate H4M2 · 2H2O (I) were described. X-ray diffraction analysis for compound I was performed. The crystals are orthorhombic, a = 7.9818(16) ?, b = 30.553(6) ?, c = 9.0559(17) ?, V = 2208.5(8) ?3, Z = 4, space group Pnma, R = 0.0500 over 1372 reflections with I > 2??(I). In I, the H4M2 molecules are combined by hydrogen bonds (HB) with two crystallographically independent H2O(7) and H2O(8) molecules to give neutral H4M2 · 2H2O aggregates. The HB between the phosphoryl and hydroxyl oxygen atoms of the aggregates and the donor O(7)-H??O(8) HB give rise to a layered structure. Conclusions about the Cu(H2M2) compound structure were drawn based on the X-ray diffraction, DTA, and vibrational spectroscopy data.  相似文献

[Pt3S2(P(CH2OH)3)6](PF6)(OH)·H2O (1) is obtained by a reaction of [Pt3S2(P(CH2OH)3)6]Cl2 with NH4PF6. The crystal structure of 1 was determined by a single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis (space group R{ie638-1}c, a = 12.0042(2) Å, c = 52.6879(11) Å, V = 6575.2(2), Z = 6, C18H57F6O20P7Pt3S2, d x = 2.385 g/cm3, T = 150 K, R 1 = 0.044 for 2123 F 0 > 4δ(F) until 2θmax = 63°). The cations contain a {Pt33-S)2}2+ core with nonbonding Pt…Pt distances of 3.1536(6) Å. The Pt atoms are in a square planar environment; the Pt-S and Pt-P bond lengths are 2.3586(16) Å and 2.260(2) Å respectively.  相似文献

Two new Cd(II) coordination polymers, [Cd(C4H6N2)2(C4H2O4)(H2O)2] n (1) (where C4H6N2?=?2-methylimidazole, C4H2O4?=?fumarate), and [Cd(C4H6N2)(H2O)(C4H4O4)] n ?·?nH2O (2), (where C4H4O4?=?succinates), have been prepared and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 in a one-dimensional chain structure, in which carboxy is monodentate; a three-dimensional supermolecular network structure was formed through hydrogen bonding. In complex 2, the coordination geometry of the Cd atoms is a pentagonal bipyramid, and a two-dimensional sheet is formed though carboxyl group bridging. In 1 and 2, IR spectra indicate the presence of bridging carboxyl groups, confirmed by structure analyses.  相似文献

Two organic–inorganic compounds based on Keggin building blocks have been synthesized by hydrothermal methods, (C7N2H7)3(C7N2H6)?·?PMo12O40?·?2H2O (1) and (C7N2H7)3(C7N2H6)2?·?AsMo12O40?·?3H2O (2) (C7N2H6?=?benzimidazole). Single-crystal X-ray analysis revealed that 1 crystallized in the triclinic system, P-1 space group with a?=?9.8980(4)?Å, b?=?11.2893(4)?Å, c?=?25.8933(9)?Å, α?=?93.307(2)°, β?=?90.630(2)°, γ?=?108.330(2)°, V?=?2740.68(18)?Å3, Z?=?2, R 1(F)?=?0.0740, ωR 2(F 2)?=?0.1511, and S?=?1.037; 2 crystallized in the triclinic system, P-1 space group with a?=?12.3353(4)?Å, b?=?13.2649(4)?Å, c?=?20.2878(6)?Å, α?=?95.6630(10)°, β?=?100.1720(10)°, γ?=?99.3940(10)°, V?=?3195.72(17)?Å3, Z?=?2, R 1(F)?= 0.0329, ωR2 (F 2)?=?0.1236, and S?=?1.088. The two compounds show a layer framework constructed from Keggin-polyoxoanion clusters and benzimidazole via hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions, resulting in a 3-D supramolecular network. Both have high catalytic activity for oxidation of methanol. When the initial concentration of the methanol is 5.37?g?m?3 in air and the flow velocity is 4.51?mL?min?1, methanol is completely eliminated at 150°C for 1 (160°C for 2).  相似文献

A new one-dimensional azido-bridged manganese compound has been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. The complex [Mn(N3)2(H2O)3·C6H12N4]n crystallizes in space group Pnma with a = 6.5252 (5), b = 9.3226(7), c = 22.2070(15)(A), V = 1350.89(17)(A)3, Z = 4, Mr = 333.24, Dc = 1.639 g/cm3, μ= 1.005 mm-1 and F(000) = 692. The final refinement gave R = 0.0328 and wR = 0.0777 for 1085 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structure contains [Mn- (N3)2(H2O)3]n polymeric chains and uncoordinated hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA) molecules with Mn/HMTA molar ratio of 1:1. The Mn atoms are bridged by end-to-end azido ligands to construct one-dimensional zig-zag infinite chains. Each Mn atom is six-coordinated by three N atoms of three azido ligands and three water O atoms, resulting in an octahedral geometry. Extending hydrogen- bonding interactions involving water O atoms, azido and HMTA N atoms link the chains and HMTA molecules into a three-dimensional network.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer constructed with [Co(3,3′-bpbc)(H2O)3]·H2O(I) (3,3′-bpbc = 2,2′-bipyridine-3,3′-dicarboxylic acid) is successfully synthesized at room temperature and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectra. The crystal structure of the complex is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The unit cell parameters for complex I are: a = 9.9606(11) Å, b = 9.2552(10) Å, c = 16.0258(17) Å, β = 96.731(0)°, V = 1467.2(3) Å3, Z = 4, space group P2(1)/n. In the crystal, the cobalt(II) ion adopts a hexa-coordinate environment, and the structure units aggregate together to give birth to infinite 1D chains. The 2D and 3D framework is constructed via intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of the (NH4)[EuIII(Edta)(H2O)3] · H2O (I); Edta4– is an ethylenediaminetetraacetate anion) and (NH4)3[EuIII(Ttha)] · 5H2O (II); Ttha6– is a triethylenetetraminehexaacetate anion) complexes have been determined by single-crystal X-ray structure analysis. The crystal of complex I is orthorhombic with Fdd2 space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 1.9505(8) nm, b = 3.5445(14) nm, c = 1.2442(5) nm, V = 8.602(6) nm3, Z = 16, M = 531.29, p = 1.579 g cm–3, = 2.970 mm–1, and F(OOO) = 3924. The final R and wR values are 0.0378 and 0.1030 for 2799 (I > 2.0(I)) unique reflections, and 0.0495 and 0.1072 for all 6237 reflections, respectively. The nine-coordinated [EuIII(Edta)(H2O)3] complex anion has a pseudo-monocapped square antiprismatic structure in which the nine coordinated atoms, two N and four O are from one Edta ligand and three O atoms from water molecules. The crystal of complex II is monoclinic with P21/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 1.0387(3) nm, b = 1.2737(4) nm, c = 2.3031(7) nm, = 90.870(5)°, V = 3.047(2) nm3, Z = 4, M = 784.58, C 51.83, H 4.32, N 115.12. = 1.710 g cm–3, = 2.143 mm–1 and F(000) = 1608. The final R and wR are 0.0400 and 0.0720 for 5909 (I > 2.0(I)) unique reflections, and 0.0747 and 0.0799 for all 13825 reflections, respectively. The nine-coordinated [EuIII(Ttha)]3– complex anion has a pseudo-monocapped square antiprismatic structure in which the Ttha acts as an ninedentate ligand with four N atoms of amino groups and five O atoms of carboxylic groups actually, in addition, there is a non-coordinated free carboxylic group in the structure.  相似文献
