Let p>0, and let Ep denote the cone of negative plurisubharmonic functions with finite pluricomplex p-energy. We prove that the vector space δEp=Ep−Ep, with the vector ordering induced by the cone Ep is σ-Dedekind complete, and equipped with a suitable quasi-norm it is a non-separable quasi-Banach space with a decomposition property with control of the quasi-norm. Furthermore, we explicitly characterize its topological dual. The cone Ep in the quasi-normed space δEp is closed, generating, and has empty interior. 相似文献

AbstractWe consider the diffeological version of the Clifford algebra of a diffeological finite dimensional vector space; we start by commenting on the notion of a diffeological algebra (which is the expected analogue of the usual one) and that of a diffeological module (also an expected counterpart of the usual notion). After considering the natural diffeology of the Clifford algebra, and considering which of its standard properties re-appear in the diffeological context (most of them), we turn to our main interest, which is constructing the pseudo-bundles of Clifford algebras associated to a given (finite dimensional) diffeological vector pseudo-bundle, and those of the usual Clifford modules (the exterior algebras). The substantial difference that emerges with respect to the standard context, and paves the way to various questions that do not have standard analogues, stems from the fact that the notion of a diffeological pseudo-bundle is very different from the usual bundle, and this under two main respects: it may have fibres of different dimensions, and even if it does not, its total and base spaces frequently are not smooth, or even topological, manifolds. 相似文献

We discuss order of convergence for subdivision algorithms, in the scalar-valued and the vector-valued case. In order to find the generic order, the usual definition of convergence order is extended, refering to a proper quasi interpolant operator whose representation on polynomial spaces can be constructively determined with recourse to properties of the subdivision mask. Assuming stability and smoothness of the limit functions, the approximation order of the quasi interpolant operator determines the order of convergence of subdivision. 相似文献

We derive some new coincidence and common fixed point theorems for self-mappings satisfying a generalized contractive condition in partially ordered metric spaces. It will be shown that a normed partially ordered vector space is linearly, norm, and order isomorphic to a subspace of a normed Riesz space if and only if its positive cone is closed and its norm p satisfies p(x)p(y) for all x and y with -yxy. A similar characterization of the subspaces of M-normed Riesz spaces is given. With aid of the first characterization, Krein's lemma on directedness of norm dual spaces can be directly derived from the result for normed Riesz spaces. Further properties of the norms ensuing from the characterization theorem are investigated. Also a generalization of the notion of Riesz norm is studied as an analogue of the r-norm from the theory of spaces of operators. Both classes of norms are used to extend results on spaces of operators between normed Riesz spaces to a setting with partially ordered vector spaces. Finally, a partial characterization of the subspaces of Riesz spaces with Riesz seminorms is given. 相似文献
