在中压汞灯光照下,无机磷酸盐能促进尿嘧啶水溶液(pH=8)的光解作用(磷酸盐效应),发生嘧啶碱基的光解取代反应,主要光解产物为6-磷酸基尿嘧啶(C4H5N2O6P).通过元素分析,UV,IR,EIMS,1HNMR,13CNMR,31PNMR等测试手段和方法,确定了光解产物的组成和结构.实验表明,在中压汞灯的发射光谱(连续光谱)中,对磷酸盐效应起作用的波长为190~220nm.  相似文献

The light-induced cis-trans isomerization of rhapontigenin (RHA) and its glucoside rhaponticin (RHA-Glc) were evaluated under ultraviolet (UV) light irradiation. A simple and rapid capillary electrophoresis method was developed for the kinetic study of four stilbenes (both cis and trans form of RHA and RHA-Glc). These analyses were achieved by using β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) modified capillary zone electrophoresis with diode array detector (CZE-DAD). The method provided reliable separations with a short analysis time of 3 min. The purity of individual compound was checked by UV spectral comparisons with known standards, and further confirmed by (1)H and (13)C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. Furthermore, the UV absorbance and the molar absoptivity (ε) values were determined by UV-vis spectrophotometer to be 36824 L mol(-1) cm(-1) at λ(max) 324.5 nm for trans-RHA and 43894 L mol(-1) cm(-1) at λ(max) 325 nm for trans-RHA-Glc in methanol/water mixture solution (50%, v:v), respectively. CZE, UV-vis and NMR spectroscopy studies provided similar conclusions by considering the influence of irradiation time and the influence of irradiation wavelength.  相似文献

Cyclobutane pyrimidine dimers and pyrimidine(6-4)pyrimidone adducts represent the two major classes of far-UV-induced DNA photoproducts. Because of the lack of appropriate detection methods for each individual photoproduct, little is known about the effect of the sequence on their formation. In the present work, the photoproduct distribution obtained upon exposure of a series of dinucleoside monophosphates to 254 nm light was determined. In the latter model compounds, the presence of a cytosine, located at either the 5′- or the 3′- side of a thymine moiety, led to the preferential formation of (6-4) adducts, whereas the cis-syn cyclobutane dimer was the main thymine-thymine photoproduct. In contrast, the yield of dimeric photoproducts, and particularly of (6-4) photoadducts, was very low upon irradiation of the cytosine–cytosine dinucleoside monophosphate. However, substitution of cytosine by uracil led to an increase in the yield of (6-4) photoproduct. It was also shown that the presence of a phosphate group at the 5′- end of a thymine-thymine dinucleoside monophosphate does not modify the photoproduct distribution. As an extension of the studies on dinucleoside monophosphates, the trinucleotide TpdCpT was used as a more relevant DNA model. The yields of formation of the thymine-cytosine and cytosine–thymine (6-4) photoproducts were in a 5:1 ratio, very close to the value obtained upon photolysis of the related dinucleoside monophosphates. The characterization of the two TpdCpT (6-4) adducts was based on H NMR, UV and mass spectroscopy analyses. Additional evidence for the structures was inferred from the analysis of the enzymatic digestion products of the (6-4) adducts of TpdCpT with phosphodiesterases. The latter enzymes were shown to induce the quantitative release of the photoproduct as a modified dinucleoside monophosphate in a highly sequence-specific manner.  相似文献

用中压汞灯(λ > 300 nm)照射4-苯乙烯基吡啶、2-苯乙烯基苯并噁唑和5-苯基-2-苯乙烯基噁唑三种杂芳基乙烯单体中任意两种的硫酸水溶液,得到三种交叉二聚体.用高效液相色谱跟踪研究了交叉光二聚反应,发现每组反应生成三种光二聚体,其中二种为单体自身的光二聚体,而另外一种是两种不同单体的交叉光二聚体.交叉二聚体通过柱色谱分离得到,其顺式头对尾结构经紫外、红外、氢谱、碳谱和元素分析确定.用紫外光谱和高效液相色谱跟踪研究了交叉光二聚体的稀溶液在低压汞灯(λmax=254 nm)照射下的光解反应.研究发现交叉二聚体能够彻底发生光解,首先生成原来的反式单体,所生成的反式单体容易发生异构化而生成顺式单体,最终建立起反顺异构化平衡.  相似文献

1-Hydroxybenzotriazole and 1-hydroxypyridine-2-thione were incorporated as ligands with the cluster Ru3(CO)10 (NCMe)2 to give [(mu-H)Ru3(CO)10(mu2-2,3-eta2-NNN(O)C6 H4)] and [(mu-H)Ru3(CO)9(mu2-eta1 : eta2-C5H4N(O)S)], respectively. Irradiation of these two new triruthenium metal clusters individually with 350 nm UV light in a phosphate buffer (pH 6.0) containing form I DNA resulted in single-strand cleavage. Cluster [(mu-H)Ru3(CO)10(mu2-2,3--eta2-NNN (O)C6H4)] was also found to bind to calf thymus DNA upon UV irradiation.  相似文献

p-Azidophenyl phosphate (I) has been exposed to ultraviolet light (lambda=313 nm) in aqueous solution with or without Lys. Analysis of the photoproducts by means of UV-VIS, IR, (1)H, (13)C and (31)P NMR spectroscopy has revealed that under irradiation of I inorganic phosphate (P(i)) is released, and p-benzoquinone monoimine (II) and p-benzoquinone (III) have appeared. The electrophilic nature of the intermediate results in a high tendency to react with lysine molecules, whereas the reaction with water is less favourable when I is irradiated in the presence of Lys. The product formed in this case is a phosphoramidate whose structure has been tentatively supported by (31)P NMR spectroscopy. These results imply that a p-azidophenyl phosphate is a highly potent aryl nitrene-precursor, which can be transformed easily into p-benzoquinone monoimine and is able to phosphorylate nucleophilic groups of amino acids. This finding is of great importance for the discussions about the chemical nature of protein photomodification products when p-azidophenyl phosphate derivatives are used as modifying reagents.  相似文献

It has been found that the (6-4) photoproduct of thymidylyl-(3'----5')-deoxycytidine (TpdC) is converted quantitatively to a further photoproduct upon exposure to Pyrex-filtered medium pressure mercury arc light. Infrared UV, FAB MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and 31P NMR spectra were obtained for both the (6-4) product and its photolysis product. 1H NMR assignments were made on the basis of proton decoupling and homonuclear shift correlated experiments and 13C NMR assignments were made on the basis of proton-detected heteronuclear shift correlated experiments. The Dewar pyrimidinone structure was assigned to the photolysis product by analysis of the spectral data in comparison to those of the Dewar photoproduct of TpT and other Dewar pyrimidinones. The (6-4) product of TpdC is the second member of the class of (6-4) photoproducts that has been found to photoisomerize to its Dewar valence isomer upon exposure to wavelengths greater than 280 nm, the first being that of TpT (Taylor and Cohrs, 1987, J. Am. Chem. Soc. 109, 2834-2835). These results further support the proposal that all members of the (6-4) photoproduct class are converted to their Dewar valence isomers upon exposure to sunlight.  相似文献

A capillary electrophoretic method with UV detection for separation and quantitation of perfluorocarboxylic acids (PFCAs) from C6-PFCA to C12-PFCA has been developed. The optimization of measurement conditions included the choice of the most appropriate type and concentration of buffer in the background electrolyte (BGE), as well as the type and the content of an organic modifier. The optimal separation of investigated PFCAs was achieved with 50 mM phosphate buffer and 40% isopropanol in the BGE using direct UV detection. The optimum wavelength for direct UV detection was optimized at 190 nm. For indirect detection, several chromophores were studied. Five mM 3,5-Dinitrobenzoic acid (3,5-DNBA) in 20 mM phosphate buffer BGE and indirect UV detection at 280 nm gave the optimal detection and separation performance for the investigated PFCAs. The possibility of on-line preconcentration of solutes by stacking has been examined for indirect detection. The detection limits (LODs) determined for direct UV detection ranged from 2 microg/mL for C6-PFCA to 33 microg/mL for C12-PFCA. The LODs obtained for indirect UV detection were comparable to those obtained for direct UV detection.  相似文献

Laboratory experiments involving ultraviolet (UV) irradiation of dicyanoacetylene (C(4)N(2)) trapped in water ice at 10 K have been conducted and monitored by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). By the support of isotopic experiments and theoretical calculations, the irradiation of a DCA/H(2)O ice mixture at lambda > 230 nm has been found to be a possible source of NH(4)(+)HCO(3)(-) (ammonium bicarbonate) and NH(4)(+)HCOO(-) (ammonium formate). These latter compounds can arise from a proton-transfer reaction between H(2)O and the CN radical, which is issued from photolyzed C(4)N(2).  相似文献

Biphenyl (Biph)-containing 1-phenyl-1-octynes and their polymers are synthesized, and the effects of functional bridge groups on the mesomorphic and optical properties of the polymers are studied. The nonmesomorphic disubstituted acetylene monomers (C6H13)C[triple bond]C(C6H4)O(CH2)12O-Biph-OC7H15 (1), (C6H13)C[triple bond]C(C6H4)O(CH2)11OOC-Biph-OC7H15 (2), and (C6H13)C[triple bond]C(C6H4)CO2(CH2)12OOC-Biph-OC7H15 (3) are prepared by multistep reaction routes and converted into their corresponding polymers P1-P3 by a WCl6-Ph4Sn catalyst. The structures and properties of the polymers are characterized and evaluated by NMR, TGA, DSC, POM, XRD, UV, and PL analyses. The mesogenic pendants have endowed the polymers with high thermal stability (> or =400 degrees C). While P1 exhibits no liquid crystallinity, P2 and P3 form enantiotropic S(A) phase with a monolayer structure. Upon photoexcitation, the polymers emit blue and blue-green lights of 460 and 480 nm, respectively, in THF with quantum efficiencies larger than 30%. UV irradiation of a thin film of P2 through a mask oxidizes and quenches the light emission of the exposed regions, generating a two-dimensional luminescent photoimage.  相似文献

Photoisomerization processes involving five isomers of cytosine were induced by narrowband tunable UV irradiation of matrix-isolated monomers of the compound. Irradiation of an argon matrix containing cytosine monomers with UV λ = 313 nm laser light resulted in syn?anti photoisomerizations between the two imino-oxo forms, whereas the substantially more populated amino-hydroxy and amino-oxo forms stayed intact. Subsequent irradiation with shorter-wavelength UV λ = 311 nm laser light led to two concomitant phototautomeric processes consuming the amino-oxo isomer: (i) an oxo → hydroxy hydrogen-atom transfer photoprocess converting the amino-oxo form into the amino-hydroxy tautomer; (ii) amino → imino hydrogen-atom transfer converting the amino-oxo form into the imino-oxo isomers. The UV-induced phototransformations, together with mutual conversions of the two amino-hydroxy conformers induced by irradiation with narrowband NIR light, allowed positive detection and identification of the five isomeric forms of monomeric cytosine. This is the first experimental observation of all five low-energy isomers of cytosine.  相似文献

Abstract— Retinochrome is a photopigment found in the visual cells of cephalopods. It has been considered to act as a supplier of the 11- cis -retinal required for synthesis of rhodopsin, because its all-trans chromophore is isomerized to 11- cis form in the light. Light and thermal reactions of squid retinochrome were investigated by low-temperature spectrophotometry.
On irradiation with green light at liquid-nitrogen temperature, retinochrome (λmax 496 nm, – 190°C) is converted mainly to an intermediate lumiretinochrome (λmax 475 nm, – 190°C), its chromophore being changed to 11- cis -retinal. On irradiation with blue light at - 190°C, retinochrome is changed to a photosteady–state mixture (λmax 487 nm, – 190°C) composed mainly of retinochrome and lumiretinochrome, since lumiretinochrome is partially regenerated back to retinochrome. Similarly, irradiation of lumiretinochrome with blue light also results in the same photosteady-state mixture, which can be completely reverted to lumiretinochrome on re-irradiation with green light.
Lumiretinochrome is stable at a wide range of temperatures from – 190°C to about – 20°C. Above – 20°C, it is further converted, thermally, into metaretinochrome (λmax 470 nm), which is the same bleached product as has been observed on irradiation of retinochrome at room temperatures. Thus, the light-bleaching process of retinochrome is rather simple compared with that of rhodopsin.  相似文献

Ultraviolet (UV) photodissociation (PD) experiments using 266 nm light were performed for a series of phosphopeptide cations in a Fourier transform mass spectrometer. The objective of the experiments was to determine whether 266 nm UV irradiation on the phosphopeptide cations would induce unique peptide backbone dissociation. In addition, the general behavior of the phosphate loss (?80 or ?98 Da) was monitored, particularly for those phosphopeptides with a phosphotyrosine residue that itself is a UV chromophore. For phosphopeptides with a UV chromophore, their photodissociation behavior was very similar to that of low‐energy sustained off‐resonance irradiation collisionally activated dissociation (SORI‐CAD), with a few exceptions. For example, b‐ and y‐type peptide backbone fragments were prevalent, and their dephosphorylation behavior was consistent with that of the SORI‐CAD results. For phosphoserine peptides, the loss of a phosphate group was always observed. On the other hand, for phosphotyrosine peptides, the phosphate loss was found to be dependent on the presence of a basic amino group in the sequence and the charge state of the precursor ions, in agreement with the CAD results in the literature. However, hydrogen atom loss or aromatic side chain loss, which is known to be the excited state specific fragmentation pathway, was rarely observed in our 266 nm UV PD experiments, in contrast to the previous UV PD literature (particularly at 220 nm). The mechanism for these observations is described in terms of dominant internal conversion followed by intramolecular vibrational energy redistribution (IVR). Phenyl-substituted poly(germanosilanes) and poly(germanocarbosilanes) have been synthesized through the Wurtz-Kipping reaction via dechlorination of mixtures of dichlorophenylsilanes (PhSi(R)Cl2, where R = H, Ph, or vinyl) with diphenyldichlorogermane in the presence of an ultradisperse sodium suspension. The polymers thus synthesized have been investigated by X-ray fluorescence analysis; FTIR and UV spectroscopy; and 1H, 13C, and 29Si NMR spectroscopy. The peak maxima in the UV spectra of the polymers dissolved in THF are in the wavelength range of 300–375 nm. Under the effect of UV irradiation with a wavelength of 320–380 nm, photoluminescence emission peaking in the range of 380–470 nm is observed. Size exclusion chromatography indicates that all the (co)polymers under examination are characterized by a narrow GPC curve and their polydispersity indexes are no larger than 1.5. According to dynamic TGA data, the weight loss of the polymers reaches 80% even at 500°C. Owing to formation of branched structures in vinyl-substituted copolymers, the GPC curves widen (the polydispersity index is ~6), while the yield of an inorganic residue at 900°C amounts to 40%.  相似文献

A diiron dithiolate complex 1o with a dithienylethene (DTE) phosphine ligand has been elaborately designed and fully investigated by spectroscopic and DFT computational studies. Upon irradiation with UV light, the DTE moiety in complex 1o undergoes an excellent photocyclization reaction to attain ring-closed state 1c in high yield (>95%), accompanied by a colour change from orange to deep blue. On the other hand, upon irradiation with visible light (>460 nm), ring-closed form 1c in CH(3)CN solution reverts perfectly into ring-open form 1o. Both 1o and 1c were characterised by IR, (1)H, (31)P, (19)F NMR and electrochemical spectroscopy. The electrochemical behaviours of both the open and closed forms were investigated by cyclic voltammetry. Upon photocyclization reaction, a 290 mV (from -2.29 V to -2.00 V) positive shift is induced in the potential of electrochemical catalytic proton reduction, due to the electron-withdrawing effect of the ring-closed DTE moiety. Consequently, complex 1 can reversibly photoswitch the potential of proton reduction on the [FeFe] moiety.  相似文献
