The problem of existence of integral sets of systems of difference equations is studied. We establish sufficient conditions for the existence of these sets and their stability. In this paper, the stability properties, the endpoint behavior and the invertible relations of Cauchy-type singular integral operators over an open curve are discussed. If the endpoints of the curve are not special, this type of operators are proved to be stable. At the endpoints, either the singularity or smoothness of the operators are exactly described. And the function sets or spaces on which the operators are invertible as well as the corresponding inverted operators are given. We consider the possibility of generalizing the averaging theorem from the case of sets from n-dimensional Euclidean space to the case of sets from Banach spaces. The result is a cornerstone for constructing the theory of the Riemann integral for non-convex-valued multivalued mappings and for proving the convexity of this multivalued integral. We obtain a generalization of the averaging theorem to the case of sets from uniformly smooth Banach spaces as well as some corollaries.  相似文献

Point processesX of cylinders, compact sets (particles), or flats inR d are mathematical models for fields of sets as they occur, e.g., in practical problems of image analysis and stereology. For the estimation of geometric quantities of such fields, mean value formulas forX are important. By a systematic approach, integral geometric formulas for curvature measures are transformed into density formulas for geometric point processes. In particular, a number of results which are known for stationary and isotropic Poisson processes of convex sets are generalized to nonisotropic processes, to non-Poissonian processes, and to processes of nonconvex sets. The integral geometric background (including recent results from translative integral geometry), the fundamentals of geometric point processes, and the resulting density formulas are presented in detail. Generalizations of the theory and applications in image analysis and stereology are mentioned shortly.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the problem of robust global exponential stability analysis for a class of neutral-type neural networks. The interval time-varying delays allow for both slow and fast time-varying delays. The values of the time-varying uncertain parameters are assumed to be bounded within given compact sets. Improved global exponential stability condition is derived by employing new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the integral inequality. The developed nominal and robust stability criteria is delay-dependent and characterized by linear-matrix inequalities (LMIs). The developed results are less conservative than previous published ones in the literature, which are illustrated by representative numerical examples.  相似文献

Motivated by integral point sets in the Euclidean plane, we consider integral point sets in affine planes over finite fields. An integral point set is a set of points in the affine plane over a finite field Fq, where the formally defined squared Euclidean distance of every pair of points is a square in Fq. It turns out that integral point sets over Fq can also be characterized as affine point sets determining certain prescribed directions, which gives a relation to the work of Blokhuis. Furthermore, in one important sub-case, integral point sets can be restated as cliques in Paley graphs of square order.In this article we give new results on the automorphisms of integral point sets and classify maximal integral point sets over Fq for q≤47. Furthermore, we give two series of maximal integral point sets and prove their maximality.  相似文献

We develop an arithmetic of complete permutations of symmetric, integral bases; this arithmetic is comparable to that of perfect systems of difference sets with which there are several interrelations. Super-position of permutations provides the addition of this arithmetic. Addition if facilitated by complete permutations with a certain “splitting” property, allowing them to be pulled apart and reassembled. The split permutations also provide a singular direct product for complete permutations in conjunction with the multiplication (direct product) of the arithmetic which itself derives from that for perfect systems of difference sets.

We pay special attention to complete permutations satisfying constraints both fixed and variable; this is equivalent to embedding partial complete permutations in complete permutations. In the sequel, using this arithmetic, we investigate the spectra of certain constraints with respect to central integral bases which are of interest for the purpose of giving further constructions either of complete permutations with constraints or of irregular, extremel perfect systems of difference sets.  相似文献

We consider noncompact, closed and convex sets with nonvoid interior in Euclidean space. It is shown that if such a set has one curvature measure sufficiently close to the boundary measure, then it is congruent to a product of a vector space and a compact convex body. Related stability and characterization theorems for orthogonal disc cylinders are proved. Our arguments are based on the Steiner-Schwarz symmetrization processes and generalized Minkowski integral formulas.  相似文献

We investigate properties of sets of functions comprising countably many elements An such that every function An is orthogonal to all polynomials of degrees less than n. We propose an effective method for solving Fredholm integral equations of the first kind whose kernels are generating functions for these sets of functions. We study integral equations used to solve some axially symmetric problems in physics. We prove that their kernels are generating functions that produce functions in the studied families and find these functions explicitly. This allows determining the elements of the matrices of systems of linear equations related to the integral equations for considering the physical problems.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to an exact solution of problems of best approximation in the uniform and integral metrics of classes of periodic functions representable as a convolution of a kernel not increasing the oscillation with functions having a given convex upwards majorant of the modulus of continuity. This paper initiates the investigation of nonlinear integral equations with Erdélyi-Kober fractional operator. Existence and uniqueness results of solutions in a closed ball are obtained by using a directly computational method and Schauder fixed point theorem via a weakly singular integral inequality due to Ma and Pec?ari? [20]. Meanwhile, three certain solutions sets YK,σ, Y1,λ and Y1,1, which tending to zero at an appropriate rate tν, 0 < ν = σ (or λ or 1) as t → +∞, are constructed and local stability results of solutions are obtained based on these sets respectively under some suitable conditions. Similarity measures of type-2 fuzzy sets are used to indicate the similarity degree between type-2 fuzzy sets. Inclusion measures for type-2 fuzzy sets are the degrees to which a type-2 fuzzy set is a subset of another type-2 fuzzy set. The entropy of type-2 fuzzy sets is the measure of fuzziness between type-2 fuzzy sets. Although several similarity, inclusion and entropy measures for type-2 fuzzy sets have been proposed in the literatures, no one has considered the use of the Sugeno integral to define those for type-2 fuzzy sets. In this paper, new similarity, inclusion and entropy measure formulas between type-2 fuzzy sets based on the Sugeno integral are proposed. Several examples are used to present the calculation and to compare these proposed measures with several existing methods for type-2 fuzzy sets. Numerical results show that the proposed measures are more reasonable than existing measures. On the other hand, measuring the similarity between type-2 fuzzy sets is important in clustering for type-2 fuzzy data. We finally use the proposed similarity measure with a robust clustering method for clustering the patterns of type-2 fuzzy sets.  相似文献

In this paper, we derive some results concerning the continuous dependence on parameters of optimal solutions to an optimal control problem that involves a quasilinear hyperbolic differential equation with a boundary condition and a nonlinear integral functional of action; continuous dependence of such kind is sometimes referred to as stability or sensitivity. To present a sufficient condition for the continuous dependence, we use the Kuratowski–Painlevé upper limit of a sequence of sets. Also offered is a technical interpretation of the results.  相似文献
