Two chlorodiorganotin(IV) complexes with general formula R2SnClL (R = n-C4H9(1) and C2H5(2) and a diphenyltin(IV) derivative with general formula Ph2SnL2(3), where L = 4-(4-nitrophenyl)piperazine-1-carbodithioate ligand, were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, Raman, FT-IR, multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) and mass spectrometry. On the basis of spectroscopic data the effective coordination number of Sn atom was found five (1 and 2) and six (3) both in solution and solid state. Electrochemical, kinetic and thermodynamic parameters of complexes 1-3, interacting with DNA were evaluated by cyclic voltammetry. The linearity of the plots between the peak current (I) and the square root of the scan rate (ν1/2) indicated the electrochemical processes to be diffusion controlled. The diffusion coefficients of the free (Df) and DNA bound forms (Db), standard rate constants (ks) and charge transfer coefficients (α) were determined by the application of Randle-Sevcik, Nicholson and Kochi equations. The values of binding constant and binding site size were evaluated from voltammetric data. The results revealed the following increasing order of binding strength: 1 (5.4 × 103) < 3 (8.4 × 103) < 2 (1.24 × 104) M−1. The UV-Vis spectroscopic data also indicated the same order of binding strength. Furthermore, the binding mode was suggested on the base of shift in peak potential (CV) and absorption maxima (UV-Vis spectroscopy).  相似文献

Reactions of nBu2SnCl(L1) (1), where L1 = acid residue of 5-[(E)-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-diazenyl]quinolin-8-ol, with various substituted benzoic acids in refluxing toluene, in the presence of triethylamine, yielded dimeric mixed ligand di-n-butyltin(IV) complexes of composition [nBu2Sn(L1)(L2-6)]2 where L2 = benzene carboxylate (2), L3 = 2-[(E)-2-(2-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl)-1-diazenyl]benzoate (3), L4 = 5-[(E)-2-(4-methylphenyl)-1-diazenyl]-2-hydroxybenzoate (4), L5 = 2-{(E)-4-hydroxy-3-[(E)-4-chlorophenyliminomethyl]-phenyldiazenyl}benzoate (5) and L6 = 2-[(E)-(3-formyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-diazenyl]benzoate (6). All complexes (1-6) have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H, 13C and 117Sn NMR and 119Sn Mössbauer spectroscopy and their structures were determined by X-ray crystallography, complemented by 117Sn CP-MAS NMR spectroscopy studies in the solid state. The crystal structure of 1 reveals a distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination geometry around the Sn-atom where the Cl- and N-atoms of ligand L1 occupy the axial positions. In complexes 2-5, the molecules are centrosymmetric dimers in which the Sn-atoms are connected by asymmetric μ-O bridges through the quinoline O-atom to give an Sn2O2 core. The differences in the Sn-O bond lengths within the bridge range from 0.28 to 0.48 Å, with the longer of the Sn-O distances being in the range 2.56-2.68 Å and the most symmetrical bridge being in 5. The carboxylate group is almost symmetrically bidentate coordinated to the tin atom in 5 (Sn-O distances of 2.327(2) and 2.441(2) Å), unlike the other complexes in which the distance of the carboxylate carbonyl O-atom from the tin atom is in the range 2.92-3.03 Å. The structure of 5 displays a more regular pentagonal bipyramidal coordination geometry about each tin atom than in 2-4. In contrast, the centrosymmetric dimeric structure of 6 involves asymmetric carboxylate bridges, resulting in a different Sn2C2O4 motif. The Sn-O bond lengths in the bridge differ by about 0.6 Å, with the longer distance involving the carboxylate carbonyl O-atom (2.683(2) and 2.798(2) Å for two molecules in the asymmetric unit). The carboxylate carbonyl O-atom has a second, even longer intramolecular contact to the Sn-atom to which the carboxylate group is primarily coordinated, with these Sn?O distances being as high as 3.085(2) and 2.898(2) Å. If the secondary interactions are considered, all the di-n-butyltin(IV) complexes (2-6) display a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal arrangement about each tin atom in which the n-butyl groups occupy the axial positions.  相似文献

The versatility of the 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)benzoate (DMAB) group embedded in host 1 as a signaling subunit for anion recognition was elucidated in terms of 1H NMR, CD, and fluorescence studies. Host 1 showed 1:1 complexation with monovalent anions and stepwise 1:1 and 2:1 (host 1: anion) complexation with divalent phosphate anions. The binding constants between host 1 and anions were determined by means of 1H NMR titrations in CD3CN (HPO42−: log K1:1=6.2, log K2:1=4.9; H2P2O72−: log K1:1=4.4, log K2:1=1.8; AMP2−: log K1:1>7, log K2:1>5) and the affinity of host 1 toward divalent anions, HPO42−, H2P2O72−, and AMP2−, is stronger than that toward monovalent anions, NO3, BF4, ClO4, HSO4, and PF6. The CD exciton chirality studies of host 1 with divalent anions, HPO42− and AMP2−, revealed that the two DMAB groups in the 2:1 complexes were arranged with negative chirality (counterclockwise). The dual fluorescence behavior of the DMAB group demonstrated not only the complexation stoichiometry but also the role(s) of the lipophilic countercation such as tetrabutylammonium and/or the hydrophilic residue in AMP during anion recognition.  相似文献

The synthesis and electrochemical properties of new cobalt and manganese phthalocyanine complexes, tetra-substituted with 3,4-(methylendioxy)-phenoxy at the peripheral (complexes 3 and 5) and non-peripheral (complexes 4 and 6) positions, are reported. Complexes 3 and 4 showed Q-band absorption, in DMF, at 668 and 686 nm, respectively while Q-band due to complexes 5 and 6 appeared at 732 and 760 nm, respectively in CHCl3. All the complexes showed well resolved redox processes attributed to both metal and ring based processes. Complexes 3 and 4 showed four redox processes, labeled I, II, III and IV. For complex 3, process I (CoIPc−2/CoIPc−3) was observed at −1.45 V, II (CoIIPc−2/CoIPc−2) at −0.38 V, III (CoIIIPc−2/CoIIPc−2) at +0.49 V and IV (CoIIIPc−1/CoIIIPc−2) at +0.97 V versus Ag|AgCl. Similar processes were observed for complex 4 at −1.36 V, −0.27 V, +0.56 V, +1.03 V versus Ag|AgCl, respectively. Complexes 5 and 6 showed two redox processes (I and II). For complex 5, these processes appeared at −0.79 V (MnIIPc−2/MnIIPc−3, I) and −0.07 V versus Ag|AgCl (MnIIIPc−2/MnIIPc−2, II), while for complex 6, they were observed at −0.86 V and −0.04 V versus Ag|AgCl. Spectroelectrochemistry was used to probe and confirm the origin of these processes.  相似文献

Violet (1) and blue (2) polymorphous modifications of [Cu(men)2Pt(CN)4]n (men = N-methyl-1,2-diaminoethane) have been prepared and investigated by IR and UV-vis spectroscopy, thermal analysis, measurement of magnetic data and X-ray structural analysis. Both modifications are formed by similar but differently packed zigzag chains, which consist of [Cu(men)2]2+ moieties bridged by two trans arranged cyanido groups of [Pt(CN)4]2− units. The Cu(II) atoms in both structures are hexacoordinated by four nitrogen atoms in the equatorial plane from two molecules of bidentate men ligands with the average Cu-N(Me) and Cu-N(H2) bond lengths of 2.046(8) and 2.008(8) Å, respectively, and by two nitrogen atoms from bridging cyanido groups in the axial positions at average distance of 2.50(7) Å. Broad nearly symmetric bands observed in the UV-vis spectra of 1 and 2 of 2B1g → 2Eg transitions are consistent with a deformed octahedral coordination of the CuN6 chromophoric groups. One and two ν(CN) absorption bands observed in the IR spectra of 1 and 2, respectively, are in agreement with different local symmetries of [Pt(CN)4]2− units and different Cu-N(cyanido) bond lengths in these polymorphs and are subject of discussion on the spectral-structural correlations in 1D compounds. The complexes are stable up to 238 °C when their two-stage thermal decompositions start and ending up with a mixture of CuO and metallic Pt as the most probable final thermal decomposition products. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility suggests the presence of a weak antiferromagnetic exchange coupling between Cu(II) atoms in 1, J/hc = −0.17 cm−1 and in 2, J/hc = −1.3 cm−1.  相似文献

The reaction of PhHgOAc with N-NHCO-2-C4H3S-Htpp (5) and N-p-HNSO2C6H4tBu-Htpp (4) gave a mercury (II) complex of (phenylato) (N-2-thiophenecarboxamido-meso-tetra phenylporphyrinato)mercury(II) 1.5 methylene chloride solvate [HgPh(N-NHCO-2-C4H3S-tpp) · CH2Cl2 · 0.5C6H14;  6 · CH2Cl2 · 0.5C6H14] and a bismercury complex of bisphenylmercury(II) complex of 21-(4-tert-butyl-benzenesulfonamido)-5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrin, [(HgPh)2(N-p-NSO2C6H4tBu-tpp); 7], respectively. The crystal structures of 6 · CH2Cl2 · 0.5C6H14 and 7 were determined. The coordination sphere around Hg(1) in 6 · CH2Cl2 · 0.5C6H14 and Hg(2) in 7 is a sitting-atop derivative with a seesaw geometry, whereas for the Hg(1) in 7, it is a linear coordination geometry. Both Hg(1) in 6 · CH2Cl2 · 0.5C6H14 and Hg(2) in 7 acquire 4-coordination with four strong bonds [Hg(1)–N(1) = 2.586(3) Å, Hg(1)–N(2) = 2.118(3) Å, Hg(1)–N(3) = 2.625(3) Å, and Hg(1)–C(50) = 2.049(4) Å for 6 · CH2Cl2 · 0.5C6H14; Hg(2)–N(1) = 2.566(6) Å, Hg(2)–N(2) = 2.155(6) Å, Hg(2)–N() = 2.583(6) Å, and Hg(2)–C(61) = 2.064(7) Å for 7]. The plane of the three pyrrole nitrogen atoms [i.e., N(1)–N(3)] strongly bonded to Hg(1) in 6 · CH2Cl2 · 0.5C6H14 and to Hg(2) in 7 is adopted as a reference plane 3N. For the Hg2+ complex in 6 · CH2Cl2 · 0.5C6H14, the pyrrole nitrogen bonded to the 2-thiophenecarboxamido ligand lies in a plane with a dihedral angle of 33.4° with respect to the 3N plane, but for the bismercury(II) complex in 7, the corresponding dihedral angle for the pyrrole nitrogen bonded to the NSO2C6H4tBu group is found to be 42.9°. In the former complex, Hg(1)2+ and N(5) are located on different sides at 1.47 and −1.29 Å from its 3N plane, and in the latter one, Hg(2)2+ and N(5) are also located on different sides at −1.49 and 1.36 Å form its 3N plane. The Hg(1)?Hg(2) distance in 7 is 3.622(6) Å. Hence, no metallophilic Hg(II)?Hg(II) interaction may be anticipated. NOE difference spectroscopy, HMQC and HMBC were employed to unambiguous assignment for the 1H and 13C NMR resonances of 6 · CH2Cl2 ·  0.5C6H14 in CD2Cl2 and 7 in CDCl3 at 20 °C. The 199Hg chemical shift δ for a 0.05 M solution of 7 in CDCl3 solution is observed at −1074 ppm for Hg(2) nucleus with a coordination number of four and at −1191 ppm for Hg(1) nucleus with a coordination number of two. The former resonance is consistent with that chemical shift for a 0.01 M solution of 6 in CD2Cl2 having observed at −1108 ppm for Hg(1) nucleus with a coordination number of four.  相似文献

Reaction of 2-(2′,6′-diethylphenylazo)-4-methylphenol (L2) with [Ir(PPh3)3Cl] afforded two organoiridium complexes 3 and 4 via C-H bond activation of an ethyl group in the arylazo fragment of the L2 ligand. In both the complexes the azo ligand binds to iridium as a dianionic tridentate C,N,O-donor. Two triphenylphosphines and a hydride (in the case of complex 3) or chloride (in the case of complex 4) are also coordinated to the metal center. A similar reaction of [Ir(PPh3)3Cl] with 2-(2′,6′-diisopropylphenylazo)-4-methylphenol (L3) yielded another organoiridium complex 5, where migration of one iso-propyl group from its original location (say, the 2′ position) to the corresponding third position (say, the 4′ position) took place through C-C bond activation. In this complex the modified azo ligand binds to iridium as a dianionic tridentate C,N,O-donor. Two triphenylphosphines and a hydride are also coordinated to the metal center. The structures of complexes 3 and 4 have been optimized through DFT calculations. The structure of complex 5 has been determined by X-ray crystallography. All the complexes show characteristic 1H NMR signals and intense transitions in the visible region. Cyclic voltammetry on all the complexes shows an oxidation within 0.66-1.10 V vs SCE, followed by a second oxidation within 1.15-1.33 V vs SCE and a reduction within −0.96 to −1.07 V vs SCE.  相似文献

Treatment of parent compounds [(μ-SCH2)2X]Fe2(CO)6 (A, X = O; B, X = NBu-t; C, X = NC6H4OMe-p) with N-heterocyclic carbene IMes (IMes = 1,3-bis(mesityl)imidazol-2-ylidene) generated in situ through reaction of imidazolium salt IMes ·HCl with n-BuLi or t-BuOK afforded the monocarbene-substituted complexes [(μ-SCH2)2X]Fe2(CO)5(IMes) (1, X = O; 2, X = NBu-t; 3, X = NC6H4OMe-p). Similarly, the monocarbene and dicarbene-substituted complexes [(μ-SCH2)2NBu-t]Fe2(CO)5[IMes(CH2)3IMes]·HBr (4) and [(μ-SCH2)2CH2Fe2(CO)5]2[μ-IMes(CH2)3IMes] (5, IMes = 1-(mesityl)imidazol-2-ylidene) could be prepared by reactions of parent compound B with the mono-NHC ligand-containing imidazolium salt [IMes(CH2)3IMes] · HBr and parent compound [(μ-SCH2)2CH2]Fe2(CO)6 (D) with di-NHC ligand IMes(CH2)3IMes (both NHC ligands were generated in situ from reaction of n-BuLi with imidazolium salt [IMesIMes(CH2)3IMes] · 2HBr), respectively. The imidazolium salt [IMes(CH2)3IMes] · 2HBr was prepared by reaction of 1-(mesityl)imidazole with Br(CH2)3Br. All the new model compounds 1-5 and imidazolium salt [IMes(CH2)3IMes] · 2HBr were fully characterized by elemental analysis, spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. On the basis of electrochemical studies of 1 and 2, compound 2 was found to be a catalyst for proton reduction to hydrogen. In addition, an EECC mechanism for this electrocatalytic reaction is preliminarily suggested.  相似文献

A ratiometric fluorescent probe 1 for fluoride ion was developed based on modulation of the excited-state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) process of 2-(2′-hydroxyphenyl)benzimidazole (HPBI) through the hydroxyl group protection/deprotection reaction. The probe 1 was readily prepared by the reaction of HPBI with tert-butyldimethylsilyl chloride (TBS-Cl) and shows only fluorescence emission maximum at 360 nm. Upon treatment with fluoride in aqueous DMF solution, the TBS protective group of probe 1 was removed readily and ESIPT of the probe was switched on, which resulted in a decrease of the emission band at 360 nm and an increase of a new fluorescence peak around 454 nm. The fluorescent intensity ratio at 454 and 360 nm (I454/I360) increases linearly with fluoride ion concentration in the range 0.3-8.0 μmol L−1 and the detection limit is 0.19 μmol L−1. The proposed probe shows excellent selectivity toward fluoride ion over other common anions. The method has been successfully applied to the fluoride determination in toothpaste and tap water samples.  相似文献

MgMe2 (1) was found to react with 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (dabco) in tetrahydrofuran (thf) yielding a binuclear complex [{MgMe2(thf)}2(μ-dabco)] (2). Furthermore, from reactions of MgMeBr with diglyme (diethylene glycol dimethyl ether), NEt3, and tmeda (N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine) in etheral solvents compounds MgMeBr(L), (L = diglyme (5); NEt3 (6); tmeda (7)) were obtained as highly air- and moisture-sensitive white powders. From a thf solution of 7 crystals of [MgMeBr(thf)(tmeda)] (8) were obtained. Reactions of MgMeBr with pmdta (N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine) in thf resulted in formation of [MgMeBr(pmdta)] (9) in nearly quantitative yield. On the other hand, the same reaction in diethyl ether gave MgMeBr(pmdta) · MgBr2(pmdta) (10) and [{MgMe2(pmdta)}7{MgMeBr(pmdta)}] (11) in 24% and 2% yield, respectively, as well as [MgMe2(pmdta)] (12) as colorless needle-like crystals in about 26% yield. The synthesized methylmagnesium compounds were characterized by microanalysis and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The coordination-induced shifts of the 1H and 13C nuclei of the ligands are small; the largest ones were found in the tmeda and pmdta complexes. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses revealed in 2 a tetrahedral environment of the Mg atoms with a bridging dabco ligand and in 8 a trigonal-bipyramidal coordination of the Mg atom. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses of [MgMe2(pmdta)] (12) and [MgBr2(pmdta)] (13) showed them to be monomeric with five-coordinate Mg atoms. The square-pyramidal coordination polyhedra are built up of three N and two C atoms in 12 and three N and two Br atoms in 13. The apical positions are occupied by methyl and bromo ligands, respectively. Temperature-dependent 1H NMR spectroscopic measurements (from 27 to −80 °C) of methylmagnesium bromide complexes MgMeBr(L) (L = thf (4); diglyme (5); NEt3 (6); tmeda (7)) in thf-d8 solutions indicated that the deeper the temperature the more the Schlenk equilibria are shifted to the dimethylmagnesium/dibromomagnesium species. Furthermore, at −80 °C the dimethylmagnesium compounds are predominant in the solutions of Grignard compounds 4-6 whereas in the case of the tmeda complex7 the equilibrium constant was roughly estimated to be 0.25. In contrast, [MgMeBr(pmdta)] (9) in thf-d8 revealed no dismutation into [MgMe2(pmdta)] (12) and [MgBr2(pmdta)] (13) even up to −100 °C. In accordance with this unexpected behavior, 1:1 mixtures of 12 and 13 were found to react in thf at room temperature yielding quantitatively the corresponding Grignard compound 9. Moreover, the structures of [MgMeBr(pmdta)] (9c), [MgMe2(pmdta)] (12c), and [MgBr2(pmdta)] (13c) were calculated on the DFT level of theory. The calculated structures 12c and 13c are in a good agreement with the experimentally observed structures 12 and 13. The equilibrium constant of the Schlenk equilibrium (2 9c ? 12c + 13c) was calculated to be Kgas = 2.0 × 10−3 (298 K) in the gas phase. Considering the solvent effects of both thf and diethyl ether using a polarized continuum model (PCM) the corresponding equilibrium constants were calculated to be Kthf = 1.2 × 10−3 and Kether = 3.2 × 10−3 (298 K), respectively.  相似文献

An experimental and theoretical DFT study was carried out on the solution behavior in [D7]DMF for bis-chelate complex [Pd(L)2](BF4)2·2CH3CN (L = 4-phenyl-1-(2-picolyl)-1,2,3-triazole). In structure of [Pd(L)2]2+, the central square-planar palladium(II) cation is trans-chelated by two L substrates, each through the pyridine and the triazole N2 nitrogen atoms, forming two six-membered metallacycles. These can adopt boat-like conformations anti-trans-[Pd(L)2]2+ and syn-trans-[Pd(L)2]2+ in which the picolyl methylene carbons are anti or syn, respectively, relative to the palladium coordination plane. In solution, the boat-to-boat inversion at both metallacycles takes place. The conformers are in a dynamic equilibrium, which was monitored by variable-temperature (VT) 1H NMR spectroscopy in the temperature range of 223-353 K. The equilibrium lies on the side of the anti-trans-[Pd(L)2]2+ conformer and the corresponding reaction enthalpy and entropy is estimated to be 0.6 ± 0.5 kcal mol−1 and 0.8 ± 1 cal mol−1 K−1, respectively. From the full-line-shape analysis of resonances in the VT 1H NMR spectra, the activation enthalpy and activation entropy was determined to be 13.0 ± 0.4 kcal mol−1 and 2.7 ± 1.6 cal mol−1 K−1, respectively. The activation entropy close to zero suggests a nondissociative mechanism for the isomerisation. DFT investigation revealed that the isomerisation proceeds through a one step mechanism with a barrier of 11.40 kcal mol−1. The structures of the syn and anti conformers as well as that of the transition state were characterized. Energy decomposition analysis was carried out in order to explore the origins of the stability difference between the syn and anti isomers.  相似文献

Wittig reaction of 3-[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]propanal (5) with (3-guaiazulenylmethyl)triphenylphosphonium bromide (4) in ethanol containing NaOEt at 25 °C for 24 h under argon gives the title (2E,4E)-1,3-butadiene derivative 6E in 19% isolated yield. Spectroscopic properties, crystal structure, and electrochemical behavior of the obtained new extended π-electron system 6E, compared with those of the previously reported (E)-2-[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]-1-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (12), are documented. Furthermore, reaction of 6E with 1,1,2,2-tetracyanoethylene (TCNE) in benzene at 25 °C for 24 h under argon affords a new Diels-Alder adduct 8 in 59% isolated yield. Along with spectroscopic properties of the [π4+π2] cycloaddition product 8, the crystal structure, possessing a cis-3,6-substituted 1,1,2,2-tetracyano-4-cyclohexene unit, is shown. Moreover, reaction of 6E with (E)-1,2-dicyanoethylene (DCNE) under the same reaction conditions as the above gives no product; however, this reaction in p-xylene at reflux temperature (138 °C) for four days under argon affords a new Diels-Alder adduct 9 in 54% isolated yield. Although reaction of 6E with DCNE in toluene at reflux temperature (110 °C) for four days under argon provides 9 very slightly, reaction of 6E with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) in toluene at reflux temperature for two days under argon yields a new Diels-Alder adduct 10, in 58% isolated yield, which upon oxidation with MnO2 in CH2Cl2 at 25 °C for 1 h gives 11, converting a (CH3)2N-4″ into CH3NH-4″ group, in 37% isolated yield. The crystal structure of 11 supports the molecular structure 10 possessing a partial structure cis-3,6-substituted 1,2-dimethoxycarbonyl-1,4-cyclohexadiene. The title basic studies on the above are reported in detail.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal structure of 3 [C20H21N3O3S: Mr=383.5, monoclinic, P21, a=8.191(4) Å, b=21.132(2) Å, c=11.752(1) Å, β=96.40(2)°, V=2022(1) Å3, Z=4 (two molecules per asymmetric unit), Dcalc=1.260 g cm−3, λ(Mo Kα)=0.71073 Å, μ=0.184 mm−1, F(000)=808, T=293(2)K, R=0.059 for 5105 observed reflections with I≥2σ(I)] was determined, and confirmed the (E) configuration.  相似文献

Three complexes of composition [CrL(X)3], where L = 4′-(2-pyridyl)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine and X = Cl, N3, NCS are synthesized. They are characterized by IR, UV–Vis, fluorescence, EPR spectroscopic, and X-ray crystallographic studies. Structural studies reveal that the Cr(III) ion is coordinated by three N atoms of L in a meridional fashion. The three anions occupy the other three coordination sites completing the mer-N3Cl3 (1) and mer-N3N3 (2 and 3), distorted octahedral geometry. The Cr–N2 has a shorter length than the Cr–N1 and Cr–N3 distances and the order Cr–N(NCS) < Cr–N(N3) < Cr–Cl is observed. They exhibit some of the d–d transitions in the visible and intra-ligand transitions in the UV regions. The lowest energy d–d transition follows the trend [CrLCl3] < [CrL(N3)3] < [CrL(NCS)3] consistent with the spectrochemical series. In DMF, they exhibit fluorescence having π → π character. All the complexes show a rhombic splitting as well as zero-field splitting (zfs) in X-band EPR spectra at 77 K.  相似文献

A novel turn-off fluorescent probe based on coumarin and imidazole moiety for extremely acidic conditions was designed and developed. The probe with pKa = 2.1 is able to respond to very low pH value (below 3.5) with high sensitivity relying on fluorescence quenching at 460 nm in fluorescence spectra or the ratios of absorbance maximum at 380 nm to that at 450 nm in UV–vis spectra. It can quantitatively detect pH value based on equilibrium equation, pH = pKa − log[(Ix − Ib)/(Ia − Ix)]. It had very short response time that was less than 1 min, good reversibility and nearly no interference from common metal ions. Moreover, using 1H NMR analysis and theoretical calculation of molecular orbital, we verified that a two-step protonation process of two N atoms of the probe leaded to photoinduced electron transfer (PET), which was actually the mechanism of the fluorescence quenching phenomenon under strongly acidic conditions. Furthermore, the probe was also applied to imaging strong acidity in bacteria, E.coli and had good effect. This work illustrates that the new probe could be a practical and ideal pH indicator for strongly acidic conditions with good biological significance.  相似文献

The triphenyltin(IV) complexes of 4-[((E)-1-{2-hydroxy-5-[(E)-2-(2-carboxyphenyl)-1-diazenyl]phenyl}methylidene)amino]aryls (aryls = 4-CH3, 4-Br, 4-Cl, 4-OCH3) have been synthesized and characterized by 1H-, 13C-, 119Sn-NMR, ESI mass spectrometry, IR and 119mSn Mössbauer spectroscopic techniques in combination with elemental analysis. The crystal structures of a representative carboxylate ligand (aryl = 4-CH3) and three Sn complexes, viz., polymeric (Ph3Sn[O2CC6H4{NN(C6H3-4-OH(C(H)NC6H4X-4))}-o])n (X = Me (1) and Br (2)) and dimeric (Ph3Sn[O2CC6H4{NN(C6H3-4-OH(C(H)NC6H4X-4))}-o])2 (X = OMe (4)) complexes are reported. The coordination environment in each complex is trigonal bipyramidal trans-Ph3SnO2. A single zwitterionic carboxylate ligand bridges adjacent Sn atoms via the carboxylate and phenoxide O atoms.  相似文献

Solvatochromic effect of 4-(2,4,6-triphenylpyridinium-1-yl)-phenolate hydrate, 1, was determined. CT absorption band, which gave the shift from 23,880 (in water solution) to 14,440 cm−1 (in anisole solution) allowed the molecular second order polarizability βCT to be estimated as 59.5×10−30 cm5 esu−1. The crystal structure of 1 was determined: C29H21NO·5.78H2O; orthorhombic, C2221, a=15.005(9), b=24.356(4), c=7.5097(9) Å; V=2744.5(17) Å3, Z=4, DX=1.224 g cm−1; λ=0.71073 Å (Mo Kα); μ=0.087 mm−1; final R1=0.0551 for 2882 reflections [I>2σ(I)]. The molecules of 1, in an anti-parallel arrangement, form columns along the c-axis through stacking between the pyridinium ring and a phenyl ring in para position of the neighbouring molecule. Water molecules filling channels between the columns are disordered. Two of water molecules are connected by hydrogen bonds with negatively charged oxygen atom of 1. Powdered samples of 1 revealed only weak SHG response as measured using HRS method in relation to urea standard.  相似文献

Novel condensation reaction of tropone with N-substituted and N,N′-disubstitued barbituric acids in Ac2O afforded 5-(cyclohepta-2′,4′,6′-trienylidene)pyrimidine-2(1H),4(3H),6(5H)-trione derivatives (8a-f) in moderate to good yields. The 13C NMR spectral study of 8a-f revealed that the contribution of zwitterionic resonance structures is less important as compared with that of 8,8-dicyanoheptafulvene. The rotational barriers (ΔG) around the exocyclic double bond of mono-substituted derivatives 8a-c were obtained to be 14.51-15.03 kcal mol−1 by the variable temperature 1H NMR measurements. The electrochemical properties of 8a-f were also studied by CV measurement. Upon treatment with DDQ, 8a-c underwent oxidative cyclization to give two products, 7 and 9-substituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborates (11a-c·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4) in various ratios, while that of disubstituted derivatives 8d-f afforded 7,9-disubstituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborate (11d-f·BF4) in good yields. Similarly, preparation of known 5-(1′-oxocycloheptatrien-2′-yl)-pyrimidine-2(1H),4(3H),6(5H)-trione derivatives (14a-d) and novel derivatives 14e,f was carried out. Treatment of 14a-c with aq. HBF4/Ac2O afforded two kinds of novel products 11a-c·BF4 and 12a,c·BF4 in various ratios, respectively, while that of 14d-f afforded 11d-f. The product ratios of 11a-c·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4 observed in two kinds of cyclization reactions were rationalized on the basis of MO calculations of model compounds 20a and 21a. The spectroscopic and electrochemical properties of 11a-f·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4 were studied, and structural characterization of 11c·BF4 based on the X-ray crystal analysis and MO calculation was also performed.  相似文献

Reactions of sodium 5-[(E)-2-(aryl)-1-diazenyl]quinolin-8-olates (LH, where the aryl group is an R-substituted phenyl ring such that for L1H: R = H; L2H: R = 2′-CH3; L3H: R = 3′-CH3; L4H: R = 4′-CH3; L5H: R = 4′-OCH3 and L6H: R = 4′-OC2H5) with Ph3SnCl in a 1:1 molar ratio yielded complexes of composition Ph3SnL. The complexes have been characterized by 1H, 13C, 119Sn NMR, IR and 119mSn Mössbauer spectroscopic techniques in combination with elemental analyses. The crystal structures of Ph3SnL1 · 0.5C6H6 (1), Ph3SnL2 (2), Ph3SnL5 · C6H6 (5) and Ph3SnL6 · 0.5C6H6 (6) were determined. The results of the X-ray studies indicated that the benzene solvated compounds 1, 5 and 6 are distorted square pyramid, with one of the phenyl C atoms in the apex while the ligand arrangement around central Sn atom in 2 is distorted trigonal-bipyramidal, with a phenyl C and the oxinato N atoms in axial positions.  相似文献
